Nadelen: "We were bumped without any notice. Fortunately, we arrived 3 hours in advance, because in order to get a flight that did not get in too late, we had to change airports. We had chosen an 11AM flight and had appointments late afternoon in NYC. It was a direct flight. Instead, we had a flight from CDG with a layover in London, and then another flight to NYC. We arrived at 5PM at JFK. By the time we arrived in NYC, it was 7PM and of course too late for our appointments."
Nadelen: "Most of the TVs did not work on the flight. They had to hand out iPads. Security in Orly was very rude and made us check luggage that was fine as a carry-on to France."
Voordelen: "Didn’t lose my suitcase."
Nadelen: "Cracked brand new suitcase."
Nadelen: "Plane was filthy"
Voordelen: "I liked the customer service I got on the plane and take off was smooth. Also the engines were not as loud as I was expecting. The spacing for seating as ok but being that I was in economy, I couldn't expect much more."
Voordelen: "Personnel was nice and accommodating. Flight right on time and even early arrival."
Nadelen: "The plane must have been old for the seats didn't hold well and every move from neighbour ahead or in back made things shakier, lots of TV screens didn't work either - so iPads were provided. The food was not appetising at all."
Nadelen: "Went through and booked the flight that was billed as American Airlines on Kayak, but the first leg turned out to be British Airways. I had to pay 39 dollars for each seat then to sit next to my niece. It was a gift to her and I couldn’t wait until 24 hours before boarding and leave it up to chance. Was next to family with 2 crying children, younger one threw up all over mother and the aisle and seat. Flight attendants did nothing to clear the area and it smelled like vomit for 4 hours. I have flown with British Airways many times. The flight crew was not of the caliber of British Aireays flight staff. Very disappointed with this entire experience, from booking to flight."
Voordelen: "Food service wasn’t bad. Nice food selection. Many bathrooms available."
Nadelen: "The flight attendants are very short. The aircraft is extremely old and outdated. The seats are shabby rusty dusty and belong in a museum. The tv system did not work for 3/4 of the flight. No headsets available. Barely any leg room."
Voordelen: "Honestly nothing."
Nadelen: "So my flight started with a 4 hour delay. Normally I wouldn’t mind because I want my plane to be safe in the air, but they WOULDN’T EVEN LET US OFF THE PLANE. We had to stay on the plan that entire 4 hours, being updated only twice about the situation. When we finally took off, the staff was extremely unfriendly. At one point my friend asked for more water and the attendant said she would be back with more and never returned...during landing it was extremely unsmooth. We were about to land and then the pilot shot us back up and circled for another 45 minutes because he was “too early”. I can understand this may happen at airports sometimes but after being on the plane for 12 hours this was extremely annoying. The seats were very uncomfortable and was unable to sleep at all during my red eye flight. I ended up getting sick during landing because of the roughness of it (mind you I have never in my life thrown up on an airplane) and the flight attendants were extremely unaccomodating. I couldn’t even get up to throw away my bag and they wouldn’t bring over anything to put it in. Also my sick bag had a piece of someone else’s used gum in it so that was gross as well. Overall I had an absolutely horrible flight and I’m absolutely dreading the flight back home. Please fly another airline if possible."
Voordelen: "I asked if it was possible to get a window seat. The lady said flight was full. Flight was empty she just did not care"

Nadelen: "Coach was too tight the food was mediocre otherwise it was good"
Nadelen: "The plane was far too small for a 8-hour, trans-Atlantic flight. I understand that companies are reducing space to cram more people (read: "money") onto flights, but most of the planes I fly on for a 1 hour flight from STL to ORD are bigger than this plane used for an 8 hour ORY to EWR flight. Being crammed like sardines is fine for a 1 hour flight. It is not okay or acceptable for an 8 hour flight."
Nadelen: "The airport was short staffed and left us on the runway for 2 and a half hours before takeoff."
Nadelen: "We spent a lot of time in the security and immigration line. The machines were not working ( Parafe) and the agent in Orly were not helpful to orient us the right way. The flight was delayed because of that"
Nadelen: "I was terribly uncomfortable and no attempt was made to help me find another seat while I clearly saw others assisted by the flight attendants. I was placed in a middle seat although I’m 6’-5” and told I should work it out myself with someone if I want to move. I will not fly this airline again. You have to be in business class to have any reasonable amount of leg room."
Nadelen: "They overbooked and gave my seat to someone else"
Voordelen: "The trip was pleasant. Staff were efficient and attentive. Seats were roomier and more comfy than most in economy. Convenience packets of a mask, earplugs and a toothbrush with toothpaste were given. I would recommend."
Nadelen: "Would love more options on the iPads—but not really a complaint. The food was fine for airplane food. The staff seemed to do their best to make sure all were accommodated"

Nadelen: "The seats were too small and it was too much of a hassle to switch seats while the plane had many empty seats available. The old ipads had few choices of entertainment and was cumbersome. I plan not to fly again with this airline in the future."

Nadelen: "We flew in a very small plane generally used for domestic, 6 across. No place overhead, no place under seat even for winter coats. Seat did not go back. The stewards were the worst, unkind, unhelpful, rude and slept most of the time in Bus. Class so not around when needed in flight. They were not even there as we deplaned. NYC has great food. How could they have possibly found something so inedible to put on this plane? I think maybe you can buy better food on flight but I was not offered it. I felt it unsafe. When people asked if I was nervous of terrorism in Paris, I said not as much as I fear the flight back to JFK. When you book make sure you look at more than price. I like cheap, but would never have taken this flight if I had known the danger."
Voordelen: "I loved this flight, it was operated by BA - it leaves at the perfect time for me - I arrive in Paris, have a little breakfast, take a nap and off I go. The Team was so pleasant which simply added to the entire experience."
Nadelen: "I do not have any negative comments at all."
Voordelen: "I luckily had window seat first row in the section--lots of legroom."
Nadelen: "Video screen was old school low-resolution LCD. Good movies look bad on them."

Nadelen: "All flights were delayed.. It took me a day & a half to arrive when I paid for the most direct for my destination.."

Voordelen: "This was one of the best flights I've been on and I have to tell you that I hate flying. The weather was horrible leaving New York and I readied myself for a bumpy mess, but it was the opposite. The ride was smooth and the crew were professional and one of the flight personnel was really awesome. We bonded over Haitian music. The food was ok, just because there was a pea side and I hate peas. The dessert though was excellent."
Nadelen: "The only thing I didn't like, which wasn't their fault was that it was really cold. More so than average because we were next to the emergency exit and I have a very low tolerance for the cold. The flight was really more than I expected given how much I paid for it."
Voordelen: "The entertainment system was great, crew was super friendly! I had my own row which was great. The crew st the front desk was super cheery, friendly, and helpful as well! I was very impressed by the cheer of everyone!:-)"
Nadelen: "The seats were tiny and there was almost no leg room. I am 5'4 and 130 pounds, so I'd I was having trouble,I can only imagine others! The seats went back extremely far which could be seen as a huge positive, but it really took away whatever leg room there was. (I'm a legroom person - I got wiggly legs!). And if you didn't put your seat back as well, the person in front of you who put their seat back was in your face and the TG was suuuuper close to your face. I really didn't like the food. I got the Mac n cheese which had potential but it was almost cold! It wasn't heated up all the way, so I couldn't eat it. But I brought my own food so it was all good!:-) We also only had one working bathroom which turned out to work ok because everyone sorta worked together - but with a different set of people - it could have been a problem. But it totally worked on our flight!:-) It would be awesome if they including some sort of internet as well! But after flying Inited which has no entertainment system what so ever - I was extremely grateful for a tv with awesome Movies and tv shows!"

Voordelen: "I fly a lot. This flight was seeming better than average. Then one hour into the 8 hour flight I got sick (apparently food poisoning from my last day in Paris!). The several crew members who assisted me could not have been better. i have seldom felt this level of genuine concern and care even in a medical setting. After doing everything imaginable to help me while on board, one of the flight attendants even escorted me in a wheelchair through customs and out to the curb to be sure I was safely carried home. Whoever does the hiring and training of the FA's should be proud. I am so appreciative! My thanks to the crew who helped me! -- John"

The flight attendants were very rude and acted like they didn't want to be bothered. There was no TV's in the headrests so iPads were handed out to watch movies/tv. The food was very mediocre for such a long flight, I've had better on shorter flights. The people in front of us were VERY rude and there were several incidents with them and the crew did nothing about it."

I am sure it was because we were Americans.. This was the first and last time I fly with this airline..."

Nadelen: "I received a flight delay notification saying that my flight is delayed by 37 minutes. But I still did arrive airport 2 hours before my flight, checked bag On time and went through security clearance 1.5 hrs before. The gate number was not assigned and later I found out that my flight took off on time. So I had to come out by front desk and rebook the flight to different airport which cost my extra taxi fare half day and too much Hassel. Never ever flying again in easy jet."

Niets is leuk aan Ryanair en alles kan veel beter. Anderhalf uur vertraging terwijl we al in het vliegtuig zaten. Glaasje water?! Ryanair geeft niets weg, ook geen glaasje water bij een lange vertraging. Dit was eens maar nooit meer Ryanair
Het instappen, prioriteit is niet echt prioriteit bij inchecken

Eenmaal id vlucht bleek 1/3e Vd vlucht leeg. Passagiers zijn dan zelf gewoon gaan schuiven met hun stoelen om toch per 2 te zitten"

Voordelen: "De prijs, maar zelfs die was nog hoog voor wat ik er voor terug kreeg."
Nadelen: "Chagerijnig personeel, heel kortaf en onduidelijk! In de vlucht had ik weinig ruimte en alles was helemaal volgepropt met tassen."
Voordelen: "Vond weinig echt leuk. Personeel was aardig."
Nadelen: "Kon niet betalen met ABN kaart"
Nadelen: "Heenvlucht zat er bagage bij terugvlucht niet...vast en zeker hele kleine lettertjes niet gelezen..Dus ergens mijn fout, maar wist niet dat je voor beide reizen moest boeken als je tegelijk een retour boekt. Dus misschien beter aangeven!!! Want 60 euro weer extra bijbetalen is geen fijne terugkomst!"
Nadelen: "Badly delayed with no explanation. Never flying RyanAir again."

Nadelen: "They delayed the flight from 8:55 to 10:15 but we didn’t board until about 11. They left us outside in the cold and extreme wind instead of having us just stay inside until the plane was ready. When I complained the employee said there was a woman onboard with a wheelchair and they didn’t have a way to get her off. When we finally got on takeoff was delayed another hour. They blamed all of this on air traffic control staffing in France, didn’t take any responsibility for the delay with the wheelchair. Ryanair is a disgrace."
Nadelen: "2 x geboekt met ryanair en 2 maal met veel vertraging"
Nadelen: "Die low cost is geen low cost meer als je een stoel moet betalen, priority moet betalen of je koffer vliegt in de ruimte onder vliegtuig en als je maar 10kg gratis mag meenemen voor 3 weken is dat pauver. Dus de volgende keer gewone lijn vlucht even duur meer confort."
Nadelen: "Door stakingen zaten we meer dan 5h vast aan de luchthaven. Niemand wist van iets, het was chaos. Een duidelijke communicatie had leuk geweest, niet alleen voor ons maar ook voor het personeel van Ryanair zelf"
Voordelen: "We did not crash"
Nadelen: "*the plane was late showing up. *staff in France locked the doors while we were waiting for the late plane, cutting off the only source of fresh air in the terminal *the slam down landing was unpleasant *the crew did not distribute immigration cards causing delay at the terminal as I had to fill it in there while the line grew longer *once we landed, there was no place for the plane to park so we waited *once we docked, there were no stairs available for the plane, so we waited *once in the terminal, they announced delays for the baggage, so we waited."

Nadelen: "Dat we een uur vertraging hadden voor we vertrokken, en er voor, tijdens en na de vlucht niets over gezegd is. Pas na landen bleek door op te zoeken op internet dat het aan de Franse Verkeersleiders lag. WAAROM VERTELLEN ZE DAT NIET!"
Nadelen: "Veel onduidelijk bij het afgeven van de bagage! Bleek dan dat ik maar alleen voor de heen vlucht de bagage betaald had en moest opnieuw naar de balie en nogmaals 50 euro betalen voor de koffer. Dus in totaal 100 euro voor het transport van 1 koffer van 17 kg en dat vind ik overdreven! Bovendien vond het personeel onvriendelijk hij de incheck!"
Nadelen: "iets meer dan een uur vertraging, waardoor ik meer eten en drinken moet kopen voor mn vrouw en ik. het verblijf op een luchthaven is erg duur zoals u wel weet. daarna was de snelweg naar Tilburg ook erg druk omdat we te laat waren zaten we in de avondspits!! tevens waren alle vloeistoffen ingenomen, omdat het niet duidelijk was aangegeven dat de kleine koffers als cabinebagage werd beschouwd en wel in het ruim gingen, ook deze kosten hebben we moeten maken. erg slecht"
Nadelen: "Een uur vertraging en tergend kang wachten in een rij"

Nadelen: "De vlucht was een uur te laat waardoor ik mijn aansluiting heb gemist en uiteindelijk 3 uur te laat op mijn bestemming aankom! Ik ga een klacht indienen bij Ryanair. Daarnaast was mijn koffer kleiner dan anderen in het vliegtuig en werd die van mij als enige in het ruim geplaatst. Je gaat mij niet wijs maken dat iedereen prioriteit tickets heeft gekocht."
Voordelen: "Prima vlucht. Geen extra’s maar dat kan ook niet voor doe prijs."

Nadelen: "Door omstandigheden zijn wij niet geweest"
Nadelen: "Wij zijn uren met Ryanair Bezig geweest om de tenaamstelling op de tickets te herstellen. Het tussenvoegsel in de naam is niet meegekomen in de boeking. Ik ben hier zeer ontevreden over en kon niemand van Kayak bellen. Wij kwamen er pas zaterdag na het inchecken achter! Lag niet aan Ryanair."
Nadelen: "Stoelen staan erg dicht op elkaar"
Voordelen: "Ryan Air deed de complete Europese luchtvaart instorten met efficient vliegen maar van efficient boarden hebben ze geen benul. Ook hier is nog grote winst te behalen. Elk vliegtuig 15 minuten korten aan de grond, reken uit de winst voor Ryan en dan toegenomen vlieg plezier voor hun reizigers."
Voordelen: "Mooi helder weer, snelle afhandeling van de bagage."
Nadelen: "Boarden duurde lang. Onduidelijk waarom 30 minuten vertraging optrad. Veel mensen boeken priority, waardoor dit alleen kostenverhogend werkt en niets meer toevoegd als iedereen het heeft."
Voordelen: "Goedf op tijd"
Nadelen: "Spijtig dat we als koppel niet naast elkaar zaten. Er was nochtans nog een vrije plaats naast mezelf!"

Nadelen: "The gate for the flight was changed at the last minute and the flight departed 30 in late."
Voordelen: "Stewardess die plezier in haar werk had bij het verkopen van een beker soep. Goede humor."
Nadelen: "Ik zat bij de nooduitgang. Normaal wordt je voor het vliegen geïnstrueerd voor wat je moet doen in een noodsituatie. Minimaal wordt je gevraagd om de instructies door te nemen. Zowel op de heen als de terugvlucht is dat door geen van het cabine personeel gedaan."

Voordelen: "Personeel vriendelijk, over het eten kan ik geen oordeel geven omdat ik niets gekocht heb. Vandaar de lage beoordeling"

Nadelen: "The representatives were not friendly and having to pay an additional large fee for normal size carry on luggage is ridiculous."
