Nadelen: "We were bumped without any notice. Fortunately, we arrived 3 hours in advance, because in order to get a flight that did not get in too late, we had to change airports. We had chosen an 11AM flight and had appointments late afternoon in NYC. It was a direct flight. Instead, we had a flight from CDG with a layover in London, and then another flight to NYC. We arrived at 5PM at JFK. By the time we arrived in NYC, it was 7PM and of course too late for our appointments."
Nadelen: "We were bumped without any notice. Fortunately, we arrived 3 hours in advance, because in order to get a flight that did not get in too late, we had to change airports. Nadelen: "Most of the TVs did not work on the flight. They had to hand out iPads. Security in Orly was very rude and made us check luggage that was fine as a carry-on to France."
Voordelen: "Didn’t lose my suitcase."
Nadelen: "Cracked brand new suitcase."
Nadelen: "Plane was filthy"
Voordelen: "I liked the customer service I got on the plane and take off was smooth. Also the engines were not as loud as I was expecting. The spacing for seating as ok but being that I was in economy, I couldn't expect much more."
Voordelen: "Personnel was nice and accommodating. Flight right on time and even early arrival."
Nadelen: "The plane must have been old for the seats didn't hold well and every move from neighbour ahead or in back made things shakier, lots of TV screens didn't work either - so iPads were provided. The food was not appetising at all."
Nadelen: "Went through and booked the flight that was billed as American Airlines on Kayak, but the first leg turned out to be British Airways. I had to pay 39 dollars for each seat then to sit next to my niece. It was a gift to her and I couldn’t wait until 24 hours before boarding and leave it up to chance. Was next to family with 2 crying children, younger one threw up all over mother and the aisle and seat. Flight attendants did nothing to clear the area and it smelled like vomit for 4 hours. I have flown with British Airways many times. The flight crew was not of the caliber of British Aireays flight staff. Very disappointed with this entire experience, from booking to flight."
Voordelen: "Food service wasn’t bad. Nice food selection. Many bathrooms available."
Nadelen: "The flight attendants are very short. The aircraft is extremely old and outdated. The seats are shabby rusty dusty and belong in a museum. The tv system did not work for 3/4 of the flight. No headsets available. Barely any leg room."
Voordelen: "Honestly nothing."
Nadelen: "So my flight started with a 4 hour delay. Normally I wouldn’t mind because I want my plane to be safe in the air, but they WOULDN’T EVEN LET US OFF THE PLANE. We had to stay on the plan that entire 4 hours, being updated only twice about the situation. When we finally took off, the staff was extremely unfriendly. At one point my friend asked for more water and the attendant said she would be back with more and never returned...during landing it was extremely unsmooth. We were about to land and then the pilot shot us back up and circled for another 45 minutes because he was “too early”. I can understand this may happen at airports sometimes but after being on the plane for 12 hours this was extremely annoying. The seats were very uncomfortable and was unable to sleep at all during my red eye flight. I ended up getting sick during landing because of the roughness of it (mind you I have never in my life thrown up on an airplane) and the flight attendants were extremely unaccomodating. I couldn’t even get up to throw away my bag and they wouldn’t bring over anything to put it in. Also my sick bag had a piece of someone else’s used gum in it so that was gross as well. Overall I had an absolutely horrible flight and I’m absolutely dreading the flight back home. Please fly another airline if possible."
Voordelen: "I asked if it was possible to get a window seat. The lady said flight was full. Flight was empty she just did not care"
Voordelen: "Fairly easy boarding Laptop entertainment"
Nadelen: "Coach was too tight the food was mediocre otherwise it was good"
Nadelen: "The plane was far too small for a 8-hour, trans-Atlantic flight. I understand that companies are reducing space to cram more people (read: "money") onto flights, but most of the planes I fly on for a 1 hour flight from STL to ORD are bigger than this plane used for an 8 hour ORY to EWR flight. Being crammed like sardines is fine for a 1 hour flight. It is not okay or acceptable for an 8 hour flight."
Nadelen: "The airport was short staffed and left us on the runway for 2 and a half hours before takeoff."
Nadelen: "We spent a lot of time in the security and immigration line. The machines were not working ( Parafe) and the agent in Orly were not helpful to orient us the right way. The flight was delayed because of that"
Nadelen: "I was terribly uncomfortable and no attempt was made to help me find another seat while I clearly saw others assisted by the flight attendants. I was placed in a middle seat although I’m 6’-5” and told I should work it out myself with someone if I want to move. I will not fly this airline again. You have to be in business class to have any reasonable amount of leg room."

Nadelen: "They overbooked and gave my seat to someone else"
Voordelen: "The trip was pleasant. Staff were efficient and attentive. Seats were roomier and more comfy than most in economy. Convenience packets of a mask, earplugs and a toothbrush with toothpaste were given. I would recommend."
Nadelen: "Would love more options on the iPads—but not really a complaint. The food was fine for airplane food. The staff seemed to do their best to make sure all were accommodated"
Voordelen: "The crew was somewhat friendly."
Nadelen: "The seats were too small and it was too much of a hassle to switch seats while the plane had many empty seats available. The old ipads had few choices of entertainment and was cumbersome. I plan not to fly again with this airline in the future."

Nadelen: "Miserable heat - 80+ degrees for 7+ hours, sitting next to the window facing the sun, ~20-year-old 757 aircraft with very poor temperature control. Really miserable."

Nadelen: "We flew in a very small plane generally used for domestic, 6 across. No place overhead, no place under seat even for winter coats. Seat did not go back. The stewards were the worst, unkind, unhelpful, rude and slept most of the time in Bus. Class so not around when needed in flight. They were not even there as we deplaned. NYC has great food. How could they have possibly found something so inedible to put on this plane? I think maybe you can buy better food on flight but I was not offered it. I felt it unsafe. When people asked if I was nervous of terrorism in Paris, I said not as much as I fear the flight back to JFK. When you book make sure you look at more than price. I like cheap, but would never have taken this flight if I had known the danger."
Voordelen: "I loved this flight, it was operated by BA - it leaves at the perfect time for me - I arrive in Paris, have a little breakfast, take a nap and off I go. The Team was so pleasant which simply added to the entire experience."
Nadelen: "I do not have any negative comments at all."
Voordelen: "I luckily had window seat first row in the section--lots of legroom."
Nadelen: "Video screen was old school low-resolution LCD. Good movies look bad on them."
Voordelen: "Crew was great! Friendly, excellent service, free food and wine! See it's still a bit cramped but better than most American Airlines. The price was also great from New York to Paris"
Nadelen: "More movie and game selections on the free tablets provided would be nice."

Nadelen: "Ibieria doesn't exist at EWR!!!! Nobody at the airport knew about ibieria airline! Nobody knew it was operated by British airways/open skies and it was not indicated anywhere on the email/ticket!! Was very difficult to find."

Voordelen: "This was one of the best flights I've been on and I have to tell you that I hate flying. The weather was horrible leaving New York and I readied myself for a bumpy mess, but it was the opposite. The ride was smooth and the crew were professional and one of the flight personnel was really awesome. We bonded over Haitian music. The food was ok, just because there was a pea side and I hate peas. The dessert though was excellent."
Nadelen: "The only thing I didn't like, which wasn't their fault was that it was really cold. More so than average because we were next to the emergency exit and I have a very low tolerance for the cold. The flight was really more than I expected given how much I paid for it."
Voordelen: "The entertainment system was great, crew was super friendly! I had my own row which was great. The crew st the front desk was super cheery, friendly, and helpful as well! I was very impressed by the cheer of everyone!:-)"
Nadelen: "The seats were tiny and there was almost no leg room. I am 5'4 and 130 pounds, so I'd I was having trouble,I can only imagine others! The seats went back extremely far which could be seen as a huge positive, but it really took away whatever leg room there was. (I'm a legroom person - I got wiggly legs!). And if you didn't put your seat back as well, the person in front of you who put their seat back was in your face and the TG was suuuuper close to your face. I really didn't like the food. I got the Mac n cheese which had potential but it was almost cold! It wasn't heated up all the way, so I couldn't eat it. But I brought my own food so it was all good!:-) We also only had one working bathroom which turned out to work ok because everyone sorta worked together - but with a different set of people - it could have been a problem. But it totally worked on our flight!:-) It would be awesome if they including some sort of internet as well! But after flying Inited which has no entertainment system what so ever - I was extremely grateful for a tv with awesome Movies and tv shows!"
Nadelen: "The WORST food ever, broken monitor at my seat, half the bathrooms out of order. Long lines. Ugh."
Voordelen: "BA provided iPads that were locked into the on-board entertainment system."
Nadelen: "There were limited entertainment selections and the iPads were collected almost an hour before landing."

Nadelen: "I didn't like the fact that there was only 1 hour 20 minutes before my next flight and that we were waiting for the gate for like 20 minutes after we have already landed."

Nadelen: "The boarding experience was awful. The plane was late, and they staff at the airport did not communicate anything to the passengers."

Nadelen: "Flight was 1h delay. Had to take a backup plane. Plenty of space in business and premium but no offer to upgrade. Crew was cold, not very nice. They were bored to do their job. Flight us to France was horrible. Due to delay, missed correspondence in London. Will avoid British Airways in the future"
Nadelen: "An old plane did. It inspire confidence. They passed out iPads as there was no dedicated entertainment. The flight got downgraded. Luckily, as I was traveling with children, the ground staff got is seats together."
Voordelen: "boarding was ok ! airport was easy to reach and smaller than CDG, which is a good thing for me"
Nadelen: "Food was really bad. screens were from the 80s or something. crew were meh as well"
Voordelen: "Not much delay. Generally comfortable. iPads allowed for better audio for movies."
Nadelen: "It was uncomfortably warm in the cabin."
Voordelen: "I fly a lot. This flight was seeming better than average. Then one hour into the 8 hour flight I got sick (apparently food poisoning from my last day in Paris!). The several crew members who assisted me could not have been better. i have seldom felt this level of genuine concern and care even in a medical setting. After doing everything imaginable to help me while on board, one of the flight attendants even escorted me in a wheelchair through customs and out to the curb to be sure I was safely carried home. Whoever does the hiring and training of the FA's should be proud. I am so appreciative! My thanks to the crew who helped me! -- John"

Nadelen: "They made a mistake with my check in and I was taken off to the side which was scary, but everything turned out ok."
Voordelen: "Not much honestly but have to say I was glad iPads were given. And one flight attendant was very kind."
Nadelen: "Was not greated entering the plane Nodded to one flight attendant, nod was not returned. Felt like I was not welcomed. Also the 2 sitting next to me were quite rude and annoying but that's not the company's fault."
Voordelen: "Very nice flight attendants. Everyone gets an iPad."
Nadelen: "Very tiny seats. Really uncomfortable. Very crammed. If you're in Business or first class then it's good. Very old planes."

Voordelen: "There was nothing that I liked about this flight. I will never fly British Airways again because of the such bad experience we had."
Nadelen: "The leg room for this international fight was HORRIBLE. I'm only 5'6 and my knees were touching the seat in front of me. The flight attendants were very rude and acted like they didn't want to be bothered. There was no TV's in the headrests so iPads were handed out to watch movies/tv. The food was very mediocre for such a long flight, I've had better on shorter flights. The people in front of us were VERY rude and there were several incidents with them and the crew did nothing about it."

Nadelen: "Both flights there and back we're delayed in total about 4hours and when you're away for a wkend that's a long time!! I've flown with other companies over the last few years and times have been spot on!"

Nadelen: "Male flight attendant on Easyjet physically hurt me, invading my personal space multiple times and touching me while I slept. Under NO circumstances is it appropriate for flight attendants to physically jab at passengers, especially given the power imbalance in this case of a white male flight attendants being physically inappropriate with women of color passengers. I will not be flying with Easyjet again and will tell everyone I know of my experience with Easyjet's physically invasive, inappropriate staff."
Nadelen: "Ridiculously hot in the airplane before departing"

Nadelen: "An hour late without excuses and a 50 min wait for the luggage. Ridiculous!"
Voordelen: "Niks. Kost weinig, je krijgt nog veel minder. Toch?"
Nadelen: "De automatische stoeltoewijzing is klantje pesten. Heb je samen geboekt wordt je uit elkaar gehaald. Niet omdat er geen plek is, maar gewoon omdat het kan. Pesterij. Boarden: je word zo snel mogelijk de gate in geveegd en dan mag je daar wachten tot het blijkbaar echt nodig was dat je er was."
Voordelen: "Boarding was quick and efficient. Flight left on time. Arrived early. What's not to like?"
Nadelen: "Nuthin'."

Voordelen: "That I could buy a ticket on the day (EasyJet said they were sold out at the desk but Kayak had one online - well done Kayak)."
Nadelen: "The queue to check in that was caused partly by weighing cases for the cargo hold and trying to charge extra at a higher 'desk rate' forcing people to either pay the desk rate or open their bags and transfer stuff to their carry on bag. The lack of room for carry on bags, requiring that some bags be transferred to the hold (caused by the above 'luggage transferring fiasco). The two people at the desk with a queue of hundreds waiting to check in. The one hour delay in the flight. The marathon walk to the other end of the airport to board the plane."
Voordelen: "nothing"
Nadelen: "The plane had a hole in the wing. we sat for an hour on our sits till we got an engineer to look at it and put sticky tape. It was very stressfull flight. we couldnt go to the toilets while we were sitting on the tarmac for 1 hr"

Nadelen: "Long queue for passport control in Basel. What's going on with that?"
Nadelen: "No notice of delayed flight, food was rushed and plane very dated"

Nadelen: "Our seats did not recline. In addition, the gate to board at the Amsterdam airport would benefit from more chairs as everyone was waiting in a line for some time while waiting to board."
Nadelen: "Veel turbulentie, en vreemd dat ze voetbalsupporters toelaten met blikken bier in de gate"

Nadelen: "Ik moest rennen naar de gate omdat de schermen te laat waren. Er waren meer reizigers die onvriendelijk gewezen werden op het feit dat ze “te laat” waren."
Nadelen: "Schiphol is eigenlijk te groot. Alles kost veel tijd. Vlucht was half uur te laat"
Nadelen: "Bus ticket sold on plane was quite restrictive and left every 50-60min not every hour as stated onboard."
Voordelen: "Good staff on board, with lots of smiles. Damn good price to fly for just EUR 20 from Amsterdam to Marseille. Speedy Boarding is a big plus and totally worth it. Emergency row seats were comfortable."
Nadelen: "why do we have to pay so much extra to book with a credit card / debit card! :("
Voordelen: "Nothing special to mention"
Nadelen: "No luggage room above our head, we had to leave our luggage somewhere else far from our seats and the crew should help us promptly to get those luggage back but no, we had to get it ourselves and had to wait till the very end after all the other passengers have already got off the plane. Not fair on us when we were sat next to exit but had to anxiously wait. Shame!"
Nadelen: "Easyjet behandeld je als vee. Je hebt als passagiers niets te vertellen en als je protesteert beroept het personeel zich op policy. Handbagage is zo'n policy. Elke keer moet je je handbagage achterlaten bij de trap en als je dan in het vliegtuig komt zie je overal lege vakken."
Voordelen: "Fares were very low, boarding was smooth, several seats were empty."
Nadelen: "We were told that we could only carry on one item, unless we upgraded to Easyjet plus, but we were not able to upgrade because no seats were available, even though the plane was only ~2/3 full. Our 'extra' items were a knitting bag and a laptop bag, but the checkin agents persuaded us that we would need to check the carry ons anyway, which slowed our departure enough that we missed our bus and had to get a taxi (for 200 pounds). Our flight had plenty of empty seats, and there was more than enough room for us to have had our carryons and personal items (which I would have been willing to pay the upgrade fee for, as the total price would still have been competitive."
Voordelen: "Staff were pleasant, eager to help, efficient. Flight arrived early."
Nadelen: "A long time standing waiting for boarding - no seats."

Voordelen: "Did not try food or entertainment, but it's a great value flight. Professional staff and flight times were spot on."
Nadelen: "Plane was full of young party goers on their way to some vacation spot in Croatia. They partied on the flight, drinking, listening to loud music, standing in the aisle the entire flight, being obnoxious, loud and disrespectful to other passengers. Crew did nothing to stop this behavior."
Voordelen: "The allocated seating system avoids having to rush onboard to claim your seat. In the past it became quite chaotic when boarding the plane."
Nadelen: "The long wait to board our plane especially when it was so hot and clammy."
Voordelen: "I got home safely and sound!!"
Nadelen: "I needed special assistance, many delays on getting me to the departure gate, the team at the airport, really didn't seem to know where I needed to be, although I'd reminded them a number of times, even when last call for my flight was called, no action until the last minute!! Alicante airport lost our flight plan, as relayed by our pilot, eventually got told we've got 2 flight plans!! We could have been a half hour early landing but not to be, upon arrival there were not enough wheelchairs so confusion ensued."

Nadelen: "2 hours delayed"
Voordelen: "The online booking & check in saved time. Process from baggage check in to boarding were smooth & hassle-free. That's what I need for a short flight. Will recommend to my brother when he & his wife travel to Europe end of this year"
Nadelen: "No time so approached the counter staff at the airport about baggage hold, info provided was not complete. Luckily found some time to double check online, saved €€€ on baggage hold. Also, pls ignore rating on the food & entertainment, there were none. Overall, experience good enough for my short flight."
Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Flight due at 1550. At 1500 boards said now boarding. The plane hadn't even landed! Kept waiting over an hour in airless crowded room with no seats. Silly notices about wonderful easyJet service on screen added to insult. Eventually took off 1625. Crew said sorry for 10 minute delay - actually 35 minutes."
Nadelen: "Drink /food trolley didn't make it to row 18 during the flight"
Nadelen: "The flight arrived late at destination so we lost the last train to London and had to pay 90 pounds for a taxi!"
Voordelen: "Punctual on the day which is the main consideration."
Nadelen: "Bit cramped and food service is slow. more more more more"
Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Why the crew disnt tell us at the check in desk that we are not allowed to bring ladies hand baggage. If they told us at the first place. We could put our stuffs in our luggage. Does easy jet try to earn more money???!??"
Voordelen: "Everything worked out fine for me because I arrived early and went through the process. Checked my bag and went through security to hop on the plane."
Nadelen: "Two hour delay, missed last train, had to pay for an expensive taxi home"
