No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

This occurs only because they charge to dispatch luggage when buying the tickets. So nobody dispatch luggage and those who dis became frustrated because they payed. This unfortunately occurs on all companies."

Everyone was queuing together for baggage drop, checking... it was a mess and took ages. It’s unfair on those who have already checked in online because you were ended up queuing with everyone else."

The first leg of my flight was operated by Wamos, though it was a LATAM flight. I know that this is something that happens often for all sorts of reasons, however I can’t help but think it had something to do with the transition of my luggage from one flight to the next. My flights home are similar ( One leg of it being operated by another airline) and needless to say I’m a bit nervous about that."

Nadelen: "Since the flights were booked on Kayak, we were not allowed to select our seats ahead of time. And even though there were two people on the ticket, we ended up in the last row of the plane not seated together."
Voordelen: "Super comfortable seats. First time i've ever been able to sleep on airplane seats because the seats go far enough back that you don't fall over sideways when you sleep. Food was great. The service was wonderful. The airplanes are new, with new technology"

Nadelen: "The food was poor. At least three middle rows did not have any entertainment. We reported the problem, the chief/supervisor flight attendant said that she was going to assign us new seats, she then disappear and did nothing to solve the problem. I spoke with another flight attendant requesting to speak with this supervisor again, she said that I rather voice my complaint through latam.com and the mentioned supervisor, not only lied to us, but never showed up. It appears that latam needs to reinforce their staff training or perhaps to renew their staff supervisors and train them to avoid unnecessary lies to their passengers."

Nadelen: "The attendant was rude to my daughter. She was discriminated against. During the meal pass he gave everyone else a meal and gave my daughter water and said ' You will be fine with that.' At the Lima airport the restaurant refused to serve us. If you are traveling to the Olympics and you are an American I suggest you avoid Lima. The Peruvian airport personnel don't like us and they let you know it."

And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good. I did not find the seats comfortable."

Nadelen: "No TVs on back of chairs, small seats. Gate agent asked everyone with a US passport leave their bags at the gate because the "overhead bins were smaller than normal and there was no room" - this was not true, the bins were regular sized and half empty."

Nadelen: "A lot can be improved, the food is bad, counter personal in NY is not empathic at all. I prefer not to pay for that food and bring mine. Your seats should be declared torture instruments"
Nadelen: "24hrs in advance, the flight was delayed over 6hrs"

Voordelen: "I was afraid I my not be able to recline my chair but thankfully it worked, i was so much more confortable than the firts flight."
Nadelen: "to much use of plastic for the food. The planet is full of plastic. By the year 2050 there will be more plastic than fish in the ocean. AEROMEXICO can do something about it, be part of the solution, just by changing the cups to paper cups and the forks,spoons and knifes to reusable ones."
Nadelen: "When you have a family emergency the last thing you ever want to hear is that you are "completely full and you will need to wait until the next available flight". This ticket was purchased last minute due to an unexpected death in the family so it was the only option we had to get my uncle to LA asap in order to be with the family during such tragedy. We even bought the insurance on the flight to assure nothing went wrong but yet he was still left behind hours to wait for another flight and see IF THAT ONE had room. How is this even possible? Why would you even let us book if there was no room and why was he the one to be asked to stay behind? Is it because it was booked though you? because it was a third party booking and not direct? If so then it's not even worth the few dollars we saved if it means the flight will be unreliable and the insurance means absolutely nothing through you guys. Ultimately, truly disappointing and I know that we can not depend on booking this way again if in your policy it states this ist ok to do and not even compensate one bit for making your travelers go though this."

Nadelen: "On this flight my husbands screen didn’t work at all. So I’m both flights we were forced to share."

Nadelen: "There was throw up on the row in front of me and since no one on the flight before said anything it didn’t get cleaned up right so it had a smell to it."

Nadelen: "hello, the only thing I did not like was the air conditioner. It was too high and my eyes got very dried and irritated. From that everything was very good. thank you"
Nadelen: "Food was cold and mediocre. After flying 6 hours I got up and walked to the galley to see if there was any food and also to get my blood flowing through my body. It was approximately 5 a.m. After standing in the galley for about 5 minutes eating a small sandwich and while drinking my second glass of water, I was told I needed to sit down that I was in the galley too long. Older adults need to move around and get the blood flowing to prevent getting a blood clot. the 3 women stewardesses were busy talking in the galley I guess they felt their privacy and as being invaded."
Voordelen: "Good flights. Good prices."
Nadelen: "No personal entertainment. The plane was too old. No previously allowed to choose seat."
Nadelen: "Hot inside the plane"
Voordelen: "The huevos rancheros that they served for breakfast was pretty good and our flight arrived early."
Nadelen: "It was awful. My original flight was scheduled to depart March 30 at 11:55. Then Aeromexico changed it to 1:35am in March 31. They refused to let me change flights when this happened. I wanted to fly standby on an earlier flight, so I called everyday for 2 weeks to confirm how many seats were left. Everyone I talked to told me I could fly standby if it was he same day as my ticket. I got to the airport and the flight attendant at check in told me “standby doesn’t exist.” When I asked how much it would be to change my ticket, she just said “very expensive.” She told me she’d have to check me out of my current flight and risk me losing my seat on that flight, because it was overbooked just to see the price for the earlier flight. I told her I’d be willing to pay up to $200 to switch to the earlier flight and she told me it was very expensive and she wouldn’t do it. I came back later that night and took my scheduled flight. I carried on my bag from SFO to MEX. On my second flight from MEX to BOG, the attendant told an older woman she had to check her bag because the overhead was going to be too full. I volunteered to check my bag instead so she could keep her bag. Then Aeromexico lost my bag. When I got to BOG, they told me I couldn’t have a voucher because it was my fault for bringing a bag that was too big. Finally they gave me $100 because the next day was Easter and I had no clothes for church. I wasted over 2 hours of my vacation at the Bogota airport while Aeromexico searched for my bag. They said they’d call as soon as they found it. No one ever called. I called and they asked “what color is your bag?” I said “red” and the attendant said they had it. It was delivered several hours after this call despite the fact that the airport is less than 20 minutes from where we are staying. I didn’t think an airline could be worse han United, but Aeromexico steals the cake."
Voordelen: "On board service, entertainment and food was a nice surprise. Wine and beer offered free of charge with the meal, great movie selection without charge as well and very helpful crew during the boarding process. Seats in economy had plenty of leg room and space on the sides."
Nadelen: "Food was good and better than my experience with other airlines but still not as good as it use to be a few years ago."
Voordelen: "Seemed fine!"
Voordelen: "Flight on time, friendly staff, smooth flight, his service, no long waits."
Nadelen: "I received an email the day of my flight announcing it was delayed an hour. Others also received this notice. I changed my plans accordingly and when I arrived at check-in was told I had just made the cut, and had only ten minutes to get to the gate. I explained the timing and was confused. They told me the flight was on time and that the email about the delay was just "a glitch". Not a harmless glitch. There was no communication before boarding to explain the mistake."
Nadelen: "Departure was late."
Voordelen: "Boarding ran very smoothly, nice staff. It was nice having WiFi during the flight. Very good leg space between rows"
Nadelen: "Food was not the best. Just one option of breakfast, it has been better. Awful, awful landing! One of the worst landings of my life and the captain said nothing about it."
Voordelen: "Awesome direct flight. Crew was efficient. No crying babies."
Nadelen: "Didn’t wake me up to offer me a beverage or food :( I was hungry. Oh well. I ate tacos when we landed."
Voordelen: "Flying with Aeromexico to Mexico City was great! This airline is always good and of course it didn't disappoint me this time. The flight was nice and smooth, the airplane very modern and nicely equipped, it had a vast variety of movies available, nice food, nice timing, friendly staff, punctual arrival to the destination, smooth landing, etc. Everything was great!"
Nadelen: "I was seated next to the toilets at the rear of the aircraft and I didn't like that seat. Guys, you really need to do something about this, because during the whole flight I had people standing next to me while queuing to go to the toilets. So, I was 12 hours with people next to my seat, watching me all the time and pushing the back of my seat while they made their way through the queue waiting for their turn to go to the toilet. Terrible situation having people queuing next to my seat and hearing the flushing sounds the whole flight."
Voordelen: "The crue is nice and friendly."
Nadelen: "The map for choose seats was diferent than the airplane, i payed for a row with nobody in front and i get one line after that. I only payed money for nothing. The food is poor and not tasty."
Voordelen: "I like that you can bid extra to upgrade to 1st class. It was well worth it to have better seats and more room. I liked the entertainment options. There was a lot of movies I wanted to watch."
Nadelen: "unfortunately the seats didn't fold flat or have a zero-gravity position. The food wasn't any special."
Nadelen: "No solution was provided to travelers who needed to be at the destination on the originally scheduled date. Had to spend a fortune on another airline to get tinny destination as Aeromexico offered (and as of yet still has not) no solution"
Nadelen: "Food was terrible and Seats are uncomfortable"

Nadelen: "The thing I did not like is that I call Aeromexico to pay for the extra loggage tha I had before my fly and the person that I talk to told me that everything was all paid for and when I got to the airport guess what, The extra luggage was not paid so they charge a lot more than what I would have paid the first time a call."
Voordelen: "All the airplane attendants were super helpful and friendly. And the complementary food and drinks were s delicious and refreshing, which is surprising for an airplane company."
Nadelen: "The only reason why I didn't give it 5 stars was because in Mexico City due to the Mexican government we had to transfer our bags manually. Nothing due to Aeromexico's doing."

Voordelen: "The pilots seem to be very skilled at landing. All planes touched down very smoothly. This may be an odd observation, and no one would really mention this - but it's important to point this out."
Nadelen: "Overall, Aeromexico is a very poor quality airline. Flight delays meant we lost a day in Cancun - and there was little or no communication from anyone regarding next steps. There is no coordination, no organization, food and coffee were of poor quality, and it an airline to be avoided at any cost."

Nadelen: "4 times I asked for a blanket, and finally when I put a not very nice face I get it."
Nadelen: "I was denied booking because they didn't properly issue my boarding pass. They refused to pay a hotel and kept lying and mistreating me."

It used to be extremely good, but now everything is banal. No attention to detail or pleasantness. The one thing that really concerns me is that Spanish stewards, more the women than the men, are becoming more rude than before. I understand that some passengers must be a hassle from time to time, but this is their one and only job, so a nice attitude is of the utmost importance."
Nadelen: "The flight to Madrid from Porto left so late I missed my connecting flight to Bilbao and I so I took a bus to my destination."
Nadelen: "I was not informed about having to pay for checking my luggage and it did not even showed at the Iberia website when doing my online checking. I had to pay a total of $50, $25 each way, in Madrid. I was never informed of this in Boston or, again, while processing my checking using Iberia’s website."

The temperature on the plane was hot. if you're in an aisle seat you might feel the air conditioner but not if you're in the center of the row. There are not air vents above the seats. This was a long flight to be miserable."

Nadelen: "The agents at check in were rude and unhelpful despite the fact that I was traveling business class. One even tried to tell me what it is like to fly in the US, that it is worse than in Spain."
Nadelen: "Airliner contracted out to another flight operator. We looked up and down the terminals trying to find the sign for IBERIA to no avail. It was quite hectic and stressful to arrive to the airport and not see your airline booth anywhere. No signage or anything there of to indicate Iberia or the other operator taking over this Iberia's flight. Then they wanted to charge for my carry-on saying it is too large. Went back and forth arguing for about 10 minutes then I found the bag sizing stand and demostrated to them my carry-on bag fits inside the bars as indicated in their sign. They said oh well it looks large from here. Customer Service is non. It is more Customer Harrassment. DO YOU PAY YOUR CUSTER SERVICE REPS Commission for every checked bag or something? Too bad there aren't many more options but I am considering going to social media to with this. NOT HAPPY and not flying with IBERIA anytime soon. SEnd me my refund!"

Voordelen: "Cabin crew did reseat a passenger when there were two tallish men in same row."
Nadelen: "The seat on the LGW to MAD leg of my journey was very painful and uncomfortable. Seat pitch was very short. I have never seen such close seats in 45 years of flying including bargain airlines let alone more pricey higher quality airlines like British. Iberia was supposed to be an extension of British. When I arrived at MAD I went to the Iberia desk and tried to make an upgrade to their "business" class which was not up to the level of British's Premium Economy. At the Iberia desk at MAD, or online, or on the phone to upgrade the short leg of my return trip without raising cost of my whole round trip from USD $1250 to over USD $4000! years.This was RETURN part of my journey! Also was not able to choose seats ahead of time at MAD when I landed, online, or on the phone. British also said that I could not upgrade just the first (MAD to LGW) leg of my return journey. I would have to upgrade the LGW to TPA also. It is critical to me that I can physically fit into the space between my seat and the one in front. Emergency evacuation would be very difficult for all pax with the short seat pitch. My having to sit sideways with my legs in the aisle would make it more difficult for other pax to to evacuate in an emergency. Since I need a wheel chair I can no longer request the exit row as I have done for 45 years. British should be aware that bad experiences with partner airlines tarnishes their reputation. As a premier airline British should pressure partner airlines to maintain seat pitch at no less than 32 inches which is still tight for many people. Since not all partners have equivalent classes of fares, British should allow mixed classes. For example on a TPA to MAD round trip journey, it should be possible for the transatlantic legs to be at Premium Economy prices, and the short legs LHR or LGW to MAD at business class prices. Nadelen: "The flight crew only cared about their first class passengers."
Nadelen: "My flight was cancelled and I had to wait in the Madrid airport for seven hours before getting a new flight and retrieving my luggage (five for the new booking, 2 for luggage). It's understandable that flights get cancelled due to weather, but the handling of re-accomodations should be much faster. Iberia did not have enough people to handle it and made no effort to bring in more help. Instead, workers were continually leaving. By the end, there were only two people helping the line of dozens of stranded travelers. I was very disappointed."
Nadelen: "The plane was absolutely freezing. It was so uncomfortable. And no leg room whatsoever. I couldn't even cross my legs."
Voordelen: "Was surprised to be upgraded to business class, so it was effectively the most comfortable flight I've ever been on!"
Voordelen: "I liked the Crew they were very patient with all the passengers. They were bunch of really annoying kids in front of me and handled them very professionally."
Nadelen: "I didn't like that I could not control the air in business class. I spent good money to sit up there and I would expect to have control of the air because I had a 11 hr flight in a 90 degree plane. It was really a uncomfortable. Also I didn't like that their was no sporting events or cooking channels to watch on my flight and the movie selection were horrible."
