Voordelen: Crew were friendly

Nadelen: Chose priority boarding, waste of time so did everyone else. Long queues to board.

Voordelen: Crew was very nice!

Nadelen: Amount of carry on bags were unclear and we got charged 50£ for having a second bag. This was very confusing and frustrating as we boarded. We were told it was for space but there was plenty of room for luggage.

Nadelen: No issues

Voordelen: The only good thing was it was a direct flight.

Nadelen: Short version: Avoid Ryanair like you would avoid Herpes. I paid for baggage but got charged again. Desk agent was rude. There was no information provided about what gate or where the gate was. I paid for fast track security and didn't get it. It only got worse from there. Never ever fly Ryanair!

Voordelen: Vlogen naar Lissabon samen met ons nichtje van 16. Was kennelijk aan de late kant met online inchecken want konden niet meer naast elkaar zitten. Toen we aan board stapten vroeg ik aan de steward of de kist vol was of dat er nog een mogelijkheid was om iets te veranderen waardoor we toch met z'n drieën naast elkaar konden zitten. We zitten helaas vol, antwoordde hij. Toch kwam hij een kwartiertje later met het bericht dat er voorin toch drie vrije plaatsen naast elkaar waren, top!

Voordelen: There was an airplane

Nadelen: No leg room, chaotic boarding, uncomfortable seats, delayed flight

Nadelen: Not much food choice otherwise a really good flight

Nadelen: Ryanair website did not work properly for check in and I was charge 110euro extra upon arrival at Athens airport - myself and my fiancé are very disappointed. We arrived at the airport 2 hours before our flight and we were told we could not complete our check in process as it was only available online. The flight had delayed 1 hour and we still payed 110 euro. The crew had very rude attitude. This was the first time flying with Ryanair and it was a complete disaster. I believe it is unacceptable to pay for something that it was not my mistake and I except to receive a response from you soon.

Nadelen: Entertainment online

Voordelen: On boarding the plane was dirty. My daughters seat had food droppings on it which needed to brushed off before she could sit. We then had the worst landing we have ever experienced. Scary.

Nadelen: A clean plane for passengers. An explanation to why the landing was so inept.

Voordelen: Fast flight with no issues

Nadelen: Check In- as the airport was so busy, I nearly missed my flight due to queuing in lines for long times and poor communication form airport staff as to priority boarding etc

Voordelen: All was well from checking in to baggage claim.

Nadelen: A delay of about 20 mins

Nadelen: When late, pls help passangers.with no helpfull people dont work

Voordelen: Boarding efficiency although the ... see below. Loved the salmon wrap and cheese 'n' biscuits

Nadelen: flight was delayed at check in and on the tarmac - 40 minutes. No explanation for this

Voordelen: NOTHING.....................DUE TO FLIGHT CONNECTION CANCELLATION TAP AIR PORTUGAL FORCED US TO STAY STUCK IN AMSTERDAM FOR 15 HOURS

Nadelen: EVERYTHING..........................ALL TAP AIR PORTUGAL WAS A DISASTER

Nadelen: This flight has a record of being late 90% the times i use it

Voordelen: The online tutorials are very helpful. Once the counters were open it was very easy to check our luggage and the option for holding the cabin bag is a plus.

Nadelen: There was no announcement when to start boarding the plane. We paid extra for more leg room and I’m glad we did. The space between rows is minimal.

Voordelen: leg room, crew and flight comfort inc access to toilets was better than BA! (No business class hogging the front toilet)

Nadelen: Boarding was slow and crowded, and flight was from a remote gate which is always less comfortable than an air-bridge much worse than BA

Voordelen: Fast process when we landed and staff were really good - patient and friendly (on the flight)

Nadelen: Priority queue was the longest! Had to help mother with baby and pram down stairs to bus for flight. Feel they should have been given help and real priority

Voordelen: Although we were over a how late leaving the cabin crew were professional and polite. An absolute credit to the company.

Nadelen: Make all seats non-recline and more sturdy, I don't want to be able to feel the person behind leaning on it or their knees pushing through into my back.

Voordelen: Arrived in time

Nadelen: Flight was too noisy, There were three Spanish couples with children that did not cared about other passengers, leaving their children running about, and changing places among themselves, shouting, and annoying others. The airline should impose rules for these types of passengers.

Voordelen: The flight was on time

Nadelen: Delayed.

Voordelen: Everything works and quick to get to destination.

Voordelen: The crew was pleasant

Nadelen: Baggage checkin & flight boarding was slow & disorganized.

Voordelen: Pleasant crew. Appropriate and efficiently served snack.

Nadelen: Boarding and disembarkation were slow.

Voordelen: Crew was great and helpful despite oversight in my special meal.

Nadelen: Special meal request was overlook. I did not mind so much as eating less does some good! It is human to err!

Nadelen: Crew on the ground was very rude

Nadelen: In flight complimentary food and drink service could have been better.

Voordelen: The seat was very comfortable.

Nadelen: My boyfriend and I were required to gate check our carry-on luggage which required us to go through customs in Paris to get to our bag and re-enter security for our connecting international flight. I am unsure why this was the case as other passengers brought the same size luggage. Very upsetting.

Nadelen: De vlucht was een uur vertraagd maar de melding daarover kwam pas een uur voor vertrek. Check-in en boarding vond plaats op de eerst gecommuniceerde tijden en daarom kwam ik bijna te laat. Slecht geregeld. Had een sms verwacht.

Nadelen: Charging $ for everything, wouldn't fill a water bottle for me. Strict carry on policy was too restrictive

Voordelen: Alles was prima in orde, behalve dat ik moest betalen voor overgewicht van mijn handbagage...Ik moest medcijnen en medische apparatuur terugnemen naar huis en kon niet anders....

Nadelen: De externe service provider van assistentie krijgt een dikke onvoldoende..3-4 hulpbehoevende passagiers, waaronder ik, hebben meer dan een half uur moeten wachten tot er iemand met een rolstoel kwam opdagen

Nadelen: Having to walk and wait is not the way to run an airline. We even paid extra for priority and there is no difference Ryan should learn from Southwest Airlines.

Voordelen: On time, Professional crew.

Nadelen: Leaving from Reus Airport even though we had paid extra for priority boarding as we went through the boarding gate then asked to stop outside the Airport building waiting to be directed to the plane, All passengers where directed through the gate and where mixed with the priority paying passengers.

Nadelen: I pre booked and paid for an isle seat and was given a window seat. The plane was so hot and had no air-con, the people I were sat next to kept asking the girls to put it on but they didn’t

Nadelen: No wifi. Luggage went to Detroit instead of Amsterdam. Was delivered 3 days later to the house I was visiting in sevilla Spain

Voordelen: Crew was professional. We did not have food on the flight nor used the entertainment.

Nadelen: There was a huge lad beside us and the seats & legroom are less than we would like. The huge lad made it uncomfortable Bob

Nadelen: 45 min delay , shame ..... always the same problem with Frankfurt airport...

Voordelen: Crew was great, seating comfortable.

Voordelen: The kindness of all people working on Swiss was very special

Nadelen: The food was not very special, but the chocolates were awesome

Voordelen: I upgraded to premium economy, worth every dollar. seats were comfortable and reclined quite far.
