Nadelen: Hi the flight from New York to Istanbul was deleted four 4 hours . from Istanbul to Madina it was ok but I didn't may bagages yet.
Voordelen: The crews are always awesome. The food great especially since they always have cherry juice, my favorite!
Nadelen: The flight was delayed, and then seemed rushed at call Last Call. Also the ear phone jack was a double that even the TA ones didn't quite fit. Glad it was an overnight flight and slept most of the way.

Nadelen: They ran out of food! There were no snack and I had to go without food from AUH to IAD. No snacks either. The focus was on selling food. A truly sad experience. I thought Ethiad was among the top 5 airlines but this experience puts the worse that the top 25

Voordelen: The crew was easily the WORST I have dealt with. Both on the flight to Abu Dhabi and to NYC. They were rude, unhelpful and extremely arrogant. A co passenger was chatting with one of them and she happened to mention that working with people was the worst ever. She’s been with Etihad for 5 years!!!
Nadelen: Your crew all need customer service and etiquette training. ASAP!
Nadelen: Too many boarding delays
Nadelen: We meet different problem in this flight. First, the boarding start late and we arrive late more than one hour. They could organize the entrance with range of number. The food was ok, but the beverage is poor, just half glass of wine or juice. no more. one small bottle should be normal fro lunch or dinner.
Voordelen: Crew was very nice and I was happy to get emergency exit row window seat to make the the long flight more comfortable.
Nadelen: The food could have definitely been better too many shrimp and fish options even in the morning for breakfast. I was happy there has been a pasta served for dinner otherwise I wouldn’t have eaten the entire flight! Shrimp for breakfast isn’t an option for American folk and the movie selection
Nadelen: Nothing. I was sent to two long layovers in China and was told they were too long for them to take me without a visa for China. I was not told I needed one for any layover. I had to purchase a ticket on another site to get home or be stranded in Manila. Kayak doesn't have a customer service number to fix this.
Voordelen: Finally getting a flight the next day
Nadelen: My seat was given to someone even though I still had time to make the connection.
Voordelen: Upgraded to business class for free and service was amazing.

Nadelen: Transfer in Nanjing to Bangkok. Delayed was not good but worse was that we arrived so early we couldn't check in for an hour and couldn't go to business class lounge. Also no transfer hallway. Had to clear immigration just to get on next flight.

Nadelen: The amenities and how i was treated was poor. They cater to Chinese people only. Will not fly again.
Voordelen: Business class seats are awesome!! The restrooms are large and super clean throughout the flight!

Voordelen: Our flight was delayed in Bejing, than we loosed the booked flight of KLM. When we arrived in Amsterdam, we get the recheked in flight.
Nadelen: KLM was not prepared to get wheel chair passenger off plane. Cost me delay of 1 hour. I will never fly KLM again.
Voordelen: Seats super comfy. Ended up with 3 seats to myself that formed a bed for the lap Uk to NZ. Very nice!

I asked, online, twice, if we could have a couple of extra kg for hand pieces. Rec’d only auto. luggage policy. Forced to check both bags.

Voordelen: Deni, our flight attendant, was most attentive, giving Robert, who is legally blind, assistance with safety features if needed, one on one as we were seated.

Nadelen: The flight was delayed as we were waiting for documents required for our entry to the UK - surely these should have been ready in advance? Perhaps a taste of things to come if (when) we sadly leave the EU. Same poor sandwiches.

Nadelen: The delay on the arrival time at Abuja because some passengers are transiting to other cities.

Voordelen: Movies were great. Service to accommodate us (hotels, food vouchers etc.) was great!
Nadelen: The delay... it’s no one fault but it took up a lot of people’s time. It was frustrating the domino effect of pushing the flight later. I felt terrible for those who only had two weeks and lost two days!

Nadelen: They lost our bags, twice! We had 4 pieces of luggage that were checked together. They flew out of the same airport we did. They lost 3 out of the 4 bags, but assured me all 3 were on the very next flight. The next flight came in but only 2 more had been put on that flight. Still waiting on 4th...
Voordelen: The crew was super friendly, food was great and entertainment on board was a great selection.
Nadelen: Was very warm on the plane as certain times and even at the terminal, which we could control the fan blowing on us.
Nadelen: The crew kept the temperature in cabin at 26 or 28 degrees Celsius. Whole trip felt like being in the oven. I will NEVER EVER FLY AUSTRIAN AIRLINES AGAIN.

Nadelen: Flight hopelessly delayed leaving Sarajevo. No effort by staff to connect us or hold flights. Missed connection by 15 min. Would not recommend Austrian Airlines. Delays in all parts of this trip - both coming and going

Nadelen: Don’t overbook trafficking of flights, I barely made my connection. My colleague missed this same flight last week and had to spend the night in Zürich. I hope this is not a trend because I will not fly Swiss anymore, as I can not have lost evenings due to flight delays.
Nadelen: After showing passport to get boarding pass, had to line up to show passport again to get boarding pass stamped at gate-no instructions, just a line.. Why!? Poor communication.
Nadelen: Arrive on time Zurich
Voordelen: The crew did their best to maintain morale.
Nadelen: Considering this flight was delayed two and three quarters of an hour, and as we remained on board with no refreshments offered except a small glass of water during this time, it was not a pleasant experience.

Nadelen: Seats are terrible, no entertainment, and high expenses even for soda! Since when is BA in a race to the bottom with all of the other terrible airlines?!

Voordelen: The dinner was one of the top two I've ever had on a plane and I've flown business class around the world.
Nadelen: I just don't fit comfortably into the pods and for a 14 hour flight that's a pain in the neck or lower. The seatbelts must be adjustable to allow a pod user to roll on his side.

Nadelen: The person on duty at the desk of the lounge in Johannesburg was very unfriendly and even rude.
Nadelen: Same as before. Dirty and smelly. Food was ok.
Voordelen: Efficient, courteous and early arrival
Voordelen: The entertainment was adequate and there were multiple snacks/meals. The bread rolls were warm. And they provided towelettes for wiping hands after meals.
Nadelen: The crew could have been more considerate, and the Economy seats were even tighter than usual! There was no leg room and even without the person in front of me reclining, the seat back was hitting my knees. The passenger next to me had longer legs and was much worse off. The food was very poor.

Voordelen: The crew was terrible. The aircraft from AUH to bangalore was in bad condition. My seat would keep coming back if reclined, my neighbour’s seat wouldn’t recline.
Nadelen: The airport in Abu Dhabi was a mess! There was zero organisation and etihad ground staff were not managing things either. My bag came back broken!
