Nadelen: Boarding I was with my family but they didn’t give me the seats in one row my kids some where else my wife was in another seat and I was also so far from everyone That was not fair
Voordelen: Everything was fine except the fact that our flight was rescheduled on 24 hours earlier than the original one. It was extremely inconvenient.
Nadelen: When the airline interrupts your trip last minute and passengers are trying hard to adjust their plans it would be nice to have a little appreciation from the airline team. And they do not have to be rude to people who are asking to explain the reason of the changes.

Voordelen: The Chinese people were wonderful! But I was required to pass thru security checks 3 times arriving. 3 times transiting and 3 times leaving. At customs, transit and departure. No common sense to their process only"letter of the law". For example I was taking beef jerky to my friends in Thailand but the Chinese security has a meat sniffing dog and they confiscated it as well as the girl in front of me More than $100 worth of jerky. They should have given it back at departure gate. I had to buy more in their duty free shop. Also they cancelled my flight without advising me but did get me on Thai airways later that day. Too much hassle to Transit China

Nadelen: Flight from TLV to Tokyo was delayed by 1:20 hour. The flight crew told us not to worry. Then we were held on the terminal shuttle near the gate for a long time before the doors opened. Upon arrival to Moscow was assigned with a connection to Tokyo via Korea. I’m still in Korea and late to Tokyo!!!!
Nadelen: This was booked with Virgin Atlantic, there was a medical issue and Vigin Atlantic refused to allow the return ticket code to be rebooked - at any price, so there was no flight, and I paid for a new ticket on another airline.
Voordelen: Boarding was fast , crew was nice.
Nadelen: Laggage didnt arrive to the final destination (Minsk), we have to wait a long time in the airport to pick up our laggage.

Voordelen: So many carriers have cut back on so many things, our flight on Qatar Airlines felt like a throwback to the days when flying was enjoyable. Everything about our flight was better than we have come to expect from most other airlines. To highlight one surprise - the in-flight meals were high quality.

The dinner was a buffet that was limited and less than mediocre. A chicken option was not even provided, no soup
Voordelen: Everything! I never knew Finnair was such a great airline.
Nadelen: Other than maybe the lengthy layover time, which probably can't be helped, nothing could have been better.

Nadelen: Sometimes the crew could come across as brass and disappear for long periods. Also, how do you ever tell the person next to you, who's bigger than you, to try not to bump you every time they move. Definitely made for a not very comfortable flight.

I thought I had seen someone in civilian clothes setting in a area right behind the pilots chair. They did return to cockpit area near end of flight
Nadelen: The crew is always nice on China Eastern. They seem to be late a lot of the time. We arrived almost 1 hour late. The business lounge is TERRIBLE. Get something to eat in the airport, not in the lounge.
Voordelen: Nothing is amazing.
Nadelen: 8 hour delay. Paid for luggage. No food or beverages. Man behind me played a loud video with a baby crying and wasn’t told to turn it down. No help with luggage up stairs or down stairs.

Voordelen: Some of the staff who speak Korean were very nice, but most of the staff were smiling at me when I asked them questions in English, but they were not very friendly. Also, it was hard to get on the plane because the seats were too narrow and uncomfortable.

Voordelen: Everything was good but we were not able to select seats on the leg from Tokyo to Nagoya until arrive at check in and by that time all seats assigned and we could not be seated together and had to have middle seats. ANA needs to work this out...
Nadelen: The sound for the entertain in seat 26G never worked....unsatisfactory for such a new aircraft “Dreamliner”, make it a dream.
Voordelen: The crew was great, friendly and helpful. The food was good and the overall service on the plane was great.
Nadelen: Our flight was delayed from Los Angeles and we did not make our connecting flight in Tokyo. The next option they had was a full 24 hours later so we ended up taking the train. I tried to make adjustments to one of my flights for the return home and was told that is not an option.

Nadelen: The boarding process is confusing. Checking the passports separately in the same area boarding lead to a lot of congestion and confusion. The boarding pass reading machines often didn't work. It looked like passengers in higher classes couldn't use the economy machines.

Voordelen: The bus was one of the most comfortable international flights I have ever been on.
Nadelen: Somehow, our luggage never made it to Rome, despite a nearly four hour layover in Munich. Disappointing.
Voordelen: On-ground customer service of Ethiad, Fatima. She was professional and understanding.
Nadelen: Don’t overlook international flights and penalize travelers who don’t have a seat selection but checked in on time.

Voordelen: The seat was ok, I paid $ 115 per Trip ( total of $ 230) just to sit at the emergency exit to have some leg room and then I am sitting next to the bathroom and people stepping on my feet because they tend to hang out around the bathroom.
Nadelen: The flight attendant not wearing perfume. Food was very poor to say the least.

Nadelen: To time the food service more evenly. Left side passengers were served a meal and finished before the right side was served food.
Nadelen: Trip to Manila from Tokyo was delayed for 3hrs plus
Voordelen: All exquisite dishes they served were excellent !
Nadelen: Air on the plane was stuffy
Voordelen: The crew provided excellent service and the food is really great.
Nadelen: My only issue was the other travellers not related to JAL. I was unable to properly sleep due to the toddler's whining and the senior who stopped me from reclining my seat.
Nadelen: Delays in the food service occurred because the credit card machine stopped working. Rather than stop the purchase food options they continued which meant they could only reach row 16 by the time our flight began its descent. Since were in row 19, we were not offered any food or water, during lunch.
Nadelen: Error on kayak.com resulted in me losing approx. £600 and having to take the issue to the small claims court.
Nadelen: Being on time for a change
Nadelen: British Airways neither a budget airline nor a lux airline. Doesn’t know what it is.
Voordelen: Crew was nice and friendly.
Nadelen: The entertainment equipment needs to be updated. And the seats arrangements are not the best in term of privacy.
Nadelen: Docking at an air bridge rather than taking a bus
Voordelen: The crew were friendly, the entertainment on offer was broad and appealed to all passengers. The meal choices were very good, I requested the LFML options and all were good except for the light evening snack at the end of our second flight which was somewhat lacking in flavours and variety.
Nadelen: The seats in economy felt cramped on the Boeing 700-300ER, with not much room to recline. This impacted on ability to fully relax and rest on such a long journey. This improved on the Airbus 350 thankfully, which much more leg room.
Nadelen: The plane delay for 3 time

Voordelen: Crew took a while before can attend to our needs. Foods are the same choices very limited to beef and fish. Breakfast items are only cereal and porridge. We are seated behind two small kids who constantly kicking my seats.

Voordelen: Flight was comfortable enough. Nothing special, but got me safely to my destination. Service was good, plenty of food
Nadelen: Meals were just okay. I flew Cathway last month abd their food was better, plus they gave us hagendaz ice cream which was a major happiness booster.
Voordelen: Although not asked, I was reseated to a front row seat, which has more space.
Nadelen: Delay of 30 minutes without any explanation. Contrary to other times, the food was tasteless.
