Nadelen: Boarding

Voordelen: No incidents which is always a good thing. I would've liked that the seat had a USB charger though.

Nadelen: For some reason the airport scheduled 2 packed flights to board at gates right next to each other. These gates are right next to a main corridor. As you can imagine, it was chaos with lots of people standing around in both lines and then bunch of people trying to walk through.

Nadelen: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Voordelen: Air Europa sucks. Avoid if you can. Not worth the savings.

Nadelen: Ryanair - takes you from A to B on time

Nadelen: Once again, they were late to depart and to arrive...

Nadelen: Ridiculous charging 25euro for a small backpack, by threatening to let you on is truly extortion

Voordelen: Affordability

Nadelen: Flight delayed 2 hours with very little communication as to why. We were not informed of likely length of delay. Once on board we were not offered any small compensation such as a free drink etc. Customers were moved to accommodate other passengers resulting in my friend moving from isle or middle seat. This wasn’t handled very gently and she wasn’t thanked.

Voordelen: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Nadelen: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Voordelen: Services is good .

Nadelen: Food can be better

Nadelen: All of the less than good, obvious!

Nadelen: Still don’t have my luggage yet

Voordelen: Clean airplane and on time

Nadelen: Crew was borderline condescending and not very helpful

Nadelen: Ryanair - takes you from A to B on time

Voordelen: The crew was nice.

Voordelen: Even though I had a middle seat with no legroom (I'm 6ft7), it was still more comfortable than the Easyjet aisle seat I had outbound. The seat backs are plasticky but at least they are thin and don't encroach on your leg room.

Nadelen: departure gate area was standing room only

Voordelen: Nothing

Nadelen: Boarding process terrible. Staff very unfriendly.

Nadelen: Pilot should land/depart more calmly

Nadelen: Just the entertainment. Movies could be slightly better not a critic just a suggestion

Voordelen: I missed my flight.

Nadelen: Helped me get a different flight. I got zero help getting another flight. Or any credit.

Voordelen: We were the only customers in business class, which was nice. Lots of attention from the crew, and food was good.

Nadelen: Ummm, THAT was "business class"? Same seats as economy, with middle seat blocked off. Limited recline, no entertainment, no comfort seats. Nice meal, nice drinks, nice service...but I'm a little stunned that a European airline would call this kind of seating "business class". Only thing that separated it from economy class was a curtain, and middle seats blocked off.

Voordelen: The crew was friendly and willing to serve.

Nadelen: Seat could have been more comfortable (it is thin) and more space/pitch between the rows of seats.

Nadelen: Flight was delayed for 4+ hours

Voordelen: The crew was OK, but nothing special.

Nadelen: Air France should not sell tickets for which the connection flights are almost impossible to catch. My luggage was not transferred to my connecting flight. I had to run to catch the flight to Bucharest. At CDC there were only two custom officers for checking passport of EU citizens, on a Saturday morning with hundreds and hundreds incoming travelers. On top of it, one female officer was rude. Typical french :(

Voordelen: It was a decent train ride.

Nadelen: Stating it’s a train from the beginning and not having to go from one train station to another.

Voordelen: The seat was really comfortable and I was able to sleep the whole flight with no disturbance

Nadelen: N/A

Voordelen: Nothing No leg room was charged 60 eu for bent 2 kg over on baggage. Was told then I’d have to pay another 60 eu for my under-seat bag even though I had no such issue on my flight to Barcelona The seats are miserably small and don’t even recline. Worst airline I have ever flown Staff was rude

Voordelen: seats were spacious. Crew was courteous

Voordelen: Vlogen naar Lissabon samen met ons nichtje van 16. Was kennelijk aan de late kant met online inchecken want konden niet meer naast elkaar zitten. Toen we aan board stapten vroeg ik aan de steward of de kist vol was of dat er nog een mogelijkheid was om iets te veranderen waardoor we toch met z'n drieën naast elkaar konden zitten. We zitten helaas vol, antwoordde hij. Toch kwam hij een kwartiertje later met het bericht dat er voorin toch drie vrije plaatsen naast elkaar waren, top!

Voordelen: Flight was on time, cabin crew were efficient and friendly

Nadelen: Checkin counter could've been opened earlier.

Voordelen: Crew was professional. We did not have food on the flight nor used the entertainment.

Nadelen: There was a huge lad beside us and the seats & legroom are less than we would like. The huge lad made it uncomfortable Bob

Nadelen: They brought a drink cart around as if to offer free drinks but then charge you after they pour it

Voordelen: The price was good. The staff really tried to help, but the restrictions from TAP headquarters made them effectively powerless

Nadelen: The flight was canceled last minute. TAPs phone support were not allowed to reschedule anyone on alternate carriers, but told me that the check in agents had that power. Meanwhile, the check in agents in Boston had been banned by TAP headquarters to rebook anyone on other carriers, and were unaware that the phone support were giving the passengers conflicting information. In the end I was automatically rebooked for a flight 72 hours later (not realistic for me...). I gave up and headed home from the airport after 2 hours. People who needed help with hotel bookings (not me luckily) most likely had to wait in line a lot longer than that

Nadelen: Seats are very uncomfortable in all planes

Voordelen: They fed us and provided good entertainment. Seats have plenty of room and are comfortable.

Voordelen: All services were very good.

Nadelen: Overnight sleeping in extended seats in Business Class were cramped.

Voordelen: seats were spacious. Crew was courteous

Nadelen: We were stuck in the runway for an hour before taking off. I was late for my connection.
