Gedoe met teveel passagiers die weigeren een mondkapje op te doen en een kat/muis spel spelen met de bemanning. KLM kwaliteit als vanouds, maar verziekt door dit soort medepassagiers.

The food, wine/ beer service was same as regular economy, the boarding took place at same time as economy, no drink before take-off if only sparkling water. And the plane was old generation 747 and the entertainment was same vintage: screen was not very bright and the selection of films was poor. No plug to charge electronics. We were disappointed with KLM when comparing with other airline companies offerings when you book in Premium Economy."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

The connections were very tight, I had delays on the first 2/3 flights and almost missed the connecting flights. Check in at Austin took nearly an hour and almost jeopardised making the first flight

Nadelen: "1. Plane engine set fire while taking off... leaking fuel. 2. My bag fee was waived, but the next day after being grounded and put in a cheap hotel for the night, I was RECHARGED $100. 3. They knew my flight left at 9pm, still gave me ONLY 1 hotel voucher so I was kicked out of the hotel at 12pm with NOWHERE to go for NINE HOURS with 125lbs of luggage. 4. They provided a good voucher, but the cheap hotel they put me in didn't have a kitchen, USELESS. 5. The flight was LATE getting to London the next day and I missed my BRITISH Airway connecting flight to Thailand. Had to wait another 7 HOURS to get a flight out. 6. Terrible service, over priced and rude agents. The agent told me " I don't know who waived your fee yesterday, but I'm not." Cold, considering the plane I was on the day before was shooting fire about to explode. 7. I was rebooked no choice of seating or consideration."
Voordelen: "There were no passengers in middle seats. I liked the M&S food for purchase, although they ran out of sandwiches by row 10."
Nadelen: "I made the connection from T3 to T5; my bags didn’t, again, BA!"
Voordelen: "I liked the plane layout, 2/3/2 across. The stewards were fine given what they have to deal with. I made it back without incident."
Nadelen: "Seating and service on planes has become so awful that I worry about my safety as an older person. If something happens on a flight like this, where there is no room, stressed stewards and disgruntled passengers, what would happen? If you are tall, there is no room for your legs. Seat my not go back."

I felt that I was treated as a valued client rather than just a person to fill the seat. That you to British Airways for making my travels a high quality experience."

Nadelen: "Had to pay for a cup of coffee - this is a free service in the US so was surprised when asked for a cc."

Nadelen: "Flew on the A380 and it was an absolute joy. The bird totally lived up to expectations and more. It was a pleasurable ordeal from booking to boarding to arrival. Best bang for a yet in long while."

Nadelen: "Air Lingus is awful! It had 1:20 hours delay that resulted in missing the second flight. The check in people don't know their job. The lady named Michelle in Dublin almost killed me with her lack of knowledge and slowness. The airplane was extremely dirty including diner tables, seats, and bathrooms. It is the worst airline that I ever flied with. In Dublin the check in and information desk of air lingus were awuful. Full of attitude and absolutely no knowledge."

Voordelen: "I require a wheelchair for getting around the airport. When I first checked in at LHR, they claimed to have no record of my wheelchair request and my seat change, despite my very clear notations of who and when these were made. They did have a record of my paying for one suitcase. The agent at LHR promised to make these corrections so I would not have the same problem when returning to London. Furthermore, to turn this into a humiliating situation, at the gate I was informed that the jetway was broken and they would have to find some other way to get me onboard the plane. I cannot believe that British Airways has no contingency plan for a situation like mine. After many discussions between BA reps and ground crewmen they decided to bring me down in a lift at Gate 34, though my plane was at Gate 32. I was then loaded onto the freight platform of one of those food delivery trucks and driven over to my plane. The truck backed into place and again I hoisted up to the plane. However the plane door was locked and we had to bang on it for them to finally open it. To my great embarrassment I helped down the aisle to my assigned seat, looking back at the curious looks and glares from all those passengers who had no explanation for the delay and humiliating scene. Officially the flight was listed at 28 minutes late, when in reality it was 40 minutes till we taxied away from the gate My return flight from Brussels was little better because the changes that were supposed to have been entered at LHR never were and so I had to go through this whole routine again costing me over one hour in delays. Fortunately I was able to board the flight through the jetway and did not have to be hoisted up again, and delivered like freight. How would you rate these flights. I had problems with every single British Airways flight!!"
Nadelen: "My luggage then didn't make it to Ibiza in time because it got stuck in London due to my short layover. If BA can't figure out how to get the luggage transferred within that short of a period, they should not offer flights that close to each other. Secondly, I left a really nice down pillow and bag on my flight from London to Ibiza and I checked the lost in found at the Ibiza airport"
Nadelen: "Two children screaming their lungs out for the 8 hours, and kicking the seats in front of them. The fact that there was no food choice by the time I was served."
Nadelen: "Not really friendly. Nothing to drink. My chair was broken so I couldn't really lean back."
Voordelen: "Excellent Airline....."

Voordelen: "The flight left on time even though full flight and we had to take a bus to the airplane. Bologna has a separate baggage and ticket check line at the back of the executive lounge. Quick and effective."
Nadelen: "Everything seemed to go smoothly so no negative comments."

Vueling charged us for bags even though we paid prior to flight. Avoid them if booking Iberia and they are operating flight.

Everything is good the flight attendant of very friendly

My original flight had been canceled and they got me on a better flight with a shorter layover. I spoke to Roger on the customer service line and he was wonderful.

Sitting in the middle seat in economy for 7+ hours the OKAY score is very generous.

Many people had masks off for very long periods of time. I noted one woman sleeping for the last 3 hours of the flight with no mask on. Cabin crew walked past several times, served drinks and food and didn’t bother to say anything until land procedures. Also during the meal they flight attendant told us there was one chicken meal left and left it amount is to argue who gets it. Frustrating and unsafe flight.

Voordelen: "Nothing. The airline changed the departure time for the first leg of my flight so I could not check my connection and had to cancel my flight and rebook with another airline."
Nadelen: "Keep scheduled flight times."
Nadelen: "They lost my bag and I still haven't heard from them"
Voordelen: "From checkin, to boarding, to the fly, to luggage collection - the staff were all friendly and helpful and the whole experience was without issue. The flight was comfortable, leaving a touch late and arriving 10 minutes early. I have no complaints at all and would be happy to fly Iberia Express again."
Nadelen: "If I had to find one thing that wasn't so good - it was the time it took for everyone to put their carry-on luggage in the overhead lockers although this is not the airline's issue but became their issue because it meant the boarding process took a while. As mentioned - only a minor issue."
Nadelen: "Food, all flights—ugh!! Basically bad school lunches."
Nadelen: "Missed my transfer in London because the plane took too long to unboard and I was unable to make it to the gates of my next flight in time, despite there being over an hour connection time. The flight came in slightly late and passports were re-inspected upon unboarding which wasted a lot of time, and Heathrow is a nightmare of an airport on a good day, which made it very difficult to get where I needed to go."

Nadelen: "The crew at the gate needs a serious lesson on customer service. They are the rudest people ever and can’t speak an ounce of English. They give a bad impression towards Spain in general and the courtesy provided within. There was no entertainment onboard and no food/drink served."

Nadelen: "Delayed flight from Milan to Barcelona caused us to miss the connecting flight and we were stuck in Spain for the night. Will not get back to US for another 2 days."

Nadelen: "The crew could have been a wee bit more friendly/looked like they didn't hate their job. The onboarding process was just short of disastrous."

Nadelen: "I paid extra to book early so I could be assure of a seat with a view and so I could sit with my husband. Iberia charged my credit card 55.00 for the service and then, without my knowledge Iberia changed my seats and denied charging me extra. I have papers to prove my claim and will dispute the charges with my credit card company. The communication between flight attendants and passengers was horrible. Those of us who had not eaten yet (about half the plane in economy seating) watched the flight attendants bring out extra bread to all of the other economy passengers who had already received their meals, while we, who had not eaten yet, watched. My husband inquired if we were also receiving meals. He was told that everyone would eventually receive a meal. Horrible customer service, the worst ever. Later, before landing the pilot cancelled beverage and snack service because of possible weather conditions but never put the seat belt sign on until we began our decent. Nothing made any sense. It was like a crazy person was in charge. I would not trust Iberia to take me anywhere in the future."

Nadelen: "No pudimos volar a Miami nuestro destino final,porque al llamar a Iberia desde Venecia(horas antes que saliera nuestro vuelo),para informales que por llegar a bordo de un crecuro y no permitrisele a este entrar al puerto por motivos de la neblina,no llegariamos a tiempo a nuetro 1er vuelo con ellos,y nos dijeron que perdiamos la posibilidad de tomar este segundo al otro dia,17 horas despues,donde solo nos ofrecieron la posiibilidad de otro para 3 dias despues y a un precio demasiado alto,nos sentiemos muy poco ayudados y muy disgustados con esta aeorolinea."

It is the first time I have ever flown internationally where you don’t get 1 bag at least to check in. The. The fee was €150 one way to check a bag. I feel that the airport should have disclosed more clearly that the fair did not include luggage. I can understand for some short haul flights people can choose to take luggage but international long haul is just heap and dishonest"

When checking in at the airport, I paid extra for exit and bulkhead row seats for my family, after which the agent told me that the seas were in different parts of the airplane. The agent was not willing to refund the money I paid and give us ordinary seats. Apparently, with Air Europa, money goes only one way. Still, cheap, so may be attractive."

Headphones were available for 3 euros- never had that occur on an international flight. I will always ask if my ticket includes Air Europa as an operator and avoid them if that is the case"

They were busy greeting their own VIP's heading in and out of the business class. When asked what's going on, the AE personnel simply stated 'just wait'"
Nadelen: "At the security, i was turned away because TSA will not take Air Europa's electronic boarding pass. When I went back to the check in counter, I asked why, no answer from three people at the check in standing around. Again, indifferent attitude. Shouldn't AE inform customers of this time wasting problem? No self check in kiosks."

Nadelen: "Grouchy stewardess. Most stewardesses did not speak English. Vacant exit row not available to sit in. Boarding staff did not notify by loud speaker of boarding beginning in Miami."

Wont be flying Air Europa in the future."
