No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Voordelen: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

After another hour sitting in this tin can and our own flight passengers now missing there connections due to this double delay the pilot announced he has no clue what’s going on. He hasn’t heard from the company!!! The passengers were mad! Another time elapsed. Captain says we can’t wait. Let’s go. Now half of us missed our connections!! Air Malta I have a message to you. Clean up your unprofessional act. I get it that a flight had delays but then you did the same thing to us!! I’m pissed at your holier than thou attitude. You were 100% unprofessional."

Always allow at least 2+ hours for a transfer. When boarding this flight usually does not have a gate. It is necessary to take a. Once we were checked in we had to shove our way onto an overcrowded bus for transport from the gate to the plane. More buses are needed when ferrying people by bus from the gate to the plane, in general (not just on this flight)."

Nadelen: "The crew was rude and Inattentive. They keep the cabin so cold, most people more miserable and had their blankets all they way up to their necks, and still cold. Seats were very thin and not very comfortable and so close together, there's was no room to stretch out at all."

Nadelen: "I didn't have any video for over two hours. I had to speak to 4 different crew members to get them to reset my monitor. They were not very friendly."

Nadelen: "The internet was very, very expensive! $35 for very very slow internet that didn't work half of the time. Also, before I departed from the US, the customer service rep at JFK made me purchase a refundable plane ticket for $2500, and charged me a non refundable fee of $35 for booking the flight for me ( I asked how to do it via the Iberia website on my phone and she refused to help me, and the website makes it extremely not obvious how to book a refundable flight). She said because my flight was one way to Europe I had to have an onward flight, even though I was traveling by car outside of Europe. She said that they would ask me for it at customs when I arrived in Europe. Well they have never asked me for this before, and they did not ask me this time either when I arrived, so this whole exercise was pointless. When I called to get my ticket refunded, they also charged me a $25 fee for refunding the ticket, which the agent in NY did not tell me about. So I just ate $60 for no reason. In addition, the customer service person was very rude about the whole thing."

Nadelen: "The bus to the plane stayed fully packed at the terminal for several minutes. I heard several people start complaining about their heat. The crew at the terminal were brusque. Other than that, the flight was fine. I wasn't offered any food or drink, but once we were flying, there were no additional delays."

Nadelen: "They start boarding on time, but inexplicably kept people waiting on the jetbridge and did not allow anyone to actually pass through the airplane doors."

Nadelen: "According to my itinerary, we were scheduled to fly from Marrakech to Casablanca on Royal Moroccan Airlines flight 402. There was no flight. My itinerary also said we were to fly out of Casablanca on American Airlines. After sitting at the gate for over 2 hrs. in Marrakech,one of the ground crew members told us our flight had been canceled, but we were never notified. The supervisor refused to give us a letter stating that they screwed up by either sending us to the wrong gate, or that the flight had been canceled so I could get my money back thru my travel insurance. She said the flight was not cancelled so it wasn't her fault. No flight left from our gate. She refused to help us book another flight. I had no smart phone to book another flight and she told me, that was too bad. I asked what should I do, she said "that is your problem not mine, I cannot help you." There were 2 others they sent to the wrong gate and 6 others who had the same problem as us. Later 2 others, on a different flight with RAM, walked up to the ticketing section and said they were sent to the wrong gate and missed their flight too. I need a letter from someone so I can retrieve my $1800 back from my travel insurance because we had to book other flights and stay an extra day in a hotel in Casablanca. I don't feel that is asking too much. We were there early to fly out and did everything they told us to do. Luckily, someone cared enough to let me use their smart phone to book another flight and hotel or this could of been a real tragedy."

Nadelen: "preregistered for a designated aisle seat that was confirmed. However I was assigned a middle seat in between two big passenger. Flight was late for arrival due to weather, but we were informed of that only after takeoff despite the fact that they knew it hours before departure."

Nadelen: "The 8 hour flight had no entertainment. There were screens but the movie system was not working. Furthermore, there was never an announcement over the intercom about it nor did the airline apologize in any sort of way. I had to ask the staff what was going on. But the airline/staff just swept it under the rug. I will avoid Iberia flights from now on."
Nadelen: "Iberia should do something about its check-in process, it seems way below the industry standards. 1. Online check is only worth if you don't have any luggage. If you do, there's no point of doing that, because there's one line for both check-in and luggage drop off. 2. If you arrive to the airport 1h45min before the flight (LOCAL flight!!!), you'll be among the last ones to check-in, because you will spend about an hour in the line (there's just two people at the register: one for economy and one for business). In the end everyone in the line will get checked in (thanks for that), but the flight will be delayed and Iberia will blame the security (which takes 5 min to pass, unlike the check-in process."
Nadelen: "Seats do not recline. Not even water was offered."
Nadelen: "This really is more about the flight from paris to Bucharest: I’ve literally never experienced a worse ticketing and boarding process. Old planes, ride staff (even by remarkably curt and abrupt Romanian standards). Broken inline experience. Overall unpleasant. Seems to be flown only by Romanian families with hundreds of pounds of luggage. Like a caravan."

Nadelen: "I was not allowed to take the push chair on board even though on the inbound flight was ok to do so. I have purchased the push chair especially so I can take it on board. Disappointed."

Nadelen: "Passengers traveling with pets took our reserved seats. The places for our baggages were occupied. When addressing this issue, we were told to move further ahead to empty seats. There was no meal included, and the one we purchased could not be paid by POS."

Nadelen: "A minus for the Crew because when we arrived in Hamburg, people started to open the baggage boxes although we were still rolling (like 5 min too early) and they didn't say anything, so more people were following. When we arrived, almost all the people who could, had the baggage already with them. This happened in the past but the Crew stopped the people on time."
Voordelen: "What to like? The rudness? The delays? Or the fights on board!!!"
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed with nearly 2 hrs. Cabin crew were rude made as feel very uncomfortable. This flight as whoke was the worst one I have even been too. Never ever again. BLUE AIR NEEDS TO SORT ALOT OF THINGS BEFORE OFFER SUCH SERVICES"

Nadelen: "I was unable to check n online (although the process was intitated well earlier than 12 hours prior to departure). The system charged y credit card for a seat reservation and then crashed with an error, both on my phone and laptop browser. When I called at 9:00 am (when their offices are open) to ask for help with what happened, I received no answer other than, "the check in system has just closed. I am unable to help you in any way". I booked another flight with another carrier, and did not take this flight., not do I plan to book with them in the future That being said, it is not the job of the employee to defend a poorly working system. Services need upgrade asap."

Nadelen: "Charged £60 for hold luggage because the airline’s unstable website wouldn’t allow me to book in advance (£20 extra in the airport). Plane was delayed because they were late allowing passengers to board and missed the runway slot. Seats were uncomfortable - it was an older airframe."
Voordelen: "The added touches make all the difference! We didn’t expect free food and was delighted to receive breakfast. The chairs were much more comfortable than any other plane I’ve been on due to the adjustable head rest, and as a regular flyer to Cyprus, this made a difference. The sweets served just before landing is an excellent idea and something that we do need due to our ears, so this was appreciated. staff were attentive and pleasant."

Nadelen: "Dusseldorf to Warsaw: Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight out of Dusseldorf (about an hour) - Just before landing, pilot announced all connections would be made - (and even mentioned chicago) - Connecting flight was gone when I arrived at gate, and I was quick in getting to gate from prior flight - next flight caused 5 hour layover in Warsaw Warsaw to Chicago Boarding terrible including assistance and messaging. - Boarding chaos - Late flight our ot Warsaw (about an hour) - no messaging at gate about reason for delay - kept increasing departure by 5 minute increments; started at 16:40 ended 17:05 (I beleive) - once boarding was complete, pilot said delay was due to wait for connections (boarding was an hour and 15 minutes late). Very frustrated"

Nadelen: "Flight was rescheduled for 3 hours later than original departure. Check in opened less than two hours before the rescheduled flight time so everyone was stuck waiting at check-in for hours. We couldnt even go in and relax inside at restaurants or the gate because online check in wasnt available. Then the flight was further delayed with no news about when the new take off would be or why the delay. Finally boarded a tiny plane that had propellers and a loud take off, if you easily fright on planes probably not the best choice for you. And then someone started smoking on the flight and the attendants had to announce again that smoking wasnt allowed. On and off throughout the flight it smelled like someone was smoking so I wonder if it was even coming from the cockpit."

Nadelen: "The internet support. I spent meny hours trying to check-in and upgrade my case allowance from 20kg to 32kg, and failed. When I tried to change the baggage weight to 32kg a charge was added for NOT taking the case PLUS the extra for the 32kg case! The cost of a case is reasonable and I would advise to pay the extra £5 for 32kg for most flights. The on-line Seating Selection is also unreliable, I was seated next to an empty seat which had been showing to be unavailable on-line! A response to my query which I sent to Blue Air arrived when I was in the air on the flight! It only repeated the baggage section of the Confitions document! Thank goodness for the excellent airport check-in staff and the Flight Crew!"

It was incredibly stressful and frustrating especially when I checked in online before arriving at the airport. We had to rush and run through the airport and board at final call. In fact it would put me off flying with Blue Air again."

They even told us difinitively that we would board at a certain time only for us to actually board nearly 2 hours later. They, without a doubt, knew the rescheduled flight time but strung us on anyway - I believe this was so they could save money on hotels"

I was informed at checkin that I wasn’t allowed a checked bag from Amsterdam via Madrid to Miami. It is the first time I have ever flown internationally where you don’t get 1 bag at least to check in. The. The fee was €150 one way to check a bag. I feel that the airport should have disclosed more clearly that the fair did not include luggage. I can understand for some short haul flights people can choose to take luggage but international long haul is just heap and dishonest"

Additionally, upon landing it is customary for passengers to unbuckle their seatbelts while taxi-not to the gate and standing up before the seatbelt sign has been turned off. The passengers have no regard for safety or rules."

Nadelen: "My carry-on of clearly leagal size was tested to see if it passed. Happy to say IT PASSED they could not charge me. No in flight entertainment as there is no place to put a headphone into. They tell you to use your smart phone. The flight attendants disappear and really are not there for any reason I could see except to find ways to charge you for something. When they do show up they basically try to ignore you."

Also paying for the bag was another long process and had to go to 3 sepparate counters because Air Europa required a different procedure. Pilots necer announced upcomig turbulence and the landing was horrible. Old and uncomfortable seatbelts. Ive been on 3 flights this week and this was by far the worst. Wont be flying Air Europa in the future."
