Voordelen: "Staff was nice and polite and helpful to me. The plane is pretty much on time or little delay. The boarding is early but I guess it helps with getting everyone on board and be on time."
Nadelen: "There are 2-3 choices per meal for us to choose on the menu but some of the choice already gone by the time they serve us. I feel like menu is useless if we were forced to eat what have left."

Voordelen: "The supervisor on flight Doha to Charles de Gaulle was very helpful and knowledgeable. He explains to me th e process of how to help a person who is having a big problem to walk , Qatar Airways has a special service for person in needs of wheelchairs . Thanks a lot to that gentleman."

Voordelen: "Just as I thought it could not get any better The service was perfect. The privacy was superb and the comfort allowed me to sleep for a good while."

My flight schedules were changed few days before departure by Qatar Airways, but only thing I had to do was to confirm that I have noted, my seats and all the rest of details intact, excellent."

Nadelen: "i have requested the child meal on the web site and also requested the seat preferences, however when i boarded the flight, i came to know that they have only honored the seat preferences but not the food. on the serving menu, the veg option was available but we informed that the veg is available only if we have requested it on the web site, i had to survive with add-on food but not the real meal. crew were struggling to serve food for us."

Voordelen: "I had high hopes flying Qatar Airways for the first time but I suppose they are bound to have the same uncomfortable planes as everyone else now."
Nadelen: "I was annoyed that I could not put my carry on items in the bin above my seat. I was in front of the bulkhead so there was no other place to store my items except the overhead bin and the flight attendant took the space in my bin for some baby items she thought she might need for another passenger. I had to store my personal items away from my seat."

Nadelen: "I had to ask for everything. Crew members kept passing me by for food service and drink service even though I was awake. I had to tap/call them each time they passed by. It turned into a joke among me and the people sitting next to me. Entertainment screen is too dim even on highest brightness setting"

So we ended up going back next day with the supervisor's incredible allowance, offer. I got very emotional when she told us our option. Thank you. Nadelen: "The screen of my seat and my mom ( sitting next to me) and the lady near the window stopped working after launching and we had to stair in the dark for eleven hours the flight attendant tried but couldn't fix it. The seat itself was broken and I had to put the bottom Cushing back every time I stand up.the cue to the rest room ( one off them has a broken lock so you can't lock it ) was very long and I had to wait for 25 minutes tell I got in ( the first time I waited too long standing in an air plane )"

Nadelen: "The first flight was late so I was worried I'd miss my connection (however connection was delayed too so I made it). Also, I was asked to check in my bag because "the aircraft was full" however when I got on the plane I noticed it was half-empty and there would have been ample overhead room."

Voordelen: "Check in agent was extremely helpful in expediting both me and my bags after a late check-in. Flight attendants very friendly and helpful, food excellent. If Swiss Air flew everywhere I need to go, I would fly them every time!"

Main meal selection ran out. Staff said there was nothing they could fo. 4. Our suitcase arrived really beat up. It looked like it was dragged along the tarmac. There were several large rips. To make it worse, this was the first trip we have used the suitcase."

Voordelen: "Not anything to rave about. The in-flight entertainment was bland - fortunately the flight was only 2 hours. There were various TV screens that could be seen, but no way to listen. In this case it wasn't a loss because I noticed that they were showing cartoons, even though there were no children on board. The snack was a simple sandwich, a little smaller than the size of a hotdog bun. Supposedly it was an artesian Swiss sandwich, but I think they could have done better. Overall, I'm happy with Swiss Air, and would definitely fly with them again."

Nadelen: "I had such a miserable experience getting to Florence on Swiss Air that I sent a letter of complaint WHILE ON VACATION!! Really. It was a nightmare... not the way you want to start a vacation. I had difficulty booking my daughter's seat online for the return, but didn't have access to phone service while abroad. In my complaint letter to Swiss Air I requested they place us together. I never got a response and upon check in, they had my son and me in our purchased seats and my daughter at the back of the plane. I asked them if they could do anything about it (I was even willing to give up my seats to move to the back...) yet no one seemed concerned or interested in helping to make this work. They also had no knowledge of my complaint or appeared concerned about my prior experience. I'm so over Swiss Air. My experience with the employees on the phone prior to my first departure, the lack of response to my email, and a disinterested and inattentive staff on my return, have all convinced me to choose a different airline next time."

Nadelen: "Security was a disaster in Amsterdam. Lines were long and they were checking everything - e.g. My bag had to be screened 2x because of my Kindle, which never happens. But the crew was Extremely accommodating and helpful."

Nadelen: "For a 5' 4" person like myself, arm and leg room were barely minimal, Economy seats were crammed together and were not ergonomically designed for comfort or support. I was fortunate to be able to move from my center seat to an aisle seat once the flight was in progress. As soon as I did, the air around me was cooler and made for more comfortable breathing. In the center seat, the air was still and close—very uncomfortable. Poor communication regarding passport control protocol at the departure gate: A temporary station was set up, labeled Passport Control, but no SWISS agent announced what was happening. I had just gone through a passport control line on a lower level so I didn't think I had to go through a similar process at the gate. Most people around me also didn't know whether they had to go through the process at the gate. Once agents had been questioned on the subject several times, they should have made a general announcement to inform everyone at the gate. They did not. The food on the plane was the usual poor quality fare for economy class—either highly processed or overcooked and much too salty. Ugh."

Nadelen: "Hi, my flight was delayed for more then 20 minutes and I had next connection flight in short period of time. Even that they now that I will lose next connection they didn't wanted to change my flight to previous flight and they DID had extra seat in a plane."

Voordelen: "The flight attendants were very nice and the chocolates were nice. Food was mediocre and I'm not sure I'd take Swiss again."
Nadelen: "Seat pitch was too small and the food didn't taste that great. I was lucky enough to get a whole row to myself but on the way back I did not and there is not a lot of room at all. And for an 11 hour flight it was really uncomfortable!"

It is also not clear that I need to book a hotel thru the airline during my 13 hours transit. I was thrown back & forth like a ball. No help was done. How come an airline imposed such rule?! Worse part during flight I feel cold & asked for a blanket. We reached destination No blanket ever!! Not recommended. First & last!!!"

Nadelen: "Unfortunately the it was a bumpy ride as most of the time the seat belt sign was on and crew had to discontinue services for a while. This was beyond airlines control. The crew did not distribute the Sri lankan landing cards onboard. This caused some confusions for first time travellers as they had to cone off the immigration queue and went to pick the card up and to complete. Some foreigners were unhappy about it."

Nadelen: "There were problems in the bathroom. All the paper towels were in a heap on the floor, and the sink was blocked. I told the stewardess, and she just shrugged. Obviously there are no bathroom checks on Srilankan Airlines and I don’t think that’s good enough."

Nadelen: "Despite requesting children’s meal, they were not available. Chicken meatballs were disgusting Overall, if it isn’t curry then it’s not worth having. Their curry was very nice Limited movies"

Crew was asking options i food ( non veg ) but they ere delivering what they had , question is why they asked option when they don't have option of serving. 3. Crew was pathetic. They discriminate with respect to whites and Indian's. Its really bad."

My travel was of 10 hours and after 3 hours of departure I started having pain in my back...seat was poorly structured. . Its like cushion of seats were dead n on top of it that cushion behind back was too outside.. I was not able to sleep at all as was not comfortable.. Also there was no system at Srilankan airport.. No barriers for travelers so that people stand in cue but no one was following lines as there were none.. Will never fly with Srilankan airlines again ever.."

Nadelen: "Same cannot be said for ground staff including managers. I had to explain several times that crowds are a trigger for my son with autism. I asked for preferential boarding, was given any. Asked for assistance with security, this was only given after I had to fight for it. Staff need to be aware that when we ask for it, it’s not because we want preferential treatment, we are trying to avoid a meltdown for our kids that get super stressed out by situations such as these. My child cannot stand still for long and runs away. When I stopped him to talk him though the process so he doesn’t run, we got hurried. Empathy will go a long way...."

Nadelen: "The flight attendants did not keep the children and their seats they let them run around as we taxied the airport until one fell and had their head. Then they would not insist on them to stay in in their seats even on take off."

Voordelen: "Crew quiet experienced and courteous."

Nadelen: "The connection time between these two flights that you sell as a package is not enough. It is a 30 Min journey to do in a 45 min transfer, and the gate closes 30 mins before departure. Then if you’re first plane is delayed even by ten minutes (as mine was) you are more unable to catch your flight"

Nadelen: "To begin with they checked our boarding pass a minimum of 7 times, it makes one feel like they are in the wrong place. Secondly the seats offer leg room as an LCC, but charging non LCC money for them. Overall poor airline, staff wasn’t kind at all."

Nadelen: "Flight was late then I missed the my next flight and there was not any other flight till morning and I have to stay at hotel was Oman arrange it but it was to much Hassal I faced and the people who was there to pick me from air port"

Nadelen: "Flight crew did not clear cabin at takeoff and landing. Tables left down, seats reclined. Did not enforce standards resulting in restricted egress in case of emergency. Allowed passengers to get up, collect thier bags from overhead compartments immediately after landing and during taxi. Clogged asiles. Poor air con during flight. Extremely cramped seating. Low budget and lax attitude. Consistently late flights On a positive note, direct nonstop flights to major destinations at good rates. You get what you pay for though."

Nadelen: "No separate boarding line for business class passengers; Staff was clueless in muscat airport and theee was no priority boarding for business class passengers"

Voordelen: "Nothing as such"
Nadelen: "Air condition was very low"

Voordelen: "New 787 seats were extremely comfortable for short-haul, regional. 2-2-2 may not suit some people for long haul. Good selection of in-flight entertainment. Nice sincere service."
Nadelen: "Boarding was unpleasant. Buses to aircraft: had to wait approx 10 mins in the bus on the tarmac whilst the previous two buses unloaded. Then the actual staircase / boarding process took nearly 10 minutes... queueing in 41 degree heat. Muscat is a very new airport and many gates with airbridges were not being used. As the home airport of the national carrier I wouldn't expect tarmac boarding."

Voordelen: "Priority Boarding for business class. The cabin crew were attentive, cheerful, caring. It's a short regional flight so the older, regional configuration of the seats is appropriate if not a little shabby. Offer of juices, Arabic coffee and dates before take off is very welcoming as is a choice of hot or cold towels. Flight was on time for take-off and landing."
Nadelen: "No inflight entertainment or, if there is, there are no headsets."

Voordelen: "Movies in the entertainment screen."
Nadelen: "At the boading, just when we were putting our luggage we were around 5 kg more, in a bad way the turkish lady there asked us to reduce or pay. We reduced the luggage and 2 kg more were left but her and her boss isisted in a rude way to pay or to remove more luggage. We asked her boss to help us in lifting one big bag since we were all girls and couldnt lift it but he refused to help as a gentleman would do and said quick quick put the bag quickly. For sure I wi never chose turkish airline again."

Voordelen: "in flight entertainment"
Nadelen: "dozens of infants all screaming and scattered across the whole plane food was strangely not good at all although we had a vegetarian meal pre booked"

Nadelen: "Meals, Bathrooms."

Voordelen: "Food in business class was good although it was odd that breakfast was served at 3am while “lunch” was served prior to arrival once we all woke up."
Nadelen: "The flight was the “older” business class set up with lacks privacy... not normally too much of a problem but there seemed to be quite a few upgrades from economy so it was full of people chatting loudly. There were problems with boarding that delayed the flight by an hour. Also, the boarding at Muscat’s new airport wasn’t great with the lounge telling us to board while, at the gate, boarding hadn’t started. MIght not be much of a problem except the kids were sleeping on our shoulders and there were no seats at the gates."

Voordelen: "New Muscat terminal is lovely. service very attentive and food v. Nice."

Voordelen: "Impossible to enjoy a flight you didn't choose and were forced to fly on due to a schedule change, especially when the flights you'd booked had much better timing for a fixed teacher's holiday schedule. Avoid Oman Air unless you are sadistic and enjoy forced flight changes and no compensation. As I was forced to change to a flight to one arriving at 03.10 with my work starting at 06.00, I tried (and failed due to a lack of space and fidgety neighbour) to sleep all the flight to be fresh and professional for my work. The booked flight which was forcibly cancelled got me home 9pm the night before work. Oman Air refused a suggestion to upgrade me to business class so I could try and sleep."
Nadelen: "I am a teacher. I can't choose my holiday times. I get three fixed weeks in summer. In both 2017 + 2018 Oman Air changed their schedule forcing me to change my flights. I was out of pocket for a small amount - they refused to pay the $27.60. I was to arrive home at 9pm for an 06.00 start to work they changed my flight so I arrived at 04.00. I asked for an upgrade to business class to try and sleep. They ignored the request. They instead sent me a copy of the small print saying that they were allowed to change anyone's flights and give zero compensation if the 'client' is informed two weeks in advance. I will avoid Oman Air from now on, even if they seem to offer the best times to fly."

Nadelen: "the QTY of food not enough. Chiken and fish dise was left too fast."

Voordelen: "It was only a short trip from Doha to Muscat to Dubai but it went very well. The flights were on time, the plane was comfortable and the staff were very helpful."
Nadelen: "My only concern was that unless I caught the 4.00 pm flight I had to wait until the 7.30 pm (4 hour layover) or 9.30 pm (2 hour layover) flights from Doha both of which do not get to Dubai until 3.30 am. I could not catch the 4.00 pm as it was a work day. The flight timings are not good."

Nadelen: "Slow check in at Kathmandu"

Voordelen: "Ease of transfer and information"
Nadelen: "No option on dietary requirements"

Nadelen: "Problems with our extra legroom being allocated at the check in desk as oman employ a 3rd party called option town to handle this process. Numerous broken tv screens on the aircraft preventing passengers from watching tv. Losing our baggage for over 2 days. Creaking tv screens prevent passengers from sleeping. Leaking emergency exits that cover passengers in condensation."

Voordelen: "On time, Comfortable seats Good food"
Nadelen: "Rather cold in the cabin"

Voordelen: "Quick boarding and disembarking. Polite crew members."
Nadelen: "One bathroom was out of order so there were often long waiting times. Nor were the bathroom engagement lights working so it appeared to be vacant when it was occupied. Food and announcements were too frequent for a late night flight - only 2 hours to sleep on a 6 hour overnight flight."

Voordelen: "Nice service"
Nadelen: "Poor amenity kit and not as good as the usual oman Air lie flat seat"

Voordelen: "Good aircraft from Muscat to Bangkok"
Nadelen: "The food was really sad"

Nadelen: "Always delay Food is below standard ( taking in consideration the ticket price) Crew depend on your luck some times a very helpful crew and some times it's almost like they have a personal grudge on you"

Nadelen: "My return journey was also not accepted and forced to book another ticket at Zurich airport which is unfair Please check with airlines and reimburse my money I will send all details in due course Please call or contact me on top priority."

Voordelen: "The stopover was short ."
Nadelen: "The food and the lack of entertainment. The plane was almost full and two children never stopped arguing loudly."
