Nadelen: Nothing. Flight was amazing

Nadelen: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Nadelen: Boarding at Florence is always chaotic but this isn't within the control of KLM or their crew.

Voordelen: Norhing

Nadelen: They have mabaged to lost my luggage

Voordelen: The online booking & check in saved time. Process from baggage check in to boarding were smooth & hassle-free. That's what I need for a short flight. Will recommend to my brother when he & his wife travel to Europe end of this year

Nadelen: No time so approached the counter staff at the airport about baggage hold, info provided was not complete. Luckily found some time to double check online, saved €€€ on baggage hold. Also, pls ignore rating on the food & entertainment, there were none. Overall, experience good enough for my short flight.

Voordelen: Being able to check in quickly and weigh and tag my own luggage.

Nadelen: Took too long to board the plane. Didn’t like that the only persons picked on for hand luggage was a husband and wife in there mid 70’s. But eventually they were allowed to bring on their hand luggage.

Voordelen: I was given trouble when boarding the flight

Nadelen: Better customer service

Nadelen: Rude staff, no responsibility taken by the airline for delayed flights. Although already checked in and the board stated it was boarding we were told we missed the flight after waiting around in the lobby for hours. Apparently easyjet and the airport boards don't communicate with one another? Took 40 minutes to escort us back to the front of the airport then had to pay an extra 160 quid to change to the next flight. Coming back the flight almost landed on an unclear strip so we had to pull back up when we were very close to the ground which scared a lot of people. Felt like we were treated like cattle rather than people. Although our trip was wonderful everything easyjet related was awful. Parking price due to delays cost me a further 100 quid at Luton airport. Flight time is 45 minutes. We arrived 2 hours after the time we were supposed to arrive. Another couples bag was lost, 5-6 were told they missed their flight when they had not missed their flight and they also had to pay extra, extremely unhelpful.

Voordelen: Crew was just ok nothing more nothing less.. The general service of easy jet its better for me not operate...

Nadelen: Just to behave to people like human beings... I wont never choose this particular airline to travel..it was my last one..

Nadelen: Seats were very uncomfortable

Voordelen: Crew were amazing arrived early

Voordelen: Competent crew

Nadelen: Very late

Voordelen: The size of hand luggage

Voordelen: Leather seats and plenty of leg room. Flight was on time.

Nadelen: check in was a nightmare it took over an hour of being pushed without anyone controlling the queue

Nadelen: We stayed a bit long in the plane before takeoff, very long walk after check out the plane toward the imagination, too long time for the baggage to come out, my bag was broken. Over all bad experience

Voordelen: Crew were impressive bcos they looked fresh after 11 hours. Seating was very comfortable as whole rows were empty so you could stretch, and no waits for the loos. Entertainment monitors were the updated kind, also a plus, I really enjoyed switching from movies and tv to the flight graphics.

Nadelen: The tv news on BBC was 1 week old.

Voordelen: Got me from Amsterdam to Gatwick.

Nadelen: Passengers were allowed to bring too much luggage on board. Seriously hindered boarding process. Attendants had to do lots of reshuffling which, along with a mechanical malfunction, delayed the flight and caused a lot of on board disruption.

Nadelen: At airport had line for baggage drop if had boarding passes. But, then only had one station open out of four or five. One person had problem I guess. Line didn't move for 10-15 minutes. VERY BAD!!

Voordelen: Nice to be able to check carry on at the gate. Clean.

Nadelen: Why not have an option to check carry on at check-in?

Voordelen: Nothing

Nadelen: Boarding process terrible. Staff very unfriendly.

Voordelen: Flight crew was great. Enough leg room

Nadelen: Seats that recline

Nadelen: Delayed flight, once on board the aircraft, further delays on the ground (at Glasgow) made up time in the air landed (not too far from our original landing time) only to be told we’re now being held on the ground (at Gatwick for at least another 20 minutes!) I flew with BA this morning and rated them excellent for everything! EJ you need to up your game!

Nadelen: We were stuck in the runway for an hour before taking off. I was late for my connection.

Voordelen: Great crew and comfortable seat

Nadelen: The attitude of ground staff

Voordelen: Great cheerful helpful crew as ever, even if the lady on the bag on the bag drop seemed rather unhappy.

Nadelen: Luton Airport. This is the first time I have landed there and I think it competes for the worst airport in the world. Very cramped, long queues at passport control, toilets out of order everywhere, awful decor, terrible signage. Dirty crowded, depressing. And the train service at the station is also dreadful.

Voordelen: There were major challenges on the day. 1. The French Air traffic officers were on strike. 2. A passenger became ill after boarding and had to be disembarked along with his luggage which had previously been loaded, 3. Another passenger became ill requiring paramedic attention while we waited for a lengthy period before getting permission to take off. All these contributed to delays for which the airline and crew had no responsibility. They did their best to keep us informed of progress but once we took off, much of the lost time was recovered in the air. The flight itself was fairly smooth and uneventful. Thank God.

Nadelen: Nothing.

Nadelen: Flight was delayed ridiculously and were not informed of what time it was delayed to until shortly before departure. Been told due to fog but other flights were leaving in the meantime!

Voordelen: On time and accommodating

Nadelen: All ok

Voordelen: The staff where very good, was comfy for short trip

Nadelen: 2hr 40min delay, and a very hectic and long boarding process

Nadelen: The male crew in the bag is not try to help people put on the carry on language to the top of cabin. He stood there and look at us. When I directed to him and asked for help, he just stood there for few sec. and decieded to help me but with an attitude. Same as the other lady need their help to put the backpack in, both male crests stood there and wasn't planning to help, and the passenger stood up and assisted her.

Voordelen: Crewwere polite and competent. Seats felt a little cramped.

Voordelen: the length of the flight and check in was fast with the machine

Nadelen: the boarding was chaotic, the airport and airline staff were confused and disorganized, the flight was delayed, we had to walk on the tarmac which was completely open to the street (I could have just walked straight to the plane without going through the airport at all basically), the leg room inside the plane is so tight that my knees were almost touching the back of the seat in front of me and I am only 5 feet tall, a bottle of water was 6 British pounds which is a ridiculous price, the landing was less than stellar

Nadelen: There is no space for legs. The food quality is poor. No entertainment at all

Voordelen: The size of hand luggage

Nadelen: Was good flight overall, clean, friendly staff,

Nadelen: Not enough overhead bin storage space. If they want to start charging people for bags they need to improve their overhead storage ability. This was a commuter flight from Amsterdam to London. So the entertainment was not really there

Voordelen: Nothing, nothing. At all.

Nadelen: After hours at the gate, the flight was finally deemed cancelled. I missed my layover and was forced to stay over night at a airport hotel. I had paid a change fee to come home specifically for that day which I lost, not to mention 9 hours in the airport... the flights for the following day were totally downgraded from my original booking. Was so upset I could have cried....

Voordelen: I love it the most that they are so helpful with excess baggage Which is why I always book with BA I am an entertainer working for many different cruise lines BA does not rob you blind if you have extra baggage Or your bags are slightly heavier ! Delta recently charged me $ 285 per extra bag Coming back BA charged me $90 and allowed me two bags The new policy on many airlines to literally rob a customer Is disgusting and the govt authorities should put a stop To it BA is welcoming and always professional !

Nadelen: Airline food is often risky to eat and The variety is poor especially if you are vegan

Nadelen: I bought a return ticket for my daughter to fly to Amsterdam for the summer. I was allowed to purchase this flight from Kayak and BA from ATL to LON to AMS. Departure was for the end of May to the end of August. When we were checking in the attendant told us that the ticket was no good and we had to purchase another ticket because the travel was over 90 days. At no time did BA or Kayak let us know this information but had no problem selling us this ticket. We were literally extorted for another $1000.00 so she could depart. Shameful! Will not be using your site or BA ever again.
