Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

No rushing was needed though, the flight was delayed for 1:30h and after we all boarded a further delay was announced. I will never fly with KLM."

Voordelen: "In Toronto werd ik aangesproken door een dame van KLM met de vraag hoe ik reisde, alleen of in groepsverband etc. Zij gaf aan dat ik gebruik kon maken van de lounge en dat er hulp aanwezig was om bagage in te checken bij de self check-in. Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."

During on boarding they communicate that because the cabin was full of hand luggage the rest of the passengers needed to dispatch their hand luggage for free. This occurs only because they charge to dispatch luggage when buying the tickets. So nobody dispatch luggage and those who dis became frustrated because they payed. This unfortunately occurs on all companies."

Nadelen: "they overbooked the flights and the way they communicated it to passengers was a complete disaster. I was able to board and travel but I had to sneak out of the actual line and show my visa appointment receipt to a latam staff person. It was very hard to talk to the staff most of them were just screaming "go to the line" and were not really keen to listening to what passengers had to say. I found a latam person that wasn't really dealing with this situation and managed to get him to talk to other latam staff about my visa appointment. It was pretty stressful for me to have to deal with the possibility of missing such an important event without a good reason."

Voordelen: "Close to nothing. If i had to applaud something it would be the fact that you have an option to check in early via your mobile or laptop."
Nadelen: "LATAM was incredibly unprofessional, alarming, and entirely non-communicative. After a 3 hour delay that caused me (and tons of others) to miss a connecting international flight, LATAM’s telephone servers had the nerve to claim I was a no show and needed to pay them for my absence. This resulted in a long discussion where I was held on hold until they could adequately determine that yes i missed the flight because they held us late. This was the only way that i was able to avoid their charge to me for being a “no show.”"

Voordelen: "Good entertainment on board and the crew was fairly attentive, but not as attentive as on other airlines."

I waited for this day for 6 months, I sold my car, just for this trip. never flying latam"
Nadelen: "customer service is the worst I've ever seen in my life.. worse then any other place I've gone, they will not even try to look into your situation, they took my boarding pass and left me stuck in Houston. $1,000 put into their pocket with no service rendered. I hate my life"

Nadelen: "Comfort plus seats need some work. Very thin padding on a hard seat. The leg rest needs to come up higher so you don’t slide down while semi reclined. Nice compromise between business and coach though."

Nadelen: "Had to use a shoe horn to get into and out of my seat and I'm not a large guy. But really my harsh criticism comes from the loss of my girlfriends luggage. It was left behind in Paris on our way to Casablanca causing us to waste a day in Casablanca traveling back to the airport the grab the bag the next day. And to add injury to insult her bag was left behind in JFK during our transfer for our flight to Seattle. No big deal right, Delta will deliver the bag to our house the next day, wrong, we were told we have to go to the airport ourselves to get the bag."

Only after I asked to file a complaint, they allowed me one of two empty seats in premium. Terrible customer service."

Voordelen: "The crew ask some of us to help seating a family group together. No objection. Then they went out of their way to make the trip more enjoyable for us... even offering a drink of Champagne wine (the true one, not some substitute)... Departed almost on time, arrived a few minutes early..."

One bag has always been included in the price of a ticket flying transatlantic."

Nadelen: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

AF without our knowledge downgraded one member, separating a mother from her 3 year old daughter. They offered no compensation, no apology, and CDG ground crew was terribly rude. All anyone said was, nothing to be done, now please Leave"

"The boarding process from Barcelona was a very long and arduous process as they have to check that everyone has a covid test. There were no explanations about what was happening. They didn't really even announce boarding. The flight itself wasn't bad. I got the cheapest ticket so there wasn't food included. So, I brought food onto the plane."

Followed by two hours of Iberia staff being surly, not looking me in they eye and doing absolutely nothing about getting me home. I have now been travelling for nearly 30 hours without sleep, am stuck in Madrid with no certainty of when or how I will get home or see my luggage again, and am seriously seriously pissed off. I do accept that things can sometimes go wrong and that it is nobody’s fault. This is definitely somebody’s fault."

Voordelen: "Boarding process was easy and we made great time all the way from LAX to Madrid (I only had carry-on luggage so I can’t speak for their check-in process). Loved having a non-stop flight. Crew was attentive and professional. Great new movie selection. The one bathroom I went into was probably the largest airplane bathroom I’ve ever been in!"
Nadelen: "However, I would have taken a smaller lavatory if it meant larger/comfier seats! I was pretty uncomfortable the whole flight. The leg room was alright for me being 5’6” but I’m not sure how anyone much taller would fare. The seats themselves were similar to a budget domestic airline. Fine when you’re only going a few hours, but on a transatlantic flight it really started to get to my back :("

Nadelen: "I couldn't check in online because I don't have 2 surnames. I arrived at Granada airport early to allow plenty of time to check-in. So did about a thousand other people. There was only one person available to check everyone in for Iberia. It was grateful. Plane was old. Not even a glass of water was offered."

Voordelen: "Not full, attendants went out of way to accommodate seating requests"

Nadelen: "Boarding by groups was not followed, no one to control them, just a rush to gate. No discipline by Iberia. Reserved a seat on aisle of 3 seats side section so my left leg could stretch out after surgery but they changed aircraft type w/ only 2 seats on side without notification, so my right leg had the aisle."

Nadelen: "Absurd weinig beenruimte. Alleen geschikt voor mensen kleiner dan 1.50m. Je kunt het best de hele vlucht op het toilet gaan zitten. Dit was één keer, maar nooooit weer!!! Sterk af te raden!!"

Voordelen: "The seats were good and for once I felt like I had enough leg room. The entertainment consul had a good selection of movies and tv programs."
Nadelen: "The attendants were not very attentive and I eventually had to ask for a customs form since I never received one. I feel like long international flights should offer food without having to pay for it, whether or not it is a "discount" airline."

Voordelen: "Excellent service"

Nadelen: "Horrible flight; no complimentary soft drinks are served, not even better. The baggage did not arrive and Iberia does not even deliver the baggage, even though the fault was theirs. You have to go to the airport to recover the baggage. I would NOT RECOMMEND this airline to anyone. The plane was quite old and there are no screens on the seats. One of my worst experiences flying in the last 40 years."

Voordelen: "Heathrow Airport has a lot of stores to keep you occupied"
Nadelen: "Late notice of where our gate was located. By the time we got the news, we went to our gate and the people were already boarding"

Nadelen: "the portion Tel Avivi Madrid was very poor. The plane was very old the business clase very bad. The seats were very old No space for the foots and NO entreatments service available. This in a five hours flights, Just horrible."

Voordelen: "nothing"
Nadelen: "the employees at the airport were rude (flight attendants were great) & the airline changed our gate twice in the 20 minutes before the flight. everyone on the connection in from London had to run to the new gate, only to have to wait in line for a bus. completely ridiculous."

Voordelen: "New plne, service from American Airlines was good news friendly."

Voordelen: "Crew was very attentive and cabin was clean . There was no entertainment so I gave that question a 3 star not that it was bad."

Voordelen: "For a long haul, Iberia's standard class was fine and the seat actually had more room than I expected (having flown them in Europe). One flight attendant was AWESOME and helped me out when my gluten-free meal didn't arrive. I would say she went from ok to friendly so maybe not AWESOME but compared to the other flight attendants who weren't friendly at all, she was good."
Nadelen: "1. My gluten-free meal didn't arrive. AA pulled the same nonsense when I went from LAX to LHR. It is pretty infuriating. 2. My entertainment screen failed about 1/2 way through the flight. I came prepared but it was still annoying. 3. I pre-paid for a seat which was a hassle because the transaction failed with a cryptic message online and I had to call. When I went to check-in, I had a window, not aisle and was positioned at the very back of the plane. I requested a refund on the phone and that wasn't allowed so I tweeted (as they adverstise) and now filled a claim. Still no response."

Nadelen: "No food no drinks no entertainment and my knees where hitting the seat in front and I am 5 10"

Nadelen: "Despite asking the crew 3x, the TV in my seat did not work. Each time I asked it was like they were hearing it for the first time. They wrote down my seat number and never came back. Thankfully I had a book! The seats were horribly uncomfortable and my legs and behind went numb several times. The food was awful and I regret eating it as I had a stomachache for several hours."

Voordelen: "I liked their service and warm nature of the staff."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed one hour and 23 minutes so that affected my connection from LA to SFO. My bag couldn't reach back to SFO and I had to run to catch my flight in LA after a 12 hour flight."

Voordelen: "The crew was gentle, it was the first time I traveled with Latam and I was really pleased with the experience."
Nadelen: "I have no complaints about this trip."

Voordelen: "We were overall very pleased with everything about, thank you!"

Nadelen: "Iberia should do something about its check-in process, it seems way below the industry standards. 1. Online check is only worth if you don't have any luggage. If you do, there's no point of doing that, because there's one line for both check-in and luggage drop off. 2. If you arrive to the airport 1h45min before the flight (LOCAL flight!!!), you'll be among the last ones to check-in, because you will spend about an hour in the line (there's just two people at the register: one for economy and one for business). In the end everyone in the line will get checked in (thanks for that), but the flight will be delayed and Iberia will blame the security (which takes 5 min to pass, unlike the check-in process."

Nadelen: "Seats do not recline. Not even water was offered."

Voordelen: "Nothing, Air Portugal is the worst I have ever experienced. Never fly Air Portugal, you have been warned."

Nadelen: "A delay of about 20 mins"

Nadelen: "They boarded the plane from both the back and the front at the same time with no direction as to which rows should go where. BIG cluster in the middle of the plane!!"

Nadelen: "We were just surprised by the charges for our checked bags. Thought we had it all covered, but no!"

Nadelen: "The Lisbon airport could have more places with working electrical plugs or USB ports in order to charge devices while waiting for your flight."

Voordelen: "We were lucky that the flight was not full, more space and comfort. Our special meals ordered in advance were provided how ever a little limited Flight was generally smooth and we arrived earlier than scheduled even though we have left later than scheduled. Great service. New, Clean and comfortable aircraft The process while in transit at Lomé was fast and simple."
Nadelen: "The fasten seatbelt was constantantly on (not only while in turbulence) Though we had two full rows available for us, the seat handles could not be lifted; hence the full row could not be utilized... No entertainment at all. This can be advised ahead for you to come with adequate tablet."

Voordelen: "Crew service was excellent, food even hetter"

Nadelen: "Plane was full thus carry on roller bags had to be checked- big security concern re theft"

Voordelen: "There was a major problem with my booking and I went through almost 2 hours or stress thinking I would not be let on the flight. This has never happened with Kayak. But it was really bad. TAP insisted they could not book me on as Azores Airlines from Pinta Delgado to Toronto was not booked for me. I had to call bothe airlines. With no help from the desk. I finally got both to confirm and at the last minute was allowed on the flight. I chose this route to have a nice couple of days in Portugal and I will have. But the flight start was really upsetting."
Nadelen: "I like Kayak. But am very concerned about booking through in the future with this treatment."

Nadelen: "I was rerouted to Madrid and did not have the correct timely information to cancel and rebook or to get a credit toward a future flight. There was no clear item on line to be used for my problem."

Voordelen: "Cancelled flight. Charged for bags even though we prepaid for them."

Voordelen: "The crew was great. Happy crew is a fun crew to be around."

Nadelen: "The process and lines at airport were extreme. I also had thought one bag was included in flight cost. I am an organized traveler and know I read this. But when at check-in, I had to pay 75E for one checked bag. So I feel the website needs to be more clear. Food"

Voordelen: "The head stewardess was so helpful and nice! I was traveling alone with a 3-month-old baby and was very stressed out. The head stewardess helped me so much, gave me a more comfortable seat, a private place to breastfeed and a bassinet for the baby! She was amazing and I owe her so much for making my experience better. I also received a baby gift package that had a much needed pacifier clip! The flight was also the smoothest flight I've ever had across the Atlantic!"
Nadelen: "No movie was shown on the shared TV in the first row. Had to only listen to music. Long stressful wait to board."

Nadelen: "I didnt like the fact that the chairs are so close together. When passenger wanted to incline their chairs it would be too far back to be comfortable for the person behind. And to sit on the plane for a long fight in this uncomfortable position is not good. They need to make sure all chairs a fixed and now obstructing passengers comfortable manner"

Voordelen: "I got to Lisbon on time."
Nadelen: "just another bus ride"

Nadelen: "I was told at the check in that my bags are NOT paid for...when I booked the tickets on line there was no mention of any additional charges, or option to purchase baggage"

Voordelen: "We were traveling with a 7 month old so boarding was made easy by the crew. Most of the crew were quite pleasant during the flight."
Nadelen: "The entertainment system hand piece failed so you were unable to select channels, turn the over head light off or ever call for assistance. We had to get another passenger to do that for us. Ultimately the light bulb had to be removed from the fixture. During the flight, we asked for more refreshments and were told we could only have water by a flight attendant. Upon arrival at our destination with a child in hand, our stroller was not unloaded at the gate so we had to carry our child and all that travels with him to the baggage area. For anyone travelling internationally, you will know this is generally quite a distant from the gate in major airports. The strollers and car seats arrived in baggage 30 minutes after the main luggage. When staff were approached they were short and appeared very disinterested in helping. TAP failed on this flight home."

Voordelen: "Food, seats, flight attendants & in flight entertainment were all very good."

Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Voordelen: "Center aisle seat was comfortable and pnethy of room for my carryon overhead and underseat."
Nadelen: "I would like to see all TAP planes come with a standard entertainment option on the headrest in front of you with the advanced menu option of movies, games, radio, etc. and ensure all headphone jacks are operational. (Thisnflight the screen was messed up...not something you want to look at for 8 hours. ) I couldn't eat half the food because the salad wasn't anything but cabbage and a tomato and the corn and meat dish was cold and weird. I don't know what the dessert was but I got it down. I think the sandwich I got before landing was pesto and mayonnaise but I'm not sure. I didn't get much of it down before gagging. I wish when booking a flight you were given the menu or you could choose early in the flight and then be served. I bet it would cut down on wasted food and money."

Voordelen: "The flight was on time. The airplane was clean, there is a lot of space between seats, the seats are confortable and each seat has a computer screen so you can play games, watch movies, news. Etc. The airplane is a brand new airbus."
Nadelen: "Airplane should have more bathrooms."

Voordelen: "The staff and no delays. Checking in , great customer services and she was vey efficient."
Nadelen: "The uncomfortable seats ."

Nadelen: "They kept us all day in the airport t to then tell us at 7pm that the flight wouldnt actually leave that day."

Voordelen: "They fed us and provided good entertainment. Seats have plenty of room and are comfortable."
