TAP insisted they could not book me on as Azores Airlines from Pinta Delgado to Toronto was not booked for me. I had to call bothe airlines. With no help from the desk. I finally got both to confirm and at the last minute was allowed on the flight. I chose this route to have a nice couple of days in Portugal and I will have. But the flight start was really upsetting."

When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Nadelen: "The boarding process could not have been worse. Both legs were delayed because of bag issues. One leg a significant portion of us had to get off the flight because there was not room for all the luggage. They made me a check my carry on bag because it was over small mediocre weight requirement even though lots of people had heavier bags. Then they LOST that bad for 2 days and it was a nightmare getting it back in another country. The second leg, a person whose bag was on board was unaccounted for, so we were delayed again."

Nadelen: "No vegetarian meals, unless you request it 48 hours in advance. Seats are incredibly uncomfortable and the planes are old. Compared to the entertainment services provided on other aircrafts for other aircraft providers, the experience is abysmal. Bathroom was also not well attended."

Voordelen: "Crew was kind, not robots. They disciplined the several children running in the aisles throughout the flight as their parents did not. Medal of bravery and honor to them! D"

Nadelen: "However, the boarding was absolutely atrocious. They had two Dutch attendants dealing with a fully booked Airbus flight. I arrived at 11 AM and did not get to the front of the line until 1 PM. They actually had to take off later, as in, push the flight later, because of their inability to bring someone else to the check-in counter to help with boarding. For the Dutch and their famous understanding of efficiency and staying ahead of the curve, this was both frustrating and not understandable. Not really TAP's fault..."

Nadelen: "When we got to Madridthings went a little wrong. We were at the Lisbon air port over 2 hours before our flight. The flight was a little under an hour to Madrid. We were in row 18 seats D and E. We walked to Baggage claim and waited with lots of other people on the flight for our bags. I am not sure if the crew was short handed that day. We waited at baggage claim for over an hour for our bags. It appeared to me, I will admit, I could not see, that there was one handler for the bags. He would take and put bags on the belt and then shut it down and move bags on the cart so he could toss um on the belt. It is the longest that I have ever waited for my bags. I think you can see I wasn't all that pleased"

Nadelen: "The cold frozen buns we are given and not fresh fruit. This is a short flight and TAP can provide passengers with fresh fruit ( Portugal,has great oranges, apples and many other fruits at reasonable price) and it would be much healthier. A fresh bun would make a big difference too! Or at least warm it up before serving."

Voordelen: "Vlogen naar Lissabon samen met ons nichtje van 16. Was kennelijk aan de late kant met online inchecken want konden niet meer naast elkaar zitten. Toen we aan board stapten vroeg ik aan de steward of de kist vol was of dat er nog een mogelijkheid was om iets te veranderen waardoor we toch met z'n drieën naast elkaar konden zitten. We zitten helaas vol, antwoordde hij. Toch kwam hij een kwartiertje later met het bericht dat er voorin toch drie vrije plaatsen naast elkaar waren, top!"

Voordelen: "Alles was prima in orde, behalve dat ik moest betalen voor overgewicht van mijn handbagage...Ik moest medcijnen en medische apparatuur terugnemen naar huis en kon niet anders...."
Nadelen: "De externe service provider van assistentie krijgt een dikke onvoldoende..3-4 hulpbehoevende passagiers, waaronder ik, hebben meer dan een half uur moeten wachten tot er iemand met een rolstoel kwam opdagen"

At the airport they charged me even more than it would have been online. The bags cost more than our seats. We should have been told!!"

Nadelen: "There is so little legroom, that I my legs had to be in the isle all the time and I had to get up every time the cart needed to pass."

Voordelen: "Mijn 7 jarige zoon zat in zijn eentje. Bizar dat Easyjet niet automatisch gezinnen bij elkaar zet. Vrouw en dochter op rij 1, zoon en vader op 21 en 22. Echt not nooit zo’n slechte ervaring gehad op een vlucht"

Voordelen: "We zijn op tijd vertrokken, het was een vlotte vlucht (3u45)"
Nadelen: "Er zijn geen dingen die ik vervelend vond, al zou ik het als EasyJet Plus lid wel fijn vinden om ook tijdens de vlucht iets van mijn lidmaatschap te merken, zoals bijvoorbeeld een gratis blikje fris, nootjes o.i.d."

Voordelen: "Aardige man die hielp bij aanschaffen van een horloge. Top dat jullie dit zo doen, zo snel en makkelijk feedback vragen. Heeft indruk gemaakt."

Nadelen: "An hour late without excuses and a 50 min wait for the luggage. Ridiculous!"

Voordelen: "Niks. Kost weinig, je krijgt nog veel minder. Toch?"
Nadelen: "De automatische stoeltoewijzing is klantje pesten. Heb je samen geboekt wordt je uit elkaar gehaald. Niet omdat er geen plek is, maar gewoon omdat het kan. Pesterij. Boarden: je word zo snel mogelijk de gate in geveegd en dan mag je daar wachten tot het blijkbaar echt nodig was dat je er was."

Nadelen: "Paid 47 each to check a carry on bag that we thought we could take on the plane. Almost missed the plane because security line took over an hour to get through. The man at the counter that checked our bag was rude and talking to someone else that he worked with almost the entire time he was waiting on us. Won’t be flying with this airline again."

Nadelen: "To start we were told by the check in agent that our carry on luggage would be fine, but then at the gate we were told that our luggage was to big for the overhead bins. We were charged an extra 94 euros so like $120 USD. We get on the plane and people were putting away carry on luggage that were a lot bigger than what we had. I am sure it was because we were Americans.. This was the first and last time I fly with this airline..."

Voordelen: "Easy boarding. I like having to wait in lounge and they tell you which gate to go to board."
Nadelen: "Nothing just know 1 bag only carry on. Pay for anything more. 1 bag means purse daypack etc."

Voordelen: "Boarding was quick and efficient. Flight left on time. Arrived early. What's not to like?"

Nadelen: "Terrible customer service. Staff is very poorly trained and just lacking in every regard, from those attending to baggage check to those supposedly assisting with customer service. The airline takes no responsibility for the actions of their employees and leaves everything at the expense of the customer, even when the airline / it’s poorly trained employees are to blame. They left me stranded in a foreign country overnight with no accommodations and just complete and utter disregard for what had actually occurred. By far the worst experience I have ever had with any airline, ever. Beware. Their rules for checked baggage are ridiculous. Nothing is worth the money. I spent less on a 4-star hotel the night I was stranded than the airline charged me to check my bag. I initially paid $107 online to check my bag which was insane enough as is, but despite the fact that I had already purchased the extra large checked-bag option, I was charged an additional €80 at the airport since there was apparently no record of me purchasing the XL bag option (except for on my flight invoice as well as on my bank statement, of course). As a result, after seeking assistance from multiple employees—each of whom couldn’t have cared less—and paying the additional fee, I missed my flight (which was a CONNECTING FLIGHT) because they finished boarding early / closed the gates early. Their lovely cutomer service then proceeded to tell me (as I embarrassingly wept and sobbed), that I must purchase a new flight ticket, before also happening to mention that seeing as though it was almost 12pm, they were doing me a favor by waiting for my decision since I was delaying them from leaving work, as it was the end of their shift. All in all, because I missed my connecting flight, I then missed another flight, as well as a train I previously booked. I not only had to purchase a new flight, but also a hotel room, a taxi to the hotel since the airport hotel was fully booked, a taxi back to the airport from the hotel, and another train ticket, in addition to the obvious necessities such as food and water. All without even an apology from the airline. To make matters worse, once I was finally on the newly booked flight, I was not offered a single refreshment. No food, no beverages, and in fact, was actually ignored by the flight crew as they served everyone around me. EasyJet turned my long 16-hour journey into an exhausting and overall miserable 72+ hour journey due to their complete insolence. Never again......"

Nadelen: "Our flight was delayed for an hour and a half and we had to sit on the plane for the entire time. The staff was rude and short. I don’t think Americans are very populated. Food selection was very limited, but at least we got a KitKat bar. They were out of all the sandwich food/main dishes."

Nadelen: "I'm not a fan of queuing for the plane after the entry gate. But at least no additional bus was needed to get to the plane on the tarmack"

Nadelen: "We were stopped and told that we had to repackage because my small shoulder bag and my wife's purse were too large and constituted more than one carry-on. We repacked as best we could, considering our suitcases were full already. Not good enough! We were charged sone 70 euros extra. As our bonding proceeded we saw more than several people with larger backpacks and purses than we originally had. Never again for easyjet!"

Voordelen: "Simple"
Nadelen: "Crew is obsessed with safety procedures more than any other airline existing which becomes really annoying at some point."

Nadelen: "Ik moest rennen naar de gate omdat de schermen te laat waren. Er waren meer reizigers die onvriendelijk gewezen werden op het feit dat ze “te laat” waren."

Nadelen: "Schiphol is eigenlijk te groot. Alles kost veel tijd. Vlucht was half uur te laat"

Voordelen: "Easy to book flights and know in advance what to expect. Was able to check in immediately after I purchased the ticket. I rated food and entertainment as a 1 as there was no food unless you bought it and there was no in-seat entertainment. These was expected as easyJet is a lower cost airline so just want people to be aware."
Nadelen: "Didn’t like being told just 30 minutes before flight which gate the plane would be boarding from. Seat was very uncomfortable (cushion needed to be re-stuffed)."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by more than 3 hours. They made me checkin my bag based on the pre tense that the flight was completely booked whereas it was no where close to full. After arriving in London there was no information which belt my luggage will arrive and I had to search for close to an hour to find my bag"

Voordelen: "Good staff on board, with lots of smiles. Damn good price to fly for just EUR 20 from Amsterdam to Marseille. Speedy Boarding is a big plus and totally worth it. Emergency row seats were comfortable."
Nadelen: "why do we have to pay so much extra to book with a credit card / debit card! :("

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "I received a flight delay notification saying that my flight is delayed by 37 minutes. But I still did arrive airport 2 hours before my flight, checked bag On time and went through security clearance 1.5 hrs before. The gate number was not assigned and later I found out that my flight took off on time. So I had to come out by front desk and rebook the flight to different airport which cost my extra taxi fare half day and too much Hassel. Never ever flying again in easy jet."

Voordelen: "There was not one thing I liked from the flight, everything was poor"
Nadelen: "From the flight attendance to the plane everything was terrible"

Nadelen: "Easyjet behandeld je als vee. Je hebt als passagiers niets te vertellen en als je protesteert beroept het personeel zich op policy. Handbagage is zo'n policy. Elke keer moet je je handbagage achterlaten bij de trap en als je dan in het vliegtuig komt zie je overal lege vakken."

Voordelen: "Fares were very low, boarding was smooth, several seats were empty."
Nadelen: "We were told that we could only carry on one item, unless we upgraded to Easyjet plus, but we were not able to upgrade because no seats were available, even though the plane was only ~2/3 full. Our 'extra' items were a knitting bag and a laptop bag, but the checkin agents persuaded us that we would need to check the carry ons anyway, which slowed our departure enough that we missed our bus and had to get a taxi (for 200 pounds). Our flight had plenty of empty seats, and there was more than enough room for us to have had our carryons and personal items (which I would have been willing to pay the upgrade fee for, as the total price would still have been competitive."

Nadelen: "Luggage was damaged hard. Can't reach support online or offline (Tel). I tried to reach today via Facebook page message"

Nadelen: "Delayed"

Voordelen: "The prompt staff"
Nadelen: "It was SO hot and when you're cramped like that, the temperature can make you panic a little bit. Did not get cooler in the air, and they made you pay for drinks!!! Even water! Nothing "easy" about this jet."

Voordelen: "I upgraded to premium seats in 3rd row lots of legroom and get to board first. Friendly staff Nice food and drinks selection I like their model and would use again"
Nadelen: "They prboaded us but made us wait on the hot jet way for ever which I did not like"

Nadelen: "After the landing we had to wait a long time in the plain. the announcement was that due to how the suitcases where loaded into the plain if all people will get off the plain might tip."

Voordelen: "Did not try food or entertainment, but it's a great value flight. Professional staff and flight times were spot on."

Nadelen: "Plane was full of young party goers on their way to some vacation spot in Croatia. They partied on the flight, drinking, listening to loud music, standing in the aisle the entire flight, being obnoxious, loud and disrespectful to other passengers. Crew did nothing to stop this behavior."

Voordelen: "The crew was extremely nice and accommodating."
Nadelen: "The menu is very limited and it contains mostly junk food. No options for specific needs."

Voordelen: "Cheap and fast flight."
Nadelen: "No check in luggage is included and they don't tell you that when you're ordering tickets for a connecting flight. If you don't order check in luggage when purchasing the tickets they will charge you double the rate at the counter. Ripoff!"

Voordelen: "The service in the same day I bought the tickets was great. Extended my trip in 1 day with no additional cost."
Nadelen: "The cost of luggage is ridiculous and evan once i was told that doing ut throgh the website wil cost me much less (reasonable 30€) i didnt find how i could do it. anded up paying x3 fir the luggage making all that low-cost pretty expensive all together. I dont like being hoaxed."

Nadelen: "Wisselen van gate net voor instappen. Kleine chaos. En lang buiten moeten staan wachten omdat vliegtuig nog niet geland wad. Je betasld voir priority en dan is meer dan 40 minuten buiten in kou te STAAN geen service"

Voordelen: "Destroyed one of our suitcases after charging us 50 to carry it. Baggage people were less than helpful. Will avoid them in the future"

Voordelen: "Leuke crew."
Nadelen: "Doordat iedereen in een soort ‘corridor’ terecht komt, na het boarden is er nauwelijks meer priority-gevoel ;-)"

Nadelen: "Entertainment niet aanwezig."

Voordelen: "Snelle boarding en zeer rustig bevolkte vlucht"
Nadelen: "Bewust stoelen ver van elkaar geven als je niet bij betaalt. Na we vroegen of er mogelijkheid was om toch bij elkaar te zitten bij check in, kregen we antwoord van niet. Eenmaal id vlucht bleek 1/3e Vd vlucht leeg. Passagiers zijn dan zelf gewoon gaan schuiven met hun stoelen om toch per 2 te zitten"

Voordelen: "Zitplaats was oké"
Nadelen: "Lang wachten, onvriendelijk"

Voordelen: "De prijs, maar zelfs die was nog hoog voor wat ik er voor terug kreeg."
Nadelen: "Chagerijnig personeel, heel kortaf en onduidelijk! In de vlucht had ik weinig ruimte en alles was helemaal volgepropt met tassen."

Voordelen: "Vond weinig echt leuk. Personeel was aardig."
Nadelen: "Kon niet betalen met ABN kaart"

Nadelen: "Heenvlucht zat er bagage bij terugvlucht niet...vast en zeker hele kleine lettertjes niet gelezen..Dus ergens mijn fout, maar wist niet dat je voor beide reizen moest boeken als je tegelijk een retour boekt. Dus misschien beter aangeven!!! Want 60 euro weer extra bijbetalen is geen fijne terugkomst!"

Voordelen: "Quick on-time departure. Friendly crew and a spanking new aircraft."
Nadelen: "Paid for baggage and Ryanair lost my bag. No one really seemed to bothered by it, either. Was told to file a claim in 3-4 days."

Nadelen: "wederom vertraging"

Nadelen: "2 x geboekt met ryanair en 2 maal met veel vertraging"

Nadelen: "Die low cost is geen low cost meer als je een stoel moet betalen, priority moet betalen of je koffer vliegt in de ruimte onder vliegtuig en als je maar 10kg gratis mag meenemen voor 3 weken is dat pauver. Dus de volgende keer gewone lijn vlucht even duur meer confort."

Voordelen: "crew was as helpful as they could be"
Nadelen: "not having an assigned seat having to wait in line and wasnt able to board til everyone else boarded, wasnt sure i had a seat for over an hour"

Nadelen: "Door stakingen zaten we meer dan 5h vast aan de luchthaven. Niemand wist van iets, het was chaos. Een duidelijke communicatie had leuk geweest, niet alleen voor ons maar ook voor het personeel van Ryanair zelf"

Nadelen: "De bagage normen"

Voordelen: "Eigenlijk niets speciaals was leuk."
Nadelen: "Dat we een uur vertraging hadden voor we vertrokken, en er voor, tijdens en na de vlucht niets over gezegd is. Pas na landen bleek door op te zoeken op internet dat het aan de Franse Verkeersleiders lag. WAAROM VERTELLEN ZE DAT NIET!"

Nadelen: "Veel onduidelijk bij het afgeven van de bagage! Bleek dan dat ik maar alleen voor de heen vlucht de bagage betaald had en moest opnieuw naar de balie en nogmaals 50 euro betalen voor de koffer. Dus in totaal 100 euro voor het transport van 1 koffer van 17 kg en dat vind ik overdreven! Bovendien vond het personeel onvriendelijk hij de incheck!"

Voordelen: "niets"
Nadelen: "iets meer dan een uur vertraging, waardoor ik meer eten en drinken moet kopen voor mn vrouw en ik. het verblijf op een luchthaven is erg duur zoals u wel weet. daarna was de snelweg naar Tilburg ook erg druk omdat we te laat waren zaten we in de avondspits!! tevens waren alle vloeistoffen ingenomen, omdat het niet duidelijk was aangegeven dat de kleine koffers als cabinebagage werd beschouwd en wel in het ruim gingen, ook deze kosten hebben we moeten maken. erg slecht"

Voordelen: "We arrived alive"
Nadelen: "Checking in was torture. It was the airline version of "The Trial" with a Dutch Twist (no one in charge). Luckily (?) the plane turned out to be 45 minutes late, so the eternity it took to have the rookie who finally showed up to look blankly at her computer screen, apprently hoping it would receive Divine instructions on how to work her way through the ONE PERSON in line in front of us, in order to stamp our pre-printed boarding passes did not cause us to miss the last flight of the day from Amsterdam to Dublin. Now lets talk about the torture device that Ryanair uses as a passenger seat. . ."

Nadelen: "Een uur vertraging en tergend kang wachten in een rij"

Voordelen: "Het boarden verliep vlot en georganiseerd in Malpensa!! Hierin slagen velen helemaal niet. Vroegtijdig geland!"

Voordelen: "The captain and fly was nice. Just it is hapenned someone feeld seek and we was weiting for emergency. Our fly was latte 1htoour 50 minutes"
Nadelen: "Additionnal for our fly was late 1hour 50 min we need waiting for the baggage 30 min. When i made check-in i got 2 different seet in difgerent line farroway and lot of another people same me. Mother in lane 21 the son line 9 .Sorry for my English."

Voordelen: "Good flight with no turbulence. Checked luggage came out fast."
Nadelen: "They never gave me a printed boarding pass when I checked in and then once boarding the actual plane outside of WiFi range they made a big deal about not being able to show them a boarding pass. I had already shown two people before. If they needed to see it before boarding the plane then they should mandatorily give you a printed pass."

Voordelen: "Snel en veilig"
Nadelen: "Alles ok"

Nadelen: "De vlucht was een uur te laat waardoor ik mijn aansluiting heb gemist en uiteindelijk 3 uur te laat op mijn bestemming aankom! Ik ga een klacht indienen bij Ryanair. Daarnaast was mijn koffer kleiner dan anderen in het vliegtuig en werd die van mij als enige in het ruim geplaatst. Je gaat mij niet wijs maken dat iedereen prioriteit tickets heeft gekocht."

Voordelen: "Prima vlucht. Geen extra’s maar dat kan ook niet voor doe prijs."

Nadelen: "Door omstandigheden zijn wij niet geweest"

Nadelen: "Wij zijn uren met Ryanair Bezig geweest om de tenaamstelling op de tickets te herstellen. Het tussenvoegsel in de naam is niet meegekomen in de boeking. Ik ben hier zeer ontevreden over en kon niemand van Kayak bellen. Wij kwamen er pas zaterdag na het inchecken achter! Lag niet aan Ryanair."

Voordelen: "Punctueel"
Nadelen: "Stoelen staan erg dicht op elkaar"

Voordelen: "Ryan Air deed de complete Europese luchtvaart instorten met efficient vliegen maar van efficient boarden hebben ze geen benul. Ook hier is nog grote winst te behalen. Elk vliegtuig 15 minuten korten aan de grond, reken uit de winst voor Ryan en dan toegenomen vlieg plezier voor hun reizigers."

Voordelen: "Nothing"

Voordelen: "Mooi helder weer, snelle afhandeling van de bagage."
Nadelen: "Boarden duurde lang. Onduidelijk waarom 30 minuten vertraging optrad. Veel mensen boeken priority, waardoor dit alleen kostenverhogend werkt en niets meer toevoegd als iedereen het heeft."

Voordelen: "Goedf op tijd"
Nadelen: "Spijtig dat we als koppel niet naast elkaar zaten. Er was nochtans nog een vrije plaats naast mezelf!"

Voordelen: "Snel en efficient"
Nadelen: "Rommelige instapprocedure"

Voordelen: "We got to the airport three hours prior to our flight and hey didn’t even have the check in counter open. They only do it an hour prior. So we had to sit there and just wait. Then they do not provide gate number until about it 20 mins before boarding. It’s saves you some peace of mind purchasing priority but the seats are cramped and I just found it to be a blah experience"

Nadelen: "Always delayed and poor services"

Voordelen: "Stewardess die plezier in haar werk had bij het verkopen van een beker soep. Goede humor."
Nadelen: "Ik zat bij de nooduitgang. Normaal wordt je voor het vliegen geïnstrueerd voor wat je moet doen in een noodsituatie. Minimaal wordt je gevraagd om de instructies door te nemen. Zowel op de heen als de terugvlucht is dat door geen van het cabine personeel gedaan."

Voordelen: "erg vriendelijk personeel"

Voordelen: "Nothing."
Nadelen: "1156.64 When we arrived at the airport the clerk at the desk would not look up from her computer to help us, we went to the window and she continued to refuse to check us in. When we handed her our passports she bluntly stated that it was too late to check in because it was 10:00 and the cutoff was 9:55. We asked if she could make an exception due to our issues with transportation or if she was able to help us rebook a flight and she said no. We had already paid for this flight and had checked in baggage and paid separately for the two bags and she told us there were no Ryan air flights for our destination. We promptly rebooked with another airline at a separate airport and consequently had to pay for another form of transportation to the airport as well as a new flight and another two checked pieces of baggage. I have traveled all over Europe, the US, Canada, Central America etc. and never in my years of travel have I felt so belittled and disrespected especially considering I was a paying, respectful and loyal customer. It goes without saying I will never use this airline again and will be strongly recommending other airlines to friends and family."

Voordelen: "Personeel vriendelijk, over het eten kan ik geen oordeel geven omdat ik niets gekocht heb. Vandaar de lage beoordeling"
Nadelen: "Er was niets wat ik niet leuk vond"

Nadelen: "They took my carry on away and then we had to wait for all of the bags to come through. Not fair"

Nadelen: "Everything about this experience was terrible. They charge you for bags that will clearly fit in the overhead bin and under your seat. None of the boarding crew communicated with each other, so even though two members approved the size of my bag, the woman checking boarding passes didn't believe them, so she kicked me out of line and I had to pay anyway. They even sell scratch tickets to passengers on the plane, how cheap and sleezy can an airline get??"

Nadelen: "Flight cancelled just a day before departure."

Nadelen: "The difficulty getting my boarding confirmed. It worked in the end but it took a long time and it was frustrating."

Voordelen: "Dat we toch nog aan kwamen"
Nadelen: "Het feit dat ik handbagage heb en dat dat perse in het luchtruim moet omdat Ryanair structureel te weinig ruimte heeft in het vliegtuig. Maar als ik 1kilo teveel inpak moet ik extra betalen. Maar als ze zelf iets verkeerd doen geen vergoeding of wat dan ook. Zelfs geen excuus. Schandalige manier van zaken doen, niks klant is koning..Ryan air is koning van het uitknijpen van passagiers"

Nadelen: "My return flight was cancelled, and the customer service chat line is not available during the posted open hours"

Voordelen: "Flight itself was pretty standard and cabin crew were very friendly."
Nadelen: "I've never met a more unprofessional individual in any line of work than the Ryanair gate agent boarding our flight in Rome. She was extremely rude to everyone and even berated several passengers, including those who didn't speak English. Multiple passengers who witnessed this asked for her name so that they could report her to the airline... she refused to give it. Such conduct should not be tolerated by any company, but is especially poor form for one like an airline in the customer service business. I'll make every effort to avoid Ryanair in the future just because of her."

Voordelen: "Really kind and helpful staff"
Nadelen: "The boarding process is rough although stansted airport In general is pretty terrible."
