Voordelen: I do not know how to go about contesting his, but we bought 4 tickets to South Africa on Swiss air and Edelweiss via Zurich. We received a confirmation email for two of the tickets but not for the other two so we assumed the other ones did not go through as we used two different credit cards.
Nadelen: We purchased the last two again and when we showed up at the ticket counted they let us know that we bought 6 tickets!!!!!!!! We would like to be reimbursed for the two tickets we did not receive the confirmation emails for. How can we go about it?
Voordelen: Cabin crew were efficient
Nadelen: Open check in counters on time as scheduled. They were half hour late at least

Nadelen: No overhead fans and seats were not very comfortable.
Nadelen: On the way out Lufthansa charged us a total of £129 to take our bags with us (all under 23KG). On the way back with the same 3 identical bags Lufthansa charged us $399.47 (£306.92), again all under 23KG. How can it be fair to charge passengers 2.4 times more to return home with their bags?
Voordelen: Not much compare to other airlines

Voordelen: One of the best flights (airline) I have ever flown. GREAT crew that were kind, pleasant and helpful. ZERO attitude. I def will fly with them again in the future.
Voordelen: Super professional, comfortable and on-time service with both Swiss and Lufthansa.
Nadelen: Clear up-front notification about extra charge for first checked bag on both ways of the trip ($60 each). I couldn't find that information at the time of the booking.
Voordelen: Very attentive crew. Top notch service and care.
Nadelen: Lufthansa business class in the 747 is dated and not the most comfortable. No pods and privacy. Entraînement system at my seat was defective
Nadelen: Check in was just awful. Then a three hour delay and no one was forthcoming.
Voordelen: The crew was good. The comfort level of the seats were awful. People throw their luggage in the overhead compartment to fit theirs and nobody else. I had to put my backpack in front of me and had absolutely no leg room. The seats were smaller than usual.
Nadelen: Serve some pretzels at least.
Nadelen: Check-in was bad. Too few staff for too many people.
Voordelen: Nice crew.
Nadelen: Would have liked some better movie choices.

Nadelen: At check in, our carry-on bag was 1lb over weight and we were told we would need to check our two bags. We saw several individuals with much larger bags boarding the plane.
Nadelen: There were no healthy options available to eat on this flight.
Nadelen: Cold
Voordelen: Crew was friendly and helpful, food was tasty and flight was nice and smooth.
Nadelen: It would be wonderful to have all seats the same as first class for a long distance flight.
Voordelen: Clean and new planes. On time.
Nadelen: On the transatlantic flight the crew was unattractive and somewhat rude. They skipped our entire row serving morning refreshments and then complained and tried to shame us all for calling them back. Food quality was on par with Alegent Airlines. We even got charged for one piece of checked luggage 46lb on a international flight. That was a first!!!
Nadelen: Seats very hard and uncomfortable in economy
Nadelen: I was switched seats against my will on board! Although i reserved the seat ahead of time when i got in i was pretty much forced to sit somewhere else. The staff handled the sitution in a very poor manner!
Voordelen: What can I say about this awesome flight with great crew and a free upgrade? Fan-dabby-dozy-tastic!
Voordelen: One amazing member of staff - she was the only redeeming person of all the cabin crew. The snacks were good (mini cheddars, mini twix bars and mcvities digestives).
Nadelen: EVERYTHING, but top 3 are: comfort (seats are TINY), legroom (there isn’t any), entertainment (very limited). Lastly, I think I’ll have to gauge out my eyes and ears if I have to endure their safety video one more time...
Nadelen: Update passengers as and when possible. Was left in the dark about many things.
Voordelen: Seamless boarding and seat upgrade to economy premium.
Nadelen: London Concorde first Lounge is old, food and service terrible, toilets dirty. And that is the best they got. Will try to avoid BA and only use if no other option. LH and AF much better in Europe
Voordelen: Crew was great and professional.
Nadelen: Entertainment controls were outdated and confusing to operate. There were no charging ports.
Voordelen: The crew was attentive and the seat at economy comfort was comfortable at the “ok” level. It needs much mor3 to be super comfortable. The plug for the headphones was a mess! It was NOT possible to watch a movie and hear the sound too! I gave up! Not a great offering for the extra dollars...
Nadelen: So many things! Starting with the way assistance in the airport is offered to travellers with mobility issues! This is an important issue that needs to be revisited and changes for better service to be made!
Voordelen: Just the cabin crew being nice

Nadelen: The seat was very uncomfortable. There were only two beverage services, at meal times, and the water pours were maybe 4oz. After 8 hours, I was pretty thirsty.
Nadelen: The crew at flights run by Iberia were particularly unpleasant. Special those in the flight from Madrid to Miami. Ladies we’re particular rude and aggressive when talking to me and my daughters. Basically as if they were doing us a favor wile doing their work.
Nadelen: Lost flight same airline delay at Paris :(

Voordelen: My eyes were closed and the crew passed by while serving food but did not wake me up. As a traveller I been woken up while food was served or food was kept on the seat tray.
Nadelen: Overall the flight was good but I dont know why the crew was like that, and the flight seats ain't comfortable and were to close to each other. I legs wasnt comfortable

Nadelen: Who starts a boarding process 2h before the flight with only 2 counters, with no possibility to check in online (even for those without luggage) and no automatic machine? I'm very glad the company had the kindness to wait for us on the last call for boarding when you finally check your luggage 30min before departure. Should we talk about the politeness of your fight crew? In short, very disrespectful. Delivering the luggage took an extremely long time

Nadelen: The flight was delayed. I suggested I take another flight, they kept on saying we will not be late . Well i missed both connecting flights.
Voordelen: The staff are always lovley
Nadelen: They lost my bags and 5 days later I still don’t have them.. traveling alone with a baby for Christmas.. all my gifts were in that bag so Christmas is a bit of a loss.. I find it way to difficult to get refunded or reimbursed for my loss
Nadelen: Service was poor and the flight got delayed
Voordelen: Staff unwelcoming and rude. Poor service.
Nadelen: Overall the communication, service and the comfort are poor from checking in to arrival.
Nadelen: Seats were uncomfortable for anyone tall and they were very hard. Dirty pillow no cover. Food very disappointing.

Nadelen: A Final Boarding call was announced at the appointed boarding time for us to stand in the cold gang-way a further five minutes before proceeding outside to board the plane. Neither entertainment nor a safety briefing were provided before taking off. Attendant alerted us to a 'problem with the flight' but was incomprehensible over the speaker, as with any subsequent announcements.

Nadelen: Unfortunately the seal with extra legroom was comparable with a standard seat from other mid-distance airlines. The food & drink service was only from very limited quality. There was no entertainment on the seat, only with wi-fi oboard on your own handheld.

Voordelen: The two staff I randomly meet and ask for questions
Nadelen: Stereo type staff unnecessarily and poor customer services from two ladies while I was leaving to exit. I didn’t know I should be escorted by them at that point and they were so rude on . They couldn’t even be nice and understand that I miss my flight.

Nadelen: Hostesses are worse and worse. Forget everything you say. You repeat 5 times. All announcements are made so loudly and 3 times (Russian, English, Spanish). Everyone must wake up. It roars so loadly you can’t hide even in headphones. Late for 30 minutes, which is norm for the company. Then you for the luggage for more than 30 minutes. Worst in Europe.
Nadelen: My skis did not arrive in the luggage. Airline company or airport needs to have a better sustem tracking luggage and making sure no items are lost.
Voordelen: The flight attendant was nice and helped me to move from a passenger that had flu simptoms next to me.
Nadelen: The meals were really bad. Tasteless and not filling.
Voordelen: Crew was quite polite and sympatic
Nadelen: The aircrafts is very old and small for all the passengers they put inside, and the food is really bad in quality and taste.
Nadelen: No clear advice about extra luggage fees In Miami I got help and paid $100 In Madrid, I tried to purchase the extra luggage on line. The website gave me an error. Once at the counter the person helping me there could not help either. I was charged $150 since the purchase was not done on line. I requested a supervisor: denied! My last trip with air Europa!!!
Voordelen: Im not sure how comfortable can an economy, 12 hours and a half flight seat can be.. but somehow it turned out to be easy and nice
Nadelen: The only things i can think of are already given in business class, like even wider seat and spaces between lines
Voordelen: got it on time...even shorter than planned.
Nadelen: 1. why leave the tv screens open all night when people sleep and want darkness? 2. too many bags on board and not in the trunk. 3. not enough blankets.
Nadelen: Not a fan of the elevator music they play. Unnecessary
