Nadelen: "EVERYTHING...................THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. THIS WAS FOR A BUSINESS CLASS TRAVEL.................JUST IMAGINE WHAT A NIGHTMAORE THIS WAS FOR ECONOMY TRAVELING PASSANGERS"

Voordelen: "TAP airline didn’t charge me for a checked bag on my flight to Lisbon. On the way back to Rome I was met with blank faces and no options. They demanded the extra $70 for a checked bag. On my way to Rome, a group of students were yelling and crawling all over the seats and blocking the aisle. Worst"

Voordelen: "There was a major problem with my booking and I went through almost 2 hours or stress thinking I would not be let on the flight. This has never happened with Kayak. But it was really bad. TAP insisted they could not book me on as Azores Airlines from Pinta Delgado to Toronto was not booked for me. I had to call bothe airlines. With no help from the desk. I finally got both to confirm and at the last minute was allowed on the flight. I chose this route to have a nice couple of days in Portugal and I will have. But the flight start was really upsetting."

Nadelen: "Our flight leaving Boston was delayed by 2 hours due to a mechanical issue. So, we missed our connection in Lisbon to Venice (our final destination). We were rerouted from Lisbon to Rome and then to Venice, turning our 2 leg journey into a 3 leg flight. We were offered just 16 euros worth of food vouchers for our trouble. We asked for lounge access because missing our connection meant we had to cool our heels in the Lisbon airport for 3 hours until our flight to Rome took off. We were told we'd have to pay for the lounge! Then, our flight to Rome was delayed. We stood at the gate for 40 minutes past boarding time. No staff even announced that the plane was delayed or how long we should expect to wait. When we finally got to Rome, we had 10 minutes to make our connection to Venice. We lost an entire day in Venice."

Nadelen: "This airline company was looking like a scam. I was refused the flight. Then promised compensation, which was then refused again. Treated like kettle. Simply corrupt company."

Voordelen: "Hot food and real utensils Good entertaining selection Very nice staff"

Voordelen: "The crew was very nice I have to give them credit for that and the entertainment was pretty good with recent movies"
Nadelen: "The food was really bad very unappetizing. The thing that was really bad is a day sprayed pesticides there out the plane before we took off and I feel like I have a cold now because of it my throat is really sore it's just a really weird thing to do to have the whole crew walking up and down with aerosol can spraying pesticides all over the guests."

Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Nadelen: "Flight Washington delayed. Airport about closes upon Arrival!"

Voordelen: "Very good leg room. Easy pleasant flight."

Voordelen: "There was one male steward who was not friendly at all.....I felt he was giving me bad looks....I felt uncomfortable."

Voordelen: "The ride was comfortable, and the crew was attentive and pleasant. I loved the fact that i had a 10 hour layover, and I could go out into the city and do some sight seeing. This is not to the Airlines credit per say, but it was super easy. I enjoyed getting off on the tarmac just 200 feet from the building, was a nice sunny day."
Nadelen: "The seats did not have entertainment system that I wasn't going to watch anyways. The seats did not have charging ports either (for phone or laptop), which several airlines now a days are making standard."

Nadelen: "The flight was perfect the only thing that concerned me was that two female passengers were allowed into the cockpit about thirty minutes prior to landing and stayed in their for the duration including landing. Did not know that that was allowed. Other than that it was perfect."

Nadelen: "We will never fly Air France, Transavia or Dutch airlines again. Terrible planes for Air France and terrible checking in and connecting flights for transavia and Dutch airlines"

Voordelen: "Vlogen naar Lissabon samen met ons nichtje van 16. Was kennelijk aan de late kant met online inchecken want konden niet meer naast elkaar zitten. Toen we aan board stapten vroeg ik aan de steward of de kist vol was of dat er nog een mogelijkheid was om iets te veranderen waardoor we toch met z'n drieën naast elkaar konden zitten. We zitten helaas vol, antwoordde hij. Toch kwam hij een kwartiertje later met het bericht dat er voorin toch drie vrije plaatsen naast elkaar waren, top!"

Voordelen: "Alles was prima in orde, behalve dat ik moest betalen voor overgewicht van mijn handbagage...Ik moest medcijnen en medische apparatuur terugnemen naar huis en kon niet anders...."
Nadelen: "De externe service provider van assistentie krijgt een dikke onvoldoende..3-4 hulpbehoevende passagiers, waaronder ik, hebben meer dan een half uur moeten wachten tot er iemand met een rolstoel kwam opdagen"

Voordelen: "I’m so thrilled at Transavia’s expansion to new routes like Beirut. This is the second time I traveled to Beirut since November and I noted a marked improvement in the quality of service on the ground."

At the airport they charged me even more than it would have been online. The bags cost more than our seats. We should have been told!!"

Nadelen: "There is so little legroom, that I my legs had to be in the isle all the time and I had to get up every time the cart needed to pass."

Nadelen: "No food or drink was provided. There was no entertainment. I have been on flights where they give you blankets, headphones, full meals, and a TV screen to watch or listen to music. This flight was very boring and unpleasant."

Unfortunately this fell on deaf ears, and I ended up having to pay an additional £72, which was about 75% of the original flight cost."

Voordelen: "The service provided through out the journey wss excellent. Great flight to Agadir, cost effective and an amazing experience."

Nadelen: "I had to pay for my luggage 285 dollars and it was more than what I spend on souvenirs. They had no compassion."

Voordelen: "We were given no information will be kept in the quiet until the last minute we were then told and flight was delayed then we were told our flight was cancelled we were taken to a hotel where we were fed but we’re not allowed any drinks most of us returning from holiday had no spare money so we had nothing to buy anything with we were told we would have breakfast and refreshments in the morning but we didn’t get anything we will put on a flight at 6 AM where we presumed we were going to London and ended up in France where we were made to get off the plane for a period of 15 minutes without luggage made to go through security being told we were allowed refreshments and we were taken straight back onto the plane with no food or water from 8 o’clock the previous night if anybody is reading this avoid and Arabia Maroc like the plague"

Nadelen: "No food or drink was provided. There was no entertainment. I have been on flights where they give you blankets, headphones, full meals, and a TV screen to watch or listen to music. This flight was very boring and unpleasant."

They all said they will be right back and never did . When I asked for water they pointed me to the water bottles so I can do it myself . Overall I felt like the service was horrible"

Nadelen: "The Boeing 737-800 over Europe was okay but it over crowded. From Casablanca to Amsterdam flight, The crew did not let me carry my hand luggage inside the aircraft whereas, there were other Moroccans who they did not stop with bigger hand luggage which should be inside the plane. The weird Arabic music during on board and off boarding has to stop- so annoying and ear piercing. Entertainment has to be improved significantly- ask their entertainment content provider to do a better job on the music, movies and other things. They discriminate other religion by not providing Bible, Gita and Tripitaka as a notion firm the content but the have Holy Quran as an option, more wine options, liquor has to be included as an option and the last but not the least, Royal Maroc needs to provide better lodging for transit passengers. Hotel Relax is a substantially low standard hotel with bad service and food. I saw nothing but lazy employees walking around doing nothing. Also my room had no towel whatsoever and it took me 11 hours to get my towel- go figure."

Nadelen: "Because we bought from JustFly through Kayak we couldn’t reserve seats until we got to the ticket agent. We were given seats all over the plane, mostly middle seats"

Voordelen: "Nothing?"
Nadelen: "This was my first and last time flying with Royal Air Maroc. The plane was cramped and filthy with the most uncomfortable seats I've ever encountered on a plane. The plane was kept at a very warm temperature, so I was sweaty for most of the flight (I'm usually very cold; it's rare that I find a space too warm). The crew gave me a hard time when I requested the vegetarian meal, claiming that they didn't have one (except they did, which they produced minutes later). I've never been on an international flight that didn't have a vegetarian option. THEN, we left JFK late, and I missed my connection to another Air Maroc flight by TWO minutes. They shut the gate and wouldn't reopen it. Multiple people needed to make this connection; any other airline would have held the plane for the entire five minutes necessary. In conclusion: terrible service and filthy, uncomfortable planes."

Voordelen: "This flight wasn't royal air Maroc and Qatar airways was excellent."

Voordelen: "It was a very short flight. Nice and pleasant"

Nadelen: "Both of the aircraft I took today were substandard. Parts were missing and broken. The staff on the first was surly. The check-in process was a mess. Why print zones on a boarding card when RAM never uses zones? No announcements in the boarding area. And on and on. Worst airline I've ever flown on. And I've flown on more than a hundred. You can't expect people to visit if you can't provide the professional service they deserve. Also..., what's with Moroccan security? Why should I have to clear customs for national flights?"

Voordelen: "The staff were kind and courteous. Our family loved being able to stay in a hotel during our layover in Casablanca."

Voordelen: "friendly service, excellent food, wonderful, safe landing"

Nadelen: "We stayed inside the plane for 1hour without telling what a going on . The food was really disgusting , while the price was with hight"

Nadelen: "They flight was delayed a day on the departure and delayed two days on the return. The airline did not compensate for inconvenience and when I emailed them they did not have any substantive response. The tickets were cheap, but not worth the extra cost in hotels and time. I would highly not recommend this airline."

Nadelen: "I’m not sure how much the airlines can control this, but boarding in Morocco was an absolute nightmare both coming and going. There are gates but the boarding flights are not really posted clearly and not announced. Even standing right next to the final checkpoint, you are likely to miss the boarding call. Fortunately it is such a cluster that you have enough time to eventually figure it out and not get left behind. Also, many connecting passengers had to check in and get boarding passes in Casablanca and whoever was in charge of seat assignments simply could not have cared less. I was traveling solo, but witnessed at least 4 separate instances of families not getting seated together or even in close proximity - even couples!! I don’t think I’ve ever seen that many disgruntled passengers before a flight departs when a flight hasn’t been delayed or cancelled. Note to fellow passengers: If you’re traveling with others, check your tix/passes and ensure you’re sitting together before you walk away from the counter. And ask for clarification there if you’re not sure. If you make it to the plane with those passes, the plane crew will tell you that you accepted them so those are your seats - they will not work with you."

Nadelen: "Old airplane. Disorganized boarding"

Voordelen: "The entertainment system was good, with many choices. The service was okay as well."
Nadelen: "We started boarding late at Casa's airport and then it was done in the messiest way possible with no row calls. It therefore lasted much longer than it should have and we left late, as we often do we RAM."

Voordelen: "Prompt departure, early boarding, sleep before meal"
Nadelen: "Cabin looked old and dirty, seats were cramped (just like on any airline). Old aircraft, no entertainment system."

Nadelen: "The flight was more than one hour late, and I was told not to worry and that my connecting flight would wait. Not only was that false information (it didn't wait), but I was put on a flight hours later and got no compensation or even an apology. It should also be stated that Casablanca airport was in a state of chaos when I transited, with no one in charge of directing people towards connections, passengers fighting, screaming and forcing their way through security. If Royal Air Maroc wants to continue expanding and attracting passengers, Casablanca airport needs to be able to handle large numbers of transiting passengers both in terms of infrastructure and ground personnel handling traffic and rebookings."

Nadelen: "Oman airlines refused to board in zurich without any intimation neither from airlines nor from agency I am an heart patient and got mild stroke when I heard this and I paid 550 Swiss Frances to take the same flight on same time I need to peruse this case on top priority and reimburse the payment. Awaiting for your urgent reply. I want to know what could be the reason before I need to take further action."

Voordelen: "Trip was fine, helpful crew on airplane, and comfortable but very delayed boarding."
Nadelen: "Boarding didn't begin until the time that the flight was scheduled for take-off."

Voordelen: "COnnecting flight from Casablanca to JFK was great. First flight from AMS to Casablanca was not great. The plane was dirty and it smelled. Also, I was not provided the vegetarian meal I requested so I did not eat that occurred on both flights so I ate candy for 12 hours. Not cool"

Nadelen: "You have to pay for anything you consume in the way of food and drink... even a glass of water to take a pill. My wife and I fly frequently and this will be our last time to fly Veuling. Other than the lack of any free beverages, the legroom is minimal, there is no TV and no electronic recharging at the seats."

Not only did it take time and energy to find clothes for her but it was very costly. I've flown MANY airlines and have never had deal with lost luggage so I was expecting more from the airline to do everything possible to located it or compensate us for their mistake, especially when we had to pay an additional $50 USD to check-in our luggage (that ultimately ended up lost). I would not recommend this airline."

Nadelen: "I was forced to check in my carryon bag because it was over 3 kg. So I checked in my baggage two full hours before departure and the layover was three and half hours. There should be no reason why my bag didn't make it on the plane and yet it did not make it on."
