Nadelen: Flight was cancelled because the operational issues. No information or help given. Their airport procedures and practices make it extraordinarily challenging and stressful for passengers. We’ll never fly with them again.

Nadelen: The flights got delayed. One of the flights got delayed without a notice in advance.
Voordelen: Just good overall. Beats any American carrier (which is not saying too much!).
Nadelen: Was late. But they were very apologetic (not their fault). Seattle port entry is HORRIBLE. I thought China was bad!
Voordelen: 787 Dreamliner layout is efficient, generous legroom and recline is better than American carriers. Crew works as team, fast and courteous. Very helpful and professional, Water offered frequently, trash pick up kept cabin neat, bathrooms always clean. Passenger announcements are clear and crisp is English and Chinese.
Nadelen: Really, no complaints. More entertainment choices would be appreciated however is not my priority.

Nadelen: 8 hour delay. Paid for luggage. No food or beverages. Man behind me played a loud video with a baby crying and wasn’t told to turn it down. No help with luggage up stairs or down stairs.
Voordelen: MU had been terrible on this trip. My flight MU544 was delayed from 00:55am to 12:10pm due to weather in Shanghai as they said. This made me miss my next flight to HNL. Next day i’m flying to LA and hotel they put me in in shanhgai was terrible :(
Nadelen: Could be honest about delay cause. Could put stranded passengers in better hotel rooms and not make strangers share a room. Could send bigger van so everyone and their luggages fit. (I have pics of packed van)
Nadelen: The crew is always nice on China Eastern. They seem to be late a lot of the time. We arrived almost 1 hour late. The business lounge is TERRIBLE. Get something to eat in the airport, not in the lounge.
Voordelen: New plane, new seats, new entertainment system. All very goo to great. The dinner was above average in terms of taste but the breakfast was pretty ordinary.

Nadelen: Not only the first flight got delayed for over 2 hours. I had to re-book the second - connecting - flight because of that. Now it made my layover instead of 1 h 45 m - 5 hours! Then the second flight got delayed!! So instead of 5 hours layover it was over 7 hours!!! Very inconvenient and upsetting experience. The only reason I booked these particular flights is because they were advertized as "the shortest trip" time on your website...
Voordelen: At least the crew was friendly
Nadelen: The flight was delayed for 1 hour and we were sitting inside the airbus with no air condition due to technical difficulties on 35 degrees sweating like pigs. No water or snack was offered even though the delay was so big.
Nadelen: The flight was late to Helsinki and we missed our connecting flight to Barcelona that was also on Finnair. I was given a hotel voucher to a nice hotel with a complimentary dinner voucher. The dinner was a buffet that was limited and less than mediocre. A chicken option was not even provided, no soup
Voordelen: The fact that we were offered an additional round of water and the friendliness of the crew.
Nadelen: I was not allowed to board the flight and made to wait for 4 hours at the Paris airport. This is extremely disheartening and frustrating to say the least. I would want to rescedhule my upcoming flight to avoid such inconvenience.

Voordelen: The expedited transfer from late flight out of Rome was an amazingly efficint process, much appreciated. Was very stressed when I thought I could not make the transfer, but Swissair really had it covered. My compliments
Nadelen: Don’t overbook trafficking of flights, I barely made my connection. My colleague missed this same flight last week and had to spend the night in Zürich. I hope this is not a trend because I will not fly Swiss anymore, as I can not have lost evenings due to flight delays.
Voordelen: Upon arrival in ZRH, there was a separate small bus for the business class passengers. It was nice to not have to wait for all passengers to deplane before being transported to the terminal.
Voordelen: The inflight entertainment was great and helped to pass the time. The food was good for airline food.
Nadelen: The flight staff was just okay - they could have been friendlier. The seat cushions seemed old - they were comfortable enough for sitting but not comfortable to sleep.

Voordelen: JAL services on the plane is great. Food is much better than other companies. Ice Cream after dinner is great. Flight attendants are polite and nicer than other companies. Interior of the airplane was newer and comfortable.
Nadelen: I might have missed it but the useful information of the weather of the destination was not announced this trip. Some pilots make the flight more personal with their messages with their PA system. No need to be interrupted a movie we are enjoying for the promotion of inflight purchase though.
Voordelen: Crew members are extremely friendly and the seat has more leg room.

Voordelen: The boarding process ran very smoothly and they dropped us off right in front of the stairs of the plane so we didn’t get wet in the rain amazing
Nadelen: It was frustrating to have to pay to check only one bag for a long international flight. Fortunately, I had two seats to myself, so it made it easier to be comfortable during the long flight. Food was mediocre, but good enough. Would have preferred more vegetables or fruit than sweets.

Nadelen: Crew was not even visible in all that time. No water offered, no concern for passenger comfort. Food was skimpy and packaged, no clues what we were eating. Seats were tiniest and least comfortable ever! Difficult to get up from and get out from window seat.
