Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Actually the Welcome on board announcement. The part where they special welcome loyalty program members. I do not get that... I am an explorer holder my self, but really?? so other paying customers are not as welcome. This is leftovers from the older days.."

Voordelen: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."

Nadelen: "BA lost one of my checked bags and made it impossible to get help. Called numbers over 30 hour period in both destination city and BA phone numbers for lost baggage and no one answered. I had to travel back to the airport counter to deal with agents that basically told me there were thousands of bags in the warehouse and that the bag May or May not eventually turn up."

Nadelen: "Crew took bags before we boarded. We had a 2-hour connection and they would not let us CARRY ON our CARRY ON baggage. This made it extremely difficult to make our flight on time. Also, the guy was terribly rude about it"

Voordelen: "First the flight was delayed, as it was the flight going to London. Then, BA staff did not provide timely information, and were disorganized without giving clear instructions to board the plane."

Nadelen: "Paying for something basic to drink is something you'd espect on Spirit airlines not British Airways. The cabin crew and gate agents were rude and inconsistent with their behavior. They used to be full of class and unfortunately they are now trash. If I have other choices I will most certainly not choose BA."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by 4 hours because maintenance needed to change a tire on the airplane. The delay would have been acceptable if it wasn't for the excuses the airline offered. First, they said maintenance couldn't find a spare tire, and when they did rob a tire from another plane, they said the delay was due to FAA paperwork. These reasons, most likely true, suggest American Airlines (British Airways sub-contracted this flight to its partner, American Airlines) was not prepared to handle such an emergency."

Voordelen: "Everything was on time. The plane was kind of full but the flight attendants really tried to reseat passengers that wanted to change their seats. To me, that's above and beyond, being in the service industry myself. The entertainment was really diverse and offered many options. The food was good and the red wine was excellent. The pilot gave us regular updates about the flight and the weather in Barcelona, our destination. The seats were roomy and comfortable. Restrooms were very clean."

Voordelen: "When we got struck by lightning, the pilot helped us stay safe a feel like we were in good hands."

Nadelen: "We were just surprised by the charges for our checked bags. Thought we had it all covered, but no!"

Nadelen: "The Lisbon airport could have more places with working electrical plugs or USB ports in order to charge devices while waiting for your flight."

Voordelen: "Really nice crew, good food and wine, very attentive and accommodating. I’m used to flying spirit and Norwegian and this was a huge upgrade, though there’s not much in flight entertainment. Definitely good and cheap. Will fly again."

Nadelen: "The attendant who checked me in at the Porto airport was very rude and sarcastic. At the gate they said the flight would be delayed half an hour, however they just called us to start boarding a half an hour after the flight was expected to leave. At that time the passengers of the previous flight were just starting to leave the plane so everyone that was about to board then had to stand in the freezing cold tunnel way with all of our bags for another 20 minutes while the previous passengers got off. There was no food or any beverage other than water offered on the flight."

Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Nadelen: "Flight from Porto to Lisbon was late. We almost didn't make our flight from Lisbon to Barcelona. Our luggage didn't make the connection."

Nadelen: "We had to pay for a check in luggage fee. Then flight was delayed for about an hour. The gate number change so we had to keep on checking to see what gate it was to be. They keeping on changing the delayed time so it end up being nearly two hours before we got on the plane. I was very disappointed that we didn't get where we needed to be on time. Our hour and 45 minute flight end up just wasting time waiting for the plane. They could of at least refund our check in bag fee for the inconvenient."

Voordelen: "Stay away from TAP. I wish the people at the counter were just rude - they were tormenting us and lying to me about my luggage. When they found out I insisted on not checking my bag, they told me they would "keep it" in the meantime. Turned out they went ahead and threw the bag onto the plane. We ended up having to go find it at lost and found. They initially told me it was going to only take 5-10 mins to retrieve my luggage, but then 40 mins passed and still nothing. My poor mom had to wait by the empty belt - and boarding started and the luggage still wasn't there. They forced us to pay 35 euros (it's principle, not the money) when their policy said nothing about it when I booked it on the website. My mom was in tears and I had the worst few hours of my life. TAP - you are disgusting. It takes a lot for me to be upset but you really did everything out of your way to make us suffer. Even told us we might have to miss our flight. You put a huge dent on my trip."

I'm not happy at all with this flight, and over 12 hours later, I feel disgusting, and my first day in Barcelona has been miserable because of it. I place all of the blame on the Lisbon connecting terminal. I am not happy."

Voordelen: "We were shuttled to the plane then the plane wasn't ready, so the bus took us back. We just stood on the bus by the gate for a good 20min. Then went back to the plane again. This time it was ready for boarding. I don't understand why they took us if the plane was ready. Once we were there why did we go back to the gate again?? Get it together TAP. My first and only experience and it wasn't a good one."

Nadelen: "I purchased this ticket 4 months prior to flying....traveled half way around the world and the flight was oversold. I was bumped and left with people meeting in another country waiting for no one to show up. Go to hell TAP Portugal Airlines."

Nadelen: "Nether the Dutch government or the Greek government is allowing Americans into their countries, yet Transavia refuses to refund my ticket money. That is the height of abysmal, disrespectful, if not criminal service. Effectively, they stole my money."

Nadelen: "I arrived 45 minutes before boarding, they refused to let me on the plane because they had closed the registration process. I had to buy another ticket"

Voordelen: "The flight was fast and boarding was easy. There was plenty of overhead room"

Nadelen: "The flight was perfect the only thing that concerned me was that two female passengers were allowed into the cockpit about thirty minutes prior to landing and stayed in their for the duration including landing. Did not know that that was allowed. Other than that it was perfect."

Voordelen: "Vlogen naar Lissabon samen met ons nichtje van 16. Was kennelijk aan de late kant met online inchecken want konden niet meer naast elkaar zitten. Toen we aan board stapten vroeg ik aan de steward of de kist vol was of dat er nog een mogelijkheid was om iets te veranderen waardoor we toch met z'n drieën naast elkaar konden zitten. We zitten helaas vol, antwoordde hij. Toch kwam hij een kwartiertje later met het bericht dat er voorin toch drie vrije plaatsen naast elkaar waren, top!"

Voordelen: "Alles was prima in orde, behalve dat ik moest betalen voor overgewicht van mijn handbagage...Ik moest medcijnen en medische apparatuur terugnemen naar huis en kon niet anders...."
Nadelen: "De externe service provider van assistentie krijgt een dikke onvoldoende..3-4 hulpbehoevende passagiers, waaronder ik, hebben meer dan een half uur moeten wachten tot er iemand met een rolstoel kwam opdagen"

Voordelen: "I’m so thrilled at Transavia’s expansion to new routes like Beirut. This is the second time I traveled to Beirut since November and I noted a marked improvement in the quality of service on the ground."
Nadelen: "It’s still a discount airline trying to squeeze money anyway they can."

At the airport they charged me even more than it would have been online. The bags cost more than our seats. We should have been told!!"

Nadelen: "We were standing in line to board gate 14 it read Barcelona and right as we went to start boarding it changed to a different flight. All of us were running from gate to gate and nobody would help us!!!!! That was TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! One person figured it no Help from your staff."

Voordelen: "The crew was fast, but grumpy."

Nadelen: "They charged for coffee. My legs are too long to fit without my knees going into the isle. They didn't have room for my bag."

Voordelen: "The flight was on time. The ground crew was pleasant and helpful, especially in meeting the needs of handicapped passengers."
Nadelen: "You have to pay for anything you consume in the way of food and drink... even a glass of water to take a pill. My wife and I fly frequently and this will be our last time to fly Veuling. Other than the lack of any free beverages, the legroom is minimal, there is no TV and no electronic recharging at the seats."

Voordelen: "The flight actually got me to my destination"
Nadelen: "I asked for priority boarding at the counter since I’m pregnant which they agreed to. They advised me to wait for the priority announcement to board first. That did not happen. They simply let everyone on at once causing a stampede. Flight was delayed. Flight had no AC until almost take off. Smallest amount of legroom I’ve ever had in my life."

Nadelen: "They keep revising the plane departure time on their website/app but refused to announce changes in the terminal. Kayak sent me 10 updates about the scheduled departure. The airport had the initial one and no more"

Nadelen: "Seats are too close together. This is the first time my knees the seat ahead of me."

Voordelen: "at the check in. I've been asked to pay because my booking didn't show that I included 1 in cabin bag and 1 ship for each traveler. I had to pay because I wasn't going to lose my flight. I ask you to check my booking please."

Nadelen: "Vueling agents gave 6 different conflicting times for the delay"

Voordelen: "Our flight was slated for 3:35pm departure. But hours before the flight, the guessing game started as to how delayed and for what reason the flight was delayed. We ended up leaving 4 hours later and with one feeble apology from the captain..."
Nadelen: "Absolutely nothing. A meager €8 voucher that didn't even cover a meal and a poorly informed gate agent that couldn't provide any information because the head office wouldn't provide any information. To top it all off, the lie as to why the flight was delayed was not maintained by either ground staff nor the crew. Unbelievable"

Voordelen: "Randomly given exit row seating."
Nadelen: "First at the airport they tell us we have to check our carry ons when we had already flown three flights with them with those same bags as carry ons, then they criticize us for having heavy bags, which they never would have known if we had been allowed to carry them on. Their back up reason for needing to check bags was the flight was overbooked and there would be no room for bags, both of which were false as I personally counted at least 15 seats open and there were at least 6-7 completely empty overhead bins. Finally, it is Kayak that notifies me that my flight is delayed 90 minutes, but yet the airline decides it is a good idea to have us board and then just sit on the plane before finally telling us after 30 minutes of sitting on the plane with the flight door still open that we are delayed another hour. I would not fly them again."

Voordelen: "It’s a quite flight and good space"
Nadelen: "No billows at the chairs"

Nadelen: "They delayed our first flight - and forced us onto our connection even though we knew our bags wouldn’t make it - and were completely unhelpful to us once we got there as to where our bags may be."

Nadelen: "A bus ride is more comfortable than a vueling flight"

Nadelen: "The second time in one month that the planes takes off with almost an hour of delay without anyone giving any explanation"

Nadelen: "Late. Long wait for baggage. Not very friendly crew."

Nadelen: "My flight was delayed 3 hours, so I missed my connecting flight. Then there were no more flights until the morning. Vueling paid for a hotel for me, but the hotel was over an hour away from the airport at 2 in the morning, and I woke up at 5 the next morning and sat in 2 HOURS of traffic to get back to the airport. The shuttle left late tho, and I almost missed my flight again. Bad experience."

Nadelen: "being subjected to a 15 hour travel day and missing an entire 1/3 of my 3 day vacation"

Voordelen: "I like the landing by the pilot from Beirut to Barcelona. I also appreciated the one flight attendant that helped me and my family."
Nadelen: "They didn’t let me gate check any carryons. They made me pull out all my stuff to reallocate the weight in my carryons before letting me go with all of them. Why? Is the weight issue an over head storage weight limit issue or a fuel issue? Either way they eventually let me go. Ridiculous. They charged me over $110 for an extra check bag when kayak told me it would be $65-$110. Scam/stealing. Also, they told me I had to hold my kid during take off and landing instead of them being in their super secure car seat. How is that even logical? They said it was a company policy. If it was a company policy, why didn’t I have to hold my kid on the following flight? Dumb."

Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled and I was not notified or rerouted."

Voordelen: "Although I booked a flight on what I thought was British airways it was some off brand airline: Vueling very disappointing to show up at Gateick to check in at BA and be redirected to the equivalence of Spirit airlines in the USA."
Nadelen: "It said British airlines and was a vueling airlines flight. I would equivalent this to booking a flight through Kayak on Delta showing up to Delta to check in and being redirected to Spirit airlines!! Completely misleading, just glad I didn’t have to pay for a vag as I would on Spirit. No water, snacks offered pretty bare bone airline!!"

Nadelen: "Flights usually delayed Cabin crew are rude specially Lucia who was on the Vueling 08:55 flight from Bilbao to Barcelona on 21/04/2018"

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed 4 hours was unable to catch my connecting flight in London to Barcelona. Had to buy another flight ticket in London, wait another day, pay for a night a hotel to get to my destination in Barcelona. I was supposed to arrive in Barcelona on Saturday April 1st and did not get there until 2 the following day. Will not use this service again."

Voordelen: "I paid extra for the extra-legroom seats, and that was good. Though they charge for snacks/food/drinks, I was fine with a free cup of water."
Nadelen: "Our seats up front (2nd row) didn't recline, and it wasn't because of bulkheads or exit rows. It was a short flight, so it wasn't too bad."

Voordelen: "The check in luggage cost almost the same as the ticket, but the crew was nice to check in my carry on bag for free-good customer service.th"
Nadelen: "The bus was almost full and there are 10 or more so passengers still need to get on and obviously required additional bus. Instead of just signalthe bus to leave, the crew tried to cram more passages on the bus first before the next one, which will be almost empty- poor judgement"

Nadelen: "Het is heel krap om te zitten. Maar de prijs was goed. I guess you get for what you paid. Het was niet slecht."

Nadelen: "We had to pay extra to check-In our luggage only for Vueling airlines to lose my friends luggage. They did not even make us feel like they would do everything possible to find it and it ruined the rest of our trip. My friend ended having to buy everything from underwear to shoes to clothes. Not only did it take time and energy to find clothes for her but it was very costly. I've flown MANY airlines and have never had deal with lost luggage so I was expecting more from the airline to do everything possible to located it or compensate us for their mistake, especially when we had to pay an additional $50 USD to check-in our luggage (that ultimately ended up lost). I would not recommend this airline."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed, then they de boarded at the wrong terminal and for 1hr didn't let us leave the terminal, then we had to go through security to leave the airport. Collosal fail!"

Nadelen: "Op heenvlucht waren we al aan het taxiën toen ze erachter kwamen dat er 2 passagiers meer dan stoelen in het vliegtuig waren. Prutsers dus. Terug naar de gate, mensen uitladen, wat een gedoe. Beenruimte is echt het kleinste dat ik ooit heb meegemaakt. Dan wordt er ook niet goed opgelet op handbagage en word je rugzak bijzonder onvriendelijk onder je stoel gepropt vanwege te weinig ruimte. Dat was wel m'n enige handbagage, dus waarom mag iemand die teveel mee heeft wel z'n spullen bovenin en ik niet? En waarom moet dat met bruut geweld onder mijn stoel gepropt? Bah, erg onvriendelijk."

Voordelen: "Quick trip all went well"

Voordelen: "They board you from both ends of the plane."
Nadelen: "Everything was good!"

Nadelen: "Booked online for British Airways. Wasn't clear that it was operated by Vueling a budget airline. I payed extra for British Airways specifically to avoid the budget carriers. Vueling charged for everything (nickel and dimed) as expected, line through ticketing was extremely long, and of course there wasn't any entertainment for the flight. I wish kayak would have been very clear that it was not a British Airways flight. Paid extra for nothing."

Nadelen: "They're pushing the seats so close together that either you upgrade, or you're crushed. Particularly when you're tall, like I am, you notice every flight seems to be a bit worse, and year after year that's what's going on. It's gotten to the point I'm not against Ryanair's ridiculous standing seats prototype anymore. At least standing I won't get a trombosis."

Voordelen: "We had to buy sth to eat or drink. It is better to serve 2-3 kind of hot drinks for free."

Nadelen: "Food n/a, enernteiment n/a Spacewise - bad."
