Nadelen: "The crew were spread thin and not particularly helpful. We were charged for drinks that are usually complimentary (water and ginger ale) and when the credit card slip needed to be signed, my partner's ginger ale was spilled. The attendants couldn't be bothered to give us more than two cocktail napkins to clean up an entire can-worth, and did not offer to replace the drink. I had to dig into my bag to try and find napkins because there was soda covering the tray as well as all over the seat and his lap. I've always had positive experiences on BA flights, but sorry to say this one was sub-par."

But the worst was in the am (this was the Chicago to London flight) there was nothing offered before landing. My experience is that there is usually tea/coffee/a light snack. But not even water was offered. I have told this to a number of people to get their opinion. Everyone is surprised. On the flight from London to Lisbon, nothing but tap water was free."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed by an hour after we were boarded because of place in the takeoff schedule. We have a scheduled flight time, so that doesn't really make any sense to me."

Nadelen: "Charged us for food and even soft drinks on an international flight! I haven't experienced nickel and diminig like this on a n Major carrier like this."

Voordelen: "perfect.... loved the aircraft too ... Boeing 747 Jumbo Jet"

Nadelen: "Southwest Airlines style seating with a foldable tray table over a middle seat. Sold as a business class cabin at a high price for an hour and a half flight but we left feeling ripped off. No boarding order and overall chaos boarding. I feel that for the price and being advertised as business class I was taken for a ride so to speak, and not in a good way. This would not qualify as business class on any other airline irregardless of how short the leg was."

Voordelen: "Crew were especially friendly and helpful. Very smooth sailing all the way. Just luck that it wasn't a full plane. Lots of pillows and blankets. Food was good."
Nadelen: "Audio for music wasn't the best. In fact, classic station had skips and drags. Volume inconsistent, although controls were responsive, especially for movie. Coach seats begin to feel like park benches after 5 hours."

Voordelen: "Crew was very good and very attentive. Dinner was of good quality for airline food. Both options sounded good and the chicken curry was excelent. Flight took off late beacuse the luggage of passengers who did not make the flight had to be removed, but managed to arrive only a few minutes late."
Nadelen: "It was just too cramped. It didn't help the the gentleman sitting next to me was large enough to be spilling over into my seat. The seats were not very comfortable either. The movie selection was a bit disappointing compared to Iberia Airways, and the screen quality was not so great. I also didn't see usb ports to charge portable elctronics, which was disapointing."

Nadelen: "The fact that it was delayed 2.5 hours which meant we would have missed our connection to the USA. We then saught an alternate flight which turned out to be Air Canada."

Nadelen: "Huge disappointment - food was inedible and on our connection we had to pay even for water. Huge drop in service and I've flown BA for years."

Voordelen: "Cabin crew were great -- personality and lots of fun. Plane seemed relatively new too."
Nadelen: "BA service is basically Ryanair now, but more expensive."

Nadelen: "The boarding gate was not posted until 25 min before plane was scheduled to depart, the departure was 20 min late, Customs at Lisbon took 1.5 hours for a simple stamp on my American passport. The aircraft was packed full, not even water was offered without charge, the service even at that was barely fast enough to make one pass of the passengers before landing, the aisles were continually blocked with service carts selling so how are you supposed to make a bathroom break?"

Nadelen: "Weinig te eten weinig te drinken voor zo'n lange vlucht. Geen geluid op entertainment"

Voordelen: "My flight going to the UK was rough, but the flight home was as solid as being on the ground. This is my third round trip with BA and while the trip home last year I experienced poor customer service from the flight attendant assigned to our side of the plane, both my inbound and home bound flight crews, this time were exemplary. Very kind and caring. The pasta was very good."
Nadelen: "The single Halloween size kit-kat bar that we were given as a snack. Was so small that I naturally believed that we could take more than one. I was politely told that the singe 3.5inch twin wafers were all that we were allowed per person. We have a candy jar, in our office and with the extra supply in the supply closet, we would have been able to give everyone at least two. So, my recommendation is if you are flying transatlantic, to stock up at Heathrow for extra food. Also, the seats were very very small. I was lucky and the plane was not sold out, so both flights my seat mate and myself were able to put a seat between each other. I found myself reasoning that for the price of the flight I was paying for transport to England not for comfort."

Nadelen: "they lost my bag, everything was in there. Had a direct 3 hour flight from london to lisbon, so checked in my luggage with everything in there."

Voordelen: "Schiphol was as busy as I’ve ever seen it even at 5am in the morning, but the combination of efficient systems and good natured staff throughout made everything flow very well. This good nature and friendliness was extended into the flight crew who were great. Unfortunate that the flight was delayed by an hour, but I understand this was no fault of the airline or crew. I just made my connection in Lisbon, so all was well. I’d also like to mention the helpful lady at bag drop. A nice reception is always appreciated."
Nadelen: "More updates from the flight deck during the delay would have been nice, but overall I was impressed and would certainly fly with that airline again."

Nadelen: "No free food or at least water. You need to pay for everything. High air fare, No seat LCD TV, No wifi. Worst airline ever"

Nadelen: "I arrived 45 minutes before boarding, they refused to let me on the plane because they had closed the registration process. I had to buy another ticket"

Nadelen: "The flight was perfect the only thing that concerned me was that two female passengers were allowed into the cockpit about thirty minutes prior to landing and stayed in their for the duration including landing. Did not know that that was allowed. Other than that it was perfect."

Nadelen: "De vlucht was een uur vertraagd maar de melding daarover kwam pas een uur voor vertrek. Check-in en boarding vond plaats op de eerst gecommuniceerde tijden en daarom kwam ik bijna te laat. Slecht geregeld. Had een sms verwacht."

Nadelen: "We will never fly Air France, Transavia or Dutch airlines again. Terrible planes for Air France and terrible checking in and connecting flights for transavia and Dutch airlines"

Voordelen: "Vlogen naar Lissabon samen met ons nichtje van 16. Was kennelijk aan de late kant met online inchecken want konden niet meer naast elkaar zitten. Toen we aan board stapten vroeg ik aan de steward of de kist vol was of dat er nog een mogelijkheid was om iets te veranderen waardoor we toch met z'n drieën naast elkaar konden zitten. We zitten helaas vol, antwoordde hij. Toch kwam hij een kwartiertje later met het bericht dat er voorin toch drie vrije plaatsen naast elkaar waren, top!"

Nadelen: "De externe service provider van assistentie krijgt een dikke onvoldoende..3-4 hulpbehoevende passagiers, waaronder ik, hebben meer dan een half uur moeten wachten tot er iemand met een rolstoel kwam opdagen"

Nadelen: "1. Check-in Agent was rude. 2. Carry-on bag were taken at the Check-in Counter without my permission - and checked through to destination. The carry-on contained an iPad (still in the 'On' Mode) as well as diabetic medication and foods. 3. Flight left an hour late but passengers were not given updates until 15 minutes before we were able to leave. 4. Not much in-flight service and noone came by to collect garbage, empty water bottle, etc."

Voordelen: "This is the second time in a short period of time I flew Transavia from MUC to DUB and the plane had 1 hour 45 minutes delay due to "technical problems". Moreover I wasn't informed at check- in although the fact was known by then as mentioned on the departure board!!! I prob won't book anymore Transavia flights"

Nadelen: "Not that it's the airline's fault, but the screaming kid almost ruined my flight."

Nadelen: "When we booked there was no information about fees for checked bags. I tried to Ck in online and pay for our bags then but the payment didn't go through. At the airport they charged me even more than it would have been online. The bags cost more than our seats. We should have been told!!"

Nadelen: "There is so little legroom, that I my legs had to be in the isle all the time and I had to get up every time the cart needed to pass."

Voordelen: "Fine flight. No frills. Friendly service."

Voordelen: "The crew was very nice and professional. They sat me in the last roll on the left with 2 seats. I could not recline the seat and I had to travel sitting up right all the way from Spain to Brazil. Horrible!"

Voordelen: "Plane was nice and the crew was good, except that the flight left almost an hour late without enough announcements as to what was going on and when we might be leaving."

Nadelen: "Overall, not impressed. The price pasó seemed cheap, but baggage fees aren’t included and are ridiculous. Delayed over 7 hours flight out. Flight back was more or less timely. The movies are old, and the newer ones are B level, at best. The food, is cheap. The price seemed right, safety ratings were good too; but won’t fly with them anymore."

Nadelen: "They didn’t allowed to add one luggage for free( not carry on) they charged and for international fly , all companies allow one"

Voordelen: "They let me sleep and didn’t wake me for food or beverages."
Nadelen: "Boarding was down a jetway, down a light of stairs, stand around in the heat while they get the busses to the bottom of the stairs, and then cattle call onto the jet. Other than checking IDs and boarding passes, there was no organization to the process at all."

Nadelen: "Bathroom smells very bad My three seats where very dirty and had brown yucky stuff One had a sticky gum on it The cleaning crew should have noticed it"

Nadelen: "My checked luggage for which i paid an extra $100 has been damaged to a point where 2 out of the 4 weels are about to fall. I don't know in which of the two flights it happened since my luggage was transfered during the layover."

Nadelen: "They didn’t even give water without charging for it. Water is a basic need The hidden baggage fees. I was informed at checkin that I wasn’t allowed a checked bag from Amsterdam via Madrid to Miami. It is the first time I have ever flown internationally where you don’t get 1 bag at least to check in. The. The fee was €150 one way to check a bag. I feel that the airport should have disclosed more clearly that the fair did not include luggage. I can understand for some short haul flights people can choose to take luggage but international long haul is just heap and dishonest"

Nadelen: "The second serving of food -both inbound & outbound flight- was terrible. White bread sandwuch with one slice of ham and one slice of really cheap cheese."

Nadelen: "The flight was cramped. For a shorter flight from Madrid to Tel Aviv Air Europa uses a state of the art Boeing 787 Dreamliner which lives up to its name. Why they don't use this aircraft for the long haul flight beats me. I'd rather be comfortable for 10 hrs and suffer for 5 instead of the other way around. Still, looking forward to the last leg home."

I was in seat 16c, there was no window and again the TV was broken!! The flight crew found me an isle seat near the rear of the plane where the TV worked."

Nadelen: "The line at the airport, there were no tv for movies or entertainment of any kind (besides paying for an iPad or internet), and the chair didnt laid back."

Nadelen: "1.5 hrs delay in arrival. there were 9 people at the departure gate. The plane was at the gate two hours before departure; but the flight is delayed due to 'late arrival' of the equipment??? Air bus 330, circa 1970. toilets were worn out; tv screens were flickering (can't even see what's on the screen on the walls), wifi cutting in and out, meal was poor; main dish, bread and desert, that's it. In Madrid, after the flight from Zurich landing in terminal E, it was a 45 min walk to terminal A, international terminal. No bus, no assistance, no one to ask how to get there if one is in a hurry. no info desks to be found anywhere. I can't even imagine for a disabled person. THe airport crew with a cart would not give a ride to an old lady with cain. Wow. It is the worst airport anywhere I have flown out of. The check in process was less than good or efficient. I would not fly this airline nor connect through Madrid."

Nadelen: "I bought 2 tickets at the same time for me and my wife and the sat us separately 10 rows apart from each other. Its stupid they dont let you choose your own seats. Also paying for the bag was another long process and had to go to 3 sepparate counters because Air Europa required a different procedure. Pilots necer announced upcomig turbulence and the landing was horrible. Old and uncomfortable seatbelts. Ive been on 3 flights this week and this was by far the worst. Wont be flying Air Europa in the future."

Nadelen: "Old plane, no entertainment system (just AirEuropa ads in a loop), late and slow boarding, no blankets or pillows."

Voordelen: "Everything was just perfect. I will flight with them again."

Nadelen: "When I booked my flight it was not at all clear that I had to pay for checked luggage, therefore I had to pay extra when I arrived at the airport. Please make it clear from the very beginning that checked luggage is not included. Easy Jet does a great job of this, giving you the option to pay for a checked bag when buying your ticket. With Air Europa, I had no idea at all."

Nadelen: "Space between seats very uncomfortable. Planes very old."

Voordelen: "New airplane 787 Dreamliner was great!"

They made me wait forever on the plane when we landed and then insisted I just try to walk down the stairs, I almost tripped trying before they finally called for the assistance truck to get me off the plane. I was very uncomfortable by their lack of willingness to help."

Voordelen: "Niks. Kost weinig, je krijgt nog veel minder. Toch?"
Nadelen: "De automatische stoeltoewijzing is klantje pesten. Heb je samen geboekt wordt je uit elkaar gehaald. Niet omdat er geen plek is, maar gewoon omdat het kan. Pesterij. Boarden: je word zo snel mogelijk de gate in geveegd en dan mag je daar wachten tot het blijkbaar echt nodig was dat je er was."

Voordelen: "Everything went to schedule and the crew dealt with an illness emergency without fuss and I am sure more than half the passengers never knew about it."

Nadelen: "One hour delay"

Voordelen: "That I could buy a ticket on the day (EasyJet said they were sold out at the desk but Kayak had one online - well done Kayak)."
Nadelen: "The queue to check in that was caused partly by weighing cases for the cargo hold and trying to charge extra at a higher 'desk rate' forcing people to either pay the desk rate or open their bags and transfer stuff to their carry on bag. The lack of room for carry on bags, requiring that some bags be transferred to the hold (caused by the above 'luggage transferring fiasco). The two people at the desk with a queue of hundreds waiting to check in. The one hour delay in the flight. The marathon walk to the other end of the airport to board the plane."

Nadelen: "The plane had a hole in the wing. we sat for an hour on our sits till we got an engineer to look at it and put sticky tape. It was very stressfull flight. we couldnt go to the toilets while we were sitting on the tarmac for 1 hr"

Nadelen: "No notice of delayed flight, food was rushed and plane very dated"

Voordelen: "Forget the flight, think where you’re heading!! Old Lisbon, Chiado, is well worth a visit. Almost seems like time stopped with all the architecture. People are friendly and not too pushy while selling you intems. Well worth a visit as a city break. B&B €25 for two per night!!"
Nadelen: "What would you expect from a great name? Still have to be disappointed! But while in Lisbon learn some words in Portuguese. They’re essential. If they see that that you’re making an effort, they’ll appreciate it more. Speak in foreign and straight away your price rises!"

Nadelen: "Ik moest rennen naar de gate omdat de schermen te laat waren. Er waren meer reizigers die onvriendelijk gewezen werden op het feit dat ze “te laat” waren."

Nadelen: "Schiphol is eigenlijk te groot. Alles kost veel tijd. Vlucht was half uur te laat"

Nadelen: "Bus ticket sold on plane was quite restrictive and left every 50-60min not every hour as stated onboard."

Nadelen: "No luggage room above our head, we had to leave our luggage somewhere else far from our seats and the crew should help us promptly to get those luggage back but no, we had to get it ourselves and had to wait till the very end after all the other passengers have already got off the plane. Not fair on us when we were sat next to exit but had to anxiously wait. Shame!"

Nadelen: "Easyjet behandeld je als vee. Je hebt als passagiers niets te vertellen en als je protesteert beroept het personeel zich op policy. Handbagage is zo'n policy. Elke keer moet je je handbagage achterlaten bij de trap en als je dan in het vliegtuig komt zie je overal lege vakken."

Nadelen: "Luggage was damaged hard. Can't reach support online or offline (Tel). I tried to reach today via Facebook page message"

Voordelen: "Staff were pleasant, eager to help, efficient. Flight arrived early."

Also, pls ignore rating on the food & entertainment, there were none. Overall, experience good enough for my short flight."

Nadelen: "i was told by Easyjet that no flight for me on that day. I had flight from lisbon to frankfurt also. The customer suggested to buy ticket of TAP portugal which I did. Told to apply for compensation by email. Please help me in this regard. It was bad experience."

Nadelen: "Flight due at 1550. At 1500 boards said now boarding. The plane hadn't even landed! Kept waiting over an hour in airless crowded room with no seats. Silly notices about wonderful easyJet service on screen added to insult. Eventually took off 1625. Crew said sorry for 10 minute delay - actually 35 minutes."

Nadelen: "Drink /food trolley didn't make it to row 18 during the flight"

Nadelen: "Why the crew disnt tell us at the check in desk that we are not allowed to bring ladies hand baggage. If they told us at the first place. We could put our stuffs in our luggage. Does easy jet try to earn more money???!??"

Voordelen: "Everything worked out fine for me because I arrived early and went through the process. Checked my bag and went through security to hop on the plane."

Nadelen: "There's no lifts to board the planes. So with your on-board luggage, a buggy and a baby it is really hard with the stairs and there's no one around to help"

Nadelen: "Get what you get with discount airline, but booking, travel, arrival went without a glitch"

Voordelen: "Fast and esay"

On a good note, it looks like I'm going to get a full refund. If they had arranged for me and my son to get there by another means - business class?, another airline?? - then I'd be impressed"

Nadelen: "App info and service poor. Gate closed more than 30 mins before flight while flight was delayed according to the AP status. Would not fly with Vueling again."

The bag checkin processes was a nightmare; I showed up super early to the airport, with more than enough time to check my bag and board without issue. The bag checkin line didn't move for over an hour, and while there were still tons of people waiting to check their bags for flights that were soon departing, most of the counter employees packed up and left. When someone pointed out that we would miss our flights, the attendants said "my shift is over" and walked away. At this point, the line broke and passengers started to cut the line, two people nearly got into a fight, airport security even had to come. My bag was finally checked five minutes before the flight left (!!!!!). I was unsure if I'd make the flight, or if my bag would make it on the aircraft. The worst part is that throughout their incompetent checkin processes, the attendants were all incredibly rude. I am NEVER flying this airline again, even if I have to pay twice as much for my ticket."

They did not even make us feel like they would do everything possible to find it and it ruined the rest of our trip. My friend ended having to buy everything from underwear to shoes to clothes. Not only did it take time and energy to find clothes for her but it was very costly. I've flown MANY airlines and have never had deal with lost luggage so I was expecting more from the airline to do everything possible to located it or compensate us for their mistake, especially when we had to pay an additional $50 USD to check-in our luggage (that ultimately ended up lost). I would not recommend this airline."

Nadelen: "I was forced to check in my carryon bag because it was over 3 kg. So I checked in my baggage two full hours before departure and the layover was three and half hours. There should be no reason why my bag didn't make it on the plane and yet it did not make it on."
