Voordelen: "There was a major problem with my booking and I went through almost 2 hours or stress thinking I would not be let on the flight. This has never happened with Kayak. But it was really bad. TAP insisted they could not book me on as Azores Airlines from Pinta Delgado to Toronto was not booked for me. I had to call bothe airlines. With no help from the desk. I finally got both to confirm and at the last minute was allowed on the flight. I chose this route to have a nice couple of days in Portugal and I will have. But the flight start was really upsetting."
Nadelen: "I like Kayak. But am very concerned about booking through in the future with this treatment."
Voordelen: "TAP serves edible cheese sandwiches. First time in years I eat plane food and don’t immediately regret it."
Nadelen: "I travel with an international carry-on designed to fit in comoartments above seats in any and all planes (Tumi alpha 2 International), and yet TAP would claim it was too large to fit and forced me to check it. My problem is not only the wait once we land, but most improtsntly that the bags are beat up in the journey. Indeed, my carry-on arrived with several scratches on the plastic edges as well as some signs of worn on the textile. Because of this carry-on baggage size restrictions, I will not fly TAP airlines again (unless I can travel with my hand purse only)."

Nadelen: "1) I tried several times while traveling but was unable to figure out how to choose a vegetarian option for the flight. When I called customer service, after a long hold time, the woman I finally spoke to told me it was too late to order vegetarian and refused to help me. I have never flown another airline (Air India, Turkish Air, United, American, China Southern, etc., etc.) that did not make this easy to choose during booking or check-in and that did not already have a standard ovo-lacto vegetarian option on the regular menu. Vegetarians practice for all sorts of reasons, including religion and health needs. It's unacceptable to make it so difficult to meet your meal needs while trapped on a plane for nine hours. 2) The check-in agent did not know the rule about all remaining seats being opened for passenger choice three hours before booking and insisted we had to pay to get aisle seats despite one of us having a health problem necessitating her standing up and walking every 45 minutes. Then another agent told us we couldn't choose seats for free for our Porto to Newark flight when we check in for our Madrid-Porto flight because it wasn't technically three hours before the Porto-Newark departure. But how were we supposed to choose seats for the Porto-Newark flight three hours in advance if we are in an airplane flying to Porto at that time? This makes no sense. Seats should be opened for every leg of a same-day journey at the same time. The agents were unhelpful and unsympathetic. 3) This was an old plane without options to choose a film or show to watch. Instead, passengers could flip through a few channels and hope to find something of interest that was already playing -- there was no way to begin a film or show from the beginning if you landed on it in the middle of its running time. I cannot recommend TAP Portugal to any of my friends, family, or colleagues after this experience."

Voordelen: "Very easy to check in, flight was reasonably priced, and all was very good. My television didn't work, and my friend next to me, couldn't get hers to work. 3 different flight personnel tried to fix, reboot, and to no avail."
Nadelen: "The attendant who checked me in at the Porto airport was very rude and sarcastic. At the gate they said the flight would be delayed half an hour, however they just called us to start boarding a half an hour after the flight was expected to leave. At that time the passengers of the previous flight were just starting to leave the plane so everyone that was about to board then had to stand in the freezing cold tunnel way with all of our bags for another 20 minutes while the previous passengers got off. There was no food or any beverage other than water offered on the flight."
Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."
Nadelen: "Booked my flight in January to ensure good seating for my family. Checked in day before departure and all my seats were changed. Also on my return flight. No notifications. We ended up all the way in the rear of the aircraft. Totally unexceptable"

Voordelen: "Schiphol was as busy as I’ve ever seen it even at 5am in the morning, but the combination of efficient systems and good natured staff throughout made everything flow very well. This good nature and friendliness was extended into the flight crew who were great. Unfortunate that the flight was delayed by an hour, but I understand this was no fault of the airline or crew. I just made my connection in Lisbon, so all was well. I’d also like to mention the helpful lady at bag drop. A nice reception is always appreciated."

We had to pay $250 to check our roller bags so that we could bring a purse or book bag."

Nadelen: "Male flight attendant on Easyjet physically hurt me, invading my personal space multiple times and touching me while I slept. Under NO circumstances is it appropriate for flight attendants to physically jab at passengers, especially given the power imbalance in this case of a white male flight attendants being physically inappropriate with women of color passengers. I will not be flying with Easyjet again and will tell everyone I know of my experience with Easyjet's physically invasive, inappropriate staff."

Boarden: je word zo snel mogelijk de gate in geveegd en dan mag je daar wachten tot het blijkbaar echt nodig was dat je er was."

We were charged an extra 94 euros so like $120 USD. We get on the plane and people were putting away carry on luggage that were a lot bigger than what we had. I am sure it was because we were Americans.. This was the first and last time I fly with this airline..."

The lack of room for carry on bags, requiring that some bags be transferred to the hold (caused by the above 'luggage transferring fiasco). The two people at the desk with a queue of hundreds waiting to check in. The one hour delay in the flight. The marathon walk to the other end of the airport to board the plane."
Nadelen: "The plane had a hole in the wing. we sat for an hour on our sits till we got an engineer to look at it and put sticky tape. It was very stressfull flight. we couldnt go to the toilets while we were sitting on the tarmac for 1 hr"

Nadelen: "Bus ticket sold on plane was quite restrictive and left every 50-60min not every hour as stated onboard."
Nadelen: "I received a flight delay notification saying that my flight is delayed by 37 minutes. But I still did arrive airport 2 hours before my flight, checked bag On time and went through security clearance 1.5 hrs before. The gate number was not assigned and later I found out that my flight took off on time. So I had to come out by front desk and rebook the flight to different airport which cost my extra taxi fare half day and too much Hassel. Never ever flying again in easy jet."
Nadelen: "Their check in system is not clear.. We have a reservation for 2 passengers, and in the system I paid for an extra luggage... considering the price I paid I didnt realize that that was only an extra piece only for one passenger, so we had to pay 57 euros for the additional piece of the second passenger at the counter... considering the total ticket for 2 passenger was 120 euros, that increased the total price for almost 50%... Not even in Mexico the ticket for these kind of low budget airlines are so confuse and "tricky"."
Voordelen: "Nothing special to mention"
Nadelen: "No luggage room above our head, we had to leave our luggage somewhere else far from our seats and the crew should help us promptly to get those luggage back but no, we had to get it ourselves and had to wait till the very end after all the other passengers have already got off the plane. Not fair on us when we were sat next to exit but had to anxiously wait. Shame!"
Voordelen: "There was not one thing I liked from the flight, everything was poor"
Nadelen: "From the flight attendance to the plane everything was terrible"
Nadelen: "Easyjet behandeld je als vee. Je hebt als passagiers niets te vertellen en als je protesteert beroept het personeel zich op policy. Handbagage is zo'n policy. Elke keer moet je je handbagage achterlaten bij de trap en als je dan in het vliegtuig komt zie je overal lege vakken."
Voordelen: "Fares were very low, boarding was smooth, several seats were empty."
Nadelen: "We were told that we could only carry on one item, unless we upgraded to Easyjet plus, but we were not able to upgrade because no seats were available, even though the plane was only ~2/3 full. Our 'extra' items were a knitting bag and a laptop bag, but the checkin agents persuaded us that we would need to check the carry ons anyway, which slowed our departure enough that we missed our bus and had to get a taxi (for 200 pounds). Our flight had plenty of empty seats, and there was more than enough room for us to have had our carryons and personal items (which I would have been willing to pay the upgrade fee for, as the total price would still have been competitive."
Voordelen: "Staff were pleasant, eager to help, efficient. Flight arrived early."
Nadelen: "A long time standing waiting for boarding - no seats."
Voordelen: "The allocated seating system avoids having to rush onboard to claim your seat. In the past it became quite chaotic when boarding the plane."
Nadelen: "The long wait to board our plane especially when it was so hot and clammy."

Voordelen: "Crew was great love the extras like headphones, pillows, blankets and socks. I think the socks saved me on our long flight. Loved that you served tea and coffee after meals."
Nadelen: "Food was not very good. Bathrooms were NASTY! The crew needed to server drinks more often and need more of a variety of juice add apple cranberry just a suggestion. The flight delay was horrible. You add 2 hours of delay to a 8 hour trip that stinks."
Voordelen: "Lyon was great service"
Nadelen: "Have a crew that knows what they are doing in Casablanca"

Voordelen: "We had a tight connection and they bussed us to the next plane. Awesome."
Nadelen: "TVs did not work, no wifi available. Seats were cramped and staff was rude."
Voordelen: "I liked the Dreamliner aircraft over Atlantic."
Nadelen: "The Boeing 737-800 over Europe was okay but it over crowded. From Casablanca to Amsterdam flight, The crew did not let me carry my hand luggage inside the aircraft whereas, there were other Moroccans who they did not stop with bigger hand luggage which should be inside the plane. The weird Arabic music during on board and off boarding has to stop- so annoying and ear piercing. Entertainment has to be improved significantly- ask their entertainment content provider to do a better job on the music, movies and other things. They discriminate other religion by not providing Bible, Gita and Tripitaka as a notion firm the content but the have Holy Quran as an option, more wine options, liquor has to be included as an option and the last but not the least, Royal Maroc needs to provide better lodging for transit passengers. Hotel Relax is a substantially low standard hotel with bad service and food. I saw nothing but lazy employees walking around doing nothing. Also my room had no towel whatsoever and it took me 11 hours to get my towel- go figure."

Nadelen: "Very poor help internationally"
Nadelen: "This airline needs to reexamine its practices toward pregnant passengers. In addition to a high level of confusion and duplication around the release of liability forms I had to sign, there were also some unfortunate attempts by a (male) flight attendant to place a blanket between my pelvis and the seatbelt. No doubt these attempts were well intentioned, but it made me very uncomfortable. In the future, asking passengers if they would like a blanket for this purpose would be a much better practice."
Nadelen: "Left an hour late with no explanation. They left the lights on for most of the flight. Very little legroom."
Voordelen: "The flight attendants were nice"
Nadelen: "Boarding was completely disorganized with people boarding late and then allowing fully half of the passengers to board at one time, clogging the aisle and thereby making the process take even longer. Once all were settled it became a question of "where is...?" As passengers had checked in but not boarded. We sat at the gate an additional hour as boarding passes were checked, sky lounge was checked, etc."
Nadelen: "For some important family reasons we had to cancel our flight. Cause we canceled it in advance, we expected some voucher for next time. We did not get anything even everybody knows that you sold our seats to someone else...."
Voordelen: "The flight was excellent."
Nadelen: "The transit procedure is poor. There is a need to review this process."
Voordelen: "This flight was pretty short."
Nadelen: "The flight was at an ungodly hour and extremely uncomfortable. I couldn't lean back because my seat was touching the knees of the man behind me. There was probably in flight entertainment for devices, but not seat back. The food was kind of gross: there appeared to be some very tough chicken in my beef."
Nadelen: "This was a very unprofessional crew. I could never understand what was being said by the flight attendant on ths intercom system. This flight made a stop prior to Lagos that was not on the itinerary that made me fear for my safety. There was nothing wrong with the plane that prompted this unscheduled stop. I will be writing a formal complaint to the airline for this. Also upon arrival to Lagos our luggage’s was not there along with 60 other passengers. This was very inconvenient and added additional stress to my travel. I would never recommend Royal Morac to anyone ever and I will be making my Grievances known to the airline as well as other news networks."
Nadelen: "The flight was more than one hour late, and I was told not to worry and that my connecting flight would wait. Not only was that false information (it didn't wait), but I was put on a flight hours later and got no compensation or even an apology. It should also be stated that Casablanca airport was in a state of chaos when I transited, with no one in charge of directing people towards connections, passengers fighting, screaming and forcing their way through security. If Royal Air Maroc wants to continue expanding and attracting passengers, Casablanca airport needs to be able to handle large numbers of transiting passengers both in terms of infrastructure and ground personnel handling traffic and rebookings."
Voordelen: "food, crew and entertainment"

Nadelen: "Everything else. Avoid this Airline if you can."
Voordelen: "Great legroom and service. Everything's included (maybe not alcoholic beverages, but I didn't ask). I also noticed the security was very high at Casablanca, with not only luggage scans upon entry, but then another at the gate area. My passport and boarding pass were cross-checked at least five times! However, it was done very efficiently and didn't impede progress."
Voordelen: "How clean the airline was"
Nadelen: "it was very dirty and the bathrooms were broken not an enjoyable flight at all"
Voordelen: "COnnecting flight from Casablanca to JFK was great. First flight from AMS to Casablanca was not great. The plane was dirty and it smelled. Also, I was not provided the vegetarian meal I requested so I did not eat that occurred on both flights so I ate candy for 12 hours. Not cool"
Nadelen: "Was not given meal requested"
Nadelen: "Again, there was confusion in the transactions that could have been improved with better communication."
Nadelen: "Every thing. This is my first and last time traveling with this company. I think I made a very big mistake by choosing this airline"
Nadelen: "Being herd like animals"
Voordelen: "The lady who checked us in was nice. The flight made it to Morocco without crashing. That's all I can say positive right now."
Nadelen: "We left late. 45 minutes late without an explanation. Then the chairs are quite uncomfortable. The crew wasn't very pleasant, except maybe one guy. There are tons of announcements in 3 languages. Then we arrived late. And as if it's 1970 we get off the plane onto the tarmac, wait for a bus that takes 15 minutes to get you to the building, which I could have walked to in the same amount of time. Then you have to go through security again for some reason. So we missed our flight. Stuck in a shitty terminal without so much as an apology or a food voucher for our 6 hour wait till the next flight. Not a good experience."
Nadelen: "The sandwich they served for breakfast looked like a few days old. No entertainment. It seems that travelers in Africa don't deserve better!"
Nadelen: "Why air companies choose to use their run down, dirty planes on use in Africa? The washbasin was so dirty/old that even to just wash my hands I thought twice before doing so. No food or just snacks were served. No entertainment. It is a pity that travelers in Africa are awarded such disregard!"
Voordelen: "The boarding time was swift and quick"
Nadelen: "There are no entertainment on board the chairs don't recline properly"
Voordelen: "The food was decent for airline food and there was an empty seat next to me so I had plenty of room on the flight."
Nadelen: "Boarding was disorganized and chaotic. The crew was okay but felt like they didn't want to be bothered."

Voordelen: "Food, space, and service were great. I travel RAM often and the food from DC to Casa was the best yet (other routes have not been very good)."

Nadelen: "Lost my bag both ways! On the way there is was 5 days late!! They said, don't worry it is safe in casablanca! Really- apparently every flight they lose at least 5 bags- not worth the cheaper fare to not have your bag the whole trip. Will not deliver on they arrive so that was out of pocket as well. Mayhem at the airport- very French and staff often rude and dismissive. Delta for me next time!"
Nadelen: "Spent hours circling JFK, then went up to Biston, landed there, sat on the Tarmac 2 hours. Little communication from the staff. Announcements were primarily in Arabic. Felt very anxious and unsafe. Will never fly RAM again!"
Voordelen: "There was no information about our flight delay. No message in the waiting area. No attendant to distribute information until after the time to depart had come and gone. Only then did some one come to tell us the flight was delayed. Then the departure time kept changing. From 4 am to 2:15 to 2:40. And our seating assignments were disrupted so it became first come first serve."
Nadelen: "The airline was kind enough to put us up in a hotel but again, we weren't told about the change in departure time so we didn't know why we had to take the shuttle back to the airport before midnight. in the end, we only had about 4 hours at the hotel."
Voordelen: "Service was great."

Nadelen: "Boarding in Eindhoven is outside the terminal building"
Nadelen: "Not much was good about this flight. I had to pay an extra €55 because I couldn’t check in online 2 hours prior and had to do it at the airport. The flight itself was a sales pitch with every few moments the flight attendants offering things to sell. I’ll try not to take Ryanair again."

Eenmaal id vlucht bleek 1/3e Vd vlucht leeg. Passagiers zijn dan zelf gewoon gaan schuiven met hun stoelen om toch per 2 te zitten"

Dus misschien beter aangeven!!! Want 60 euro weer extra bijbetalen is geen fijne terugkomst!"

Nadelen: "Return flight - No announcement, departure board update, explanation or apology for the delay in flight departure. Passengers were called to board and left waiting in line for over an hour with zero communication as to why we were unable to board our plane. This was my first time flying with Ryan Air and I was greatly disappointed. Budget airlines should not equate to budget customer service."
Nadelen: "Tried to cancel through the Ryanair website, and they wouldn’t cancel it. So... never went, and the seats were empty"
Voordelen: "Crew very friendly, helpful and professional."
Nadelen: "The one and a half hour delay in taking off, especially the part where we were made to wait outside in the rain for about 10 minutes before being allowed to board. (This is not to reflect in any way on the cabin crew, who were wonderful)"

Nadelen: "Door stakingen zaten we meer dan 5h vast aan de luchthaven. Niemand wist van iets, het was chaos. Een duidelijke communicatie had leuk geweest, niet alleen voor ons maar ook voor het personeel van Ryanair zelf"
Nadelen: "Missed this flight because a connecting flight was delayed. Tried to rebook 12+ hours in advance but the site/customer service chat and phone all failed."
Nadelen: "De bagage normen"
Voordelen: "Eigenlijk niets speciaals was leuk."
Nadelen: "Dat we een uur vertraging hadden voor we vertrokken, en er voor, tijdens en na de vlucht niets over gezegd is. Pas na landen bleek door op te zoeken op internet dat het aan de Franse Verkeersleiders lag. WAAROM VERTELLEN ZE DAT NIET!"
Nadelen: "Veel onduidelijk bij het afgeven van de bagage! Bleek dan dat ik maar alleen voor de heen vlucht de bagage betaald had en moest opnieuw naar de balie en nogmaals 50 euro betalen voor de koffer. Dus in totaal 100 euro voor het transport van 1 koffer van 17 kg en dat vind ik overdreven! Bovendien vond het personeel onvriendelijk hij de incheck!"
Nadelen: "iets meer dan een uur vertraging, waardoor ik meer eten en drinken moet kopen voor mn vrouw en ik. het verblijf op een luchthaven is erg duur zoals u wel weet. daarna was de snelweg naar Tilburg ook erg druk omdat we te laat waren zaten we in de avondspits!! tevens waren alle vloeistoffen ingenomen, omdat het niet duidelijk was aangegeven dat de kleine koffers als cabinebagage werd beschouwd en wel in het ruim gingen, ook deze kosten hebben we moeten maken. erg slecht"
Nadelen: "Een uur vertraging en tergend kang wachten in een rij"
Voordelen: "Het boarden verliep vlot en georganiseerd in Malpensa!! Hierin slagen velen helemaal niet. Vroegtijdig geland!"

Nadelen: "De vlucht was een uur te laat waardoor ik mijn aansluiting heb gemist en uiteindelijk 3 uur te laat op mijn bestemming aankom! Ik ga een klacht indienen bij Ryanair. Daarnaast was mijn koffer kleiner dan anderen in het vliegtuig en werd die van mij als enige in het ruim geplaatst. Je gaat mij niet wijs maken dat iedereen prioriteit tickets heeft gekocht."
Voordelen: "Prima vlucht. Geen extra’s maar dat kan ook niet voor doe prijs."

Nadelen: "Price was outrageous. check-in a nightmare. their site said technical problem, Ryanair staff person said she would explain to check-in woman who promptly said no! Download the check-in and return after 50 minutes in line! Or pay 55 Euro for us to do it! No helpful; Awful service; Ticket sales people after queing for another 30 minutes-same no help-just put new client all this from 4:45 am in the airport. Finally with 10 minutes to spare before being blocked off the flight; check-in deemed to check me and suitcase it requesting 20 Euro. I refused...other passengers got mad so she let me pass. Small crowded plane/no leg room/ constant hostess annoucing buy duty free, food. No landing cards provided! Nothing-you pay, do it all and you are lucky to arrive--NOT WORTH THE HASSLE AND STRESS."
Nadelen: "Door omstandigheden zijn wij niet geweest"
Nadelen: "Wij zijn uren met Ryanair Bezig geweest om de tenaamstelling op de tickets te herstellen. Het tussenvoegsel in de naam is niet meegekomen in de boeking. Ik ben hier zeer ontevreden over en kon niemand van Kayak bellen. Wij kwamen er pas zaterdag na het inchecken achter! Lag niet aan Ryanair."
