Nadelen: "As a petite person I find the seats in economy class small and cramped. When passengers in front of you recline their seat backs, there is very little room to move, making it difficult to get up and out of your seat."

Nadelen: "The first flight was late so I was worried I'd miss my connection (however connection was delayed too so I made it). Also, I was asked to check in my bag because "the aircraft was full" however when I got on the plane I noticed it was half-empty and there would have been ample overhead room."

Nadelen: "My parents needed special assistance for boarding and changing flights in Zürich and SWISS was just phenomenal. Thank you very muc"

Entertainment wasn't working good: extremely laggy when it was working ... Seats are way too short. You got the neck support into the upper back ... And I am only 1.80m. Overall, I am done with Swiss until they upgrade their planes. Wifi was 99usd for 220 mo ... what a joke. A 20+yo plane for a such reputated company. There was still the ashtrays inside the restrooms."

Nadelen: "Worst travel experience ever and I’ve traveled the world. Red eye flight delayed for 3 hours. Missed connection flight with not a lot of options. Waited for another 3 hours to get rebooked and have to stay at Zurich overnight and only to find our checked luggage is no where to be seen. First and LAST time we fly Swiss Air!!!"

Nadelen: "Even though the same plane was used, the Cuban authorities asked passengers bound to Caracas to deboard the plane, pass to transit, to have us waiting an hour to re board. Boarding was a complete chaos. We were not handed headsets, so could not listen to inflight entertainment. Food was not good"

This flight had been scheduled for weeks; I would think they could plan the arrival time to be the ACTUAL arrival time."

I had to cut short my trip to Istanbul due to a family issue- they couldn’t do enough to facilitate a flight home at short notice at a minimum cost and most importantly expedited my return with the minimum of hassle- thank you Turkish!"

We already went through 3 security checks prior to boarding the flight. Security staff was extremely rude and inconsiderate for peoples belongings."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed . When we arrived in Frankfurt, there was a quie of 200m . After waiting 10 minutes, they asked us to go to other passport control . We had to walk onother 10 minutes to get there ."

Voordelen: "I flew premium economy from Hong Kong to Frankfurt on the A340-600. The crew was excellent, attentive and friendly. They always have a great attitude and this has been consistent with my previous experiences with Lufthansa. The seat and meal were average for premium economy, but the crew more than made up for it."
Nadelen: "The seats were quite hard and lacking in padding in premium economy. The meal was average and nothing to bring home to."

Complicated flight schedule Malaga-Munich-Frankfurt-Buenos Aires with extremely short lay-over times in Munich and Frankfurt should have been prone to all sorts of problems with other airlines, but not with Lufthansa. Kudos for this! On top of this, extremely comfortable flights with good food, drinks and services topping it off for a most enjoyable Business Class flight experience, if such a thing exists."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "the connection flights was the worse! The gate was changed in Amsterdam 3 times! From D82 to C6 and then to C11. The distance between B82 and C was 20-30 minutes walk. No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

Nadelen: "No proper info regarding cancellation. Staff was unfriendly and abruptly responded to passengers."

Nadelen: "Without any explanation the plane I was due to go to Istanbul on at 11.30 was not available. I had to wait for a small plane coming from Edinburgh then wait for it to be emptied of passengers and cleaned. This meant we were over 2 hours late into Istanbul. No explanation or apology. I then missed my next flight in Istanbul and had to purchase another ticket. I cannot believe that air passengers are treated in this way!!! I will follow this up with KLM when I go home from my holiday."

Nadelen: "The Guy who had an accident when boarding causing a delay. Also I didn’t like the wait fir checking as passengers with children went before business class and should be after."

Voordelen: "Staff both at the airport and in the plane were professional and welcoming. Depsite short distance sandwich and drink were offered."
Nadelen: "Nothing to be honest . All positive."

Voordelen: "In Toronto werd ik aangesproken door een dame van KLM met de vraag hoe ik reisde, alleen of in groepsverband etc. Zij gaf aan dat ik gebruik kon maken van de lounge en dat er hulp aanwezig was om bagage in te checken bij de self check-in. Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."

Voordelen: "The sandwiches were simple yet just the right touch, on all four flights."

Nadelen: "Aircraft was not very clean,the staff seamed quite harsh at times when speaking to customers. The food was really quite poor but it was a short flight to be honest. Overall not as pleasant as the China Southern flights. I would not like to choose them again unless i had to."

Nadelen: "suitcase didn't turn up, although connection was quite tight"

Nadelen: "The leg room on the long flight was less than I would have wished and it was particularly bad when the person in front put their seat back. this was a day time flight and it would have been good to have a bit more room to use a laptop."

Voordelen: "We vertrokken vanuit Tapei 10 minuten voor plan. We kwamen bijna 3 keartier voor schema aan."
Nadelen: "Omdat Economy Comfort vol zat (een maand van te voren), een exit roe geboekt. Wel veel beenruimte, maar in de breedte echt te krap voor een vlucht van 12 uur."

Voordelen: "Timing & efficiency. Good food though only a sandwich."
Nadelen: "Nothing. Could say there was no entertainment but I didn't want entertainment on such a short flight"

Nadelen: "Flight delayed by one hour which meant I missed by train at Southampton by 10 minutes and subsequent bus connect home. Next bus would have been 2 hours later so 45 minute walk home from train station. Didn't bother with food offering, put off by that supplied from Hannover to Schiphol."

Nadelen: "Food -vegan menu was bad for n the outgoing flight, better on the incoming flight. No vegan food available on domestic fight. Sitting in the aisle seat meant often people pushing past your seat."

Nadelen: "I may be wrong but these days, the staff curtsy and overall well coming approach is lacking! Just a smile and a few cheerful words can transform passengers’ mood greatly!! This becomes particularly important when one is traveling for > 9 hours back to back flights!! One can extra charge for it!!"

Nadelen: "I flew out on KLM on what felt like a new plane. Amazing service, seat, temperature, entertainment and food. In stark comparison Air France’s plane was old, too hot, poor entertainment choices and system and average food which for the French was surprising!"

Voordelen: "Not much expected as it was a budget trip."
Nadelen: "Poor timing in between connections, barely made in time to my first connection being the last person to board"

Nadelen: "I was treated like I am not supposed to ask for food and they had one choice of meal for me while they had 2 for the rest."

Nadelen: "Entertainment system had to be rebooted as it did not work Small screen handset was not working for the entire flight food selection was not as big as KLM or China Eastern Bathroom on board was smaller than KLM or China Eastern which meant changing into more comfortable clothing for the night flight"

Nadelen: "Vlucht door vertraging van uit lax gemist op een paar minuten"

Nadelen: "Couldn't make the connection....Overall....an aweful experience!"

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed 3 times and when I was finally put on a flight that was leaving, they failed to check the connection in Paris (Left me 10 minutes to get from the aircraft to the other plane!) I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again."

Voordelen: "Standard on most parts with pleasant staff"
Nadelen: "Flight was 1/2hr with poor pre-flight communication on the topic. Food wise, the chocolate cookie was better than nothing...but a little savory snack would have been nice."

Nadelen: "The company simply lets passengers board a fulled booked flight with far too much luggage. Result, take off 20 minutes late because there was not enough room for luggage in the overhead compartments. I was flying with just a small backpack that went under the seat"

Nadelen: "People may think,that the delay of the flight has set my mood for this review but I can ensure it has most definitely not. With all the bad weather, I was already very happy to connect right on time in Paris. However, a long haul A380 flight with such a tight seat configurstion is almost embarrassing for an airline. The in flight entertainment is at a very poor level, not only with the screen being very small and outdated, many of the movies are only available in French and the international selection very limited. The food was not much of a delight, whereas the presentation was nice. However, in all the 7 h between the services, nobody came around with refreshments in a completely booked flight, neither was announced that a trolly would be set for self service in the galley. Lucky the ones who got up and found out about. In terms of amenities, again, the airline is lacking of originality and saves cost. Bottom line: you get from A to B, but there are so many better competitors in the market, which I shall definitely consider on my next travel."

Voordelen: "The food was pretty good and the staff were friendly. During our transfer in Paris, my mum had a medical emergency and had to go to the medical centre. As such wr couldnt go to our final destination in Morocco and had to get our luggage off the plane. The staff at the AF counter were very helpful in that aspect. And when one of the luggages was completely damaged, it was replaced it with a brand new one which was fantastic. On the way back, we had some issues with the ticket because we didnt go to Morocco as planned which resulted in some trouble checking in. But the staff at the counter were quite helpful."

Nadelen: "My seat was changed without my permission. Very unprofessional staff at Mumbai airport"

Nadelen: "Very small seats, space for nothing All the time delays and the horrible things is a lost luggage, even when there is enough time between flights."

Voordelen: "Love the flight attendant, loads of food couldn’t take it anymore. Professionalism at its peak."
