No amenity kits and meals weren’t as good as before. Other airlines now have a full meal son o reason why Virgin Atlantic can’t. Going to stick to BA.

Both outbound to JFK and inbound from Atlanta the food options were very poor for a ticket selling at £2,500 when we left. A330 seats were more comfortable than the new A350 and wider, crew were far better on the 330 also. The cabin being smaller felt safer given the current issues.

Delays, grumpy service staff

Had a brillant flight from LAX and the lady that check us in at LAX on the vs6848 flight to Manchester was outstanding ! And deserves recognition! She was patient with when we were paniced about us been late and havibg five chikdren under five...she kept us clam... reassured us and booked our bags..ensure my elderly mother had assistance and also waited for my husband who had gone to the toilet and jad got himself lost in the airport. We made it to the plan on time... please fjnd that lady as I really want her to be recognized The plane was of high standard and we got the seats thats worked well with our large family My email is lubanzu.ssbs@yahoo.co.uk if you need more information.

Liked traveling with Virgin on the past. This time checking was an issue, meals sucked, we were missed when meals were served. Not a great experience. Will travel in two weeks to the UK but will fly with another carrier

Lounge in Heathrow is great. Staff aim to please and very courteous. The upper class seat is very narrow with no storage area. Strange seating position, no options to recline the seat while sitting up. Who thought that this was a good idea? IFE minimal. On borard Lavs shared with premium economy class.

Nadelen: "- Boarding kept getting delayed without any warning. - Duty free purchase was meant to be collected just before boarding the plane but mine was not there. This was not so much an issue but the man said he would have my bag sent to my seat and I was subsequently approached by a crew member who asked for my receipt. Which he was holding in his hand. I would have thought it would be quite easy to confirm the person without them having the receipt as the their name and seat number is on the receipt but he had to go back and check if it was okay. - Found it hard to sleep on the overnight flight due to uncomfortable seats. Would probably not be an issue in upper class. - No comment on entertainment as did not use it."
Voordelen: "The crew were informative and friendly and attentive. We fly often and the food on this flight was the best we have had in a very long time, and we weren’t even expecting any. Thank you for a great flight Virgin ,"

Nadelen: "For boarding, we had to walk a rather far distance due to construction."
Voordelen: "Pilot was great— we don’t thank them enough for a smooth and safe arrival. Plane was great. Ammenities were given (such as ear plugs etc)"
Nadelen: "Crew members are a bit bland and lack customer service, but I noticed that as a whole in Australia (slow service/not really interactive or communicative & very quick to make comments and leave) not sure if they just hate Americans based on the media or what. One crew member cut in line at the restroom when there was 3 of us waiting to go. Another told me my husband couldn’t receive his meal because he was napping and then he quickly walked away— Yet i received mine on the flight coming to Australia when my husband asked for me? Sanitation between flights should be more strict-my headphones were opened which lead me to believe my pillow wasn’t changed either, since one had a case and one didn’t."
Voordelen: "Service, pilot updates, and seating were all great!"
Voordelen: "Everything about my flights on Virgin Atlantic was amazing. The plane was new and comfortable, the seats seemed to recline more than in other airplane I have been. The entertainment was good with a wide selection of movies and TV shows. The crew was incredibly nice and helpful and I had a really pleasant time talking with them. On the airport team side I can also say they were extremely helpful as I missed my flight and they promptly rebooked me on the next one 3h later, free of charge. I think the stress of missing a flight was completely deflected by the help of the Virgin Atlantic crew at the desk so thank you for that!"
Nadelen: "The only thing I would improve is the main dish in the meal. I loved all the small sides like the Boursin and crackers but I found the main meal a little bland l."
Voordelen: "Cabin crew were accommodating and nice throughout the flight. Meals were good and the service was quick. Large range of entertainment selection for the trip helped pass the time."
Nadelen: "The check in process and boarding process were very slow. It made going through security a bit stressful and I didn't have much time after going through the security to use the bathrooms or get a quick bite to eat before the plane boarded."

Nadelen: "Stood at check in for over 30 mins with no staff in sight. Boarding was a disaster. Staff was not prepared nor organized and the crowds were unbearable. Upgraded seats were laughable and not worth an extra $60. Food was mediocre. Entertainment would have been good but GE touchscreens are so old, they were difficult to work."
Nadelen: "Once In London, we were told by British Airways that was flying us to Nice that Delta had “lost” our infant electronic ticket - It took 1.5h to get new ticket reissued! We missed our connection and had to wait 3 more hours for the next flight - We were somewhat lucky as multiple flights were delayed/cancelled that day - I will avoid using Virgin Atlantic in the future as they need Delta and British operate their flights and this makes it prone to issues like that"

Voordelen: "I felt that they were very thoughtful about the fact that it was a long flight. We got two small meals, which was perfect, and even a little gift bag with a sleep mask and toothbrush and such in it. These were just a couple of the many nice touches included in the flight."
Nadelen: "Very small quibble: the screen resolution, or maybe the contrast, of the personal video players was not so great. This was fine in most cases, but it meant I could not watch videos that had subtitles. Not a big deal but possibly worth fixing. Thanks"
Voordelen: "the crew were the friendliest I've flown with (Irish & British)... the lighting was very relaxing and the continuous snack service was much appreciated (especially ice cream).. gonna try premium economy next time as the seats looked even better..."
Nadelen: "Vera the entertainment screen was very good but there were no newly released movies, everything seemed to be a couple of months old... the leather headrest was comfortable but kept slipping down to behind my neck, would be nice if it was lockable in position.."
Voordelen: "Choice of movies was good, but told the flight over was better. I flew another airline. Had no issue checking one bag in for free, but I think that is standard on an international flight."
Nadelen: "Entertainment systems take up foot/bag space underneath the seats. Was not able to get more than one glass of wine, even though I missed the first beverage service, that is my fault though, but I don't recall it being an issue getting a drink between services. Entertainment systems had contrast issues and it seemed like a lot of people 8 - 10 had issues since they were using iPads instead of the built in monitors. A lot of wear showing on the entertainment systems remotes."
Voordelen: "1st class, what's not to like?"
Voordelen: "Nothing - except the toilets with tabs for lifting the seat & adjustable headrest. They forgot to load our toiletries overnight pack too!"
Nadelen: "The 787 has vastly inadequate Economy toilets - ONLY 4! For 200 passengers. Inadequate lighting for,boarding, unable to activate reading lights until AFTER TAKEOFF = groping in semi darkness, BAD! No window blinds = woken up by blazing sun in middle of 11 hr night flight, even with sleeping pills my sleep was wrecked, even with eyemask. Passengers penned in on narrow aisles by trolleys, unable to walk around plane & risk of DVT. Passengers disempowered by restricted space, lighting, mobility. I want more control over my personal mobility &, lighting. Horrible headsets (bring my own). This flight departed 2.5 HRs LATE from JHB & the crew & cavin service was SLOW. NO requested second cup of tea brought - I waited 20 mins & climbed over trolleys to get another one, even though it was requested of cabin crew. Do they just ignore us? Or forget?"

Voordelen: "The whole flight was great quick boarding, lots of leg room, good entertainment, a USB charge port, good lighting, and the crew was very nice and helpful. I enjoyed the flight and would like to fly Virgin Atlantic more. Finally, you are the 3rd best flight, I have ever take, and the 2nd best airline I've been on. Flew Business Class on Swiss Air once to Geneva (#1) and all the flights I have had with Porter Air are comparable to your airline, but the free cookies and beverages at Porter's terminal in Toronto wonderful."
Nadelen: "A couple things went wrong on this trip, my checked luggage got misplaced for a day, and a nice women in baggage claim told me what was happening and a nice man handled my claim and my bag has now been returned to me. The bigger thing is my flight bas delayed taking off by 3 hours. Let me start that I would rather have a part replaced on the runway then not, safety is paramount. The fact is my flight took off 3 hours late from London (VS11), and got to my destination (BOS) 2.5 hours late. Kudos to the flight crew for getting me to my destination faster by gaining a little time. Plus, since BOSTON was my final destination it was all fine this time. But if I had had to get home to the elder person I take care of or my teenager it would been a problem. Again, I'm annoyed, but I do understand the reasons and they are valid and preferred. I have heard that airlines to keep their flight rating high, wait for planes to leave the gate on time and then do repairs on the tarmac. If this is still a SOP for airlines you should change the way the statistics are collected and figure out a way of not perpetuating this type of disincentive. This is just hypothesis on my part, and my whole trip had little negatives."

Nadelen: "I couldn't get the inflight entertainment to work. I wish they would offer devices to borrow on the plane."

Really enjoyed flying on Turkish Airlines. The flight was full but the seats were comfortable, the airplane modern and good entertainment. The food selection could be a little better but all in all the flight was very good.

Nadelen: "There was no boarding announcement. I was given a boarding zone for no reason; boarding was a free for all. Our flight was delayed by almost an hour. We sat on the plane, by the gate, while the crew called the Istanbul Flight Control to figure out when our plane could arrive. This flight had been scheduled for weeks; I would think they could plan the arrival time to be the ACTUAL arrival time."
Voordelen: "We liked the ability to watch movies and television programs to pass the time."
Nadelen: "We did not like that to use Internet we had to pay an extra fee. We did not care for the food. We were not impressed with the cleanliness of the aircraft. We did not like that the bathrooms ran out of water to wash our hands. We did not like that flight attendants handled and served food with no water on the flight to wash their hands. Most flight attendants were unfriendly. The one gentleman that served us was pleasant. We really did not like that between the food service we saw virtually no flight attendants other than those sleeping in the area at the back of the plane. We did not like that we could not understand the announcements made. We did not like the fact that passengers were not reprimanded upon landing for using electrical devices and laptop computers even though an announcement had been made to turn all devices off and put them away. Once announcement was made not one flight attendant said anything to those people around us who did not follow the request. We did not appreciate the uncomfortable seats."

Felt sick after dinner with aubergine rice and mince meat. Food was not optimum quality. Crew was good but some could smile some more! Seats were stained and old, but reasonably comfy."

Nadelen: "My suitcase was lost. The crew were less than helpful on flight. Food choices were limited. Boarding process was chaotic and unorganized. Flight left an hour late."
Voordelen: "The check in process was good. The agent was very helpful and pleasant. The food was actually just as good as the Delta flight from Minneapolis to Amsterdam."
Nadelen: "Older equipment. A little bit tight. But not too bad."

Nadelen: "Customer service was very poor while we were struggling to get back to the US while the hurricane was coming to FL. We tried twice to fly home earlier because we knew the flights were going to get cancelled but the airlines wanted to charge us $1500 for that. So when the time came and the flights got cancelled they were trying to adjust the flights and we got stranded away from our kids. Overall it was not a great experience as far as their customer service and we were not happy with how they chose to handle things."
Nadelen: "My flight was cancelled twice within 24 hours before takeoff. All I got was an email saying it was cancelled and a number where no one could help me. I spent over $40 international calls just to reschedule my flight, only to have to take a $80 cab to the airport to have a human help me. Worst customer service and worst experience. I was trying to get home after a natural disaster struck my hometown and Turkish Airlines actually made that experience even worse. At no point did anyone even apologize for cancelling two of my flights without another option until a full week later. I had to pay to fly myself home from Boston because they were so unhelpful. Would never recommend Turkish Airlines to anyone I know whn traveling internationally."
Nadelen: "The service was very professional."
Nadelen: "You could be choose food... one of the dish was only pasta... what about the people who's allergic? I am... The business class crew was very stuck up! Totally looked down at people who wasn't in the business class... The Aircraft has no AC that you could adjust air blowing on you! It was incredibly hot the whole time !"
Voordelen: "The seats in economy were very comfortable, food was excellent, crew was friendly and accommodating, entertainment selection was excellent, and I really appreciated the small care packages handed out (with lip balm, slippers, toothbrush/paste, socks, and eye cover)."
Nadelen: "About 8 hours into the flight the restrooms became very, VERY unclean--urine on the floors, sinks clogged, smelled terrible. More restroom maintenance was needed throughout this long flight. I thought this airline was the nicest I have been on save this one issue. It would be great if Turkish Airlines could resolve it in the future! Additionally the boarding process in Istanbul was like herding cattle. People weren't seated according to boarding group and it was absolute mayhem--no single file line, people shoving past one another to get seated first on the same plane."

Not only was that frustrating but it is not safe to have people up and about when the captain requests seatbelts."

Nadelen: "Cabin temperature too high, the flight attendants borderline rude and always on a hurry, I mean what's the hurry durin a 12:30 hours long haul flight. Turkish airlines has decreased its quality of service."

Nadelen: "Long boarding time from Amsterdam to Istanbul. No explanation of delay and THY wants you to wait miserably on gate. On Schipol airport there is screens everywhere and they do not bother to update the status of boarding. Instead, they behave like everything is normal you are the person making the problem."

Nadelen: "I upgraded and paid for first class round trip but only got it for my flight to italy and not the flight back to miami. Economy is too cramped for such long flights and they are not as attentive as in first class"

Nadelen: "For suggesting that you are the best airline the airplane was VERY unconfortable. seats are super narrow, absolutely no leg room, 12 hrs in that space makes you insane. I would not recomend the airline to anyone. I had high spectations and they werent satisfied at all."

Voordelen: "Good seats, good food, and good entertainment options. I liked how many things were include for the price, such as headphones, blanket, and pillow. Also, one seat in our row was empty and that gave us a bit more room."

Voordelen: "Boarding was fine in Istanbul. Go to toilet before going through security check in the gate."
Nadelen: "Poor crew service--amazingly slow (my general THY service experience has been great, but in this leg crew did not respond to calls for almost 20-30 minutes). After meals, most people took their own empty trays to return them behind (because the crew had not picked up after 30+ minutes). The meals arrived cold as well. My entertainment set froze after 4 hours in a 13 hours trip, and was not attended to after repeated calls. One conscientious Turkish stewardess was very helpful in the 9th hour (literally), even if the entertainment did not come back on. To top these, I was sandwiched between a teenager on front and teenagers on right, who were loud and generally weird (obviously not the airlines fault). So, it ended up being a mediocre experience overall."

Nadelen: "No AC while passengers on board waiting for take off. It lasted about half an hour. people were forced to use airline magazines as fans. No TV news or sport to watch Toilet was not clean. My seat can recline easily without pushing the recline bottom. This was a connection flight. Passengers had to go through 4 check points. Too much redundant. At the last check point, 4 gates shared the same check point. We saw a line but no sign for it. So we went to the front to find out what the line was for and went back to join the line for security check. There were people who did the same thing but tried to cut in the line right at the check point, creating chaos."

Nadelen: "Seats handles were too low--could never sit fully upright and rest my arms. Not a comfortable flight."
Nadelen: "Called to change date. Thy did not take credit card payment over the phone for a stupid reason. Asked me to go to a thy office no later than 10.30 am the next day. Every airline grabs the money, these "very smart" thy admin has developed rules to make passengers' life's inconvenient. Highly not recommended. Lousy airline. Broke my luggage on top of this on my flight from Miami to Istanbul. NOT recommended. Refrain from even suggesting thy to your customers. You have a good name."

Plane was too croweded. Small airplane. No screens or anything. Felt like you fly in 1970

the economy seats are really cramped.

I choose Lufthansa cause it’s a good airline with great quality but this one was soo old and poor. Food was terrible. Blankets and pillows very old, looked like they were like used. The chairs were soo uncomfortable

I liked absolutely nothing about this. The worst airline I have ever dealt with. We missed our flight. As we were boarding the flight (we arrived well in advance) the flight attendant demanded a negative covid test. We were asked for vaccine cards at checkin, never a negative covid test. They asked us to rebook the flight, thus we missed our flight, had to book a hotel, all of our luggage was going straight to Miami so we have no change of clothes. An absolute nightmare. Next, I stood in line for OVER 2 hours to get on the next flight. They gave no apology or explanation as to the 2 hr wait, nor why we weren’t informed of the negative COVID test in advance. They then recommended a covid testing center in the airport that charged 169 euro a person. I refused and found another less expensive yet approved center. I will NEVER use this airline again, I will never recommend it and I will never come back to Germany. The entire Frankfort airport staff was wretched. Awful experience.

Nadelen: "I bought the flight for my mom and she is handicap, the flight got delayed and they wanted to leave her in Frankfurt for 2 days because there was no more flights to the States, in the end they found a flight to Washington DC, she was coming to Miami. She is an old woman who gets lost and I had to order assistance for her, in Washington DC they opened her bags after that they lost the bags, she had medication on them and it was a nightmare to get them back. Im really upset and I don’t think That I’m going to book with this aero line again."

Nadelen: "1 person working the service desk. I had a question about our connecting flight from Frankfurt and I was told to call the 1-800 number. When I went to check my bag the woman was very rude and asked me "why do I think I can check two bags?" and questioned my Star Alliance premium silver status, demanding I show her my card (I have no card). My friend was flying with me and she was told that her carry on, mind you had flown to and within europe, was too big for the overhead storage and she had to pay 90 euros to check it and the woman held her boarding pass and wouldn't give it to her. we waited in line at the service desk for over 40 minutes so that she could pay. We arrived to the airport 2.5 hours early to eat and shop for souvenirs. We barely made it in time to get to our gate because of the inefficiencies of Lufthansa. 1 person working a service desk for a large airport is unacceptable, especially when they are 8-10 waiting to scan your baggage and not helping out at all. I had a wonderful flight to Europe on Lufthansa and was absolutely appalled at the attitudes of the airport staff and their lack of customer service."

Although comfortable for the ones reclining they are uncomfortable and at times painful ( taller people) and makes watching the screen impossible when fully reclined."

I love everything about purchasing my ticket through kayak. Good price and all of the notifications kayak sent me. I could check in and through kayak and also told me what gate I had to go at the airport.

This is NOT a review for SAS or Kayak. It's a review for their booking service Chat Deal. I booked a flight via Kayak thru Chat Deal on SAS. Chat Deal incorrectly put my business name on the ticket, picking it up from the credit card, instead of my name which I had properly filled out on their form and proofed it carefully at checkout. That took an act of God to correct. Then, unfortunately, I failed my Covid test and couldn't board the flight to Sweden from Maimi. SAS stated I had to go thru the booking service for credit. Chat Deal was horrible to deal with and offered no help. They said my only option was to re-book. The problem with that is my trip was for a business meeting. I have no reason to fly to Sweden again as this was a one-time thing. Chat Deal had no interest in trying to resolve my issue. They say phone calls are monitored for quality purposes? Then listen to my recorded calls and judge for yourself if you want to use them. I like Kayak as a search engine, but they should remove Chat Deal from their roster of booking providers. I suspect SAS is a fine airline, but they should remove Chat Deal as well. I should have read their reviews before booking through them. The writing was on the wall. My bad.

Flight was delayed, changed to a different time and extra stops. Extra 5 hours without food provided on flight at all.

SAS is an extremely neat and organized airline, clear on its promises and very communicative. Of course COVID-19 caused some changes in service levels and available items (water is an optional and paid item while coffee and tea (because of them being hot) complimentary. Attendants were very clear in pointing this out which is highly appreciated.

Days before the return flight yet to chicago they had no record of my vegetarian meal The same transfer desk told me there were no morning flights to amsterdam the next day so they booked me 930pm next day, I found hour later a flight on Dad leaving 6am next morning, had to buy own toclet"

Nadelen: "I order through Kayak, which took me to priceline...Got my ticket and thought everything was fine...Until I got to the airport, apparently I got a SAS lite ticket and they charged me to check 3 bags 210 Euros...Unreal. I think its pricelines fault because they did not even offer bagage as an option..."

Nadelen: "Tried THREE hours to get a phone picked up to cancel my flight the day before this scheduled flight. My friends booked with Expedia the exact itinerary and were able to reach a human and we're told that SAS always reimburses for cancellations. I finally emailed vayamas/kayak to cancel and 5 days later received a reply that there was no cancellation refund. Apparently Kayak provides a no communication/no refund policy. My travel companion had the opposite experience with Expedia."

Nadelen: "We paid $90 per checked bag. When we purchased our tickets we were never given an option to purchase luggage ahead of time, we were under the impression that luggage was included."

Nadelen: "Bag drop line was over 45 min. Only 2 attendants. Flight was late taking off. Baggage fee was outrageous. Site said 1 free bag, but that is carry on only. Checked bag was €70!!!! The flight was only $85."

Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled upon check in without any prior notice. Was forced to wait three hours in line for them to reroute to flight twelve hours later. Staff was rude, unapologetic, demanding and incompetent the entire time. Flight was packed, uncomfortable and smelled terrible. Flight was rough, landing was rough. Terrible airline."

However, when I arrived at the airport, I was told that I had to pay an additional $75 to check my bag in even though my boarding pass stated I was able to check in one bag. I was then pushed back and forth through the airport to complete this process. I would have liked to be given warning if I had to pay any additional costs."

Long layover at Gatwick (around 3 hours), but I had much work to do anyway, so time went faster than I realised. Not sure if this was the case at Schiphol, but at Gatwick had priority security queue as a BA customer."

Nadelen: "BA lounge in Heathrow Terminal 3 had it's days and needs upgrade."

Nadelen: "Flight was operated by American Airlines. Aircraft was insanely old, with no personal entertainment system, but only a few overhead monitors for all passengers, which played OLD movies. That is unbelievable and unacceptable in 2018. Seats pitch was pretty small and I even had to fly on a broken seat that would not recline, for a 11 hours flight. The most uncomfortable flight I have ever flew. If that wasn't enough to make the experience the worst possible, flight attendance was rude! I strongly suggest to avoid American Airlines at all cost."

Nadelen: "Upon arriving at the check in desk we were told that a member of our party had been removed from the flight. While trying to work out a solution with the attendants they were incredibly unhelpful, knew very little about the situation, and at times mocked us. Lisa at the AMS location was particularly rude to the members of our party."

Voordelen: "I haven't left Miaimi. American Airlines employees are horrible. After arriving from London they told me to pick up my check in baggage proceed to drop bag near exit 5. When I arrived it was crowded nobody know which line is for checkin and which line is for dropping the bag. I finally went to the counter and ask and the lady said, she couldn't accept it as it was 30 left before departure. She pointed me to another lady who also washed her hand. They were both reluctant and finally accepted my baggage but the security line was too long for me to reach departure on time. Horrible. The ladies who at the departure counter have different asnwer for my checked in baggage. I/m so tired from this domestic flight that I haven't completed."

Nadelen: "The male crew in the bag is not try to help people put on the carry on language to the top of cabin. He stood there and look at us. When I directed to him and asked for help, he just stood there for few sec. and decieded to help me but with an attitude. Same as the other lady need their help to put the backpack in, both male crests stood there and wasn't planning to help, and the passenger stood up and assisted her."

Nadelen: "According yo the kayak app on the moment of booking the flight was going to Heathrow, but it went to Gatwick. In addition, the tariff did not include one checked luggage as shown on the app as well. Really disappointed with my first use of kayak."

Nadelen: "there was a slight problem with the food. there was a large percentage of the flight that was Israeli and therefore respects basic Jewish tradition of not mixing meat with milk. One of the meals was pasta with sauce (which was supposed to be the least popular meal) and a meal with chicken and rice. the rice had cheese in it, a large percentage of the people on the flight were unable to eat it. Only after finding out about the cheese did I understand why no one took te chicken dish."

Nadelen: "I bought a return ticket for my daughter to fly to Amsterdam for the summer. I was allowed to purchase this flight from Kayak and BA from ATL to LON to AMS. Departure was for the end of May to the end of August. When we were checking in the attendant told us that the ticket was no good and we had to purchase another ticket because the travel was over 90 days. At no time did BA or Kayak let us know this information but had no problem selling us this ticket. We were literally extorted for another $1000.00 so she could depart. Shameful! Will not be using your site or BA ever again."

Nadelen: "We had a quick trip planned to the go to London traveling from Amsterdam with British Airways. We were able to check in without a problem, but getting through airport security took a substantial amount of time, which caused sever delays getting to the gate. Once at the gate, we were told that we could no longer board the plane as the gate had already closed. Even more shocking, the service people told use that our entire itinerary (AKA our return flight) was cancelled as a result of this. You can imagine our frustration as we had tickets in hand looking at the door to the plane that we would have been allowed to walk through had security taken 5 minutes less. In the states, if airport security is holding you from missing your flight, this is communicated with the airline and proper arrangements are made. Nadelen: "Undue stress, over booked flight, lost luggage. Zero customer service. Will never fly BA again."
Voordelen: "easy boarding, land at T5 which is a very well designed terminal"
Nadelen: "check is was horrendous. Long queues of people, long wait and not enough people to man the check in counters. Sitting down in my seat my kneeds immediately banged on the seat in front of me. Its clear that this aircraft has less leg space that then usual. And now you have to pay for all food and drink. £9 for a sandwich and G&T."
Voordelen: "One of the flight Attendants was went out of her way to assist me with a different meal option that was non dairy."
Voordelen: "The long walk in the airport to get to dinner next flight it's too long"
Voordelen: "Liked that we were on time and boarding was organized. The food was excellent considering it was cabin food. Like the fact the crew kept asking if we wanted water, juice through out the flight. They were very attentive and quite nice."
Nadelen: "Seats are too close together and there is not much leg room or elbow room. Not too many movie choices as the majority we saw on the flight to London. We experienced turbulence during the flight and there was no communication from the pilot found that a bit odd. Just to set everyone's mind at ease I expected something to be said from the cockpit."
Voordelen: "British Airways is always my first choice when I fly. You always know what you will get and the familiarity of knowing the booking system, the lounge, the seats. All this needs to be weighed up with a disinterested crew (and I am generalising which is unfair!) and dated planes"
Nadelen: "The plane is dated. There was dust in the lockers, my seat got stuck and the entertainment screen was difficult to see. But my big disappointment with this the disinterest of the cabin crew. The purser sits and completes his paperwork while coffee is slowly dripping out of an overflowing disposal unit, collecting under his shoe. The cabin crew on my aisle kept on forgetting what food people ordered and if you were snoozing or not in your seat while she did her round, you missed your chance."
Nadelen: "Weinig te eten weinig te drinken voor zo'n lange vlucht. Geen geluid op entertainment"
Nadelen: "I don't get no dinner on the flight from Miami to London Heathrow and I felt faint from hunger on board. When I complain to one of the flight crew ,we one hour and forty five minutes left to land,she gave me a pretzel bunch and a cup of tea."
Nadelen: "ridiculous method of boarding we were traveling full pay first class and we boarded in the massive cattle prod method of everyman for himself ...no preference for any of the different categories of "clients""
