Gedoe met teveel passagiers die weigeren een mondkapje op te doen en een kat/muis spel spelen met de bemanning. KLM kwaliteit als vanouds, maar verziekt door dit soort medepassagiers.

And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "The plane was cold. The entertainment was mediocure. The staff was telling the people to get in their seats quickly as they had missed their scheduled time for take off. Yet, they 1st said we would board a little late because og clearing out the previous flight. And, no one could get carry-ons above their own seats and had to go back to then come forward. The attendants should monitor better what is brought onboard. I thought they were rude. And it took almost an hr to get our luggage at the carosel."
Nadelen: "they keep using a very old 767: no personal entertainment screen, no USB outlet and absolutely freezing temperature. Most of the people put on their heavy coats."

Had to leave for the airport at 6 am only to then wait for 6 hours before we could board. to make matters worse, American then scheduled wake up time for all of the passengers for 4:40 am. I don't take that long to get ready. They did not do a very good job communicating to us on how they were going to recover from this unplanned event."

Nadelen: "Our 2nd flight was changed by the airline, causing us to have a 6 hour layover in Philadelphia instead of a 2 hour layover. Then when we ask about changing to a different flight they told us that the original flight we were supposed to be on (that we booked over 8 months ago) was completely full so that’s why we were moved, and there were no other flights available to switch to. So we accepted that. But when we printed our boarding passes, we saw that our seats were now separate from each other, and they were both middle seats! I don’t understand how booking my tickets so far in advance still resulted in these issues. We were finally able to get an aisle and window seat (not near each other) but both flights had poor to little entertainment, which I wouldn’t have expected on such long flights with American Airlines. Really was letdown. :("

Nadelen: "We arrived in Amsterdam at 9am, after traveling two hours to get there. We found out right away that there was a delay and chances of missing the connecting flight from Philadelphia to Orlando were great. We requested a different booking to insure travel to Orlando, which was denied. So the connecting flight was missed and after hours arrived in Orlando at midnight. Missed my ride and all car rentals were booked. All this caused a lot of anxiety and unnecessary stress. Very disappointing. And to add to it, the flight itself was horrible and there was no entertainment available for the entire flight."
Voordelen: "Rarely do I find the airline food excellent, or even good. But the Pasta dish on the Amsterdam-to-Philly flight that is what I experienced, absolutely delicious."

Nadelen: "I hate having media flashed in my face. The srewardesses misses me when serving beverages, which is hard to imagine, and rarely happens. We had a particularly bumpy landing. I've flown a fair amount, and I thought our bouncing and jostling was unusual, but then weather is unpredictable - still... I've seen navy pilots stick landings of small planes in worse weather."
Nadelen: "Complementary reservation 24 hrs before flight. B-757 was smallest airplain I ever fly over atlantic."
Nadelen: "First flight got cancelled without explanation. Then I couldn't get a follow up direct flight so I had to wait 2 days. Then when I finally flew there you lost my suitcase and I had to wait for that for 2 days!!! I'll never fly Iberia again!! You didn't even try to make up for it. And the guy at the counter was straight up rude."

Nadelen: "Their customer service was no help and didn't know why. So o scrambled to buy a last minute ticket home from the Netherlands."
Nadelen: "Seats are hard, narrow and generally uncomfortable."
Voordelen: "This wasn't a British Airlines flight! We ended up being on a crappy, ancient American Airlines flight instead of the BA flight we had booked. It is very duplicitous to purchase a ticket for an airline with a great reputation and end up on a genuinely lousy flight on a totally different airline (especially one like American, that I would never book!)."
Nadelen: "Older American Airlines plane had the old monitors showing cabin the same movies. Difficult to see and hurt my neck. You don't expect this on overseas flights."

Nadelen: "The plane was almost two hours late leaving. That being said, I think it was weather related and it would have been nice to know the reason for the delay."
Nadelen: "I had problems with my reservation. Somehow my last name was typed wrong on the sistem and they couldn't fixed it at the moment i was doing my check in. I had to purchased another ticket otherwise i was going to missed my flight. Very disappointed with that airline. It was my second time traveling with them and definitely my last one."
Nadelen: "Flight delayed by 9 hours with no explanation. It is a free for all at boarding. Plane is very old with the least amount of room I have had on any plane. Staff were no friendly."

There was no crew at the counter to provide us with boarding passes. The security team at the airport in Aruba needed to intervene as the ground crew at the gate refused to send someone to the check in counter. After pleading for an hour, they finally sent someone to give us boarding passes so that we could then proceed through security to the gate. The security team from the airport was nice enough to escort us all the way through customs, immigration, and security so that we would not miss our flight."

Very poor customer relations, although probably not directly connected to Suriname, but people were not happy about Miami's lack of organization in handling the luggage."
Voordelen: "This was the 1st time my wife and I have flown Suriname Air. Price wise you cannot beat them. This is the only airline that comes to Aruba from the US that offer a free meal. We will definitely fly with them again to and from Miami."
Voordelen: "The staff were great on the return flight. They smiled and made small talk with the people flying. They brought me an extra meal which prevented me from going into diabetic hypoglycemia. Thanks for everything!"

Refused to let me board the return flight that I had already paid for. I had to purchase an additional roundtrip ticket to replace the Surinam flight. Will never fly or recommend this airline ever again."

Will never fly with this airline ever again!"

Voordelen: "No drinks or snacks for econome class. Its just a 1 hour flight, KLM Does serve on 1 hour flights."

Voordelen: "Flight was very brief so not much to evaluate"
Nadelen: "There was a problem with the plane but there was time to make up the lost time however it seemed no one was in charge. We were not even told of the problem until the flight was already 30 min late. Then there did not seem to be a plan to fix things. The flight was 1 hour and 15 min late meaning we miss our great connection."
Voordelen: "Helpful staff, very pleasant flight and even arrived early!"
Nadelen: "The fact that you had to buy even water."
Voordelen: "Clean aircraft, pleasant cabin crew."
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed. They were aware that many of us had a connecting flight with not much time to get through passport control and to the gate. The crew should have let us off the plane first... we were sitting near the rear and only just made our flight"
Nadelen: "The complete lack of help from BA staff after I missed my flight. No helpful suggestions at all when I asked for guidance. Just 'the flight is closed and there are no more seats left today'."
Nadelen: "Missed my connection to Amsterdam in London because flight was delayed in New York. Flight from Amsterdam cancelled the night prior to departure. Rebooked on a flight that was highly inconvenient. No compensation from BA for stress, inconvenience and wasted time."
Voordelen: "Comfortable short hop"
Voordelen: "Nothing, nothing. At all."
Nadelen: "After hours at the gate, the flight was finally deemed cancelled. I missed my layover and was forced to stay over night at a airport hotel. I had paid a change fee to come home specifically for that day which I lost, not to mention 9 hours in the airport... the flights for the following day were totally downgraded from my original booking. Was so upset I could have cried...."
Voordelen: "Nice efficient crew"
Nadelen: "Announcements on plane very loud sometimes"
Voordelen: "Doordat wij op het bovendeks zaten konden we meteen boarden. Vriendelijke purser die overal de tijd voor nam."
Nadelen: "Doordat 3 mensen zich niet gemeld hadden, zaten er 4 koffers te veel aan boord. Ga maar met de hand zoeken met 15 Afrikaanse mensen in een A389."
Voordelen: "Fast as smooth"
Nadelen: "Delays and overbooked flights"
Voordelen: "Last minute flight (booked 4 hours before departure), one way, economy, for €99 from Amsterdam to Edinburgh via Gatwick. Long layover at Gatwick (around 3 hours), but I had much work to do anyway, so time went faster than I realised. Not sure if this was the case at Schiphol, but at Gatwick had priority security queue as a BA customer."
Voordelen: "Crew were nice and helpful"
Voordelen: "I love it the most that they are so helpful with excess baggage Which is why I always book with BA I am an entertainer working for many different cruise lines BA does not rob you blind if you have extra baggage Or your bags are slightly heavier ! Delta recently charged me $ 285 per extra bag Coming back BA charged me $90 and allowed me two bags The new policy on many airlines to literally rob a customer Is disgusting and the govt authorities should put a stop To it BA is welcoming and always professional !"
Nadelen: "Airline food is often risky to eat and The variety is poor especially if you are vegan"
Voordelen: "Simple flight left later than expect but arrived earlier than scheduled. Leg room was plenty and not like other airline where you feel packed like sardines."
Nadelen: "Nothing so far just a shame my luggage was damaged."
Voordelen: "Food was actually quite good"
Nadelen: "Issues with online purchase of extra baggage"
Voordelen: "Polite crew, flight was on time landing - even early. Seats were comfortable."
Nadelen: "The male crew in the bag is not try to help people put on the carry on language to the top of cabin. He stood there and look at us. When I directed to him and asked for help, he just stood there for few sec. and decieded to help me but with an attitude. Same as the other lady need their help to put the backpack in, both male crests stood there and wasn't planning to help, and the passenger stood up and assisted her."
Nadelen: "Flight was late"
Nadelen: "According yo the kayak app on the moment of booking the flight was going to Heathrow, but it went to Gatwick. In addition, the tariff did not include one checked luggage as shown on the app as well. Really disappointed with my first use of kayak."
Voordelen: "Some sleep"
Nadelen: "No food or drink provided in crappy seats"
Voordelen: "the staff was nice"
Voordelen: "Nice clean new plane. Courteous cabin personnel"
Nadelen: "Nothing served, not even water or tea, unless you pay for it. No entertainment."
Voordelen: "The staff where very good, was comfy for short trip"
Nadelen: "2hr 40min delay, and a very hectic and long boarding process"
Nadelen: "90 minutes delay for a 1 hour flight. They blamed the weather but no other flights were delayed except this one. Also, I purchased a seat with no checked baggage allowance and was NOT aware of this when I booked. Will not be flying British Airways again."
Voordelen: "Quick and efficient. Very informative about delays."
Voordelen: "When it got going, a pleasant flight."
Nadelen: "The delay was longer than the flight, although not necessarily BA's fault."
Voordelen: "The crew was excellent and attentive and I was mostly comfortable."
Nadelen: "I bought a return ticket for my daughter to fly to Amsterdam for the summer. I was allowed to purchase this flight from Kayak and BA from ATL to LON to AMS. Departure was for the end of May to the end of August. When we were checking in the attendant told us that the ticket was no good and we had to purchase another ticket because the travel was over 90 days. At no time did BA or Kayak let us know this information but had no problem selling us this ticket. We were literally extorted for another $1000.00 so she could depart. Shameful! Will not be using your site or BA ever again."
Voordelen: "Nothing, I never had the opportunity to board"
Nadelen: "We had a quick trip planned to the go to London traveling from Amsterdam with British Airways. We were able to check in without a problem, but getting through airport security took a substantial amount of time, which caused sever delays getting to the gate. Once at the gate, we were told that we could no longer board the plane as the gate had already closed. Even more shocking, the service people told use that our entire itinerary (AKA our return flight) was cancelled as a result of this. You can imagine our frustration as we had tickets in hand looking at the door to the plane that we would have been allowed to walk through had security taken 5 minutes less. In the states, if airport security is holding you from missing your flight, this is communicated with the airline and proper arrangements are made. Unfortunately, this was not the case, forcing us to buy a new (last minute) ticket and losing a lot of money."
Voordelen: "It was a short trip and the crew was good about making it as quick as possible (for boarding, debriefing, etc)."
Nadelen: "It was a short trip but they didn't have any sort of drink service. No entertainment either but that's expected for an hour long flight."
Voordelen: "Nothing - I arrived eventually."
Nadelen: "Undue stress, over booked flight, lost luggage. Zero customer service. Will never fly BA again."
