We spent hours on the phone at great cost to us (international pay phone charges) to be bounced for one rep to another. We were finally told we could get in a plane home Sunday, please to be transferred, starting the process over from the beginning. It was TERRIBLE, beginning to end!"
Voordelen: "The flight attendants was very rude & keep harassing me about my emotional support dog, I was a real animal hater, the complaint is to long to list here, never experienced such a rude flight attendant in all my years of flying , I filed a official complaint with delta."

Nadelen: "I had 15 hours layover in Amsterdam so I got me a hotel.one hour after I got to the hotel I got a notification from Kayak app asking me to go get my bag from Schiphol. My bag was supposed to be directly shipped to PDX. I had to leave my hotel back to the airport and spend 2 hours trying to find it only to be told that it was going to PDX. I lost my $170 hotel room, over $70 for taxis and ended up spending the night on the floor at Schipol. I do not think I'll ever use Kayak again. The travel guarantee is a joke too."
Nadelen: ". The flight was overbooked and I had to wait for last minute to find out weather I will be on board of the flight .My bags were left behind in Amsterdam which were delivered later than they were supposed to."
Voordelen: "Good flight overall"
Nadelen: "Although I have priority status -The ground crew in Amsterdam gave me hard time with 7 extra Pounds, and I was trying to take it out of the suitcase to no avail. Eventually the agent I was checking in with got busy, I went to a new agent, and with a flick of a keyboard he approved the extra rate based on my status, without even have my to request it."
Nadelen: "No dairy free options!"
Voordelen: "I was given an upgrade to a exit row seat so I could stretch out which nice since this was a connection from Sydney so I’d been flying for 14 hours already. The entertainment was excellent and the inflight messaging was wonderful. The staff was friendly and helpful. And the biscoff cookies are amazing."

Voordelen: "I love the overwhelming positivity exuded by the stallions in business class. Sometimes good things happen to mediocre coffee, others not so lucky!"
Nadelen: "The guy next to me looked like Joel Osteen and his daughter was actually Cardi B. I could feel the existential dread coming from their tray tables. Also, Lemon and Caramel cheesecake? What an awful flavor combination."

I still resorted to my iPad after a while but it was more because I wanted to watch something specifically rather than I had to. The food was decent but as usual the good stuff runs out before you get your turn. Order special food next time."
Nadelen: "I don’t like any airlines boarding process in general. They always seem inefficient and slow. I didn’t like the free headphones they passed out. They’re so awful that they really ruin whatever you’re trying to watch."

Voordelen: "About 10-15 yrs ago I stopped transatlantic flights on Delta. It was a scruffy airline with uninterested cabin crew & not to talk of food etc. What a change! Neat clean A330, friendly crew & food + beverages to brag (you pay outrageous prices on 'leaner-meaner' airlines if at all available). Loved the whole experience. Flying is not only getting from A to B & Delta has realized it. Looking forward to my next Delta flight!"

Voordelen: "The flight attendant named Steven went so far beyond the call. He was attentive, he fixed our video system when no one else could and when he learned we were celebrating an anniversary he brought us a present. He was awesome!"

Die meneer geeft aan: stop uw koffer in automaat. Die accepteert niet. Had die meneer ook gelijk kunnen zeggen. Volgende loket. Die mevrouw geeft groen Delta label: uw bagage wordt in Atlanta direct doorgezonden naar Kingston. Ik loop dus door in Atlanta. Maar behulpvaardige meneer melde: uw bagage wordt niet doorgezonden. Nooit uit Amsterdam. Wie moet ik dan geloven? Ik toch maar wachten. Blijkt koffer toch van bagage band in Atlanta te komen. Als ik op Delta/KLM info had vertrouwd, was mijn koffer dus pleite geweest, want niet doorgezonden. Geplande tussenstop duur van 2 uur was volgens douane te weinig. Dat klopte. Haalde maar net vlucht Atlanta/Kingston."

Nadelen: "Schiphol has an excellent system in place -- you get through all the checkpoints to the gaits in less than 15 minutes. Then at the gait, at least at Delta/KLM they re-check all the documents twice, and that part takes 40 minutes -- so be prepared to come early to take that into account."

This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Voordelen: "In Toronto werd ik aangesproken door een dame van KLM met de vraag hoe ik reisde, alleen of in groepsverband etc. Zij gaf aan dat ik gebruik kon maken van de lounge en dat er hulp aanwezig was om bagage in te checken bij de self check-in. Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."

Voordelen: "We vertrokken vanuit Tapei 10 minuten voor plan. We kwamen bijna 3 keartier voor schema aan."
Nadelen: "Omdat Economy Comfort vol zat (een maand van te voren), een exit roe geboekt. Wel veel beenruimte, maar in de breedte echt te krap voor een vlucht van 12 uur."

Nadelen: "Op papier was het een KLM vlucht. Maar tijdens inchecken werd het een Jet Airways vlucht. Alle privileges als platinum frequent flyer was direct weg. Geen voorrang bij inchecken, geen voorrang bij handbaggage check,."

Whether it's her personal opinion or KLM's policy, it's unreasonable to think that a 3 years old child could or should hold her pipi over 20 minutes, while they slowly and inefficiently trying to give out food. Several parents were there with the request to let us through to the toilet with small children and she smiled in our face and said "no, we will finish first and than you can go". She might be not fit for the job anymore, but KLM can't afford this kind of treatment."
Nadelen: "The fact that there are different airline carriers for one flight is hard. In my second flight they made me check a bag which was considered a carry on during my first flight"

Then there was no sign for where we should go since upper deck on 747 so we went in "economy" line as indicated on ticket and then was sent to correct line when we got to the front, wasting more time. The seatrs were the most uncomfortable I have ever beeon on for a long flight. I also paid extra to be in the exit row, to have people constantly congregating in front of us.The food was also mediocre."

Nadelen: "1/ the transfer crew needed 50 mn to enter my son’s visa number in her computer and she almost let us miss our flight 2/ we were separated (party of 3, my son being 5 YEARS OLD) - how can they allow a boarding and expecting my 5 year old to do a 10 hours flight BY HIMSELF???? 3/ no kids menus, even if I had ordered it before 4/ food in general was very mediocre 5/ crew was unprofessional and they acted bored"

Nadelen: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Nadelen: "Boarding was a complete debacle - no control over who went where. Sky Priority line was full of 50 people who weren't Sky Priority, and there was only one person checking passports. The two people at the desk didn't care when I noted this. We were called to the desk in advance of boarding to check passport information. When we got to the check in line, we were taken aside for more passport checking, even though we are US citizens with Trusted Traveler status in the GOES program. We were one of the first people at the departure lounge, and one of the the last to board."
Nadelen: "We were rebooked, which understandably happens for any number of reasons. However, we were not informed or asked about our preference until our luggage was checked through! The staff especially in Chicago where we began this awful experience couldn't care less about our situation. Then AIr France lost our luggage and provided no help in locating them. We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. Nadelen: "We where not able to take the fligth's due to a passport issue, according to Netherlands rules my passport should be valid 90 days before entering the country and my expired July 29, 2018, when i booked no one advised me of such rules. I'm trying to contact Brittish Airways to see if I can be refunded."

Nadelen: "Upon arriving at the check in desk we were told that a member of our party had been removed from the flight. While trying to work out a solution with the attendants they were incredibly unhelpful, knew very little about the situation, and at times mocked us. Lisa at the AMS location was particularly rude to the members of our party."
Nadelen: "The boarding process could be better"
Voordelen: "Friendly crew; okay food and nice movies. Security screening went fairly quick. No abnormal long lines."
Voordelen: "The crew was excellent and attentive and I was mostly comfortable."
Nadelen: "I bought a return ticket for my daughter to fly to Amsterdam for the summer. I was allowed to purchase this flight from Kayak and BA from ATL to LON to AMS. Departure was for the end of May to the end of August. When we were checking in the attendant told us that the ticket was no good and we had to purchase another ticket because the travel was over 90 days. At no time did BA or Kayak let us know this information but had no problem selling us this ticket. We were literally extorted for another $1000.00 so she could depart. Shameful! Will not be using your site or BA ever again."
Voordelen: "Nothing, I never had the opportunity to board"
Nadelen: "We had a quick trip planned to the go to London traveling from Amsterdam with British Airways. We were able to check in without a problem, but getting through airport security took a substantial amount of time, which caused sever delays getting to the gate. Once at the gate, we were told that we could no longer board the plane as the gate had already closed. Even more shocking, the service people told use that our entire itinerary (AKA our return flight) was cancelled as a result of this. You can imagine our frustration as we had tickets in hand looking at the door to the plane that we would have been allowed to walk through had security taken 5 minutes less. In the states, if airport security is holding you from missing your flight, this is communicated with the airline and proper arrangements are made. Unfortunately, this was not the case, forcing us to buy a new (last minute) ticket and losing a lot of money."
Voordelen: "I was upgraded to World Traveler Class. There was a lot more legroom. Also there was great movie select."

Nadelen: "Your airways lost my bag on the both flights from MIA-LHR-VIE and on the way back VIE-LHR-MIA My entertainment system was broken. I paid for the seat at the end of the day I didn't get. The moat horrible flight I ever had. I will never again fly with British Airways"
Voordelen: "There seemed to be more leg room then other international flights. They fed us 2 meals and a snack and kept bringing around juice and water."

Nadelen: "Delays both before takeoff and after landing. Unorganized boarding--what happened to the old idea of boarding from the back of the aircraft forward?? Making all passengers shuffle through a long queue is really stupid."

Voordelen: "Liked that we were on time and boarding was organized. The food was excellent considering it was cabin food. Like the fact the crew kept asking if we wanted water, juice through out the flight. They were very attentive and quite nice."
Nadelen: "Seats are too close together and there is not much leg room or elbow room. Not too many movie choices as the majority we saw on the flight to London. We experienced turbulence during the flight and there was no communication from the pilot found that a bit odd. Just to set everyone's mind at ease I expected something to be said from the cockpit."

Voordelen: "I missed my connection to Los Angeles which had major consequences for me in terms of work related issues and pick up complications."
Voordelen: "I liked the movies and the entertainments on the plane."
Nadelen: "People like old when it comes to history, traditions, restaurants etc. But when it comes to travel and technology people don't. Two of my friend's entertainment monitors were broken, bugs with the program all the time, no wifi on board. Compared to other airlines BA was quite disappointing."
Voordelen: "Price and ease of finding options."
Nadelen: "We were told not to worry when there was no plane at the gate when we arrived. Then we were told not to worry that the plane was being towed to the gate when it did land in Schipol. They were aware that many on the plane were trying to make a fairly quick connection in London. And it was after that connection would have already been missed that they let us know that our flight was canceled and we would have to go back to get our luggage and get re-assigned to another plane. We stood for TWO HOURS to be reassigned with only 2 agents helping a whole plane full of people. Of course, we missed the last flight out that could have connected us. We were told to go to an agent when we got to London to get a hotel room and they would have us all sorted. They did not have us all sorted and that took another half hour. We were at the airport in Schipol for SEVEN hours [and two trips through passport control] before our rescheduled flight to London boarded. When we landed in London, we had to go to the arrivals desk for them to be informed that we needed a hotel. We were able to sleep about 3 hours and had to get back to the airport for an early morning flight. Everyone we dealt with was kind and respectful, but the Airline itself was ill-prepared to handle this cancellation. In addition, they said they would not re-book at the gate, but those who were angry and aggressive were able to do so and get out on the day we were supposed to. Pretty crummy end to a trip."

Nadelen: "We booked World plus, extra money, and they put us in the last row against wall where the seats hardly recline. I complained but we were well into our flight when we told the stewardess she did not get back to us regarding changing seats. She came back about 20 minutes laterwith unacceptable seats,far from our overhead and we could not sit together. We declined. My husband had to board early because his foot was in a special brace after recent surgery. They could only move him to a center seat where he would hae to risk someone stepping on his foot. We are 70 years old.We had one small meal on an 8.5 hour flight."
Voordelen: "Free drinks and food when traveling overseas. Possibly cheaper flights than other airlines?"
Nadelen: "I got switched to American Airlines last minute, which is a sister company of British Airways, apparently. This was 1 of the 2 worst flights that I have ever been on, only second to my other booked flight for this trip home. This flight was 7+ hours long and it was nothing short of horrible. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and barely went back at all. The male flight attendant was clearly annoyed and was short with every person who would ask for anything. He would roll his eyes at every request by customers. At one point I saw him literally toss a sandwich into a customers lap because they were turned the other way and didn't hear him when he asked if they wanted one. There was no way to watch anything unless you had your own device and had downloaded it yourself prior to the flight."
Voordelen: "Everything was great and I truly enjoyed this flight."
Nadelen: "Terminal 5 in Heathrow can require a lot of walking."
Nadelen: "Would have paid dearly for a footrest"

Voordelen: "The entertainment selection was good. They provided a lot of options at no additional cost. Some of the crew was pleasant."
Nadelen: "In all fairness to British airways this was actually "operated by AA" and their customer service leaves much to be desired. Traffic to get into the airport was the worst I've ever seen. When we finally arrived, Although we checked in prior to arrival, we still had to wait in line for over an hour to check in our bags! We told the agents three times our flight was boarding, however, they were almost nasty and would not expedite us. they finally started to call our flight and we were pulled from the line, even then it was very disorganized how we were processed. We had to run through security and the long terminal and along with others in our flight that had been in line, were the last to board as the flight was delayed waiting for us. One of the worst experiences ever. They really need to do something about their check in process as we were not the only ones subjected to these delays. The plane had technical problems landing and had to be towed in but thank God we made it."
Voordelen: "Good, attentive crew. The aircraft was clean, and the overall operation (boarding, inflight, baggage delivery) all looked pretty solid. I would fly"
Nadelen: "Seat pitch was very tight, and I'm only about 6-1 in height. This was not terribly comfortable even though the flight was only about 2 hours."
Voordelen: "Plane was nice and the crew was good, except that the flight left almost an hour late without enough announcements as to what was going on and when we might be leaving."
Nadelen: "More communications when the flight has been delayed and sitting there."
Nadelen: "Bathroom smells very bad My three seats where very dirty and had brown yucky stuff One had a sticky gum on it The cleaning crew should have noticed it"

Nadelen: "The second serving of food -both inbound & outbound flight- was terrible. White bread sandwuch with one slice of ham and one slice of really cheap cheese."
Nadelen: "The airline is not honest at booking saying how much the luggage costs. It is insane what they charge and they do not disclose the exact amount. Food is mediocre for a 9 hrs flight. Will not consider flying with them again and will comment to friends."
Voordelen: "Entertainment was great. Paying for internet is annoying, but there were so many free movies and tv shows that I didn't miss it."
Nadelen: "It was seriously hot on this flight. I am very cold most of the time and I was sweating during parts of the flight. My husband is always warm and he was miserable all flight. Had to press the call button three times to get a glass of water when I was feeling ill. Bathrooms ran out of toilet paper and took awhile to get more. Couldn't sleep because of the temperature. Flight felt like it took double the time because it was so hot. Took forever to board and left way late, arrived late. Our flight over to Madrid was great, but this flight back was awful."

Nadelen: "My connection in Madrid was bad. I arrived at gate E82 and had to get to A8. Terminals are laid out sequentially and it was quite a walk, with a passport check before the B terminal. Even with an hour and a half layover I had no time to spare going straight there."
Voordelen: "The plains are very wide inside. Don't make you fell so close in. Need more variety of movies and games. But it was acceptable . The food was good."
Nadelen: "Ran out of toilet paper"
Nadelen: "More than 4 hours delay and nobody was able to tell us anything, nobody was updated in the gate, terrible information and service, Internet service was terrible, the only quick procedure was to charge my credit card, after this terrible reception"

Nadelen: "Food and that only allow one bag for long haul flight while most of the airlines allow 2 pieces for economy travelers."
Voordelen: "Equipment and crew on both Paris to Madrid and Madrid to Miami were good. 787 aircraft is good. On time and as pleasant as economy air travel today can be."
Nadelen: "Distance between landing gate in Madrid and departure gate too long. (Sign says 31 minutes walking time!) Also very long distance between landing gate and luggage claim in Miami - I don't know what passengers who can't walk well do. Food bad even for airline standards and Air Europa may have worst coffee of any airline - I can't imagine worse."
Voordelen: "Fresh new airplane and great service"
Voordelen: "This time Air Europa make us field like nothing before. The check in at the airport, to get in, but specially the time in the fly, they need to improve. The food cold and very bad. We asked for an upgrade do to my health condition and ready to pay the different, nothing."
Nadelen: "In other words, never againg. Thank you Kayak for the opportunity to express my experience."
Voordelen: "Plane was comfortable and brand new . Crew was very helpful"

Voordelen: "The option to listen to music/watch movies/play games/charge your electronic devices (via USB cord). Don't forget your headphones!!! It'll cost you 3 Euros on-board."
Nadelen: "On this trip, I had to travel on four Air Europa planes; none of which were ever on time. Delays! Delays!! And more Delays!!! Be sure to apply for vegetarian options if you don't eat meat/pork 24 hours in advanced. You'll be left without even a snack to purchase and starving. -An exhausted and hungry passenger"

Do the cattle transportation driver make anouncemrnts to the cows?. Air Europa coul save to make it because nobody listen to your clims or questions related to it. Where is the compensation?."

Nadelen: "Only a 10kg weight limit, not described well during the ticket purchasing process."
Voordelen: "Plane was new and everything worked. TVs were nice and the automatic adjustable window tint was a nice touch. Food was pretty good and movie selection was also nice."
Nadelen: "Cannot control the temperature as they have no adjustable air vents above you - so it got pretty hot during one portion of our flight. Also our flight took off over an hour late and the communication as to what was happening was not the best."
Voordelen: "Food was better than I remembered from my last trip with AirEuropa in 2010."
Nadelen: "Not related to the airline, but customs arriving in Miami was a horribly lengthy process. I guest that's the norm now a days."

Nadelen: "Gate Agents did not indicate reason for almost 2 hour delay. It was for security purposes and nobody told us anything."

Voordelen: "Their new Dreamliner plate 787 is magnificent. Food and entertainment are awesome."
Nadelen: "We had a delay inside the plane in Madrid airport of 4 hours and they didn't serve any food or water and NO air conditioning. Waiting inside the plane was terrible. They said they had a malfunction of the brake system which is hard to believe on a brand new plane."

Nadelen: "The seat next to the toilet had no windown. The food was very poor. The crew was no really nice or polite. They lost my laguagge"

Nadelen: "The coach seats are too small and restrictive. The flight almost 11 hours!!! I see that as before the trip was in a direct line on the map, not accounting for more than 8 plus hours, not the route is in a curve and much longer. So many hours in those seats is a torture!!!!"
Nadelen: "We had to wait 1hr on board of the plane because there was no tractor available to push the plane back to the taxi ramp at the Barajas Airport in Madrid. Flight was late at Miami Food is the worst and hardly any. Entertainment is basic and had to pay for the headphones which should be included."
Nadelen: "The cabin crew threw the food on the trays, and once they picked it up as fast as they could, they dissapeared and didn't show up again until just before landing, just to throw the customs form on the customers and dissapear again without providing any help. The pilot and the entertainment system used Polish instead of Spanish, in a Spanish airline flight departing from Madrid with majority of Spanish speaking passengers. The food was garbage."
Nadelen: "The boarding was somehow on time at the first beginning. However, after we have all boarded, they announced that 3 of the passengers decided not to flown with us. Therefore, in order to take out their luggage, we were on board waiting for about 45 minutes more. It is obvious that the flight was overbooked."
