Nadelen: "Too much nonsense with carry on and check in language. I paid for my seat but they changed it for better balance of the plain. Really I weigh 165 lbs. Once the plane reaches altitude they let me take my seat. However the plane was barely occupied and somebody with closer and took my seat."

Voordelen: "The crew was nice, the food was really good, the plane was clean, and they used reusable silverware and plates to avoid waste."

Voordelen: "Upon arrival in ZRH, there was a separate small bus for the business class passengers. It was nice to not have to wait for all passengers to deplane before being transported to the terminal."

Voordelen: "The food was the best I've had on any airline in recent times. On the first flight it was a croissant and a swiss chocolate, on the second flight it was a hot danish pastry."
Nadelen: "The first flight was late so I was worried I'd miss my connection (however connection was delayed too so I made it). Also, I was asked to check in my bag because "the aircraft was full" however when I got on the plane I noticed it was half-empty and there would have been ample overhead room."

Voordelen: "Crew ignored my existence just because I sat on the window seat, plus I'm an asian, so I'm not sure which of the reason makes her to ignore me for serving my food. Luckily the guy passenger that sit beside me helped me to inform and made sure that she served the food to me."

This is my sixth time traveling to Switzerland from San Francisco on Swiss....Their service in my opinion remains excellent......The cabin crew was cheerful friendly yet remained very efficient at the same time... The food was very good, , The two meals that comes with one's Ticket still also comes with complimentary beverage service .... and even a warm moist towel is offered towards the end of the flight ... not bad for a seat in coach ...."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Actually the Welcome on board announcement. The part where they special welcome loyalty program members. I do not get that... I am an explorer holder my self, but really?? so other paying customers are not as welcome. This is leftovers from the older days.."

Voordelen: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Voordelen: "In Toronto werd ik aangesproken door een dame van KLM met de vraag hoe ik reisde, alleen of in groepsverband etc. Zij gaf aan dat ik gebruik kon maken van de lounge en dat er hulp aanwezig was om bagage in te checken bij de self check-in. Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."

Flight coming back was cancelled due to technical difficulties, but no problems with rescheduling, LOT rep. was very helpful. No forced charges for checked-in and carry-on bags-BIG differentiator ! used 787 Dreamliner."

Nadelen: "I was forced to check in my hand luggage, but the Amsterdam personnel attached to it a tag without any flight information, so this luggage missed my plane in Warsaw on the connecting flight and arrived later that day as misplaced piece. LOT needs to fix the hand luggage tagging system on connecting flights."

Voordelen: "The boarding and the flight itself was fast as there were a lot of people for connecting flights in Warsaw."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed for 1.5h which is not ok. I see that for LOT is a standard practice unfortunately."

Nadelen: "NYC to Warsaw, the flight was 4 hours late no voucher for food. some got it some not. i lost the flight from Warsaw to Bucharest they put me on flight from Warsaw to Vienna that flight was late as well i got to Vienna and i ran to get the flight to Bucharest. i was very tired"

Voordelen: "I liked that I was given an opportunity to change my flight to business class before leaving Poland but opted out in favor of economy that would get me home sooner."
Nadelen: "What I was transferred to was Lufthansa and their flight was late at arriving and taking off. This transfer changed my destination to Frankfurt. I was stuck in Frankfurt with no compensation. Only a changed flight for the next day and a dinky hotel room. Lufthansa was very disorganized and wildly incompetent."

Voordelen: "I like that I flew on a relatively modern plane."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed for 2 hours."

Nadelen: "For three of us we had only one bag to check. They charged us 70 euro for that bag. All their flights were 30-60 minute late."

Nadelen: "Because of loosing our connecting flight in Warsaw (due to weather...I think, it was never explain to us why our first flight had a 3 hour delay), the boarding staff was very helpful finding us a different route. Well the flight from Warsaw to Berlin, operated by LOT was horrible! No snacks no drinks, not even water on a 2hour flight! Shame on you! I had my wedding gown with me and I asked one of the crew members to put it in one of the closets design for this. And in a broken English she told me 'ya there is a problem' and she showed me the closet, it was full with the crew luggage :( We ended up laying the gown on one seat that was empty! When we arrived at our destination and picked up our luggage we noticed that they broke one of the wheels. Overall very ugly experience with LOT!!!"

Nadelen: "I purchased my ticket through Kayak on priceline.com In the description of the fair it was specifically stated that I'm allowed 1 checked in bag. The airline did not send me the standard check in and flight information email, so when out of concer for my flight, I logged in a few hours before to find out that all the good seats were already taken. When I then proceeded to online check in, I was dumbfounded to find out that I do not have any luggage allowance. When I called their English language help line I was connected to a prerecorded message and then promptly connected to a Polish speaking person. Lucky for me I speak some Polish, but if you do not you would have a problem. The person then proceeded to inform me that the flight from Poland to London that I was taking is considered by the Polish airlines as a local flight and for that reason I'm not allotted a free checked in bag. I fly a lot all over the world and this is the first time something like this has ever happened to me. I will now permanently stay away from Lot. Nadelen: "I paid extra for my seat, but it was uncomfortable from LAX to Warsaw - too tight and cramped that the cabin was hot through most of the trip. Crew was okay, but for such a long trip, I would expect more comfort than what I get on short one-hour trips on small planes here in the US."

You had to pay for anything slightly more substantial (a limited menu of sandwiches.) Small seats, as it is a small plane."

I have reservations wheather to book with BA ever again due to my bad experience. 2 hours wasted on the phone, followed by calls the next day to finally get 2 off flights cancelled and a return flight amended in my party of 3. Not fun!!"

Nadelen: "Understand sometimes out of airlines control but reduce delays"

Nadelen: "The 60 euro bagage fee for just checking 1 bag was excessive. There was no obvious way to pay on line or with the app"

Nadelen: "One toilet for 120 economy class passengers, no beverages served complimentary, even a glass of water cost you. Unbelievable cheap, crappy airline now, what a downfall for such a carrier."

Entertainment - none, this being BA short haul (others can manage it but not BA)"

Nadelen: "I didn't like that it delayed my plans and it was unexpected and they did not inform us until I go to the airport , for 30 minutes in the air we had to wait 6 hours"

Nadelen: "Late departure due to “late arrival of inbound aircraft” - which seems to be the norm."

Nadelen: "Never took the flight because BA would not rebook me on a later flight after delays on their side caused me to miss my original flight, even though there were seats available on the later flight. This cost me a lot of time and money, but BA made out like bandits -- selling my original seat, and then selling out the next flight (because the delay!). Nice rip-off."

Voordelen: "Helpful staff, very pleasant flight and even arrived early!"
Nadelen: "The fact that you had to buy even water."

Nadelen: "Not enough overhead bin storage space. If they want to start charging people for bags they need to improve their overhead storage ability. This was a commuter flight from Amsterdam to London. So the entertainment was not really there"

Nadelen: "This flight boarded late without any notice to passengers which caused us to be late into our connecting flight."

Voordelen: "The captain made a very smooth landing in extremely poor conditions."
Nadelen: "Everything you don't get in business class. Since the flight was only 40 minutes, I put up with it."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The complete lack of help from BA staff after I missed my flight. No helpful suggestions at all when I asked for guidance. Just 'the flight is closed and there are no more seats left today'."

Nadelen: "The guy seated next to me was too big for his seat and he took up about 20% of my seat. Absolutely disgusting. My seat should have cost 20% less because I did not have access to my full space. Crew should be trained to not allow customers who cannot fit into a single seat to only have a ticket for one seat. The crew identifies bags that do not fit, they should do the same thing with people."

Voordelen: "Comfortable short hop"

Nadelen: "One world premium member, last seat next to the bathroom, rude check in staff who we’re highly unhelpful saying they had no authority to help and to use ba.com for customer service issues and outrageous checked bag fees €75. Never again BA."

Voordelen: "Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff. Good light supper."

Nadelen: "No free food even though international flight. Plane delayed on Tarmac. Luggage was left in London and did not make it to Prague until next day."

Voordelen: "nothing"
Nadelen: "1 hour flight took 3 hours because they sat on the ground counting baggage...twice.nothing"

Nadelen: "Forced to check carry on bag upon checking into gate despite being among first to arrive and having proper size. Then saw many with larger bags enter after us. There was room in the overhead bins. Frustrated that no reason was provided for mandatory checking of baggage, especially when having alliance priority status."

Voordelen: "Nothing, nothing. At all."
Nadelen: "After hours at the gate, the flight was finally deemed cancelled. I missed my layover and was forced to stay over night at a airport hotel. I had paid a change fee to come home specifically for that day which I lost, not to mention 9 hours in the airport... the flights for the following day were totally downgraded from my original booking. Was so upset I could have cried...."

Voordelen: "Nice efficient crew"
Nadelen: "Announcements on plane very loud sometimes"

Nadelen: "We where not able to take the fligth's due to a passport issue, according to Netherlands rules my passport should be valid 90 days before entering the country and my expired July 29, 2018, when i booked no one advised me of such rules. I'm trying to contact Brittish Airways to see if I can be refunded."

Voordelen: "Entertainment was adequate."
Nadelen: "The plane was freezing for 11 hours. Flight attendant said it would be adjusted but it never was. We were against a wall and seats did not recline. Very little room."

Nadelen: "Missed planned event"

Nadelen: "Flight was 90 minutes late. Crew was nice."

Nadelen: "First off, the airline made us pay to check in our carry on luggage that was within the size requirements. An extra $90 later ($45 each), and we were at our gate... which ended up changing 3 TIMES before the plane took off. Good thing we were paying attention or we would have missed our flight. Once on the plane, we sat in the most ridiculously uncomfortable seats. The airline also has the most insane rules - you can’t have head phones on while the plane is ascending or descending into the sky. The flight attendant made everyone take them off, which was super fun to listen to two screaming kids for a solid 20 minutes and not being allowed to cover the sound with head phones. To sum it up - NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND CZECH AIRLINES."

Voordelen: "What I liked? That we arrived safe to destination and on time. This was the only direct flight Zagreb to Prague, otherwise it would have taken several hours more."
Nadelen: "What didn’t I like? Everything. A very old plane, all seats are the same, so don’t bother to fly priority. The check in was a bit odd. The lady was quite petulant and treated me with disdain. Guess she had a bad hair day. And it was too early in the morning."

Voordelen: "I'm very glad that Czech Air still plays Smetana when we land in Prague."

Voordelen: "Cheap fare"
Nadelen: "35 minutes delayed departure I was not able to change my seat eventhough the plane wasn’t full"

Voordelen: "Fast but no Complimentary drinks"

Voordelen: "Sky waitresses kept serving drunk Danish customers. Very unprofessional."

Nadelen: "Flight delay for 2 hours with no information provided. We weren't notified of the delay until 10 minutes before initial scheduled boarding time. Flight was very late at night and the flight attendants were very loud amongst themselves and in the aisles. Would've been nice if they respected customers and the time of night a bit more."

Nadelen: "Food choice limited bit to be fair it was a short trip :-)"

Nadelen: "Same flight when booked directly had a different baggage allowance, and the fare difference did not make u for the additional baggage...."

Voordelen: "I booked a flight from paris to prague. When i tried to check in there was a misunderstanding over my luggage and the check in fee. When I tried to get an explanation as of why I had to pay a fee instead of explaining and trying to be helpful the staff simply said I can take my luggage back and go. Nothing about trying to solve the problem. Never had I experienced such rudeness!!! I will never fly czech airlines again and will not recommend to anyone else"

Voordelen: "- Crew was polite and helpful, which was surprising given the disaster zone left throughout the cabin by my fellow passengers. Kudos to the crew for being for more patient than I think I could have been."
Nadelen: "- Ended up with the last row of seats. Did not realize that they were so small. As a 6' guy with a tall fiancee, it was pretty rough for 9 hours, especially when the lady in front of me leaned back and the movie screen was right in my face. - Food was okay, but the little breakfast sausages definitely had some gristle and tough bits."

Voordelen: "This is a quick, simple yrhing was fine, nothing amazing, nothing terrible"
Nadelen: "Slight delay - a little annoying that no sense of how long it would be (it ended up being just under half an hour)"

Nadelen: "Delay after delay. Long wait periods even when on board. Crew challenged even at gate to check in. No clear direction to lines at desk to check in. People getting confused signals."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by 2 hours in total with 20-25 minutes delays each time the flight time came nearer without information of the reason. Even in flight we were made to sit without AC for 20 min before take off. No apology or explanation was given which was disappointing."

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed - but no info whatsoever (even if there were agents at the gate) sitting in the plane again waiting - no info. really horrible customer service"

Nadelen: "We only had one carry on luggage so after my purse I had to check my carry on. This was very expensive, and I wish Kayak had told me about it. Apparently my ticket was "economy light." I blame this on Kayak for being unclear about the ticket it was selling."

Nadelen: "From the moment I checked in to the end this was just awful. I asked to sit next to my friend the attendant said their were zero seats next to each other. I board and there are at least 15+ seats that are open. I was told I needed to check in my bag for $35 because my luggage was 1 lb over the limit - I ask to take something out and she says no $35. I ask to then sit next to my friend after clearly seeing so many seats open next to one another. The attendant says no. Awesome!"

Nadelen: "I bout the ticket for my daughter that I didn't see over 3 months, so we can spend 2 full days to gather in Prague. There where a technician problem in the airplane so they canceled the flight and she just arrived now 17:06 to Prague Airport instead 08:45 wish meen it destroyed all our plans and we are waiting her instead to be all ready to gather joining our passover vacation."

Voordelen: "The flight was serviced by Smart Wings .It was uncomfortable and offered nothing."

Voordelen: "Full service airline by Tarom - so no extra fees for quick check-in, no extra fees for carry-on or checked-in luggage, and usually no charge for flight food. Staff is friendly, check-in is quick and things are convenient. Easy to book a flight"
Nadelen: "I didn't get my luggage because the flight was full and too heavy. So during my short stay I didnt have my luggage :("

Nadelen: "I was charged an extra 35 euros for each peace of luggage inspite when I was booking I checked the Czech airlines police for luggage and it said one piece for traveler I paid an extra 105eu for my three tickets"

Nadelen: "Baggage fees were too high"

Voordelen: "Flight was on time"
Nadelen: "I tried to check in and was standing there and both agents just sat and talked to one another and ignored me. I had to walk up to the counter and ask if I could check in as I was 2 hours early. They said to check back in a few minutes , not sure why they couldn;t just check me in ? I guess they didn't feel like working. Second, when I did check in, they charged me $40 extra euro for not checking my bag in online which I explained I was never prompted to check in a bag online. They still charged me so I plan to dispute it. Than third, no drinks on the entire flight, not even water ,really ???? That is unheard of. Fourth, the flight attendant wakes me up to tell me I need to put my window blind up for landing. Again, I have never heard of a requirement that all blinds be up in order to land ? I was exhausted after flying for over 24 hours from CA to Prague and it was really annoying to be woken up for that. Lastly, it took my bag like 45 minutes to come off the belt. Again, it has never taken that long on any other airline, it stressed me out cause I was beginning to think my bag got lost. It finally showed after almost everyone on the flight had already gotten their bags. Never using Czech Airlines again."

Nadelen: "Delayed 15 minutes. No complimentary refreshments. They pushed the cart down selling stuff anyways, would have been nice to have some water."

Voordelen: "It got me there"
Nadelen: "Have to buy food and charged for bags."

Voordelen: "Efficient flight"
Nadelen: "They said our carry ons were too big, and one too heavy, so we had to check all and pay extra. This hasn't been a problem on Brussels Air or domestic (USA). No free drinks. No entertainment because short flight."
