Voordelen: "How does one describe spending 10+ hours in a metal tube approximately 18 feet wide at 30,000 feet with 300 of your closest friends breathing the same air while having the seat in front of you pushed back so you cannot adequately see the passenger monitor because it's too close to focus on as your knees are under your chin? Flying in "steerage" is not comfortable as humans get larger and airplane seats get squeezed smaller. Please unsqueeze! Cabin crew members were excellent. Other than that, Europe was great!"

Voordelen: "On the fight back I had enough space; good service; fine food. Great trip. On the way to Amsterdam, I sat next to a very overweight woman and her body hung over my seat. I couldn't move around enough and I ended up with a trigger point problem which immobilized me for 3 days and kept me from sleeping at night. It was very disappointing, since this was a family visit trip."

Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Nadelen: "We were arbitrarily re-seated due to equipment changes, back and forth and lost our original seat selection even though we wound up on a plane with the original configuration. An international call wait of 1.5 hours was required to just get us back into the economy plus section that we had originally paid for, Amsterdam check-in was chaotic. In-plane staff was not at all helpful with our desire to get seats on the outside rows of our section."

Nadelen: "When you get into Panama in the airport they control people in a rude way. (specially when we were from Panama to the USA. They make questions and review the luggage not friendly."

Not fancy but kind flight attendants, standard economy class (meaning, as bad as all the others for space, definitely not the worst Ive flown, much better than cheap european airlines), had an on time connection in Panama... I would definitely fly again. I speak Spanish but all Copa staff speak English, so it was really easy."
Nadelen: "They do not have a way to order vegetarian food on their website so I did not eat on either flight, which was really frustrating."

She did everything she could to help me as they arranged to get me on the next flight and as I waited and boarded. The other agent serving at that same desk also helped. I am sorry I did not get her name. No one could have been nicer than Ana was to me."
Nadelen: "When I arrived in Panama my boarding pass said the flight from Panama to Quito was leaving from Gate 20. I checked with the departure information and did not see Quito on the list. I made the mistake of not checking the time. And therefore waited and waited at gate 20 for the flight to Panama which by that time I had missed. And saw later that the gate had been changed at the last to Gate 24. I thought it would have been nice if Copa could have posted the change at Gate 20 . I would not have missed the flight."

I appreciate the move from a safety standpoint, the passengers were given no information about WHY we were going back or how long it would take."

Personnel, goede stoel en verbinding op tijd. Gate op Dubai was krap, maar ging ok

Het zitcomfort was ronduit slecht. Personeel was als doorgaans top.

Covid protocol was badly monitored. Coughing people without a mask. Thank you KLM for your ignorance.

Gedoe met teveel passagiers die weigeren een mondkapje op te doen en een kat/muis spel spelen met de bemanning. KLM kwaliteit als vanouds, maar verziekt door dit soort medepassagiers.

It was approximately 5 a.m. After standing in the galley for about 5 minutes eating a small sandwich and while drinking my second glass of water, I was told I needed to sit down that I was in the galley too long. Older adults need to move around and get the blood flowing to prevent getting a blood clot. the 3 women stewardesses were busy talking in the galley I guess they felt their privacy and as being invaded."

Voordelen: "We missed our flight to Bogota because Immigration was so understaffed. They were warned by Aero Mexico the day prior but chose to do nothing. Now we are having to pay for a second hotel and second flight from BOGOTA to Barranquilla. There are a lot of very angry and disappointed travelers today. We have been offered nothing and received nothing. And we loose another day of Carnivale. I won't be flying through Mexico city anytime soon. Kerry Greenlees"

Nadelen: "Being late to board, depart. Checked bag not sent to final destination but had to be handled by me at connecting flight."

Voordelen: "We got an upgrade to 1st class. However because it’s an older plane, 1st class was just recliner seats. This was an overnight flight, so anything helped. It would have been nicer to have seats lay further back in 1st class. We did not have food since we slept the whole way."
Nadelen: "the attention during the delay was terrible. No A/C, and no possibilities of returning tio the terminal while they worked on fixing the plane... and the crew diidn't allow us to use our phones, or offered water"
Voordelen: "Flying with Aeromexico to Mexico City was great! This airline is always good and of course it didn't disappoint me this time. The flight was nice and smooth, the airplane very modern and nicely equipped, it had a vast variety of movies available, nice food, nice timing, friendly staff, punctual arrival to the destination, smooth landing, etc. Everything was great!"
Nadelen: "I was seated next to the toilets at the rear of the aircraft and I didn't like that seat. Guys, you really need to do something about this, because during the whole flight I had people standing next to me while queuing to go to the toilets. So, I was 12 hours with people next to my seat, watching me all the time and pushing the back of my seat while they made their way through the queue waiting for their turn to go to the toilet. Terrible situation having people queuing next to my seat and hearing the flushing sounds the whole flight."
Voordelen: "The crue is nice and friendly."
Nadelen: "The map for choose seats was diferent than the airplane, i payed for a row with nobody in front and i get one line after that. I only payed money for nothing. The food is poor and not tasty."

Voordelen: "Food and alcoholic beverages are included flight attendants were very nice and polite the screens were awesome with a good selection of movies and series."
Nadelen: "choosing sits is extra Overall the flight was smooth but it was delayed because boarding started late, which is ridiculous."
Voordelen: "There were no delays. Very easy on line check in. I was able to print out boarding passes, at Guadalajara airport very effortlessly."

Nadelen: "I arrived one hoyr before departure. There was absolutely no one in the counter to help solve my problem. I kept calling costumer service on the phone to get help. I had a first class ticket and all I got was someone in the airport will help you. But there was no one at the counter! More rhan 2 hours on the phone and they would not even let me talk with the supervisor. All I got was wait for someone in the counter... No one ever showed."
Voordelen: "The staff is attentive and helpful."
Nadelen: "Connection time was simply not enough, my first flight was delayed and when i got off the plane I had to run throughout the airport to catch my next flight in the last minute to board. Also they charge extra for your bags but no where in the web page I was informed of such charge."

Nadelen: "Delay of two hours in Mexico City airport. We didn't know why but the aircraft was on ground."

No one was there to navigate us through a delay that you all caused. We were traveling with 5 children and there was zero sense of urgency. We missed our connecting flight as a result as did the 100+ other passengers on this flight. How could BA not notify it’s partner AA to delay the connecting transatlantic flight as a result of its 1hr long delays? Horrid!"

Nadelen: "Missed my connection to Amsterdam in London because flight was delayed in New York. Flight from Amsterdam cancelled the night prior to departure. Rebooked on a flight that was highly inconvenient. No compensation from BA for stress, inconvenience and wasted time."

Voordelen: "Last minute flight (booked 4 hours before departure), one way, economy, for €99 from Amsterdam to Edinburgh via Gatwick. Long layover at Gatwick (around 3 hours), but I had much work to do anyway, so time went faster than I realised. Not sure if this was the case at Schiphol, but at Gatwick had priority security queue as a BA customer."

Voordelen: "I love it the most that they are so helpful with excess baggage Which is why I always book with BA I am an entertainer working for many different cruise lines BA does not rob you blind if you have extra baggage Or your bags are slightly heavier ! Delta recently charged me $ 285 per extra bag Coming back BA charged me $90 and allowed me two bags The new policy on many airlines to literally rob a customer Is disgusting and the govt authorities should put a stop To it BA is welcoming and always professional !"
Nadelen: "Airline food is often risky to eat and The variety is poor especially if you are vegan"
Nadelen: "The boarding process could be better"
Voordelen: "Simple flight left later than expect but arrived earlier than scheduled. Leg room was plenty and not like other airline where you feel packed like sardines."
Nadelen: "Nothing so far just a shame my luggage was damaged."
Nadelen: "The ground crew at check-in was not friendly nor helpful."
Voordelen: "Food was actually quite good"
Nadelen: "Issues with online purchase of extra baggage"

Nadelen: "The male crew in the bag is not try to help people put on the carry on language to the top of cabin. He stood there and look at us. When I directed to him and asked for help, he just stood there for few sec. and decieded to help me but with an attitude. Same as the other lady need their help to put the backpack in, both male crests stood there and wasn't planning to help, and the passenger stood up and assisted her."
Voordelen: "Everything"
Nadelen: "According yo the kayak app on the moment of booking the flight was going to Heathrow, but it went to Gatwick. In addition, the tariff did not include one checked luggage as shown on the app as well. Really disappointed with my first use of kayak."

Nadelen: "Extremely long delay and the crew didn't explain until half way to London why the flight was so delayed. Horrible service"
Nadelen: "90 minutes delay for a 1 hour flight. They blamed the weather but no other flights were delayed except this one. Also, I purchased a seat with no checked baggage allowance and was NOT aware of this when I booked. Will not be flying British Airways again."
Voordelen: "When it got going, a pleasant flight."
Nadelen: "The delay was longer than the flight, although not necessarily BA's fault."
Voordelen: "Nothing, I never had the opportunity to board"
Nadelen: "We had a quick trip planned to the go to London traveling from Amsterdam with British Airways. We were able to check in without a problem, but getting through airport security took a substantial amount of time, which caused sever delays getting to the gate. Once at the gate, we were told that we could no longer board the plane as the gate had already closed. Even more shocking, the service people told use that our entire itinerary (AKA our return flight) was cancelled as a result of this. You can imagine our frustration as we had tickets in hand looking at the door to the plane that we would have been allowed to walk through had security taken 5 minutes less. In the states, if airport security is holding you from missing your flight, this is communicated with the airline and proper arrangements are made. Unfortunately, this was not the case, forcing us to buy a new (last minute) ticket and losing a lot of money."
Voordelen: "Nothing - I arrived eventually."
Nadelen: "Undue stress, over booked flight, lost luggage. Zero customer service. Will never fly BA again."
Voordelen: "easy boarding, land at T5 which is a very well designed terminal"
Nadelen: "check is was horrendous. Long queues of people, long wait and not enough people to man the check in counters. Sitting down in my seat my kneeds immediately banged on the seat in front of me. Its clear that this aircraft has less leg space that then usual. And now you have to pay for all food and drink. £9 for a sandwich and G&T."
Voordelen: "There seemed to be more leg room then other international flights. They fed us 2 meals and a snack and kept bringing around juice and water."
Nadelen: "delays, loud drunk in boarding area in Amsterdam that had been removed from his flight,"
Voordelen: "Even flight was delayed, all was well with excellent service."
