Voordelen: Professional and efficient, everything one could have hoped for.

Voordelen: Just good all around

Nadelen: Water for free. I prefer airlines where I can drink my own one or two beers ;-)

Voordelen: Crew and pilots appeared competent. The plane was clean, the air conditioning worked well, even when we boarded in Crete.

Nadelen: The seats are insanely small, cramped, and narrow, but that's why they call it TranSAVIA. I can live with a small seat for a much cheaper flight. The horror was getting to the gate. This is Greece, so no quick checkin, long lines, not really sure which is the right line. Then they change the gate at the last minute. Really the worst terminal I have been in for a long time, and this includes those in China and India. Even worst than La Guardia at rock bottom. But then you are in Crete... But DO allow at LEAST two hours to check in.

Nadelen: They brought a drink cart around as if to offer free drinks but then charge you after they pour it

Nadelen: It was delayed on our way to destination. Also wish it was a direct flight to ponta delgado instead of going through lisbon. It was too much back and forth.

Voordelen: The staff

Nadelen: Late takeoff. Late arrival. Had to run thru the terminal to catch the next leg. Lost luggage.

Voordelen: Amazing crew

Nadelen: Food was ok. Seat was crowded. Everything else was excellent.

Voordelen: The seats are comfortable.nice leg room.

Nadelen: Boarding on every airplane company seems off. Sitting in seat 6D and I’m in the second to last boarding group. That cheese on the burger pricing for getting on before others is getting old. Be better.

Voordelen: The seats were pretty comfortable and the crew was excellent.

Nadelen: There was no entertainment and the food wasn't good.

Nadelen: Economy fare was great until 95 euro for a single bag added to stowage was added on . With Ridiculously high baggage charges watch out if you are flying economy. Sort of negates the benefits of economy

Voordelen: TAP and the personnel from TAP were fantastic.

Nadelen: The Dutch/KLM gate agents were horrible. I was treated rudely and unprofessionally.

Voordelen: The crew was great. Happy crew is a fun crew to be around.

Voordelen: Clear communication about delays and boarding, comfortable seats, great service.

Voordelen: Alles was prima in orde, behalve dat ik moest betalen voor overgewicht van mijn handbagage...Ik moest medcijnen en medische apparatuur terugnemen naar huis en kon niet anders....

Nadelen: De externe service provider van assistentie krijgt een dikke onvoldoende..3-4 hulpbehoevende passagiers, waaronder ik, hebben meer dan een half uur moeten wachten tot er iemand met een rolstoel kwam opdagen

Voordelen: I liked the cost/revenue ratio

Nadelen: No changes to be made, or offer a free coffee

Voordelen: Helpful crew. Clean modern plane

Nadelen: Charging $ for everything, wouldn't fill a water bottle for me. Strict carry on policy was too restrictive

Voordelen: Schiphol was as busy as I’ve ever seen it even at 5am in the morning, but the combination of efficient systems and good natured staff throughout made everything flow very well. This good nature and friendliness was extended into the flight crew who were great. Unfortunate that the flight was delayed by an hour, but I understand this was no fault of the airline or crew. I just made my connection in Lisbon, so all was well. I’d also like to mention the helpful lady at bag drop. A nice reception is always appreciated.

Nadelen: More updates from the flight deck during the delay would have been nice, but overall I was impressed and would certainly fly with that airline again.

Voordelen: TAP is great to fly, friendly, safe and solid, nice crew

Voordelen: The price was good. The staff really tried to help, but the restrictions from TAP headquarters made them effectively powerless

Nadelen: The flight was canceled last minute. TAPs phone support were not allowed to reschedule anyone on alternate carriers, but told me that the check in agents had that power. Meanwhile, the check in agents in Boston had been banned by TAP headquarters to rebook anyone on other carriers, and were unaware that the phone support were giving the passengers conflicting information. In the end I was automatically rebooked for a flight 72 hours later (not realistic for me...). I gave up and headed home from the airport after 2 hours. People who needed help with hotel bookings (not me luckily) most likely had to wait in line a lot longer than that

Nadelen: Easy checkin, friendly staff, nice quick flight

Voordelen: nothing - they misinformed me left and right so I couldnt make properly informed decisions and then denied me boarding and told me to pay for a new flight after having spent over 750 and 3 days 2 nights at the airport due to the mishaps.

Nadelen: staff that gives the correct information so u can properly plan for the check in and boarding procedures and compassion to advocate to let me onto the flight they made me jump thru hoops just to get onto.

Nadelen: Seats are very uncomfortable in all planes

Nadelen: Food, Service by cabin crew because they never smiled

Nadelen: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Voordelen: The seats seemed to have more space on this plane which was nice.

Nadelen: It felt strange that the crew members completely skipped over me when serving lunch and drinks. At least something as basic as water should be given to all passengers.

Voordelen: Usual faultless KLM experience

This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever.
