Nadelen: "My particular seat had an entertainment system that only had about half the movies of the other seats. I notified the attendant who told me that this is a known issue that affects a number of seats on the plane."

Nadelen: "I didn't enjoy I had to search if my flight was cancelled due to. Lufthansa pilots strike. I'm not enjoying to still wait to find out if I have a flight to get back to the States on Monday because my flight was cancelled. I'm really annoyed to get this survey since Lufthansa should know there was NO flight to LA today!!!"

Voordelen: "The crew did their best to help several people whose seat requests were not honored including a woman traveling with a dog who was given an aisle instead of a window seat. Crew came around with water and juice frequently."
Nadelen: "Seat assignments were not honored. My husband and I were seated in two different rows even though we requested to sit together in an aisle and window seat and checked in the day before the flight This happened on all four legs of a trip to South Africa. Extremely narrow seats and little leg room. Felt like a cattle car. An aggressive woman with disruptive, screaming children was allowed to Torture passengers for a good five hours of the flight before the bursar finally moved her. This was after several hours of complaints from other passengers. She was eventually moved twice due to passenger complaints. The situation should have been handled after the first complaints which occurred two hours into the flight before the situation completely detiorated Food was terrible and meals ran out."

Voordelen: "The food was nice and the stewardess were professional."
Nadelen: "My ticket didn't specifically say I'm not allowed to have check-in luggage, so I needed to pay extra for that. I also got too little transfer time and barely made it because my flight arrived late. Then, my luggage got lost during the transfer, so I had to wait for 5 hours, which made my plans a mess. Overall not satisfied with my flight"

Nadelen: "The window seats are not comfortable like in other planes. The windows are too high, you don't see anything. The seat is too far from the window so you cannot lean towards it. For a 10 hour flight it was not comfortable."

Voordelen: "Staff attentive. Came by very frequently."

Nadelen: "Food was quite disgusting. Further, I was sitting next to (6!) babies, who took turns through the whole duration of the flight to cry, shout, and jump around: it was impossible to get any sleep, or work done."

Voordelen: "The flight was relatively empty, so I got to stretch out across three middle seats and sleep for the entire duration of the flight. The crew did a wonderful job of serving the food and clearing away very quickly. They were very friendly overall."
Nadelen: "The entertainment system wasn't the best I've seen -- but I barely had a chance to use it, so I'm not complaining."

Nadelen: "The seats on my return fight were terrible! my knees were touching the seat in front of me. nehmen the person ahead leaned their seat back, I only had about 10" from my face to their seat. Terrible! Also difficult to watch a movie with the screen that close to your face; that's terrible on the eyes."

Voordelen: "Liked the check-in service - no long lines, friendly attendants."
Nadelen: "1. I was not aware or told that in-flight entertainment via Ipad required the united app. So I could not use that. I would appreciate better communication. 2. At one time, a crew member stuck his nose in the coffee pot - I think to smell which pot was coffee versus tea. But heck, who wants coffee after that? 3. The final lunch served was a sandwich that required heating of the sandwich. Served cold it was dry. By the way, the wrapper said the sandwich is oven ready! Good gracious. Follow the directions. 4. The attendant who served dinner came across as rushed. Like he was on a schedule or something. Are you guys timing the attendants? I personally felt he was rushed and cared more about dumping the tray in my lap than about looking me in the face and making human contact. 5. I fly to Amsterdam a lot and prefer the direct flights, ie KLM or United. So far KLM is winning me over in terms of service. I do think though that United can make easy improvements and provide better service. Remember, you are transporting people, not packages. Good luck."

Nadelen: "Freezing cold !for 9 out of 11 hrs. On the outbound flt HOU-AMS snacks were complimentary...On return flt AMS- HOU they charged us. Not sure what the difference would be coming or going ?"

Voordelen: "Lufthansa flights was great as usual. Super Clean airplane, polite crew, entertainment selection was good, well functioning head rest design!"
Nadelen: "The western vegetarian/Vegan meal's texture, taste, and quality was astoundingly aweful. It was actually funny how bad the food was."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed and had to sit on the tarmac for 40 minutes. Almost missed the next flight. Rude British Airways stewards."

Nadelen: "Not enough overhead bin storage space. If they want to start charging people for bags they need to improve their overhead storage ability. This was a commuter flight from Amsterdam to London. So the entertainment was not really there"

Nadelen: "This flight boarded late without any notice to passengers which caused us to be late into our connecting flight."

Voordelen: "The captain made a very smooth landing in extremely poor conditions."
Nadelen: "Everything you don't get in business class. Since the flight was only 40 minutes, I put up with it."

Nadelen: "The cabin was extremely hot for almost the entire flight. I had my pants rolled up to try to stop sweating. I asked for some ice water to help cool down and although promised, it never arrived. I was not able to sleep as a result."

Nadelen: "One world premium member, last seat next to the bathroom, rude check in staff who we’re highly unhelpful saying they had no authority to help and to use ba.com for customer service issues and outrageous checked bag fees €75. Never again BA."

Nadelen: "1 hour flight took 3 hours because they sat on the ground counting baggage...twice.nothing"

Nadelen: "After hours at the gate, the flight was finally deemed cancelled. I missed my layover and was forced to stay over night at a airport hotel. I had paid a change fee to come home specifically for that day which I lost, not to mention 9 hours in the airport... the flights for the following day were totally downgraded from my original booking. Was so upset I could have cried...."

Nadelen: "We where not able to take the fligth's due to a passport issue, according to Netherlands rules my passport should be valid 90 days before entering the country and my expired July 29, 2018, when i booked no one advised me of such rules. I'm trying to contact Brittish Airways to see if I can be refunded."

Voordelen: "Doordat wij op het bovendeks zaten konden we meteen boarden. Vriendelijke purser die overal de tijd voor nam."
Nadelen: "Doordat 3 mensen zich niet gemeld hadden, zaten er 4 koffers te veel aan boord. Ga maar met de hand zoeken met 15 Afrikaanse mensen in een A389."

Nadelen: "The tickets arrived at 9.50 am for 10.55 take off. I tried to cHe Kin in line but it didn’t let me. I went to the counter and they told me check in had closed and I would have to buy another ticket. It was my fault for buying a ticket. Goodbye £200. Thanks BA"

Nadelen: "FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED IN THE LAST MINUTE, I WAS STRANDED IN LONDON AND HAD NO COMPENSATION"

Nadelen: "Upon arriving at the check in desk we were told that a member of our party had been removed from the flight. While trying to work out a solution with the attendants they were incredibly unhelpful, knew very little about the situation, and at times mocked us. Lisa at the AMS location was particularly rude to the members of our party."

Nadelen: "The flight got delayed 1:30 hours, because they had to change planes in London and we were wating in Amsterdam. We didn't aboard fast since there was no space for the hand luggage so they had to send the luggage to the belly of the plane at tha last minute. Definetly the worst fligth ever!!!"

Voordelen: "I love it the most that they are so helpful with excess baggage Which is why I always book with BA I am an entertainer working for many different cruise lines BA does not rob you blind if you have extra baggage Or your bags are slightly heavier ! Delta recently charged me $ 285 per extra bag Coming back BA charged me $90 and allowed me two bags The new policy on many airlines to literally rob a customer Is disgusting and the govt authorities should put a stop To it BA is welcoming and always professional !"
Nadelen: "Airline food is often risky to eat and The variety is poor especially if you are vegan"

Voordelen: "All of the flight attendants were extremely sweet!"

Nadelen: "It is difficult to get in and out of chair. I wish the chair handle would be moved up . Every time I needed to go to bathroom , I hurt myself."

Nadelen: "The ground crew at check-in was not friendly nor helpful."

Voordelen: "The crew was great! Very friendly and helpful."

Nadelen: "The male crew in the bag is not try to help people put on the carry on language to the top of cabin. He stood there and look at us. When I directed to him and asked for help, he just stood there for few sec. and decieded to help me but with an attitude. Same as the other lady need their help to put the backpack in, both male crests stood there and wasn't planning to help, and the passenger stood up and assisted her."

Voordelen: "The crew and entertainment was great on this flight! Other than that, it is kind of hard to find positives."
Nadelen: "We were delayed by 30 minutes for whatever reason and then we were trapped in the air for 11 hours in tiny seats. The seat wasn't very comfortable and I didn't have much room to sit and for my legs. I had a stupid box under the seat in front of me with airplane stuff in it I guess, so that took up some room under the seat in front of me. I had my legs stretched in the aisle most of the flight. The food wasn't great, but what airline food is good? I was really expecting this aircraft to be like the Dream Liner, but overall it was just a big tin can in the sky."

Voordelen: "The crew was very sweet. The flight was super short so it was comfortable enough for the short flight."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by an hour and a half. I had a 40 min delay with Alaska airlines 2 weeks ago and the min I arrived at my destination I had a text apologising for the delay. Along with a link to $100 credit with the airline. This is what real customer service is about. Not just empty apologies."

Nadelen: "At airport had line for baggage drop if had boarding passes. But, then only had one station open out of four or five. One person had problem I guess. Line didn't move for 10-15 minutes. VERY BAD!!"

Voordelen: "Boarding smooth enough, seats comfy enough"
Nadelen: "Checked bags line insanely long, gate MILES away from security checkpoint, no food or entertainment (why low rating, n/a), could always use more legroom, paid more for bags than for flight and taking bags was a huge hassle and worry"

Nadelen: "There wasn't anything I didn't like other than flying in coach!"

Voordelen: "Regardless of many flights, this was my first experience with BA on transatlantic flights. And I was pleasantly surprised. Very well mannered crew, politeness, help, all... Food was great as well. Overall great first impression and definitely will fly again with BA."

Voordelen: "I didn't pay to reserve a seat ahead of time, and was a little apprehensive. I checked in about 23 hours before the flight and was assigned an aisle seat with no problems."
Nadelen: "Once we boarded the plane, we spent about a half hour on the ground before take off. This isn't reassuring when you have a connecting flight."

Nadelen: "Crew was not even visible in all that time. No water offered, no concern for passenger comfort. Food was skimpy and packaged, no clues what we were eating. Seats were tiniest and least comfortable ever! Difficult to get up from and get out from window seat."

Voordelen: "The crew was really lovely. They handled a socially challenged passenger with a lot more patience than she probably deserved."
Nadelen: "I know it's probably not legal to throw passengers out of a moving plane, but I think the flight would have been a lot better without that disruptive lady making multiple scenes. I don't understand how people who behave that way are capable of travel in the first place"

Voordelen: "That's the only good thing."
Nadelen: "Mediocre food, flight attendants were cold and unhelpful. I never heard of 90% of the entertainment offered, and the rest were really old. Bring your own entertainment, and a charging cable. In fact, bring everything you think you will need, water, food, Tylenol for the headache you will definitely have by the end of his flight. No one has any interest in being helpful or making your flight Pleasant."

Voordelen: "Liked that each seat had its own screen for viewing and the selection of movies."
Nadelen: "We specifically paid and picked seats in advance towards the front of the plane and when we checked in at the counter the day of they reassigned us to different seats that they choose at the back of the plane without giving us any type of explanation for doing so. What was the point then in charging us extra to pick our seats?! Also when the person in front of you reclines their seat back you are left with very little room."

Voordelen: "On time"

Nadelen: "Absurd weinig beenruimte. Alleen geschikt voor mensen kleiner dan 1.50m. Je kunt het best de hele vlucht op het toilet gaan zitten. Dit was één keer, maar nooooit weer!!! Sterk af te raden!!"

Nadelen: "Belachelijk weinig beenruimte, waardoor ik niet eens recht in m’n stoel kon zitten!"

Voordelen: "I never got on this flight."
Nadelen: "I was at the airport more than 2 hours ahead of my flight time. By the time I made it through check in, security, and immigration, I was already cutting it close. A random security check right at the gate made me miss my flight. There were no timely options to re-route my flight unless it was at a fee of over >$2,000. Horrible, stressful, experience."

Voordelen: "The movies and the leg room seemed better then normal"

Nadelen: "uncomfortable and cramp seats very low quality food Alcohol had to be purchased! Are you serious? This is an international flight!!!"

Nadelen: "Airliner contracted out to another flight operator. We looked up and down the terminals trying to find the sign for IBERIA to no avail. It was quite hectic and stressful to arrive to the airport and not see your airline booth anywhere. No signage or anything there of to indicate Iberia or the other operator taking over this Iberia's flight. Then they wanted to charge for my carry-on saying it is too large. Went back and forth arguing for about 10 minutes then I found the bag sizing stand and demostrated to them my carry-on bag fits inside the bars as indicated in their sign. They said oh well it looks large from here. Customer Service is non. It is more Customer Harrassment. DO YOU PAY YOUR CUSTER SERVICE REPS Commission for every checked bag or something? Too bad there aren't many more options but I am considering going to social media to with this. NOT HAPPY and not flying with IBERIA anytime soon. SEnd me my refund!"

Voordelen: "Flight amenities were great! When I discovered my passport was missing at my connection in London, John, the rep made calls to track it down where I left it in the tub at the security check point! He then walked with me to get it and then to re-book my flight since I had missed my scheduled flight......and there was no charge for the new flight! Unheard of in this day and age."
Nadelen: "Nothing."

Voordelen: "The price of the ticket. The meals much better than other airlines."
Nadelen: "Not being able to adjust my air conditioning"

Voordelen: "Entertainment content was good and made the long trip more pleasant. I got a seat in the emergency exit and had lots of space for my legs. Alleys are quite narrow although and the crew was bumping into my arm quite often but overall seating experience was good."
Nadelen: "Boarding was very unorganized. It was difficult to understand the groups that were supposed to board. Overal check in process took too long. I arrived to the airport 3 hours in advance and finally made it to the gate when boarding started. Food can be improved as well. Had the pasta with spinach which consisted in some tortellini with very greasy cheese and way too many peppers. Second meal consisted in a sad croissant with ham and cheese."

Voordelen: "the AC worked. the last flight had warm air from the vents"
Nadelen: "flight was delayed 3 hours to begin with.. it was unorganized....no apology was given whatsoever.. plane was a bit uncomfortable. flight crew looked unhappy..I like to see people smile."

Nadelen: "I was late to catch my plain to San Francisco 5 minutes because it was too much people at customs and the plain coming from Madrid was 15 to 20 minutes late due to the bad weather. The plain was supposed to departure at 6:30pm and I got there at 6:20pm the agent at the gate told me that the doors were closed and she gave me a plain ticket for the next flight to San Francisco."

Voordelen: "Only nonstop flight from Madrid to LA"
Nadelen: "Iberia, please renew your crew or give them some hospitality training"

Voordelen: "The extra leg room in the exit row. In spite of the fact we had to pay extra for it, it was well worth it. The crew was courteous and professional. The flight was on time."

Voordelen: "The in flight movie selection was great. They were generous with providing us wine and complementary in flight entertainment . Didn't have to pay extra to check our bags."
Nadelen: "The food wasn't very good. But at least they provided us with some. We paid extra foe exit row seats and they allowed someone to sir across from my husband in the flight attendant seat they use during landing and take off. He sat there the entire flight. He was tall with long legs and took away from my husbands leg room which is why we paid extra for the exit row seats. Not sure if he worked for the airline as he was dressed in regular street clothes but annoying all the same."

Nadelen: "Forgot to give me dinner then said they ran out of meat dish. Bathrooms dirty and out of toilet paper. Seemed very cramped. Couldn't find call bell to call stewardess. Not happy with Iberia"

Voordelen: "I liked the air crew and the media systems on the plane."
Nadelen: "I did not like the fact that we were charged 75 euros because our bags were .5 kilos over weight. The lady put the bags through before giving us the cost and the option to move things around into our carry on bags. That was extremely disappointing."

Nadelen: "1 hour delay upon arrival die to no available gates"

Voordelen: "On my return flight to the United states, I got to fly with Iberia airlines. After flying my first segment with British airways, I wondered if the Spanish airline could keep up with BA's standards. Well, Iberia not only met the standards, but raised the bar! I am not sure if the fact that this was a day flight (unlike BA's red eye trip) or the fact that it took 2 more hours, but the crew served a full lunch, a snack AND a light meal, when with British i only received one full dinner and a morning snack."
Nadelen: "I'm not sure if it's the European dryness, but though helpful, the flight crew did not looked friendly."

Voordelen: "This was a long international flight so we got dinner, snack, and breakfast included. Food was decent, service fine, and entertainment selection was good. Also, since it was not a full flight, there was extra room and therefore a comfortable flight."

Nadelen: "the last truck (madrid - tel aviv) was not with the same airbus that the 3 others (tel aviv - madrid / madrid - buenos aires / buenos aires madrid)... it was like flying in low cost with food (even the chair could not go backwards...very bad the last one"

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed one hour and 23 minutes so that affected my connection from LA to SFO. My bag couldn't reach back to SFO and I had to run to catch my flight in LA after a 12 hour flight."

Voordelen: "Great selection of movies and the food wasn't too bad."
Nadelen: "The guy in the same row as me took off his shoes and used the remaining seats between us as a bed. I thought it was rude and disgusting and showed a lack of spacial awareness. Blankets were not very soft. Also, one of the flight attendants was really struggling to push any of the trolleys, running into the arm rests of the seat."

Nadelen: "the flight over LAX to Madrid was horrible. An old plane, both my husband and I had broken seats, no screens, and no charging capability. The flight from MAD to LAX was much better with a newer plan. I would however, not fly with Iberia again, because the out bound flight was so awaful. So average rating is okay."

Voordelen: "The crew was fabulous. Very friendly and accommodating."

Nadelen: "Honestly my only complaint would be that I was not given both of my boarding passes when I first checked in in Munich and instead I had to go out and stand in a line for an hour to get my boarding pass for Las Angeles which made me just barely get to my gate on time."

Nadelen: "poor WIFI service - would be nice to offer this for FREE."

Voordelen: "I was moved to an aisle seat b/c there was a couple that wanted to sit together. I appreciated that food was provided, but it felt very rushed. I enjoyed the in flight entertainment as it helped the time go much faster. The crew was very nice and did their best to keep passengers comfortable."
Nadelen: "The flight itself was probably the most turbulent flight i've ever been on. In addition, boarding and de-boarding took a long time. we had to just stand and wait for both - for a much much longr time that normal. They were able to make up the time in the air, but it felt unusually long to both board and de-board."

Voordelen: "Very uncomfortable seat from Iberia Airline.The cushion was almost down to spring. Need to upgrade. Crew are not very helpful. Service is not good. Specially at the Airport, speaking English is very bad. I need an assistance to request for PRM ASSISTANCE for wheel chair, I don't believe that he don't speak English at all, Why would he be in that position. It should have bilingual person. I'm sure whether he pretend too I have walk back & forth to get help for information to have it translate to Spanish. All He does is make priority to all local people, it took one hour to get the wheel chair & then by transfer to intl national airport by bus took another hour, we check in @ 8:30AM by the time we get into the terminal was 12:30PM the flight leave 2 12:45PM. What a service. I will never ever flight with Iberia Airline. What a BAD service. Communication by itself is very very bad, the airline crew hardly can speak English. We have 6 people. We will definitely not recommend Iberia Airline. Thank you."

Nadelen: "This review is about Air Canada from Los Angeles to Vancouver. Our flight was cancelled the flight for technical reason, without a notice. We found out when we got to the airport with four children. We were put on a later flight that also left Los Angeles later than the scheduled time. We arrived to Vancouver so late that we could not make the latest BC Ferry to Victoria that left at 9:00 pm. We lost our hotel reservation in Victoria. We were stranded in Vancouver till we could find a hotel that cost us an extra $600 (US dollars), an extra reservation for the ferry and lost a precious half a day of our vacation. When we complained about this wasted time and money Air Canada did not utter not even a clear simple apology. It offered a lousy discount on our next flight with the company, believing that we may ever use such an uncaring company"

Nadelen: "Overall, this flight service from Montreal for Los Angeles (6 hrs flight) service was worse than the interconnection flight I have experienced in Europe (2 hrs flight). There is no snack provided on this journey and you have to pay for everything (snacks and even the headphones). On the European flights, the snack was provided multiple times for short duration of the flight."

Nadelen: "Flight was late leaving, the boarding process was messed up and could not understand the person doing the announcements (was speaking too fast)..."

Nadelen: "The flight came in 20 minutes late, and managed to leave 1 hour late -- I've never before seen a flight become even MORE late because of the boarding agent. There was no communication whatsoever. There was only one agent working the gate. When it was time for passengers who needed help boarding, he took them back one at a time, leaving the gate completely unstaffed. When he came back, he strolled like there was no urgency whatsoever. Every other airline I'm on tries to speed up boarding if the plane is already late. I was amazed that they didn't even add a second agent to the gate."

Nadelen: "Only told after tickets purchased, that a visa was needed to change planes in Canada! This information needs to be provided prior to purchase. I paid one-third the cost of the ticket to cancel it and then had to book another ticket closer to departure which was more expensive. Have never heard of such a thing. I live overseas and but had a valid U.S. visa for my travel, but couldn't change planes without applying tor a temporary resident visa which takes longer to obtain than the time before I needed to fly. Very upset and disappointed. Will certainly avoid purchasing from Air Canada again."

Voordelen: "flight was comfortable."
Nadelen: "Food was not of good quality, had too much spice and salt. Fruit was a little too hard to cut. Toilets trash was not cleaned from previous flight. She Asian movies were same as in the previous flight. Need to provide more choices on SE Asian movies."

Voordelen: "North American flights are definitely not as comfortable as in Asian flights"

Voordelen: "Was offered water frequently :-) at least didn't have to ask or pay for it. Entertainment was offered. Limited choices."
Nadelen: "There was no announcement for boarding and we found out only when we ASKED personally. Nothing on the board, nothing through speakers. Smaller aircraft for this leg of the journey, not to blame, but seats are old and need refurbishing. They're not torn or anything but not comfortable at all. Restroom very small and uncomfortable like a truck stop. Always a line at the door."

Nadelen: "I checked in 5hrs early to find out that I had to check in my carry on. To my disappointment, as I finally boarded, I noticed that LOTS of people had carry ons that were either the same size or larger. As we landed, the passenger next to asked me to help take her carry on down from the top storage area (as it was extremely heavy). Her bag could've been 50lbs! The plane was over burdened with people's carry ons. What disappoints me the most is that I checked in early, but my carry on did not make it aboard the plane while other people's carry on did!"

Nadelen: "they changed our time flight so now I'm stuck in LA for the night because I missed my connecting flight. When I tried to resolve these with two different attendants, they were so rude and arrogant, specially Sue from Vancouver. Upon arrival to LA, our bag was roughed handled. Had to make a claim."

Voordelen: "The crew was friendly and multi-lingual. The food was fine and beverages were frequently offered. I live in Michigan, but flights from Windsor (via Toronto) to Europe are much less expensive, so well worth the drive over the border."
Nadelen: "This airline only allows for one free checked bag when flying internationally. The checked bag size is stringent (but at least travelers are notified about that several times when booking and paying on line. The movie options are limited, but still enough variety to find something to watch."

Voordelen: "For the most part all crews were courteous and friendly. Early boarding for a disabled person traveling with our family was problematic on each leg of the trip."
Nadelen: "Not being informed of the reasons for the delay of almost four hours in the Toronto to Amsterdam leg was a major disappointment. Legroom on both transatlantic legs was a problem as well."

Voordelen: "Never got on this flight. We were never given an email to self check in, and we're unable to board 45 mins before at the gate coming frim anotthe flight. They overbooked this flight & sold our tickets, and then told us we couldn't get on flight. Now we are out $2500 buying new tix!"
Nadelen: "All the above. A simple check in email would have averted this problem. All the other airlines do this. We were under the presumption that we had to check in at airport when we didn't get check-in notice. Furthermore, they sold our tickets, so we're down $2500 and they doubled their profit. It would be hard for me to say I will use Air Canada or kayak in the future."

Nadelen: "Advertised wifi entertainment access not activated untIl 45' into 150' flight."

Nadelen: "I could not checkin online and had to arrive really early at the airport so the agent could do it at the counter because Air Canada's system screwed up my ticket."

Nadelen: "Up to the last minute didn't advise flight was to be delayed. We board the plane late . Then brought bak to gate because of mecánical problem. Flight reschedule at 7.30 next morning. Had to organize on my own amother flight more acceptable and will leave 2 days late. No support for cab to go back home No voucher issued. The worst service ever. Was traveling with a pet."

Nadelen: "I wish there were movies available to watch or purchase to watch. It was a 3 hour flight and I feel at that length of a flight a movie would help to pass the time."

Nadelen: "when i bought the tickets we weren't told that the baggage and food wasn't included and I had to pay for it (US$100 or the baggagge alone) we were changed to a different craft and could't choose my seats in thiis craft they seat us all separated, when i had already chosen our sits in the former craft they didn't sit us together when we asked for it at the counter we were 1.5 hours waiting inside the airplane , so i lost my bus to Santa Barbara we weren't given any snack for the delay"

Voordelen: "The crew was great as usual, and I always enjoy the unique selection of international film in the entertainment system."
Nadelen: "That old plane was VERY drafty around the emergency exit. I can't remember ever feeling cold on a plane. Usually it's the opposite. But here was a consistent stream of ice cold air leaking through the airframe around the emergency exit. It was cold enough that I had to put several layers of blankets up on the wall and lean against them all the way home. In addition, my seat was so "well-used" that it provided very little support and often felt as though I was sitting on a bench. Not a pleasant experience."

Nadelen: "Extremely tight space."

Voordelen: "Why did we have to pay for head phones?? No included food what so ever!! Not even peanuts or a cookie. Why try to make me buy everything after I paid a full price?? The seats were crowded, every person walking in the aisle brushed against my shoulder. Air Canada, never again"

Voordelen: "Tv screens. On time arrival even though we left late. Not Stingy on beverages."
Nadelen: "Ineffecient boarding process. Walk to ticket counter from parking was a distance Walk from ticket counter to checked in luggage drop off was ridiculously long Seperated my wife and kids and myself on the plane even though we booked together. I had to ask people to switch seats with us on the flight. Refused to help with this. Money making ploy. Not classy or respectful. I don't care if we don't get to pick out seats but at least set us up together."

Nadelen: "we no have entertainment for 8 hours. 20 TV's no worked in the plain"

Voordelen: "No entertainment beyond ipod rental..."
Nadelen: "Not enough time (1 hr.) for connection in Calgary... very stressful in USA Customs line and subsequent USA security line... baggage did not make flight and still not received in 38 hours... difficult start to vacation."

Nadelen: "Linda was quite rude and aggressive. She would often hush me with her finger or ignore me when I would talk to her. It made me reconsider flying with air Canada"

No transfer service, no info, nothing. Finally after reach tom bradley terminal, the ANA staff said that they was very delayed and wanted to change my flight."

Nadelen: "The broken lavatory caused a 4 hour delay. It was a difficult experience because we were kept thinking it was going to get fixed soon but it wasn't."

Voordelen: "For the most part the staff made an attempt to help me get onto a flight. I think."
Nadelen: "I had to go on my trip a few days later due to a work conflict. I never changed my itinerary because I didn’t think it mattered. I bought a new one way ticket on a different airline and went to get on my return flight that I had paid for and was still receiving emails about. I got to the airport to check in for my return flight and it had been canceled because I didn’t get on the first leg. I was never notified and they couldn’t get me on the flight I wanted because it was leaving in less than hour(which is a stupid rule). And to get me on a flight the next day would cost $2500. No thanks. And before anyone tells me that it’s in the fine print that they cancel a flight if you don’t show up, save it. We all know people don’t read all that. Be a human being. So if your plans change, make sure you officially change your plans, because they may go above, but probably not beyond. Oh and it took quite a long time for them to figure out what happened. If they had realized and I didn’t spend so much time on the phone with customer service, I might’ve been outside the hour window requirement."

I was suppose to land in BJX At 6am on Friday April 28th for a family emergency and now my next flight isn't till 1pm! This is the worst flight experience I have ever had in my life. Never in my life will I ever fly with united again. My plans got ruined, I was forced to sleep on the cold dirty floor of LAX. This cost me a lot of time and money, and I am upset about it. I will tell all my peers about this horrible experience and encourage them to never fly with united ever again. I do expect some sort of compensation over this horrible experience."

Voordelen: "United is very reputable airline with great pilots and safety record. Prior to leaving for Mexico, the plane was examined amd found a 'mechanical issue'. All of the passengers were immediately switched to a different airplane. The safety of the airline and the pocedures used to ensure the craft was 100% was very comforting."
Nadelen: "I was bothered by the fee to check in 1 bag and the lack of food and ebtertainment upon the return flight from Mexico to Los Angeles. During the entire 4 hour flight, passengers were offered a bag of chips and nothing else, not even for purchase. Thus particular plane didn't have any screen for entertainment. I was most bothered by the baggage fee of $50 ($25 each way ) because the ticket price doesnt reflect an airline that charges for necessary things."

Nadelen: "The flight was over booked. Very crowded and when we arrived in Los Angeles we sat on the runway for over an hour"

Nadelen: "All of the screens on the side of the cabin I sat in did not work so even if we chose to pay the ridiculous fees for content it wasn't an option. Charging $16 for internet is gouging to the extreme. Truthfully, I would choose to pay a little more for my ticket if I knew that United did not cram people in like sardines, provided good quality free internet, provided free video content (on consoles that worked), and provided a small snack (better than a little wafer)."

Nadelen: "When i came back to my country everything was ok until i got my credit details and i saw that your receptionist stole money from my card. I should have pay for an exstra suitcase 60 dollars so i gave the receptionist my credit card. Yesterday I got my credit details i saw an extra charge of 400 hundred dollars !!! I am so mad and im waiting for you to cancel it and recompense. I hope it will be soon before i involve a layer and require you. My phone number is +97224518838."

Nadelen: "Flight was an hour delayed and I was never told the reason.. There was no enough of the beverage I wanted to be given just one can of juice.."

Nadelen: "Got a hotel voucher for our stay since the next available flight was in the morning but only $7 meal vouchers. What kind of meal can you buy for $7? Feel like we deserve a flight voucher since we both missed work today because of it. Otherwise good service."

Nadelen: "My seats assignment was not honored as promised Service was horrible Took us an hour to get to the gate after landing because of miscommunication with the crew on ground. Overall I am very disappointment"

Nadelen: "I was put up in a hotel by your company and the hotel would not take cash for the deposit they require. I do not own a credit card so I had to find a relative to fax a copy of their card and their personal information to be able to get the room that you are supposed to pay for. Since when do businesses not take cash? It is not my fault I had to be here because your equipment failed. I did my part by purchasing the ticket. I am not happy that I am treated this way because I only have cash to pay for things. Maybe you need to work out a deal with the hotels you use to accommodate such a scenario as this."

Nadelen: "Having my flight cancelled"

Voordelen: "Charged for wi-fi never worked. Every employe I felt with was extremely rude. Never again"

Nadelen: "I choose this airlines hoping that I can get to my destination on time but my flight been cancelled, I beg that I can be put on the next flight, but unfortunately they didn't . need to be there from dec. 28 to jan 4. this there another way? can i change planes?"

Voordelen: "Flight never took off - paying out of pocket for hotel - please help rebook me!!!! Worst experience of my life!!!!"

Voordelen: "Crew was old and arrogant. Way too entitled. Layovers killed me. Overbooked flight qas annoying and no options to change to nonstop flights."

Nadelen: "United does not take care of military. They have terrible customer service and charged me for my bags when Delta waives my baggage fees. The baggage people were so rude and didn't want to help anyone in line."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed 3 hours but then the plane broke and I had to wait another hour. I know stuff happens but god willing I made it home, after taking nearly 12 hours to get from Atlanta to LA, this experience has made me rethink flying with united airlines."

Voordelen: "It was my 1st time flying United. I am diabetic. Would have been nice to have been given peanuts or some kind of snack, on a couple hour flight. Also, no free WiFi sucked. Other then that, the crew was friendly for the most part and I really have no other complaints."

Nadelen: "Leg/knee room was poor... With a rear row seat, reclining was limited. Trying to bend down to loosen my shoelaces, it was barely possible, and tying shoes,on landing was impossible... No room to lean forward to reach down to get to the shoes. Not the most cramped flight I've had (that record was in a CASA124 from Friendly Island Airway from PPG to Vava'u, Tonga) While I attempted to sleep, my partner was interested in the entertainment, but was shocked to find it was all watch for $$$. Perhaps we are so used to international carriers with free movies on demand, with a choice of 30-40"
