Nadelen: "The plane was small. It was a quick flight though."

Voordelen: "I have used Kayak for years without issue. This time I was flying SAS for the first time. The plane broke and so that was the first huge delay SAS had terrible customer service. They reminded me several times that I was not a preferred customer and that I had bought my ticket through kayak. This is the reason they gave for lack of help. It was frustrating to say the least. I’m not sure how they expect to gain repeat customers if they treat first time customers like that."

Nadelen: "It could have been the perfect trip, but I am not sure why SAS baggage handling is so mediocre. In both the flights from EWR to OSLO and back, every aspect of the trip was super, except for the wait for baggage. In Oslo, I estimate having waited at least a half an hour at the carousel before the bags started showing up, and the same in Newark. We had long cleared Immigration, which normally is not a speedy process, and yet still had to wait at least 20 minutes for the FIRST bag to appear on the carousel. Most annoying, particularly after a relatively long flight, and especially for transfer passengers who needed to recheck their bags to continue to other destinations."

Also we weren't given the choice of what to have for our meals and were merely handed our food. Lastly, the flight was very, very uncomfortably warm."

Nadelen: "I order through Kayak, which took me to priceline...Got my ticket and thought everything was fine...Until I got to the airport, apparently I got a SAS lite ticket and they charged me to check 3 bags 210 Euros...Unreal. I think its pricelines fault because they did not even offer bagage as an option..."

Staff was rude, unapologetic, demanding and incompetent the entire time. Flight was packed, uncomfortable and smelled terrible. Flight was rough, landing was rough. Terrible airline."

Nadelen: "During online check in and through the website, I was informed that I would be able to have one free checked bag. I was never prompted that I would have to pay additional. However, when I arrived at the airport, I was told that I had to pay an additional $75 to check my bag in even though my boarding pass stated I was able to check in one bag. I was then pushed back and forth through the airport to complete this process. I would have liked to be given warning if I had to pay any additional costs."

Also I paid for my family of three to be grouped together on flight from Stockholm to Chicago and we were seated in separate aisles so we could not converse together at all. I feel I got cheated in that aspect."
Nadelen: "Check in took two hours! Gmhad to wait in line to "check" our bag and then wait in another to "pay" for our checked bag and get boarding passes. Very inefficient."

Voordelen: "I almost missed my next flight from Dublin to Chicago. There was not enough time between flights with current security measures. Your site should not have suggested those two flights so close."

Nadelen: "The first plane was absolutely filthy. I paid for Wifi and when connection was spotty put my laptop down still with half of the data I purchased unused, but then it wouldn't let me back on later. Food was awful. On the first flight they skipped me for drink service entirely."

Tiny seats, no legroom, and super narrow aisles so that people walking up and down would invariably bump your shoulder when they walked by - makes for a difficult sleep. Rude air hostesses Waited on ground 2 HOURS, inaccurate info, no service, nada"

Nadelen: "Flight was late. Ground crew were atrocious and lost passengers and then insisted on counting the whole plane twice (as they got it wrong the first time). The flight was delayed by 4hrs in total and then Aerlingus denied compensation was due. Appalling performance"
Voordelen: "The whole crew was amazing! Meals were very tasty. The pillow and blanket was a nice touch. We really enjoyed the fact we all had entertainment screens."

Voordelen: "The service from the flight crew was excellent. On board meals were good, too. Although my luggage never made it on my flight to Chicago due to a delay arriving in Dublin, Aer Lingus provided me with tracking information, and I received my suitcase at my home within 48 hours."

Once on the plane were told no bassinets available anymore due to many baby's on board. That was a deception! And a lie! All seats with capabilty for a bassinet were occupied by able healthy adults! There WAS not 1 bassinet on the plane!! Terrible check in staff in Miami...can barely communicate in English (for AER LINGUS!!)...they did not know their own luggage allowance policy...had difficulties to check in a lap infant."

Voordelen: "When I think of international, I think of the huge airplane with 3 rows of seating, an extra inch of leg space for us economy flyers ...this was basically a domestic airplane and the staff was polite but nothing over the top."

Nadelen: "Could not get a crew member to respond to the call button. We got what was left for a dinner meal, no choice. Handed a ‘hot pocket’, no napkin, no drink. My headphone jack partially worked—ear buds fine but the internal connection was not working well—sound only from 1 ear bud. Not pleasant for watching or listening to entertainment."

Nadelen: "You can not bring a hot drink on board,but they give you hot drinks on board it doesn't make sense.. The seats are very small on a 9 hrs flight,the arm rest should go up for some space when available..There should be at least a vegetarian option for people who don't eat meat.."

Nadelen: "My flight was cancelled approximately 36 hours before departure. Neither Aer Lingus not the booking agency Justfly.com informed me. I discovered this as I was about to leave for airport. Neither could help me to book a new flight. Justfly.com didn't see that the flight was cancelled because Aer Lingus did not inform them. I had to go to the airport and spend 8 hours in line at the ticket desk to get a new flight the next day, in addition to 2 hours spent on the phone. Had these companies done their jobs properly, I could have rescheduled my flight days earlier on the phone and not wasted an entire day of my vacation. When I asked Justfly.com for any form of compensation they refused. Will NEVER fly on this airline or book travel thru Justfly.com again."

Nadelen: "Note: This review is for Aer Lingus a partner of British Airways. 1) Service - one of our fight attendants was incredibly rude. She clearly resents her job. 2) The plane itself was very old and not well maintained. The audio jack for the in-flight entertainment was broken and I could not watch anything. My wife complained about the touch screens being faulty and her audio system was bad. Also, the carpet and seat fabric was torn. 3) The food was disgusting. I mean, really bad. 4) There was a charge for alcohol whereas British Airways was complimentary. 5) Overall, I will never fly Aer Lingus again. It was the worst flying experience in memory."

Unfortunately, AerLingus still has that double pronged plugs and I wasn't able to use my personal set (actually, I could but sound would only work on one side). I'll definitely fly with them again, only next time I'll bring an attachment for me to be able to use my headphones."

Nadelen: "We just returned home to New York from our trip to Amsterdam and Ireland. The trip itself was amazing despite the sub par customer service we received from Aer Lingus that definitely put a damper on our vacation. Our flight on Wed July 19th from NYC to Amsterdam went off without a hitch until we claimed our luggage, my brand new suitcase was covered with stains. Very disappointing but we went on to enjoy our time in Amsterdam. The real problems began when we flew from Amsterdam to Dublin, first we were seated all over the plane and worst of all when we arrived my husband's bag was lost. We went to customer service and completed the paper work. Everything my husband had for the trip was in that bag. Aer Lingus only texted him once and after that he had to call every day to check the status of his bag. Instead of exploring Dublin, we had to spend Sunday shopping to get him clothes for the trip. No word from Aer Lingus. Monday morning July 24 he calls to find the status of his bag. It was found in Amsterdam and was to be flown to Dublin and shipped to our next stop in Kinsale. We arrived Monday evening to find that the bag had not been shipped. Again no word from Aer Lingus. My husband called to find out the status and made arrangements to pick the bag up when we were flying back to NYC. We were happy the bag was found but my husband still was without all of his belongings for our entire trip. On Thursday July 27 we arrived at the airport early to retrieve the bag before we checked in to our flight. We were dismayed to find that there was not a person to talk to but a phone on a column to call to get help retrieving the luggage. There was a queue at the phone with people ahead of us in similar situations. Finally someone came out to escort my husband to get his bag. We were traveling with our son, and again our seats were scattered about the plane. There was no one at checkin to help us, and we didn't get help at the gate. So we had to sit separately for the 6 hour and 30 minute flight. When we claimed our bags, my bag now had tears along with the stains. This was a brand new suitcase and it is now ruined. My husband says he will never fly Aer Lingus again and this was the worst customer service he has had in his life. The customer service was virtually non existent."

Nadelen: "The overall feel is that the staff are very rigid about their rules. They come down the aisle at their appointed times, but never just check up to see how people are doing. The rule about registering for a vegetarian meal 72 hours advance is ridiculous. there should always be meat-free options for people, not just vegetarians. The flight attendant was kind enough to find some fruit salad for me, out of the crew meals, but she shouldn't have to. in general they don't feel very warm or inviting."
Voordelen: "Friendly staff. Made efforts to assure passengers there were arrangements made for them in Dublin due to our late departure."
Nadelen: "I rated food and entertainment as 1 star since there is no N/A option. Our short flight did not provide them."
Voordelen: "i liked nothing from the experience on this leg or the journey. I was frustrated and angry."
Nadelen: "The check in procedure in Amsterdam took almost two hours. Then I was late to the gate. There was no assistance getting to the gate for none of the passengers who experienced these delays."
Voordelen: "I liked the in-flight crew. They were very pleasant and helpful!"
Nadelen: "The delays! The check-in app was down and the ladies at the desk didn't seem to be in any hurry to make sure we didn't miss our flight. It was the worst experience."
Nadelen: "Baggage lost for mere one-hour flight from Amsterdam to Dublin with extended delay before it was recovered."
Voordelen: "I understand the need for rules, but delaying 250 People because three idiots check baggage and don't show up is absurd. You need to have your own people on site who can take it off. I'll never fly you again."
Nadelen: "Further, you did little to ameliorate the situation for those stranded. I appreciate the hotel, but air Canada, united etc ALL offer cash compensation for delays caused by the airline..you didn't even offer an onboard drink. Also, the flight to JFK left 10 minutes after we landed: you should have held that flight rather than cost us all time/money/stress!"

Nadelen: "1. BA said I couldn't get a seat before 24 hrs before. Then when I tried to get a seat assignment I was told (by email) to contact Aer Lingus. Aer Lingus said that I should have called before 24 hrs before, and that seats were now in control of the gate (this still 22 hrs before flight time). Total lack of coordination. 2. At check-in I was first told that my bag was too big for carry-on, although BA had accepted it. I shrunk it down. Then I was told it weighed too much at 15 kg. When I asked why BA accepted the weight I was told BA's weight limit was different. 3. Net net, if BA is "arranging" the flight through a code-share it should have responsibility for insuring I am treated like a BA customer. Aer Lingus' customer treatment leads much to be desired."
Voordelen: "Worst experience flying of my life and I've flown quite a lot. Showed up for my flight in Amsterdam to a connecting flight in Dublin to sfo for Christmas. They told me I didn't have a seat on the ams-Dublin flight. Waited and asked everyone with aer Lingus who was available which was one woman who ignored me as much as possible whether I would make it home for Christmas. No info given. Finally got thrown (literally) a ticket after the plane was completely boarded. Barely made my connecting flight in Dublin. Arrived in sfo and my luggage never arrived. A week later, after countless phone calls, bag descriptions, and headaches, my luggage was located in Dublin. I just received my bag today with everything I needed for Christmas but didn't have. Basically aer Lingus ruined my Christmas 2016 and I still can't figure out who to log a complaint to. Worst airline ever."

Voordelen: "Last minute flight (booked 4 hours before departure), one way, economy, for €99 from Amsterdam to Edinburgh via Gatwick. Long layover at Gatwick (around 3 hours), but I had much work to do anyway, so time went faster than I realised. Not sure if this was the case at Schiphol, but at Gatwick had priority security queue as a BA customer."
Voordelen: "Great crew with Laura, Luke and the team in Club World."
Nadelen: "BA lounge in Heathrow Terminal 3 had it's days and needs upgrade."
Voordelen: "That was my first experience with the Airbus 380. The plane is an excellent ship and the takeoff and landing was surprisingly smooth. Flying is very stable as well. Although it has two decks you are just in one and it looks like any other long distance plane. Seats are a bit narrow but comfortable. Entertainment is individual and plenty of options. Economy cabin is divided in two sections and each section has its own lavatories."
Nadelen: "The boarding and disembarking operation is never-ending and of course economy class has to wait until business and first -that are considerably large- have completed their getting out. Even with two exits for the two decks it was very slow. On boarding I also noticed that several passengers boarded the wrong deck: nobody but a generic sign was telling them what gate was theirs. With 450 or 500 passengers the chance that something goes wrong increases. In our case a passenger didn't make the connexion and the luggage had to be removed. Food is just fine. Surprisingly the beverage was extremely short of options: just wine or water, no coke or sodas. Same with supper: just coffee, water or juice. The trip was long -9 hours- but no water was offered between meals."

Nadelen: "Flight was operated by American Airlines. Aircraft was insanely old, with no personal entertainment system, but only a few overhead monitors for all passengers, which played OLD movies. That is unbelievable and unacceptable in 2018. Seats pitch was pretty small and I even had to fly on a broken seat that would not recline, for a 11 hours flight. The most uncomfortable flight I have ever flew. If that wasn't enough to make the experience the worst possible, flight attendance was rude! I strongly suggest to avoid American Airlines at all cost."

Voordelen: "I love it the most that they are so helpful with excess baggage Which is why I always book with BA I am an entertainer working for many different cruise lines BA does not rob you blind if you have extra baggage Or your bags are slightly heavier ! Delta recently charged me $ 285 per extra bag Coming back BA charged me $90 and allowed me two bags The new policy on many airlines to literally rob a customer Is disgusting and the govt authorities should put a stop To it BA is welcoming and always professional !"

Voordelen: "I haven't left Miaimi. American Airlines employees are horrible. After arriving from London they told me to pick up my check in baggage proceed to drop bag near exit 5. When I arrived it was crowded nobody know which line is for checkin and which line is for dropping the bag. I finally went to the counter and ask and the lady said, she couldn't accept it as it was 30 left before departure. She pointed me to another lady who also washed her hand. They were both reluctant and finally accepted my baggage but the security line was too long for me to reach departure on time. Horrible. The ladies who at the departure counter have different asnwer for my checked in baggage. I/m so tired from this domestic flight that I haven't completed."

And now you have to pay for all food and drink. £9 for a sandwich and G&T."
Voordelen: "The crew was pleasant/friendly, but I'm not sure if one of the male flight attendants was extra friendly because the girl next to me was cute, I guess I got lucky and benefitted from that and got excellent service"
Nadelen: "There were no USB ports to charge my phone... the movie selection was average, and the entertainment system was a little old, the touch screen didn't work. Being from America, the drink can 150ml is TINY and I was always thirsty."

Voordelen: "British Airways is always my first choice when I fly. You always know what you will get and the familiarity of knowing the booking system, the lounge, the seats. All this needs to be weighed up with a disinterested crew (and I am generalising which is unfair!) and dated planes"
Nadelen: "The plane is dated. There was dust in the lockers, my seat got stuck and the entertainment screen was difficult to see. But my big disappointment with this the disinterest of the cabin crew. The purser sits and completes his paperwork while coffee is slowly dripping out of an overflowing disposal unit, collecting under his shoe. The cabin crew on my aisle kept on forgetting what food people ordered and if you were snoozing or not in your seat while she did her round, you missed your chance."
Nadelen: "We were told not to worry when there was no plane at the gate when we arrived. Then we were told not to worry that the plane was being towed to the gate when it did land in Schipol. They were aware that many on the plane were trying to make a fairly quick connection in London. And it was after that connection would have already been missed that they let us know that our flight was canceled and we would have to go back to get our luggage and get re-assigned to another plane. We stood for TWO HOURS to be reassigned with only 2 agents helping a whole plane full of people. Of course, we missed the last flight out that could have connected us. We were told to go to an agent when we got to London to get a hotel room and they would have us all sorted. They did not have us all sorted and that took another half hour. We were at the airport in Schipol for SEVEN hours [and two trips through passport control] before our rescheduled flight to London boarded. When we landed in London, we had to go to the arrivals desk for them to be informed that we needed a hotel. We were able to sleep about 3 hours and had to get back to the airport for an early morning flight. Everyone we dealt with was kind and respectful, but the Airline itself was ill-prepared to handle this cancellation. In addition, they said they would not re-book at the gate, but those who were angry and aggressive were able to do so and get out on the day we were supposed to. Pretty crummy end to a trip."

Voordelen: "airlines could have mentioned that the second leg would require going thru security again and would take a very long time and that I should do this immediately after disembarking even though a gate had not yet been assigned. As A consequence of an intensive interview process before boarding the international leg of the trip (initially only two reps processing everyone on the plane for a few minutes each) the plane left the gate late. It also lost another 15 -20 minutes in flight making it 30 minutes late and I missed my connection in Miami necessitating me to spend a night in a motel and finish my flight the next day."
Nadelen: "Had the crew enabled me to be first off the plane I would have made the connection but I lost an additional 20-25 minutes being seated in the rear of the plane"
Voordelen: "The better question is what did we not like."
Nadelen: "Careless staff, unorganized, rude, long lines with slow working agents. We were traveling with our three and six year old and started with a weather delay and then eventually a cancellation. We stood at the Barcelona airport from 7pm until 2:30am with our children. Nobody offered us food vouchers, taxi or hotel. We had to ask and only got a hotel which was an hour away and taxi on us costing us over $100 euro! Everything closed and our children ate cookies from a vending machine for dinner. Finally we got to our hotel after 3am and slept until 6:30am to catch another taxi on us back to the airport just to find out it’s delayed and we would miss our connection in Madrid back to Miami. We arrived the airport again at 9am and at 3pm we’re finally given food vouchers for our hungry children to eat something. American Airlines has a direct flight from Barcelona to Miami but they insisted they couldn’t do that for us and we’d again stay another night in Barcelona at a hotel. This would all be fine if we weren’t traveling with small children, they didn’t have school and we didn’t have to work and had extra money to pay for all the inconveniences. This was by far the worst experience we’ve had and will never choose Tap again for our travels!"
Nadelen: "Switched planes both ways, changed my paid for seating. No notifications. Excess luggage charges. Would never recommend this airline."
Voordelen: "Food was ok. Check in was ok in Portugal. The plane was good (entertainment and seat comfort)."
Nadelen: "flight crew can be more friendly in my opinion."
Nadelen: "Our tickets were economy class Y for all of our flights, and we each checked a bag free on the outbound trip. But, returning we had to pay 170 euros for our 2 checked (1 each) bags. TAP (Air Portugal) in Toulouse said our outbound flights were "Basic" fares while our return flights were "Discounted" fares. Discounted fares do not include checked bags while Basic fares include 1 free checked bag. We paid $3,106.36 for the round trip for both of us, which hardly seems like a discounted fare, before paying an additional 170 euros on the return flight. I will be looking into filing a Class Action suit trying to recover all overcharges on behalf of all passengers."
Voordelen: "The planes were fantastic, wish all other airlines provided the same amenities. There was ample leg room (even in the economy peasant class), there were innovative changes in the pullout tray, beverage holder, convenience of charging devices, a mirror, specific pockets for books/glass cases/snacks. And a very comfortable headrest which made snoozing easier."
Nadelen: "Contacting TAP Customer Service was a nightmare. It took forever before anyone answered the phone &, when they did, it was VERY difficult to understand their English. Forget reaching ANYONE after 9 pm; ditto for trying to do anything online, e.g., checking in, picking seats, modifying reservations, etc. If you are forced to do anything at night, prepare yourself for total frustration."
Voordelen: "The airplane crew was very professional. The entertainment was very good."
Nadelen: "Space and mobility was very limited."
Nadelen: "No cnn or fox news in English"
Voordelen: "We had comfort seats and I liked that because of the space you have, 2 simple meals and they served water in between the meals I will fly TAP again"

Nadelen: "I paid for the upgrade to business class and is like wasting money, the seat on business class was not working good"
Nadelen: "Inbound flight - flight got canceled from Budapest - after calling the airline and waiting in the line the 2 first lady I was talking to put me on hold and never got back to me, the 3rd lady had no idea why the flight got canceled except it was for emergency. She said next flight would be 2 days later - after calling the insurance I booked for the flight, they didn't want to reimburse for the interruption because the airline could not explain why it got canceled and i should prove that the flight was canceled - after being 6h on the phone with airline and insurance and waiting line had to hang of without solution. I had to purchase a new ticket from another airline to be able to fly on the same day back to Miami. - after arriving at the airport next morning for the other flight it turns out that Tap Portugal booked me to British Airways but they have not send me a notification email about it, so if I do not ask at the counter for Tap Portugal for the paperwork for the insurance I would never find out that i got a new flight and i would have miss it and the insurance would have never pay for it. With the new ticket i had to purchase, my travel with Tap Portugal cost me on the end around $3000, and I do not have that much money for a ticket at all, now I have a financial trouble. Thanks, never again."

Would be good that airline as well as internet travel agent would advice about this additional costs in a more transparent way before you purchase the ticket"

Nadelen: "When I booked the ticker online I was informed that I can take up to 23kg luggage, but when I checked in, I had to pay over $120 per person for luggage...I was very disappointed with th ideas treatment"
Nadelen: "The Lisbon airport is very difficult to navigate; signage is poor, and there are not enough staff on the ground. The waiting lines for TAP check-in are outrageous. TAP policy states they allow choosing a seat starting 36 hours of departure, but the poorly designed website let me book seats, and then asked me to pay; at the airport they also told me I had to pay on check-in to choose a seat. Worst of all, at the gate, the waiting area forces all passengers to wait while standing in a big herd - an hour - while police spot check random passenger carry-ons and perform body checks."

The crew did what was needed but made you feel like they were doing you a favour by showing up for work. Other airlines such as emirates, ethiad, virgin Australia all make a person feel welcome with great attention to detail international flight from Europe to the US. I will never fly air Europa again as I feel they are dishonest. The charge for the headphones is ridiculous when the entertainment is limited (most tv series will have one episode and the shows are old) The food was sub par. The sandwich with one sliver of ham was pathetic and the main meal was lacking with only chicken and rice, a small desert, no fruit/ salad and or crackers with cheese which is the norm on international flights."
Nadelen: "They didn’t even give water without charging for it. Water is a basic need The hidden baggage fees. I was informed at checkin that I wasn’t allowed a checked bag from Amsterdam via Madrid to Miami. It is the first time I have ever flown internationally where you don’t get 1 bag at least to check in. The. The fee was €150 one way to check a bag. I feel that the airport should have disclosed more clearly that the fair did not include luggage. I can understand for some short haul flights people can choose to take luggage but international long haul is just heap and dishonest"
Voordelen: "Why do I needed to pay at the airport addiction 150 euros for one suitcase? Why was it online included to find out the I have to pay extra? That’s addioanl 30% increase for the price of the ticket. I’ have been using you for a long time and not really happy"
Nadelen: "No clear advice about extra luggage fees In Miami I got help and paid $100 In Madrid, I tried to purchase the extra luggage on line. The website gave me an error. Once at the counter the person helping me there could not help either. I was charged $150 since the purchase was not done on line. I requested a supervisor: denied! My last trip with air Europa!!!"
Voordelen: "Flight took off on time. Plane is big and seats are good for people up to 6 feet tall and comfortable fior people up to 220 lbs. Crew was excellent from checking in til landing. I will travel again with Air Europa but I will take a sandwich or two with me just in case pasta is being served. Flight was from Madrid to Miami. On my flight from Miami to Madrid the food (chicken) and everything was excellent. Oct 14 2018"

Nadelen: "It was seriously hot on this flight. I am very cold most of the time and I was sweating during parts of the flight. My husband is always warm and he was miserable all flight. Had to press the call button three times to get a glass of water when I was feeling ill. Bathrooms ran out of toilet paper and took awhile to get more. Couldn't sleep because of the temperature. Flight felt like it took double the time because it was so hot. Took forever to board and left way late, arrived late. Our flight over to Madrid was great, but this flight back was awful."
Voordelen: "Salimos a tiempo"

Nadelen: "Needed my family to be together at flight. Customer service was useless and did not help to resolve the problem. It was only resolve at last minute at the airport check in. Jose the supervisor at sift 10!am was like a robot about the allocation sitting. Did not understand personal circumstances to have a family flying together on a 9 house flight. Customer service is generally useless and a very unpleasant experience, the new seat charges and the inflexibility is making me wonder if I will choose air Europa again for my flights from the US. Flight was also delay due to some lugage delays. Pretty messy experience overall."
Nadelen: "I missed my connection because of the insane delay on the first flight."
Voordelen: "Great service and good food"
Voordelen: "Imagine that I lost my flight and I had to rebook another flight that departed from Milan - Copenhagen and from Copenhagen - Miami... I paid $1,200 to get this flight... plus I lost my flight that they didn't want me to board in... plus imagine, the €150 for my luggage that they dropped it for me by the baggage claim in Malpensa airport, after I was rejected to board the aircraft... Believe me that I am not much concern about the loss of money that happened to me in this situation, as I am more concern about IS BEING AN ARABIC MUSLIM PERSON, was the reason to lose my flight??? Really guys??? Why really??? I am not a terrorist... I love everyone and I expect people to respect me for who I am, not for where I am coming from..to keep repeating same word (  Arabo Arabo ) ???..... I just need fair judgemental... I've been flying with Air Europa many times and love the company but now I will remain in shock the rest of my life with this experience, to be discriminated in that level from different representatives of this company in Malpensa, Milan... I felt that I need to speak and seek fair judgemental... may I really get an answer?? Voordelen: "Very comfortable plane with wide seats and nice reclining feature! Staff is very friendly. They are generous with the food and snacks."
Nadelen: "Boarding was not loaded in zones. It was a free for all. Staff seemed annoyed that I asked for more water (I had asked 25 min prior and she asked me to wait for beverage service. When I got it, I chugged it and asked for more and they ignored me. I had to ask 3 times)."

Nadelen: "Ran out of toilet paper"
Voordelen: "Comfort and quiet aircraft"
Nadelen: "Food and that only allow one bag for long haul flight while most of the airlines allow 2 pieces for economy travelers."
Voordelen: "Equipment and crew on both Paris to Madrid and Madrid to Miami were good. 787 aircraft is good. On time and as pleasant as economy air travel today can be."
Nadelen: "Distance between landing gate in Madrid and departure gate too long. (Sign says 31 minutes walking time!) Also very long distance between landing gate and luggage claim in Miami - I don't know what passengers who can't walk well do. Food bad even for airline standards and Air Europa may have worst coffee of any airline - I can't imagine worse."
Voordelen: "The 787s"
Nadelen: "The glitchy mobile app and website won't allow a check in, because it keeps asking for frequent flyer number, but it won't accept Delta's credentials...very frustrating"
Voordelen: "The plane was a newer 787 Dreamliner. The interior was clean, the flight crew friendly and professional. The meals were a notch above average for airplane food. That means a lot when it is a nine and one half hour flight. A free glass of wine served with the meal was a nice bonus. Boarding and disembarking was as it is with all airlines, but the staff were very helpful. Each seat had it's own entertainment screen with games, music, movies and TV shows in many languages."
Nadelen: "I have no complaints. I would definitely fly Air Europa again if it is the 787, and a long flight."
Nadelen: "Excellent plane. Good food."
Voordelen: "I like in general"
Nadelen: "For the next time I need more space for my chair, because my legs suffer for this."
Voordelen: "Modern airoplane"
Voordelen: "Nothing."
Nadelen: "I bought 2 tickets at the same time for me and my wife and the sat us separately 10 rows apart from each other. Its stupid they dont let you choose your own seats. Also paying for the bag was another long process and had to go to 3 sepparate counters because Air Europa required a different procedure. Pilots necer announced upcomig turbulence and the landing was horrible. Old and uncomfortable seatbelts. Ive been on 3 flights this week and this was by far the worst. Wont be flying Air Europa in the future."
Voordelen: "The staff were very kind, communicated well (I'm English speaking only), and the entertainment and food were decent. No internet for me, as it was pay only, even on a transatlantic flight. I would likely fly with them again."
Voordelen: "Brand new plane"

Nadelen: "Space between seats very uncomfortable. Planes very old."
Voordelen: "This time Air Europa make us field like nothing before. The check in at the airport, to get in, but specially the time in the fly, they need to improve. The food cold and very bad. We asked for an upgrade do to my health condition and ready to pay the different, nothing."
Nadelen: "In other words, never againg. Thank you Kayak for the opportunity to express my experience."
Voordelen: "It is always a pleasure to flight in Air Europe. How can I get discounts on Air Europe, I am travelling many times a year to Spain or Rumania. I also like to know if you have facilities to bring my baby dog (7 months) from Rumania. thank you Delia"
Voordelen: "Plane was comfortable and brand new . Crew was very helpful"
Voordelen: "Entertainment and the airplane itself was awesome, very please with the overall experience."
Nadelen: "The food quality was pretty bad. Also, they would make you start the line to board, but we wouldn't start boarding for another 15 minutes, so the lines took extremely long."
Voordelen: "Cabin crew were very nice"
Nadelen: "3 hours late boarding,apparently toilet repairs were underway,[lane was at the gate. Cabin A/C in our section was very very hot,why ? Idont know"

Voordelen: "The option to listen to music/watch movies/play games/charge your electronic devices (via USB cord). Don't forget your headphones!!! It'll cost you 3 Euros on-board."
Nadelen: "On this trip, I had to travel on four Air Europa planes; none of which were ever on time. Delays! Delays!! And more Delays!!! Be sure to apply for vegetarian options if you don't eat meat/pork 24 hours in advanced. You'll be left without even a snack to purchase and starving. -An exhausted and hungry passenger"
Voordelen: "Service was superb, meals excellent, new plane comfortable ... Highly recommend ..."
Nadelen: "The time allotted at the MAD airport for connection was tight ... a LONG way to walk with a carry on bag and through lines of people. Need to make flyers over 65 aware of that ...."
Nadelen: "Horrible airline, 1 hour waitinf transit passangers, 2 hours delay in arrival.Like a cattle transportation, maybe better, due to the delays speaker anouncements. Do the cattle transportation driver make anouncemrnts to the cows?. Air Europa coul save to make it because nobody listen to your clims or questions related to it. Where is the compensation?."
