You were late leaving from Venice to London Heathrow on August 1 which I barely made the flight to Glasgow and then coming back your flight is late leaving Edinburgh to Heathrow And my luggage doesn't make it again! You don't even serve water on the airplane which is ridiculous! Your flight crew were nice but you really need to be on time or not schedule flights with such short layover times!"

Nadelen: "On a flight to Budapest, budapest airport had issues that forced us to land in Austria. 5 hours later we’ve been completely abandoned in an empty airport while all the other planes that landed paid for their customers transport. It’s 4am, we have not been given food water or a plan as to how we will get to our destination. The plane crew basically told us we are on our own and left. This is straight up cruel, unjust and completely unacceptable considering we paid more than 2000 dollars for these flights"

Nadelen: "The screens on this plane are old and tired and the touchscreen is also dated and clumsy. The food was unappealingly average. I saw many of the cream cheese breakfast rolls discarded in the crew trash collection including my own."

Voordelen: "Since I'm in a wheelchair the folks were ready at the gate to assist me with the aisle chair. Once on board, the crew informed me of an aisle chair in the plane so during the flight I can use the bathroom. This was my first time using the plane washroom. Food was great."

Voordelen: "Flew Sydney to Heathrow and was very comfortable in my seat. Seemed wider than most and at 6ft 3 I had plenty of room to move my legs. Pleasantly surprised and actually looking forward to going home next week - just hope its the same 777 plane ! :)"
Nadelen: "The food was excellent - just not enough of it in between meals. No snacks offered and none that I could find anywhere! Will be making sure to bring some back with me on my flight ! Minor complaint on an otherwise excellent trip."

Nadelen: "I understand that airlines want to cut back where ever they can, but I have a hard time believing that you cannot swing a bottle of water and a sandwich. Oh BTW beware of their new “security” regulations. So I had a bottle of perfume in my carry on, only about a quarter maybe a third left in a 100 ml bottle. Guess what, it is not the amount of liquid you have in it, it is the amount the bottle can hold that matters. Needless to say they confiscated it."

Nadelen: "Boarding. Second time in a row flying out of Heathrow that I've had to queue up for a bus ride to get to the plane."

Voordelen: "The crew were the epitome of professionalism, deftly dealing with the the predictable problems that come with a fully-booked flight on an elderly aircraft. I almost never complete these customer surveys, but on this occasion I felt obliged to make a statement in support of the cabin crew, who were amongst the best I've encountered in nearly four decades of air travel."

Nadelen: "The BA flights I flew on were not new. Lie flat seat is not Best in the class. The movie collection is not uptodate. British airways in flight service levels are relatively inferior quality. The cabin and toilets were not spick-and-span. Toilets were not kept clean from time to time. The toileterries provided are not high in desirability quotient and can be improved in at least one leg of the international flights."

Nadelen: "Corralling people into shopping area by not disclosing gate assignment. Then corralling people into a boarding area where there is no access to bathroom facilities. Then boarding without any order except for some privileged passengers (first class, club members). Finally,not serving any soft drink or little snacks unless you pay for some overpriced stuff. This is a sure way to drive passengers away from BA towards no-frills discount airlines."

Nadelen: "Asked for water when they were selling beverages, and was told sharply "not yet". Flight attendants did not make eye contact and never return for us or other passengers around us."

Voordelen: "Pilot was communicative about flight delay."
Nadelen: "The food service never made it to our row. Not even water was offered on a two hour flight."

Nadelen: "Major gripe is seat allocation we had several issues but the worst was being issued with a boarding pass and seats from London to Sydney only to have them changed to inferior seats at Singapore with the ultimatum "sit in the new seats or get off the plane". Excellent for customer relations, we won't be traveling BA again"

Nadelen: "Flight was unexpectedly delayed making us almost miss our connecting flight even though it was 1.5 hours after we were supposed to land."

Nadelen: "Older plane, terrible tv compared to other airlines. Food was mediocre"

Nadelen: "No food, no drinks. They asked me to pay even for water. After a very long trans Atlantic flight, this being a connecting flight after a long a tired 11 hours layover in London. It is an embarrassing how the airline cares (or doesn't care) who travels with them, where the people are coming from so they can understand their needs. I don't think it would had make a difference to the airline if they would acknowledge connecting passengers and eventually try to make their experience a little easier. But asking for a glass of water and not getting any is an embarrassing experience for this airline. I will never fly with British if I can."

Nadelen: "Weinig te eten weinig te drinken voor zo'n lange vlucht. Geen geluid op entertainment"

Voordelen: "The plane is a newer one than what they are flying across the Atlantic and the seats were decent for the length of the flight. The crew were very nice and gave us tap water to drink for free."
Nadelen: "They don't offer any free food or drink, not even water. The boarding process was slow and laborious as they were making people check their carryon bags as they were checking the boarding passes."

Nadelen: "Male flight attendant on Easyjet physically hurt me, invading my personal space multiple times and touching me while I slept. Under NO circumstances is it appropriate for flight attendants to physically jab at passengers, especially given the power imbalance in this case of a white male flight attendants being physically inappropriate with women of color passengers. I will not be flying with Easyjet again and will tell everyone I know of my experience with Easyjet's physically invasive, inappropriate staff."

Nadelen: "An hour late without excuses and a 50 min wait for the luggage. Ridiculous!"

Voordelen: "Niks. Kost weinig, je krijgt nog veel minder. Toch?"
Nadelen: "De automatische stoeltoewijzing is klantje pesten. Heb je samen geboekt wordt je uit elkaar gehaald. Niet omdat er geen plek is, maar gewoon omdat het kan. Pesterij. Boarden: je word zo snel mogelijk de gate in geveegd en dan mag je daar wachten tot het blijkbaar echt nodig was dat je er was."

Voordelen: "The plane was ok."
Nadelen: "To start we were told by the check in agent that our carry on luggage would be fine, but then at the gate we were told that our luggage was to big for the overhead bins. We were charged an extra 94 euros so like $120 USD. We get on the plane and people were putting away carry on luggage that were a lot bigger than what we had. I am sure it was because we were Americans.. This was the first and last time I fly with this airline..."

Voordelen: "Easy boarding. I like having to wait in lounge and they tell you which gate to go to board."
Nadelen: "Nothing just know 1 bag only carry on. Pay for anything more. 1 bag means purse daypack etc."

Nadelen: "One hour delay"

Voordelen: "That I could buy a ticket on the day (EasyJet said they were sold out at the desk but Kayak had one online - well done Kayak)."
Nadelen: "The queue to check in that was caused partly by weighing cases for the cargo hold and trying to charge extra at a higher 'desk rate' forcing people to either pay the desk rate or open their bags and transfer stuff to their carry on bag. The lack of room for carry on bags, requiring that some bags be transferred to the hold (caused by the above 'luggage transferring fiasco). The two people at the desk with a queue of hundreds waiting to check in. The one hour delay in the flight. The marathon walk to the other end of the airport to board the plane."

Voordelen: "nothing"
Nadelen: "The plane had a hole in the wing. we sat for an hour on our sits till we got an engineer to look at it and put sticky tape. It was very stressfull flight. we couldnt go to the toilets while we were sitting on the tarmac for 1 hr"

Nadelen: "Long queue for passport control in Basel. What's going on with that?"

Voordelen: "That i didnt die on the flight."
Nadelen: "We were 40 mins late and even though it said we were on time the airport didnt announce the gate until 10 mins before we were supposed to take off. Incredibly unorganized."

Nadelen: "No notice of delayed flight, food was rushed and plane very dated"

Nadelen: "Flight 1.5 hour delay"

Nadelen: "Veel turbulentie, en vreemd dat ze voetbalsupporters toelaten met blikken bier in de gate"

Nadelen: "Ik moest rennen naar de gate omdat de schermen te laat waren. Er waren meer reizigers die onvriendelijk gewezen werden op het feit dat ze “te laat” waren."

Nadelen: "Schiphol is eigenlijk te groot. Alles kost veel tijd. Vlucht was half uur te laat"

Voordelen: "The staff was very kind and helpful. The aircraft was very clean."
Nadelen: "We were late but it wasn't easyjet''s fault."

Nadelen: "Bus ticket sold on plane was quite restrictive and left every 50-60min not every hour as stated onboard."

Nadelen: "I received a flight delay notification saying that my flight is delayed by 37 minutes. But I still did arrive airport 2 hours before my flight, checked bag On time and went through security clearance 1.5 hrs before. The gate number was not assigned and later I found out that my flight took off on time. So I had to come out by front desk and rebook the flight to different airport which cost my extra taxi fare half day and too much Hassel. Never ever flying again in easy jet."

Nadelen: "Their check in system is not clear.. We have a reservation for 2 passengers, and in the system I paid for an extra luggage... considering the price I paid I didnt realize that that was only an extra piece only for one passenger, so we had to pay 57 euros for the additional piece of the second passenger at the counter... considering the total ticket for 2 passenger was 120 euros, that increased the total price for almost 50%... Not even in Mexico the ticket for these kind of low budget airlines are so confuse and "tricky"."

Voordelen: "Nothing special to mention"
Nadelen: "No luggage room above our head, we had to leave our luggage somewhere else far from our seats and the crew should help us promptly to get those luggage back but no, we had to get it ourselves and had to wait till the very end after all the other passengers have already got off the plane. Not fair on us when we were sat next to exit but had to anxiously wait. Shame!"

Voordelen: "There was not one thing I liked from the flight, everything was poor"
Nadelen: "From the flight attendance to the plane everything was terrible"

Nadelen: "Easyjet behandeld je als vee. Je hebt als passagiers niets te vertellen en als je protesteert beroept het personeel zich op policy. Handbagage is zo'n policy. Elke keer moet je je handbagage achterlaten bij de trap en als je dan in het vliegtuig komt zie je overal lege vakken."

Voordelen: "Fares were very low, boarding was smooth, several seats were empty."
Nadelen: "We were told that we could only carry on one item, unless we upgraded to Easyjet plus, but we were not able to upgrade because no seats were available, even though the plane was only ~2/3 full. Our 'extra' items were a knitting bag and a laptop bag, but the checkin agents persuaded us that we would need to check the carry ons anyway, which slowed our departure enough that we missed our bus and had to get a taxi (for 200 pounds). Our flight had plenty of empty seats, and there was more than enough room for us to have had our carryons and personal items (which I would have been willing to pay the upgrade fee for, as the total price would still have been competitive."

Voordelen: "Staff were pleasant, eager to help, efficient. Flight arrived early."
Nadelen: "A long time standing waiting for boarding - no seats."

Voordelen: "The allocated seating system avoids having to rush onboard to claim your seat. In the past it became quite chaotic when boarding the plane."
Nadelen: "The long wait to board our plane especially when it was so hot and clammy."

Nadelen: "Even if the plane had plenty of overhead space available, the EasyJet crew refused to let us bring our carry ons on board and charged us 60 euros to check them. It was absolutely unreasonable and unfair as the passengers that boarded first were able to bring all their bags on board and we were penalized for being further down in line."

Voordelen: "The online booking & check in saved time. Process from baggage check in to boarding were smooth & hassle-free. That's what I need for a short flight. Will recommend to my brother when he & his wife travel to Europe end of this year"
Nadelen: "No time so approached the counter staff at the airport about baggage hold, info provided was not complete. Luckily found some time to double check online, saved €€€ on baggage hold. Also, pls ignore rating on the food & entertainment, there were none. Overall, experience good enough for my short flight."

"The crew was exceptionally kind. Communication in terms of gate changes could be better"

Nadelen: "mijn heen en terugreis ging niet door vanwege het feit dat we Bosnië niet inmogen omdat deze nog code oranje heeft. tot op heden hebben we de heenreis 08.08 en de terugreis 20.08 niet kunnen cancellen aangezien Wizzair zegt dat ik dit bij de agent (Opodo) moet doen, en Opodo zegt dat ik dit bij Wizzair moest doen. D.d. 30.07. laatste contact met Wizzair gehad om enige formulieren aan te leveren. Tot op heden hier geen antwoord meer van gehad. We hebben nu via onze verzekering Rechtsbijstand ingeschakeld. in ieder geval hebben we nu al besloten om nooit meer via Wizzair te vliegen. we boeken wel via een reisbureau."

Nadelen: "The don't let you sit together unless you pay extra, it's absolutely absurd. Thay put us on the opposite side of the airplane."

Nadelen: "I paid 3 tickets for my kids from Prishtine to Budapest online through Kayak and when they went to check in they didn’t accept the tickets!!! They made them to buy new tickets because they didn’t accept those that I bought online.!! When I asked why they it happen they lady From call center turned the phone off."

Voordelen: "We had an eventless and safe flight and it was not too cold on the plane."
Nadelen: "There was no paper towel in the toilet, the water for the tee was not warm enough to have tee. We have been told to have 10-20 min delay we arrived much later. And the intonation of the speaking stewardess was so annoying that you could not listen to it :( These are minor things but can change the customer experience."

Voordelen: "I think some of the issues were passenger related, and passengers not listening to the crew. So it wasn't so much I liked it but some of the crew's attitudes were warranted based on the passengers."
Nadelen: "We were loaded onto the bus to take us to the plane and then stood on the bus for 45 minutes! Then were delayed even longer. With zero explanation the entire time. Additionally having to pay for even water is a bit much, especially when I came prepared, but drank more because it was hot on the bus."

Nadelen: "Staff could of been friendlier. They would not give me a cup of water and said i had to buy a bottle."

Voordelen: "I liked that we were not late and that the late coming priority guests were told to pay attention next time. Take off and landing were both nice."
Nadelen: "Boarding was a little slow and we were somewhat late."

Voordelen: "Budapest check-in is chaos, very long rows, no baggage drop off desks and very little info. Tense atmosphere at the desks. If you complain then they offer for €5,- to skip the line and check in your luggage. I thought it was a joke, but they give you receipt and all. Very unprofessional."
Nadelen: "Having flown with Wizzair before, also to Gdansk and other cities, it a budget airline but okay. Budapest is kind of their hub, but what a terrible way to treat your customers. Get your baggage drop off automated!!They left everybody freezing on the apron because they only had one stairs available."

Voordelen: "Flight arrived"
Nadelen: "Flight left vaguely late, air stewardess disappeared into the cockpit for 50 minutes. Hmm, I wonder what she was doing in the cockpit. Whatever she was doing she wasn’t helping the cart so I only got my food 20 mins before landing approach. Air pressure was weird too, nice American lady next to me had problems with her ears more than usual."

Voordelen: "The flight arrived ten minutes early at our destination."
Nadelen: "Extremely small and uncomfortable seats even for a small person."

Nadelen: "I went up to the check in desk 4 hours prior check since this was a connecting flight.I asked the employee when can I check in,she told me 1 and a half hour prior boarding,when I walked back the same person told me I have to pay 35 euros for not checking in online.I told her that I have been flying for about 20 years but I have never been charged for checking in at the airport and I also told her she should have told me when I asked her hours before.She just ignored me and gave me a shitty attitude at the Frankfurt airport.I was expecting a professional costumer service,like that I'm being used to by other airlines,but it was a total disappointment."

Voordelen: "Easy to book. Comfortable flight."
Nadelen: "Would be good if there was complementary tea/coffee or water. People might then buy a snack to go with it."

Nadelen: "Lost luggage. 3 days since and still no luggage.And they don't have a customer service phone number that I can call. Very dissapointed. I guess that's what you should expect from a low cost flight company. I will never book a flight with them again."

Nadelen: "You have to inform the customers, that company needs you to have a visa"

Nadelen: "They are not organized. This company doesn’t have a transparent policy. Because I didn’t checked in on time I had to pay 35 euros. I was there 2 1/2 hours early and I almost missed the flight. I’m extremely upset"

Voordelen: "The staff - friendly, polite,, helpful and a nice uniform! No silly uncomfortable and unsuitable as in some airlines. Reasonably clean. Good price for a glass of wine and pac of dry fruit."
Nadelen: "Unable to understand tanoi messages - mumbling & too fast. Could not make out most of what staff said including why there was an hour's delay and safety procedures. If i were to bring an oversized and too heavy handluggage on board no doubt I wouldn't get away with it ! However the number of large and heavy bags passengers brought on board last night was ridiculous . It was a real struggle for people to find lockers for.their bags. Some people had quite a few. Delays take off and creates unnecessary chaos. Couldn't understand why I had to pay to check in online, obviously missed that when bookrd. Although I recall reading that it will cost if you check in the airport- so most likely my error. No facility or button to print boarding pass once checked in. No contact us button - I would like to change seat I booked for return but cannot see how to do this on line."

Voordelen: "Price"
Nadelen: "-Crew were very rude, check in crew and flight attendants -Luggage and checking in fees not advertised enough. Too many people getting their money stolen by Wizz Air. - Boarding extremely chaotic and not organized."

Voordelen: "Super easy online check-in, comfortable plane, lovely crew"
Nadelen: "Waited a bit in a long hallway waiting for the last flightload of passengers to deplane."

Nadelen: "Priority: advantage only on call. Afterwards no adantage afterwardsroom for hand luggage"

Nadelen: "Don't forget to print a damn boarding pass. Cost me 100$ at the airport just for that... What a rip off. First time traveling to Europe so, I guess that's a part of the learning curve."

Nadelen: "These discount flights from Luton are packed with obnoxious, drunken Brits going on holiday in Hungary. In future, I will fly from Heathrow. Besides, by the time one pays all the little incidental fees at WizzAir, the cost is about the same as the legacy carriers."

Nadelen: "Extra fees for baggage and tickets that were not disclosed. The check in was incredibly disorganized. No help was provided with problems."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Everything. Worst service I have ever seen on a flight."

Nadelen: ""Wizard of Oz Airlines" I'm surprised the pilots didn't ask for another hidden fee! Please book a full fair on a major carrier instead of hidden fee fiasco at the airport. headaches before a flight. Keep in mind no wizz staff to talk to before flight or in Budapest. Private contractors from airport do all the check in process and departures."

Nadelen: "As Usual always late, left us sitting in a bus on the tarmac for ages in30 deg heat. awful. will never use again"

Nadelen: "Crampt seats, mob to board the plane, hour delay with no reason given."

Voordelen: "The weather was nice."
Nadelen: "The boarding was announced 30 minutes before the beginning of the procedure. All the passengers were standing in the queue, without any possibilities to sit down. At Luton there is no connection among the announcements and the actual status of the boarding of a particular plane."

Nadelen: "The application doesn't allow to add carrier bag check in and we paid high fee in the airport"

Nadelen: "Long wait in line to get on the airplane, No bathroom availability!"

Voordelen: "It was simple, every thing was fast in the airport."
Nadelen: "Small airplane it was a bit choked."

Voordelen: "Nice new plane and caught up time even though it was late leaving left Luton late"

Voordelen: "The crue was excellent."
Nadelen: "i was surprised by the high extra charge we have been requested to pay for the suitcases. Wizz attracts clients by offering low prices. while in fact the price is much higher than with other companies. price paid for the suitcases, 235 eur, is an additional ticket. unbleivable. and no one tells us that the extra fees might be as high as the ticket itself. personnaly, in future, i shall avoid flying with wizz and i shall never recommend this company to anybody!"

Voordelen: "There really isn't a lot to like except the base ticket fare."
Nadelen: "They ticketing agent lost my luggage, after misreading the "package" I had to purchase just to check a bag. They had a push cart in which they sold perfumes and cosmetics. They charged for everything, including coffee and water."

Nadelen: "Wisselen van gate net voor instappen. Kleine chaos. En lang buiten moeten staan wachten omdat vliegtuig nog niet geland wad. Je betasld voir priority en dan is meer dan 40 minuten buiten in kou te STAAN geen service"

Voordelen: "Nothing. Wiorst flight ever!"
Nadelen: "Ryan air has a paid checkin policy that we were not aware of. It was not written properly in the tickets or in any checkin prompts. Since we were traveling I couldn’t check in online. So reached the airport very early but they charged me to check in, that too a ridiculous amount of 100$. The crew was generally rude and non welcoming. The aircraft stops at the middle-of the airport in Budapest and we had to walk a very long stretch to get to the airport in the cold since the plane was not connected to a gate. For sone confusion they stopped boarding in the middle and passengers had to stand in the freezing cold , outside the aircraft , in the middle of the airport for a very long time. Hated the flight. Charges you for every single think you can think and not think off. Every passenger seemed frustrated"

Nadelen: "Kayak... I booked a flight from Eindhoven - Alicante AND return!!! But Kayak only talked about the trip to Alicante..."

Nadelen: "Chose priority boarding, waste of time so did everyone else. Long queues to board."

Nadelen: "We waited outside in the heat for 35 minutes. Insane! How is that a “priority” experience?! We were all drenched in sweat before take off?! Horrible!"

Nadelen: "Doordat iedereen in een soort ‘corridor’ terecht komt, na het boarden is er nauwelijks meer priority-gevoel ;-)"

Nadelen: "Entertainment niet aanwezig."

Nadelen: "Half uur later vertrokken zonder mededeling"

Nadelen: "Be careful with the bag. They didn't accept my carry on despite I paid for it, saying it was to big. When trying to pay they told me that only with EUROS. Didn't accept neither my credit cards (they accept only Europe issued CC) not USD. I couldn't retrieve money from an ATM either."

Nadelen: "Bewust stoelen ver van elkaar geven als je niet bij betaalt. Na we vroegen of er mogelijkheid was om toch bij elkaar te zitten bij check in, kregen we antwoord van niet. Eenmaal id vlucht bleek 1/3e Vd vlucht leeg. Passagiers zijn dan zelf gewoon gaan schuiven met hun stoelen om toch per 2 te zitten"

Voordelen: "Was on time"

Nadelen: "- boarding was late - did not get actual notice that plane IS GOING to be slightly delayed (only email that it MIGHT happen)"

Voordelen: "De prijs, maar zelfs die was nog hoog voor wat ik er voor terug kreeg."
Nadelen: "Chagerijnig personeel, heel kortaf en onduidelijk! In de vlucht had ik weinig ruimte en alles was helemaal volgepropt met tassen."

Voordelen: "Vond weinig echt leuk. Personeel was aardig."
Nadelen: "Kon niet betalen met ABN kaart"

Nadelen: "Heenvlucht zat er bagage bij terugvlucht niet...vast en zeker hele kleine lettertjes niet gelezen..Dus ergens mijn fout, maar wist niet dat je voor beide reizen moest boeken als je tegelijk een retour boekt. Dus misschien beter aangeven!!! Want 60 euro weer extra bijbetalen is geen fijne terugkomst!"

Voordelen: "Being on time and the comfort in the exit row was excellent"
Nadelen: "Penning of passengers before and after flight. Continuous sales pitches from crew. Aisle always busy."

Voordelen: "I appreciate that the flight time was short and we landed safely. It was convenient to be able to check in online and the app is straightforward to use. Outbound flight was pleasant and seamless."
Nadelen: "Return flight - No announcement, departure board update, explanation or apology for the delay in flight departure. Passengers were called to board and left waiting in line for over an hour with zero communication as to why we were unable to board our plane. This was my first time flying with Ryan Air and I was greatly disappointed. Budget airlines should not equate to budget customer service."

Nadelen: "The gate staff did not make it clear where and when passengers with Priority seating should stand in line."

Voordelen: "We landed without dying."
Nadelen: "To start off with there was only ONE person checking people in before the flight, so it took forever. Then the guy at check-in told us we were already supposed to have our boarding passes printed out and that he was not able to print them for us. Basically, it was a "figure it out for yourself" sort of situation. We went to another counter, not even directly associated with Ryan, and a very nice gentleman there printed our passes for us. He also seemed really confused as to why the Ryan Air employee wouldn't print them for us. Then, we weren't given a gate assignment until 20 mintues before the time we were supposed to board. How do you expect your customers to be prepared if you can't even tell them where they are supposed to go until the last minute? Then they made us board a bus to take us to the plane on the tarmac which was not a big deal. But they made us stand on the bus for 20+ mintues before they took us over to the plan. The bus was completely full, so it's not like they were waiting to load more passengers. The doors to the bus were open, so it was freezing cold (our flight was late at night) and we were forced to breath in exhaust fumes from the bus the entire time! The flight was also an hour delayed!!! I know it's a super cheap ticket, but do yourself a favor and spend a little more money to fly on an airline that actually knows what they're doing. This is my first and most definitely LAST time flying on Ryan Air. If I could give zero stars, I would."

Voordelen: "Hubo una persona discapacitada a la se necesitaba ayuda. Y le dijeron prioridad para sentarse primero en su silla del avión. Entonces las azafatas inmediatamente dejaron pasar los pasajeros creando así un bloqueo en medio del avión que tomó mucho tiempo."

Nadelen: "2 x geboekt met ryanair en 2 maal met veel vertraging"

Nadelen: "Die low cost is geen low cost meer als je een stoel moet betalen, priority moet betalen of je koffer vliegt in de ruimte onder vliegtuig en als je maar 10kg gratis mag meenemen voor 3 weken is dat pauver. Dus de volgende keer gewone lijn vlucht even duur meer confort."

Nadelen: "Door stakingen zaten we meer dan 5h vast aan de luchthaven. Niemand wist van iets, het was chaos. Een duidelijke communicatie had leuk geweest, niet alleen voor ons maar ook voor het personeel van Ryanair zelf"

Nadelen: "De bagage normen"

Voordelen: "There is nothing to like!"
Nadelen: "They have NO DIRECT CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER! How the hell was I to print tickets when I'm on vacation, I don't carry a printer. Checking in on-line is a joke. I got charged $165.00 at the gate plus fee's for one luggage. I won't fly Ryanair ever again and Im telling everyone I know also."

Voordelen: "Eigenlijk niets speciaals was leuk."
Nadelen: "Dat we een uur vertraging hadden voor we vertrokken, en er voor, tijdens en na de vlucht niets over gezegd is. Pas na landen bleek door op te zoeken op internet dat het aan de Franse Verkeersleiders lag. WAAROM VERTELLEN ZE DAT NIET!"

Nadelen: "Veel onduidelijk bij het afgeven van de bagage! Bleek dan dat ik maar alleen voor de heen vlucht de bagage betaald had en moest opnieuw naar de balie en nogmaals 50 euro betalen voor de koffer. Dus in totaal 100 euro voor het transport van 1 koffer van 17 kg en dat vind ik overdreven! Bovendien vond het personeel onvriendelijk hij de incheck!"

Nadelen: "iets meer dan een uur vertraging, waardoor ik meer eten en drinken moet kopen voor mn vrouw en ik. het verblijf op een luchthaven is erg duur zoals u wel weet. daarna was de snelweg naar Tilburg ook erg druk omdat we te laat waren zaten we in de avondspits!! tevens waren alle vloeistoffen ingenomen, omdat het niet duidelijk was aangegeven dat de kleine koffers als cabinebagage werd beschouwd en wel in het ruim gingen, ook deze kosten hebben we moeten maken. erg slecht"

Voordelen: "On time no problem"
Nadelen: "Everything was good"

Nadelen: "Een uur vertraging en tergend kang wachten in een rij"

Voordelen: "Het boarden verliep vlot en georganiseerd in Malpensa!! Hierin slagen velen helemaal niet. Vroegtijdig geland!"

Nadelen: "Alles ok"

Nadelen: "De vlucht was een uur te laat waardoor ik mijn aansluiting heb gemist en uiteindelijk 3 uur te laat op mijn bestemming aankom! Ik ga een klacht indienen bij Ryanair. Daarnaast was mijn koffer kleiner dan anderen in het vliegtuig en werd die van mij als enige in het ruim geplaatst. Je gaat mij niet wijs maken dat iedereen prioriteit tickets heeft gekocht."

Voordelen: "Prima vlucht. Geen extra’s maar dat kan ook niet voor doe prijs."

Nadelen: "Door omstandigheden zijn wij niet geweest"
