The food was very good, , The two meals that comes with one's Ticket still also comes with complimentary beverage service .... and even a warm moist towel is offered towards the end of the flight ... not bad for a seat in coach ...."

Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Voordelen: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

I know planes get hit by lightning on average of once a year, but it typically does not take 3 to 4 hours to inspect and confirm the safety of the plane's electrical system. But perhaps better safe than sorrry!"

PEOPLE ARE TIRED OF STANDING in the line for a long time May be they need to have more group Nos to easy facilitate boarding . This is only a suggestion. If they want to improve customer experience and travel again with them"

Voordelen: "Overall very good - no complaints. LOT is comparable with Lufthansa and KLM (the airlines I have most experience with) in terms of service and space. Boarding in Warsaw was chaotic - no announcements it just sort of started, I was in Zone 3 but there were only lines for Zones 1 and 2. The usual Central European pushing into the line. Flight was nice, smooth and good service. Leg room is limited but that is to be expected on any airline and flight. Would fly LOT again happily. On time, Captain made regular announcements. I arrived safely, as did my luggage. Can't wait for the direct service between Chicago and Budapest."

Food was only served for extra payment (I didn't buy budget airline ticket at least the price didn't reflect that!). Parking in Frankfurt far away from the terminal, the busses were waiting long till start fully packed with people very frustrating."

After all that, the airline changed my seat without warning, moving me from the window seat I selected (and paid for) to a middle seat. Where did they get the idea I would think that was OK? Then the flight was delayed, almost missed my connection. Boarding and exiting the aircraft were zoos. Eminently unrepeatable."

Nadelen: "They were very unpolite. They completely ignored multiple requests. I was ignored and not even asked get a drink (I just needed some water). They said they offer the food and drinks to others because they paid. Money wasn’t an issues. Besides I wasn’t even offered a drink neither asked for money. I found it really rude."

I had to rush to the airport couldn't by my ticket because they don't sell at counter and then was on phone with air Serbia for 45 mins before I could buy my flight on a long distance call which will probably cost me $50."

My dad and aunt flew with are serbia aswell and they also lost there luggage..! My dad and aunt got there luggage after 1-2days after ther flight but its a big inconvenience i have no update on my luggage yet hopeing it will be here tomorrow."

Once on board, the staff were great and did their best to accommodate this business traveller. The return flight was standard on terms of food and service, nothing special, nothing bad. The checking was another story, with lots of confusion and missed opportunities to make a difference. Mixed bag, overall."

Nadelen: "Never took the flight because BA would not rebook me on a later flight after delays on their side caused me to miss my original flight, even though there were seats available on the later flight. This cost me a lot of time and money, but BA made out like bandits -- selling my original seat, and then selling out the next flight (because the delay!). Nice rip-off."

Nadelen: "The guy seated next to me was too big for his seat and he took up about 20% of my seat. Absolutely disgusting. My seat should have cost 20% less because I did not have access to my full space. Crew should be trained to not allow customers who cannot fit into a single seat to only have a ticket for one seat. The crew identifies bags that do not fit, they should do the same thing with people."

Nadelen: "No complaints about BA here! Only thing is that there was a group of rowdy young men who were very loud the entire flight, and I'd wished the flight attendants would have asked them to quiet down. But I really don't know if that's appropriate/part of their duties!"

Nadelen: "British Airways did not have a plane available in timely manner. They were jerking us around with the departure time. They changed the departure time over 6x. The range was zero to 3 hours late. Finally, we departed about 80 minutes late. The blame was on weather but I did not believe them. I looked from the window - weather was fine with slight drizzle and about 3000 ft overcast. Also, the flight to Prague had no food but mostly no drinks no sodas. I'm questioning their business practices when they were asking about 5 pounds for a drink. I will fly with some other airlines next time."

Nadelen: "The wheelchair assistance was very bad as no one turned up with a wheelchair. The airways really need to improve their service and make sure that whey they offering wheelchair assistance they in fact do it. This has happened serveral times that no one turned up at the London airport."

Voordelen: "I realize that you always have to pay for food on short haul flights these days but, considering that, I was pleased with the M&S food offerings. There was enough variety to please our young children, vegetarian and omnivores and the prices were reasonable for airline prices. It came in very handy as it was definitely lunch time."
Nadelen: "I was surprised to have to pay to reserve a seat on a BA flight beforehand. That's getting to close to Ryanair. Also, the boarding gate at Venice Marco Polo was awful, super overcrowded and confusing. We actually had two different flight lines getting merged. Expect better from BA facilities."
