Nadelen: "We booked our plane reservations through Kayak . My sister booked my reservation along with hers at the same time. Kayak put us on different planes at different times on our return flight back to the USA. I had assumed we were flying together ( sisters with the same last names), so I showed up at the airport to find out that I had missed my first flight. I already had a boarding pass for the next flight, but Kayak had canceled me and booked someone else in my seat. No more seats in economy and I had to pay $1750. Euros for another ticket. Why would 2 passengers flying together and booking together be put on different planes and different times. We will NEVER use Kayak again!7"

Voordelen: "The premium economy clas was wonderful. All of the amenities, comfort, room made a long trip far more enjoyable. The crew was right there to help me get to the next gate."
Nadelen: "Frankfurt airport is dreadful. I'm elderly and being forced to climb up and down stairs to the Tarmac with luggage and then crammed into a bus to the terminal was terrible. I would avoid Frankfurt at all costs. Lufthansa needs to take some initiative with this."

Voordelen: "Staff were amazingly helpful n friendly. Food was yummy."

Nadelen: "1 person working the service desk. I had a question about our connecting flight from Frankfurt and I was told to call the 1-800 number. When I went to check my bag the woman was very rude and asked me "why do I think I can check two bags?" and questioned my Star Alliance premium silver status, demanding I show her my card (I have no card). My friend was flying with me and she was told that her carry on, mind you had flown to and within europe, was too big for the overhead storage and she had to pay 90 euros to check it and the woman held her boarding pass and wouldn't give it to her. we waited in line at the service desk for over 40 minutes so that she could pay. We arrived to the airport 2.5 hours early to eat and shop for souvenirs. We barely made it in time to get to our gate because of the inefficiencies of Lufthansa. 1 person working a service desk for a large airport is unacceptable, especially when they are 8-10 waiting to scan your baggage and not helping out at all. I had a wonderful flight to Europe on Lufthansa and was absolutely appalled at the attitudes of the airport staff and their lack of customer service."

Nadelen: "We were detained at the airport after boarding and then deboarding without information. The entire flight was locked in a room and not allowed to leave with very little explanation as to why. After 5 hours they let us board another plane. There was water and candy supplied as food. It was a joke for anyone with kids or the elderly. Nevermind anyone with health concerns. BAD way to manage a crisis in my opinion. We were treated like cattle. And these were NOT cheap tickets."

Nadelen: "Cold. My chair was bumped because us was just a little bit broader in the gangway than the other chairs. (54c) There is no possebility fot ordering foid for me: diet is without grains at all and without sugar at all."

Nadelen: "Leg room in economy is inadequate for international flights. Seats had no cushion left in seat bottoms. It was like sitting on cement."

Voordelen: "That was the best airline meal I've ever eaten. It was a lightly curried chicken. Outstanding. Extremely fast boarding. Boarded entire airplane in less than 15 minutes. Nice selection of movies and audio. All of which you could stop, pause, fast forward, and rewind."
Nadelen: "No reading lights. No attendant call button I could find. Not much air volume. That pesky lack of leg room. Short seat belts."

Voordelen: "Crew was beyond standard. Very nice and friendly and always accommodating."

Nadelen: "My ticket didn't specifically say I'm not allowed to have check-in luggage, so I needed to pay extra for that. I also got too little transfer time and barely made it because my flight arrived late. Then, my luggage got lost during the transfer, so I had to wait for 5 hours, which made my plans a mess. Overall not satisfied with my flight"

Voordelen: "Seats comfortable. Decent legroom. Crew pleasant. Food was very good especially for a very short flight."
Nadelen: "I did not know I had purchased economy light ticket. With this you can only carry on 18 pounds and must check and PAY to check any other bag. I looked at my reservation from Vaysms and did not see notice of this. Surprised that one hour trip at this price , well over $200, was in this category. Also trying to buy the option for the bag on phone was difficult. Whole page with options would not show and getting English version was difficult probably because page would not fit on screen."

Voordelen: "Our flight out of Amsterdam was roughly 30 minutes late. Since we were connecting to an International flight to return to the US there was no possibility we would be able to get to the International terminal through security and board our flight in the time available. So, Lufthansa staff met the connecting passengers as we disembarked, shuttled us via bus to the International terminal and ensured we made our connection. Finally, for airline food it was quite good (Vegan)."

Nadelen: "This was NOT a Lufthansa flight. The plane was a United flight. One of the worst I have experienced in 40 years of flying to Europe and Hawaii."

Nadelen: "Seat pitch could've been more. At least let us know via Whatsapp that the plane is delayed, or at which belt the bags would come out. This basic info was lacking."

Nadelen: "he had no choice but to look at the closed door of his flight, and wait an additional 7 hours and they didn't even give him a voucher for food. I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Actually the Welcome on board announcement. The part where they special welcome loyalty program members. I do not get that... I am an explorer holder my self, but really?? so other paying customers are not as welcome. This is leftovers from the older days.."

Voordelen: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Voordelen: "In Toronto werd ik aangesproken door een dame van KLM met de vraag hoe ik reisde, alleen of in groepsverband etc. Zij gaf aan dat ik gebruik kon maken van de lounge en dat er hulp aanwezig was om bagage in te checken bij de self check-in. Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."

Nadelen: "Lang wachten bij de incheck"

Voordelen: "We vertrokken vanuit Tapei 10 minuten voor plan. We kwamen bijna 3 keartier voor schema aan."
Nadelen: "Omdat Economy Comfort vol zat (een maand van te voren), een exit roe geboekt. Wel veel beenruimte, maar in de breedte echt te krap voor een vlucht van 12 uur."

Voordelen: "De reis verliep voorspoedig. Diner en ontbijt waren redelijk."
Nadelen: "Film aanbod was aan de magere kant."

Nadelen: "Op papier was het een KLM vlucht. Maar tijdens inchecken werd het een Jet Airways vlucht. Alle privileges als platinum frequent flyer was direct weg. Geen voorrang bij inchecken, geen voorrang bij handbaggage check,."

Nadelen: "Pet was left behind at vacation destination as pet's reservation (made and confirmed through KLM) was not found at check in. Waiting for Customer Care to help get pet home and take responsibility for situation and getting no response. Very dissapointed, considering law suit."

Voordelen: "Seats are to tight, no space for legs, somebody with 1.80 mts and 110 kgs was not comfy at all."

Voordelen: "Sat in first class, but the only advantages were larger more comfortable seats and a sandwich. No drinks or even the offer of water until well into the flight, more than an hour."

Voordelen: "The crew was very professional and the connection to Salta was perfect. If you are traveling to Salta and don’t want to wait long , the best connecting flight from Miami Is the one that leaves Miami at 6:45 which arrives at Ezeiza at 4:15 am and connect to Salta at 6:00 am. I went thru immigrations and rechecked my baggage in less than 40 min. It was a great experience with smooth travel experience."

Nadelen: "20 hours into this supposed 9 hour trip, I've been to 2 extra airports, and have 2 flights and 6+ hours to go. Last time flying this airline. Something must be seriously wrong in the higher ups of this company."

Nadelen: "Flight attendant kept speaking Spanish to me and got very irritated when I said that I don't speak Spanish. I was the only one she told to put my seat in upright position during the meal. Food is very mediocre. No leg room whatsoever... Also very noisy kid didn't help the impression on the flight"

Voordelen: "They acomódate my self on emergency seat right away, because I'm very tall and I really appreciated that. Service on board, were very attended at all the time and they tried to do the best with what they have."

Nadelen: "Considering we flew business class Dinner on flight EZE FCO was poor Breakast on flight FCO EZE was very bad (poor variety, bad bread, hot dish was offered together with the rest when there wasnt room on the table) only a bit of butter and a tiny marmelade offered. Definetely not a business class service, more like a economy plus service boarding should be a bit more organized Child meal should be assigned inmediately when you book a child, not upon request"

Nadelen: "The flight was late leaving with no explanation why. Fortunately I caught my connecting international flight!"

Nadelen: "I was seated in the exit row and stowed my bag securely under the seat in front of me. As we pulled away from the gate, three of the flight staff "accosted" me in Spanish, and told me I had to stow my bag overhead; since the flight was full, there was no room for my bag overhead so the one English speaking flight attendant told me I had to move my bag and me to another seat. He thrust an emergency card- in English- in my face and I was shuffled to a seat across the aisle. Lunch pox contained a sandwich with some kind of meat and cheese. Drinks were room temperature. Several passengers were standing in the aisles when the plane pushed back from the gate and numerous seats were still in recline position when we took off."

Voordelen: "I liked the excellent customer service, they are a professional team."

Nadelen: "For first class they had little service and seats were not comfortable. No wi-fi or charging abilities"

Voordelen: "Food was ok"
Nadelen: "Very tinny the space for a long trip"

Nadelen: "It seems like there is no simple grasp of what priority luggage means. It means that it should be handled first and that it would come out first on the carousel. This did not happen and caused significant delay in our departure."

Voordelen: "All five flights that took within Argentina with aerolineas Argentina were on time! What more could you ask for?"

Nadelen: "We flew 4 Aerolineas Argentinas flights on our 2 week trip to Argentina. 1 was cancelled and the other 3 were delayed. The ticketing agents really couldn't have cared less. They were incredibly unhelpful in trying to rebook our cancelled flight. We ended up having to buy all new tickets online. It was a mess for our 4/4 flights."

I'm trying to contact Brittish Airways to see if I can be refunded."

Nadelen: "Upon arriving at the check in desk we were told that a member of our party had been removed from the flight. While trying to work out a solution with the attendants they were incredibly unhelpful, knew very little about the situation, and at times mocked us. Lisa at the AMS location was particularly rude to the members of our party."

Voordelen: "Friendly crew; okay food and nice movies. Security screening went fairly quick. No abnormal long lines."

Voordelen: "The crew was excellent and attentive and I was mostly comfortable."

Nadelen: "I bought a return ticket for my daughter to fly to Amsterdam for the summer. I was allowed to purchase this flight from Kayak and BA from ATL to LON to AMS. Departure was for the end of May to the end of August. When we were checking in the attendant told us that the ticket was no good and we had to purchase another ticket because the travel was over 90 days. At no time did BA or Kayak let us know this information but had no problem selling us this ticket. We were literally extorted for another $1000.00 so she could depart. Shameful! Will not be using your site or BA ever again."

Voordelen: "Nothing, I never had the opportunity to board"
Nadelen: "We had a quick trip planned to the go to London traveling from Amsterdam with British Airways. We were able to check in without a problem, but getting through airport security took a substantial amount of time, which caused sever delays getting to the gate. Once at the gate, we were told that we could no longer board the plane as the gate had already closed. Even more shocking, the service people told use that our entire itinerary (AKA our return flight) was cancelled as a result of this. You can imagine our frustration as we had tickets in hand looking at the door to the plane that we would have been allowed to walk through had security taken 5 minutes less. In the states, if airport security is holding you from missing your flight, this is communicated with the airline and proper arrangements are made. Unfortunately, this was not the case, forcing us to buy a new (last minute) ticket and losing a lot of money."

Voordelen: "I was upgraded to World Traveler Class. There was a lot more legroom. Also there was great movie select."

Voordelen: "Boarding smooth enough, seats comfy enough"
Nadelen: "Checked bags line insanely long, gate MILES away from security checkpoint, no food or entertainment (why low rating, n/a), could always use more legroom, paid more for bags than for flight and taking bags was a huge hassle and worry"

Nadelen: "Club Europe...business class? Seat pitch is a let down. Only benefit is an empty middle seat"

Voordelen: "There seemed to be more leg room then other international flights. They fed us 2 meals and a snack and kept bringing around juice and water."

Nadelen: "Delays both before takeoff and after landing. Unorganized boarding--what happened to the old idea of boarding from the back of the aircraft forward?? Making all passengers shuffle through a long queue is really stupid."

Voordelen: "I didn't pay to reserve a seat ahead of time, and was a little apprehensive. I checked in about 23 hours before the flight and was assigned an aisle seat with no problems."
Nadelen: "Once we boarded the plane, we spent about a half hour on the ground before take off. This isn't reassuring when you have a connecting flight."

Voordelen: "Nice to be able to check carry on at the gate. Clean."
Nadelen: "Why not have an option to check carry on at check-in?"

Voordelen: "I missed my connection to Los Angeles which had major consequences for me in terms of work related issues and pick up complications."

Nadelen: "We were told not to worry when there was no plane at the gate when we arrived. Then we were told not to worry that the plane was being towed to the gate when it did land in Schipol. They were aware that many on the plane were trying to make a fairly quick connection in London. And it was after that connection would have already been missed that they let us know that our flight was canceled and we would have to go back to get our luggage and get re-assigned to another plane. We stood for TWO HOURS to be reassigned with only 2 agents helping a whole plane full of people. Of course, we missed the last flight out that could have connected us. We were told to go to an agent when we got to London to get a hotel room and they would have us all sorted. They did not have us all sorted and that took another half hour. We were at the airport in Schipol for SEVEN hours [and two trips through passport control] before our rescheduled flight to London boarded. When we landed in London, we had to go to the arrivals desk for them to be informed that we needed a hotel. We were able to sleep about 3 hours and had to get back to the airport for an early morning flight. Everyone we dealt with was kind and respectful, but the Airline itself was ill-prepared to handle this cancellation. In addition, they said they would not re-book at the gate, but those who were angry and aggressive were able to do so and get out on the day we were supposed to. Pretty crummy end to a trip."

Nadelen: "Weinig te eten weinig te drinken voor zo'n lange vlucht. Geen geluid op entertainment"

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed 45 mins, but when I'm 2 mins late to check in the cancelled my boarding pass. Ridiculous customer service wanted to charge me $400 to change my flight!!! Never again"

Voordelen: "My itinerary said british airways but my plane was American so I missed my flight due to standing in the British airways line instead of American. This needs to be fixed."

Voordelen: "Great food!"

Voordelen: "Free drinks and food when traveling overseas. Possibly cheaper flights than other airlines?"
Nadelen: "I got switched to American Airlines last minute, which is a sister company of British Airways, apparently. This was 1 of the 2 worst flights that I have ever been on, only second to my other booked flight for this trip home. This flight was 7+ hours long and it was nothing short of horrible. The seats were extremely uncomfortable and barely went back at all. The male flight attendant was clearly annoyed and was short with every person who would ask for anything. He would roll his eyes at every request by customers. At one point I saw him literally toss a sandwich into a customers lap because they were turned the other way and didn't hear him when he asked if they wanted one. There was no way to watch anything unless you had your own device and had downloaded it yourself prior to the flight."

Voordelen: "Everything was great and I truly enjoyed this flight."
