I’m not sure why I was only allowed one suitcase per passenger on the way to Karachi Pakistan. On the way back they allowed me to have two suitcase per passenger. This cause me a lot of issues because I was planning to take some valuables for my parents and I was not able to because I was only allowed one suitcase per person. They should allow tooth suitcase on each way. Also I have to purchase suitcase in a different country than my original destination

it would have been great to be disembarked from an Air Bridge instead of being bussed around the airport after a 16 hour Flight.

Good food, comfortable seating, excellent service, affordable air fares, professional/friendly crew. This was my first Qatar airways travel. Enjoyed the travel very much. I will choose Qatar airways for my future travel and recommend to my family and friends. Thank you for making my travel enjoyable.

My flight schedules were changed few days before departure by Qatar Airways, but only thing I had to do was to confirm that I have noted, my seats and all the rest of details intact, excellent."

When person in front of us reclines seat for entire flight, it is almost impossible to get out to stretch legs or go to restroom. At the minimum, crew should ask all passengers to raise seats during meal service as a courtesy to those behind them. This is done on other airlines."

It's a long haul - 16+ hours, and if you have to go economy as a 6 foot tall person, their seats recline well, seemingly better than many. You have to plan your long layovers, and they do offer assistance with hotel transfers, but they don't advertise this very clearly - so do your homework before flying!"

We sat on the plane, by the gate, while the crew called the Istanbul Flight Control to figure out when our plane could arrive. This flight had been scheduled for weeks; I would think they could plan the arrival time to be the ACTUAL arrival time."

Seats, even in economy, were comfortable. Was very happy to learn that baggage would be checked thru to Denver from Athens, even though plane changes were made in Istanbul and Chicago. The two bags did not make the Chicago/Denver transfer, but were on the next United flight an hour later."
Nadelen: "Boarding process in Athens and Istanbul was confusing. Although boarding groups were assigned, none were used that we could tell. Just mass lineups, with little or no organization that we could see."

Voordelen: "The crew were generally hospitable and courteous though not well informed. The entertainment choices were varied and enough. The meals were warm. Turbulence was well managed by crew and pilot. The toilets were clean."

The leg rests were absent and not enough room to spread legs. The basket in front too narrow and tight to put in anything. The charging unit for computer/mobile did not function. No clear instructions or help to board next connecting flight either through system or crew."

Nadelen: "No air or ventilation on the flight. I took four flights on this trip and all were hot and uncomfortable. Space was very tight. I’m not very tall, yet I was struggling to get comfortable or even eat in the small space of my seat."

We tried twice to fly home earlier because we knew the flights were going to get cancelled but the airlines wanted to charge us $1500 for that. So when the time came and the flights got cancelled they were trying to adjust the flights and we got stranded away from our kids. Overall it was not a great experience as far as their customer service and we were not happy with how they chose to handle things."

On Schipol airport there is screens everywhere and they do not bother to update the status of boarding. Instead, they behave like everything is normal you are the person making the problem."

Nadelen: "The TVs did not work on my flight from Istanbul to Hamburg. Not only my tv but others on the plane kept saying it was an "error" do to a seat readjustment. Also it is so hot in the Turkish airport especially in the 300 gates. It made boarding miserable because there was so many people."
Nadelen: "There was a gate change shortly before boarding but it wasn't ever announced on the loudspeaker. I was sitting at the original gate and by sheer lucK happened to get up and walk past the departures info screens only to see that my flight was listed at a totally different gate. I feel I could've easily missed my flight even though I was sitting right there at the gate that had been listed when I first arrived to the airport."
Voordelen: "The service was excellent The Pullman Hotel was an excellent choice for dissatisfied customers. The staff was friendly and understanding."
Nadelen: "Only an hour between connection so the connection was missed.Also the airline only gave a food vouchers for one restaurant. That restaurant has poor choices of items to select from ,food quality was substandard ,the choices of the items was to limited, and the people in the restaurant was rude."

Voordelen: "I' not sure which flight this relates to. I've taken economy and business class and clearly the business class is better but economy is fine. The crew were good in both classes and whilst the food in business was better I didn't have a problem in economy either."
Nadelen: "Check in was fine and very friendly but boarding could be better particularly in business. At Heathrow it was a bit chaotic as all classes seemed to be mixed up so it was difficult for priority passengers such as disabled to get through everyone crowded up to the desks and the same applied for business class as well. The IFE wasn't too bad but it could be better. Bahrain airport is a mess and the boarding gates seem to be more like corridors with seats in them so it's difficult again when they call for business class passengers as unless you are already at the front you have to try to work your way through. I believe the airport is being rebuilt. If so then things will probably improve. I'm not sure why there needs to be 2 security checks within a few yards of each other when transiting between flights. they don't have this problem in Doha."

Voordelen: "The in flight entertainment console was standard with decent movies. The hotel and food voucher for flight delay was nice but was only received AFTER fighting with customer service for over 3 hours on the phone using international calling. Terrible terrible."
Nadelen: "Firsr leg of flight was delayed (mnl to bah) then luggage was lost when we arrived in Paris. Food on the plane was mediocre. Service was poor. I kept having to request water because only a small glass of water was made available at meal service, and typically most airlines on international.flights offer water consistently throughout the flight. Flight attendants all but disappeared in between services. Coffee was also terrible borderline undrinkable. When luggage was lost no offer was provided for a solution - voucher, per diem, etc. We were coming from a warm climate and had to exist for two days layering warm weather clothes. Luckily we had our coats in our carryon. But both travelers became sick during our trip."

Voordelen: "Everything was well organized and orderly, though the staff were not too cheerful or friendly. Even though it was a short 1 hour flight I saw flight attendants giving crayons and papers to the kids and everyone was offered a small chocolate cookie, a tiny packet of sour gummies, and a cup of water for free which I didn't expect. The plane was very small but clean and I was fairly comfortable in my seat for the short flight. There was a magazine in the seat pocket in English and Polish. Mostly I liked the cheap ticket price and that it was an on time flight."
Nadelen: "When we landed we went down 5 steps to the ground outside and got in a bus to go in the terminal. The plane was so small that there is very little space for carry on bags so that was a problem for some people, and as we entered the plane I noticed that the ceiling of the aisle is so low that my husband could touch his head on it if he went on his toes a bit (he's 6'4") It was odd to me that they had my husband and I assigned to seats an aisle apart, but a kind stranger agreed to change places. Lastly, the carry on baggage weight allowance is very low and they weighed our bags and we had to pay 24 dollars each for our overweight carry on roller bags which were then checked."

Nadelen: "I was forced to check in my hand luggage, but the Amsterdam personnel attached to it a tag without any flight information, so this luggage missed my plane in Warsaw on the connecting flight and arrived later that day as misplaced piece. LOT needs to fix the hand luggage tagging system on connecting flights."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed an hour, which is fine, but no information was given to why and we started boarding at the updated takeoff time. The process of getting zones lined up and on the plane was a mess. They didn't communicate clearly about zones so every passenger got up and in line, lines weren't directed well, and people kept getting chastized for not knowing what was going on. Once we boarded the plane, we sat for an hour with no reasoning why we waited. When you already have a 9 hour flight, less time stuck in your seat is best. It was hard to understand the pilot when he spoke in English to know why we had delays and any updates while on the plane."

Nadelen: "For three of us we had only one bag to check. They charged us 70 euro for that bag. All their flights were 30-60 minute late."

Nadelen: "LOT planes were late to both directions to the place and 2 weeks later from the place. When we flew with my little daughter - toddler to the destination the plane was late and as a result we were late to another plane, so they sent us to the same destination country but to the different place and then I had to find out were to go further while our luggage was lost (found in 3 days). When we flew back, the plane was late once again and I was told that we might will be left until next day morning, so lots of nervous and stress. The food provided was very poor as well - basically just small chocolate bar and water, tea or coffee, so if you are hungry it would not really help you."
Nadelen: "Flight was cancelled 1h prior to schedule, as people were already checked in at the gate. With no advance warning or explanation. " Awesome" experience. Do NOT fly LOT."

Nadelen: "They lost my luggage in the outbound direction and no-one appeared to care. When I called the number that they provided frequently no-one answered. Even when I finally got through, no-one could provide me ANY information as to the whereabouts of my bag. It finally showed up on the last day of my stay, but it was delivered to another hotel (which I only figured out after about 10 phone calls). Also, they offer perhaps the worst in-flight video selection I have ever seen."
Nadelen: "Kayak listing indicated this would be a 737, have wifi, power and in-flight entertainment. Plane was Embrair XR that had a whopping 10 rows of economy despite being a 7-8 hour flight over the Atlantic! No wifi, no power and the "entertainment" was an iPad with 10 obscure movies loaded on it. Seating was so limited, and online checkin so poor was stuck with a middle seat. Only positive on this flight was the friendly crew members. False advertising all around otherwise."
Voordelen: "It is the first time I flew with Lot airline. I am flying a lot and have 2 million miles with United I never flew LOT before.Now Lot is on the top of my list for my future flights.Everything was superior to many other airlines from the Plane,the crew,the food,the service,etc."

Nadelen: "After spending almost $1,400 on my ticket to Poland, the last thing I would expect for such a long trip would be a broken seat that didn't recline. Being 6'7"in height and having the seat in front of me reclined I had to sit crouched for over 9hrs.When I informed the stewardess, not much concern was given and the alternative offered was worse because it was a middle seat with less space knowing that there were available seats in premium class. No effort was made to accommodate me knowing that the trip was long and sitting with my legs crouched could cause a health issue. A working seat is not a luxury, it's basic equipment that you expect to be functional not broken."

Boarding was very good and crew was good , entertainment system and food was not that good .

Nadelen: "Abu Dhabi airport is poorly designed, crowded and confusing. For some bizarre reason, we had to exit the boarding area (we had arrived very early), and then re-enter at the end of a VERY long line, then dispose of the water we had bought AFTER we had already gone through one set of security checks, to have another bag search inside the boarding area. (???) For a 14 hour flight, you might expect a bit more in the line of amenities (like the Singapore Airlines pamper kit). It’s also nice to know on a long haul what you might be eating (a la Singapore Airlines menu card), but not on Etihad. Also the movies on offer through the entertainment system were a bit stale and dated. They also had no arrivals cards in English, and finding them at Sydney Airport is a nightmare. (Why do we still do the stupid things, anyway?) Then, to top it all off, after a tiring flight, Sydney Airport put on their best demonstration of appalling and confusing crowd control at the baggage carousels and getting through customs. Used to think Etihad was a quality experience, but it doesn’t seem so any more."

The Abu Dhabi lounge was large and looked very beautiful with it's appointments, but it was also packed with people (late time of day, I know), noisy with men pacing around shouting on their cell phone headsets, and I wasn't aware of the many services they had like the spa, no one informed me when I checked in. I understand this airport has a lot of business and first class travelers from all countries, but they need to better organize the lounge into designated "quiet areas" for people like me where cell phone use isn't permitted, family areas, where the kids can run around screaming unimpeded like they were, and also direct newcomers into areas where there are less passengers so you can find a place to sit & grab food without wandering around this cavernous place looking for a place of respite"
Nadelen: "The experience of transferring through the Abu Dhabi airport was a little hellish--very hot (I know it's the ME in summer), long lines, I was patted down in a cabin by a security office because of the underwires in my bra, which I was cool with, but my carry on luggage was kept outside the cabin area with my passport and money with people swarming through in lines. Not cool. I've probably never had an international transport experience like this, outside of Cuba where they pulled me aside and interrogated me by agents even though I had a visa and had documentation I was presenting at an education conference at the government state hotel, (and I'm Panamanian American, I speak Spanish, maybe that's why they though I was a scientist/spy). This airport definitely needs more basic staff and better organization. But I'd have to say this wasn't any worse-- other than the heat--- of any US or European transfer experience I've had in the last 10 years. Lounge staff in Abu Dhabi were kind of jerks compared to other airports, they were very stand offish (like they couldn't be bothered to help you, or maybe it was my Canadian/American accent)."

Staff was extremely arrogant during the flight, not helpful at all. Boarding process was a huge disaster - no planning, no zone boarding and unnesessary panic. Lastly food, worst frozen food. The portions were too small and very limited service. We won't use ETIHAD again."
