Gedoe met teveel passagiers die weigeren een mondkapje op te doen en een kat/muis spel spelen met de bemanning. KLM kwaliteit als vanouds, maar verziekt door dit soort medepassagiers.

The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Absolutely disappointing especially with the head sets not working because of poor ports of connection. The food was absolutely tragic. You should fire your catering company. I expect more from your airline and I was disappointed all the way through. I hope you can provide my wife and I better service and an upgrade when we fly back to Washington DC on Flight AF 0054 from CDG to IAD. I work in the luxury hotel sector, and even the door men and room attendants have more autonomy to wow our guests. Flying AF does not want me to spend any more money with your airline in the future."

Nadelen: "Boarding agent forced me to check in my carry-on even though the carry-on fit in the cage and fullfilled all the requirements. I specifically called Air France prior to the flight to make sure I won’t have any issues as my 1st flight was operated by Delta and I wanted to confirm the luggage requirements were the same. My carry-on weighted only 5 kilos. I was extremely upset the way I was treated w/ the boarding agent behind the counter in Prague. On the top of that, her and the supervisor were very rude to my mom as they told her she had an extra carry-on which wasn’t the case. She traveled w/ a small briefcase where her mask for sleep apnea was. This is not considered an additional carry-on. The boarding agent (Czech lady and her supervisor) were not only rude but obviously lacked knowledge as well. My carry-on suitcase would easily fit in the overhead bin plus there was plenty of space inside the plane as it the flight wasn’t completely full."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed. We were told that it was just a half an hour delay by the man that was informing us of the delay and then we were then told by a woman that it was going to be over an hour. We weren’t told any specifics of why the plane was delayed, other than: “ the engineers are looking at the issue now”. We received messages saying that the flight was cancelled but then we were told to ignore that. We were told that we would have an update every 10-15 minutes but by the time we had the next update was 1 hours later, we were told that the plane will depart at 15:50- which we did. But we also sat on the plane for an extra 2 hours or maybe even more (couldn’t bare watching the time at this point) because the man that was supposed to push the plane backwards in order to reverse the plane didn’t turn up so we then had to wait for all of the other planes to take off before we could. Eventually the plane set off at 18:20 and I got in France 19:30-20:00 ish?"

Nadelen: "Plane left 45 minutes late. No reason given either when waiting or after late boarding. I didn't eat as I tried to sleep byt narrow seats meant being woken constantly by fidgety neighbour. Fortunately the plane made up most of the lost time and I got my next Air France flight. This one was 50 minutes late departing."

Nadelen: "flight was delayed by 20 minutes Boarding got me through Sky priority quickly. Had to then wait in the boarding tunnel as the cabin was not ready. large queue Seats were exactly the same as economy so offered no added benefits apart from the meal on board parked in a distant area of the terminal and had to shuttle bus to 2E which meant a very tight transfer"

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed 3 times and when I was finally put on a flight that was leaving, they failed to check the connection in Paris (Left me 10 minutes to get from the aircraft to the other plane!) I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again."
Nadelen: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."
Nadelen: "Movies were dated. Crew spoke limited and broken English, not good enough for international flights."

We had to rely on folks who had friends working in Zagreb Airport to locate them. Air France is incompetent, insensitive and unprofessional. If you have an important trip avoid Air France - they treat you like captives not customers."

Our boarding passes would not print at our departure location and I wasn’t able to check in online for it because it kept linking to the American Airlines website for checkin. We tried to print our boarding passes at the kiosks but it said we needed to seek assistance. We were misdirected to the ticketing/rebooking line which we sat in and watched the board change to boarding and later gate closing. There were only two agents at the desk helping the completely full queue. We were told that our reservation was apparently already changed to a later flight for some reason. Being delayed seven hours is a great way to start a honeymoon off."

Nadelen: "My American partner's passport expires 2 months after our return to the US. Unfortunately, the French issued a year ago the following rule: to enter France, the foreign passport must not expire at least 3 months after the return date. British Airways let us fly to London, explaining this to us, how it would be on us if there were problems further down, and that we would have to get our luggage in London. We chose to fly thinking it would be OK, we had listened to an online person who had had the same problem and the French later told him they would have let him in, also I am myself a dual citizen of France and the US, plus I am autistic, an invisible disability (in my case) that makes it impossible for me to travel alone. I usually do not even say it since not much is understood -by those who do not have it- on how to accommodate it However in London BA did not allow my partner to go on. Due to the fact yesterday was Easter Monday, the American consulate in London was closed. We have spent the night in a nearby motel and now, the next day, I am waiting alone back at the airport with our 2 large suitcases while my partner is at the American consulate. We are poor, do not have phone, currency or charger for England, and I do not do well with stress, so it is difficult. Now we cannot easily reach one another. We hope to be able to fly on a standby basis (that's what BA told us we could hopefully do) later today. Sorry for this long letter, I hope it does not bore whoever reads it (if it is even read :). Nadelen: "They have a fare that does not charge for Regular Bags....we booked it unknown toy us assuming we each could take a regular bag for no charge....well we have ended up paying an extra 400+ pounds for our bags to go each way to Paris and it has ruined our first time to Paris. The fare online was foreign to us and deceitful being from the US in every way. No one could even work with us or was willing to make a decision but everyone seemed to agree while still charging. No more British Airways Deceipt!"

However, nobody ever gave me any assurances that they would really inform maintenance to resolve the problem. Half way through the flight, my screen froze. Nothing would start it up again. After waking up hours later, I informed the flight attendant and she was able to reset/restart my screen individually. Everything worked perfectly afterwards"

Nadelen: "The co-flight wasn't made clear to me. This was an American Airlines flight as is my return. Beyond the brand and gate confusion that resulted from this, the flight was delayed a couple hours and the plane looked like it hadn't been refurbished since the 70s."
Voordelen: "The customer service people were very helpful after we missed our flight but it would have been better if they were proactive in helping passengers who had limited time to get to their transfer gates."
Nadelen: "Reactive rather than proactive staff ... They should have informed us of a fast track lane if there were any but too many were standing around not helping. But the system was terrible ... Maybe it was just that particular day."

My original flight had been canceled and they got me on a better flight with a shorter layover. I spoke to Roger on the customer service line and he was wonderful.

Left my luggage behind. Flight attendants were extremely rude. Got charged twice for my ticket and still no refund. Worst airline i’ve ever flew with. This flight was first class by the way and they still managed to lose both my luggage and a couple’s luggage who were seated behind me also in first class. Absolutely ridiculous.

Nadelen: "I am an American who flew roundtrip Chicago - Madrid. We (family of 3) still haven't received our lost luggage from 2 weeks ago. When we checked in at Madrid, one staff told us to ask about the luggage downstairs at the luggage retrieval, which we are not allowed into. I came back and another staff woman told us to immediately go through immigration, because it takes so long to get through. Since our luggage appears to be lost for good, we will never take Iberia again. Madrid airport is a nightmare! We arrived at Madrid airport 2 hr 20 min. before our flight. Because the distance from the check-in counter to the plane is unbelievably far, and we all have to wait in very long lines, and then take multiple trains, escalators, and finally a bus, and U.S. passengers have their passports checked twice in long lines, we got on to the plane barely in time, on "last call" 30 min. before it took off. We will never fly through Madrid again! On any other trip from Spain overseas, we will choose some other city in Spain to leave from."

Nadelen: "Connecting flight by the same airline put us only 10 mil late. The plane was still at the gate, but they did not let 15+ of us on board and left. We had to wait for 2 hours at a very unfriendly customer service to get placed on another flight."
Voordelen: "I had my reservations about Iberia air after reading reviews of them online so was surprised that my trip was pleasant. The food was actually one of the best I had in a while for an international flight and flight was on time. Service was courteous and prompt too, for the low price I couldn't have asked for more."
Nadelen: "I couldn't get my touch screen to work so didn't watch movies. But I also didn't bother to ask the stewardesses and just went to sleep. The seats were just the right size for me but can see ow it might be a problem for larger people. I'm guessing the seats are European size?"

Nadelen: "The guy in the same row as me took off his shoes and used the remaining seats between us as a bed. I thought it was rude and disgusting and showed a lack of spacial awareness. Blankets were not very soft. Also, one of the flight attendants was really struggling to push any of the trolleys, running into the arm rests of the seat."
Nadelen: "I paid more to make sure I would have a shorter trip from Tucson to Paris, with only one connection and a less than 2 hour connection in Dallad. Yet, I was in Dallas from 3pm until 8:30pm with my 3 year old who was exhausted and hungry. I guess it was not worth paying more for a short connection."

Nadelen: "The boarding and bad experience at the departing gate was unprecedented!!! I am a gold & platinum traveler, due to millions of mileage flown for over 40 years. This experience that I experienced at the departing gate was unprecedented, worse than the worse charter flight from a third world country decades ago!!! Apparently Transavia has "Sky Serv" employees doing their departing gate work, and they are the worse I have encountered in my life. Rude, irresponsible, talking back to customers when they dared ask them a question, not caring about anything let alone the comfort of the customers, or advising them of status of departure. As a result, they allowed a line to form for boarding, with all the relevant shoving and pushing, including older people standing and being pushed in line, as the Shy Serv employee went behind the departure desk and THE TIME OF DEPARTURE HAD COME, so it was natural for all to stand up in line thinking they will board, while the ARRIVING PLANE HAD NOT EVEN ARRIVED. And when I realized that (also in line) I asked the Sky Serv employee who appeared as the supervisor, why are they not telling the people that so they can sit down, the answer was "we didn't tell them to stand up"!!! When I told them that I thought it was just considerate to do that, he was joined in defence by his colleagues saying "no-one told you or anybody else to stand up, you and they did". As if this was not enough, when finally the plane came, people debarked, and plane was made ready to board, we were asked to board, only to stop us on the middle of the the boarding bridge and stand there for 15 minutes with no one to tell us anything, until a member of the plane crew came out to advise us of the delay and allow us to proceed to the plane. NEVER AGAIN WILL I FLY TRANSAVIA, or any airline that has "Sky Serv" as it's ground handlers!!!!"

Very likely they will take your carryon even if you comply with requirements, but after you go through the process of security, which is irritating. If they need space they should offer upon check in."

Nadelen: "Took forever to check in. I know they were under strike at that time but then after waiting for so long and just making our flight, they sent my luggage to Seville Spain. It took 3 full days for me to get my luggage. I contacted via Facebook and email and basically just got the response of I have to wait until it arrives at the airport and the best advice they could give was to call the Seville airport. I mentioned multiple times in my email and message that I did not have phone service. I showed up to the airport everyday to see if it made it in finally it did on day 3. It wasn’t until 5 days later that they even contacted me to say it had arrived but I had already picked it up. Very disappointing."

Voordelen: "We were sent to Kiwi booking to complete the ticket booking. Flight was canceled due to strike but we weren’t informed this till at the airport. This is likely because airline only has Kiwi contact info and never reached to us. Kiwi also didn’t inform us. We were stuck at airport for 6 hours trying to contact airline. Phone can’t be reached. We talked ied WhatsApp Facebook tweeter. All takes like one hour to get response. In the end flights can’t be rescheduled we had to book new flights ourselves and find hotel to stay. They won’t cover for hotel either. The flights refund is now funded to Kiwi which we also need to find time to argue with Kiwi to get back. DOnt know how long that may take. The overall experience has been terrible"
Nadelen: "Transavia should have more capacity to hold customers requests. The representative from Transavia at airport provide absolutely no help. Just told us to WhatsApp Transavia. If that’s the approach then more people should be there responding WhatsApp comments not like no response within one hour. Kiwi is of no help as well. If flights get canceled agents should provide us updates as well. When we contacted kiwi in the airport Kiwi even denied flight cancel."
