Whoever barged to the counter and was aggressive got priority and taking down the details and giving us a receipt. This is probably my 5 or 6 flight in Qatar and it seems that you guys are slipping up as Emirates had done. Hope you don't."

We got to the gate too early (by maybe 10 mins before boarding time) so we were told to sit outside of the designated seating area and that they would make an announcement when we should go back up there. There was never an announcement, but we felt it was getting late so we went to check at the desk and they then said we were late and they were waiting on us. They were very nice about everything, but just thought that was really strange."

Nadelen: "As usual check in and boarding is horrible with Turkish Airlines. I have used Lufthansa, British Airways, Air France, et had not trouble with them. Why is it so hard to improve this in Turkish Airlines. No charger for computer even during 13 hours flight?"

On Schipol airport there is screens everywhere and they do not bother to update the status of boarding. Instead, they behave like everything is normal you are the person making the problem."

Voordelen: "Flight was good. Warsaw is a well organized airport and easy for transit passengers to negotiate. Flight crew, staff were all helpful and approachable. The captain gave passengers relevant information and cabin crew did the same. Flight was problem free no turbulence no delays no just well run and well organized."
Nadelen: "Leg room - I know in economy you can't expect much but passengers are really cramped on the 787. 9 hours of sitting in a very restricted space with little opportunity to get up and about if you are hemmed in between two fellow passengers - and once the idiot in front of me had reclined his seat it became very uncomfortable. I don't frankly see why seats need to recline at all - it does not make it much more comfortable for those "reclining" and certainly makes it considerably worse for the person sitting behind. I also don't understand LOT's boarding process - it didn't make much difference but if you are assigned a ZONE 3 boarding number and it is never displayed and never called, what"s the point."

Nadelen: "I have nothing specific to mention which I disliked. It was a pleasant plane ride overall."

Voordelen: "Overall very good - no complaints. LOT is comparable with Lufthansa and KLM (the airlines I have most experience with) in terms of service and space. Boarding in Warsaw was chaotic - no announcements it just sort of started, I was in Zone 3 but there were only lines for Zones 1 and 2. The usual Central European pushing into the line. Flight was nice, smooth and good service. Leg room is limited but that is to be expected on any airline and flight. Would fly LOT again happily. On time, Captain made regular announcements. I arrived safely, as did my luggage. Can't wait for the direct service between Chicago and Budapest."

Nadelen: "I travel internationally regularly on business. Lot Airlines was hands down the worst airline I have ever flown with. They charged me twice for the same exact tickets and then would not refund me the entire fare. The deducted $300 to process back the credit. Personnel, at both the airport and in flight, were curt, uncommodating and lacked customer service. On my return flight from Warsaw there was a large, disruptive group with a number of unruly children & airline staff did nothing to address the children running across seats, screaming and wreaking havoc for over 8 hours. Passengers could not sleep & the noise was unbearable."

Nadelen: "The food was worse and what they give in plane to eat that was most worst thing on LOT polish airlines.plus Blanket is very small it's not like other airlines. I would not recommend not recommend. Plus my flight was cancelled at the airport ( Amsterdam) and had to wait in que for 5.5hours to rebook that was horrible experience"

Nadelen: "I was forced to check in my hand luggage, but the Amsterdam personnel attached to it a tag without any flight information, so this luggage missed my plane in Warsaw on the connecting flight and arrived later that day as misplaced piece. LOT needs to fix the hand luggage tagging system on connecting flights."

Nadelen: "For three of us we had only one bag to check. They charged us 70 euro for that bag. All their flights were 30-60 minute late."

Voordelen: "Relatively new aircraft with not-bad room between the rows. Water, coffee and tea offered gratis, otherwise pay for snacks, but prices not bad. Good flight for a budget airline. Twi toilets for a full plane a bit ridiculous, but the flight was only 2 1/2 hours, so no big lines."

Nadelen: "I purchased my ticket through Kayak on priceline.com In the description of the fair it was specifically stated that I'm allowed 1 checked in bag. The airline did not send me the standard check in and flight information email, so when out of concer for my flight, I logged in a few hours before to find out that all the good seats were already taken. When I then proceeded to online check in, I was dumbfounded to find out that I do not have any luggage allowance. When I called their English language help line I was connected to a prerecorded message and then promptly connected to a Polish speaking person. Lucky for me I speak some Polish, but if you do not you would have a problem. The person then proceeded to inform me that the flight from Poland to London that I was taking is considered by the Polish airlines as a local flight and for that reason I'm not allotted a free checked in bag. I fly a lot all over the world and this is the first time something like this has ever happened to me. I will now permanently stay away from Lot. They shouldnot be considered a major airline, but a cheap flight air. This way when booking a flight you would know to not expect much from them."

Voordelen: "The initial flight was delayed and they sent an agent to escort us quickly through the airport and ensure we didn't miss the flight."

Nadelen: "After the first hour when food/drinks were handed out, the cabin crew (Economy) seemed to disappear entirely to the back of the plane and spend the rest of the flight chatting with each other until the final meal just before landing. I don't expect champagne service in Economy but the flight attendants could have been more proactive in walking down the aisles occasionally rather than just when handing out meals. If you needed a drink the best option was to head to the back of the plane and pour it yourself. In fact, most of the passengers did precisely this!"

Voordelen: "Everything was great. Everything was good beyond my expectations and this is too much.. This makes experience simply unforgettable!! For example they have on board air-hostess specialized to deal and play with kids, even with another uniform!! Wooow !! And she was doing great with my 3-year old daughter."
Nadelen: "Catering !!!!!! Meals need to be upgraded internationally to fit all tastes !! Travelers on board on route AUH-LAX are not all from Gulf or India or far Asia. Actually the majority are either from Middle East including Arabian Gulf counties and from United States. But menu on board is always splitted into two choices: One choice fits all and another fits only Indians !!! This would be a great favor if we are on board an Indian airliner, but not for Al-Etihad Airways !! And this is a true problem because any passenger from Middle East or Europe or America CAN NEVER eat that Indian meals which was served on board !! I’m a doctor.. You will have a diarrhea straight forward for the rest of the flight. It’’s hot spices mixed with anything pasta or chicken or vegetables and that’s it. That maybe so much tasty for certain group of people but in a restaurant not on board a flight on air. They are blocking passengers’ choices in food in the other option whatever it is. And situation may got worse if the only other option is for instance is meat because my wife doesn’t eat meat (she’s exceptional.. That’s right) but then she poorly can not eat any meal on board this flight and has to wait for the second meal after another 6 hours. Maybe she will be lucky and she can eat the only second available option for all because we all can not eat the first choice meal which is a must to be Indian. And here I’m specifying it. It’s Indian, not vegetarian meal. Vegetarian meal would be a nice choice acceptable to try for anyone. This must be considered!!! Passengers have nothing to eat except what air-hosts serve them for 16 hours !! So Al-Etihad should kindly know that not half of its passengers on board are Indians. And even Indian passengers they eat our middle east dishes and they find all tasty ! Thanks Appreciate this opportunity Dr. Karim Ali"

Voordelen: "That there was a vegetarian meal on the second leg of my travel. And that the journey is over. Besides that, not much"
Nadelen: "1 hour delay to begin with. Then trasfer area at Abu Dhabi was utter chaos. While it's suffocatingly crowded, there was no A.C! No vegetarian option for meal on the flight from Brussels to Abu Dhabi. The seats hurt by bottom. One of the worst flight seats ever. All in all, a totally underwhelming experience."

Nadelen: "We lost an iPad on the plane and I called and filled a o several times it absolutely no response. Very disappointing."

Nadelen: "Too much waiting in queues... Minimum of 2 hours of waiting, Too few counters."

Nadelen: "I asked for dental kit but they did not give me any."

Voordelen: "The service was excellent overall"

Voordelen: "The crew on board were gracious in helping swap seats with a passenger so that my partner and I could sit next to each other."
Nadelen: "My partner and I had booked our tickets separately and so were under different levels of check in (online). We were first to baggage drop at Ahmedabad and believed the staff at the check in counter would assist in getting our seats together as I have been shifted from my checked in seat on a previous flight. However he was unfriendly and unaccomodating which made it a very unpleasant journey."

Voordelen: "The staff were kind, professional, attentive, and each person brought a warm elegance to their interactions with patrons. My seat ate who was a stranger to me got messily sick and the attendant was gracious and helpful to her. Also the meal from Abu Dhabi to Bengaluru was the most delicious I've ever had on any flight, which includes some international first class travel."
Nadelen: "I have long thighs so my knees butted against the seat in front of me."

Voordelen: "Flight was smooth and quite roomy with seats; good and constant maintenance of toilets. Excellent and thoughtful e-entertainment"
Nadelen: "Flight attendants could be more friendly and attentive; seat and food sanitation could be improved more."

Voordelen: "Not much. Free shower at the airport was welcome."
Nadelen: "Abu Dhabi airport is poorly designed, crowded and confusing. For some bizarre reason, we had to exit the boarding area (we had arrived very early), and then re-enter at the end of a VERY long line, then dispose of the water we had bought AFTER we had already gone through one set of security checks, to have another bag search inside the boarding area. (???) For a 14 hour flight, you might expect a bit more in the line of amenities (like the Singapore Airlines pamper kit). It’s also nice to know on a long haul what you might be eating (a la Singapore Airlines menu card), but not on Etihad. Also the movies on offer through the entertainment system were a bit stale and dated. They also had no arrivals cards in English, and finding them at Sydney Airport is a nightmare. (Why do we still do the stupid things, anyway?) Then, to top it all off, after a tiring flight, Sydney Airport put on their best demonstration of appalling and confusing crowd control at the baggage carousels and getting through customs. Used to think Etihad was a quality experience, but it doesn’t seem so any more."

Nadelen: "Food choices were limited"

Nadelen: "Abu Dhabi Airport Is The worst! Going through the transit area is hell. The wall of people extended out of the hall and up the stairs. Shear hell"

Nadelen: "Head will hit the wall when using sink in toilet"

Voordelen: "Decent movie selections."
Nadelen: "Service is on par with American Airlines which I usually expect a little better with international airlines. Food overalll was terrible. They are not really offering any choices. Even I was first few to be served in the cabin, I was given paneer with rice without offering any options. I complained that how can they possibly run out of options already. They run to the front and got me a chicken meal and told me that was the last one they have. Haha, I totally believed him (not). The meal before landing we were served paneer again. Ugh! Plane is overall dated. They made everybody to fit and weigh the carry on before boarding. My carryon did not fit (although it was pretty standard size carry on) and was over their 7kg (15lbs) weight. I checked mine in since I did not check in any other luggage. But many people were forced check in and pay extra check in fee because they are already at their luggage allowance."

Voordelen: "Having two seated aisle was fantastic for me and my partner because it meant we didn't feel like we were disturbing anyone if we wanted to get up and go to the bathroom and have a stretch. The chairs and leg room was okay, much better than our previous flight. You are fed lots of food so you never go hungry and the entertainment was good. Having USB ports to charge your phone or other devices is fantastic."

Voordelen: "Sitting on a flight for 15+ hours is tough on passengers and crew."
Nadelen: "Since passengers are flying from international destinations, they should not have to pay for luggage carts - even though they are not clearing customs in San Francisco."

Nadelen: "I was teared very bad while in Cochin Air port. over weight, was the issue, well I told them let me remove some stuff to reduce the weight. They didn't allow me to do that, made me to pay 200 $. didn't worth it . I was ready to throw some stuff in the trash.staff at Etihad Counter was arguing and show no professionalism end of the journey found my 2 pots were broken. Crew was nice ."

Voordelen: "Efficient and friendly crew, on time"
Nadelen: "Boarding announcements can be improved so that it's clear which group of passengers can board. Seats are too narrow even for average sized individuals."

Nadelen: "DO NOT under any circumstances miss an Etihad Airway flight. They'll make you pay twice the original price of your flight AND a $600 fee for missing your flight. WTF! Why must you pay $600 for missing a flight you ALREADY PAID for. I loved my first experience with Etihad but second time was not as pleasant."

Voordelen: "I like the movies. Seats assignment to window in a 2 seats row are the best. They seat a chubby person who was all over my seat the whole 5 joirse"
Nadelen: "The flight attending crew from Chennai as well as for the Abu Dabi flight ignore request for coffee or water service. Only after turning light several times they responded. Even when they were passing the halls with water and you called them they would not stopped. I love the soft landing of all pilots flights."

Voordelen: "The crew was nice, there was enough leg room to where it wasn't uncomfortable for me."

Nadelen: "Boarding was worst.. Kids and old people need to be boarded first. There is no courtesy for passengers."

Nadelen: "The flight from Riyadh ALWAYS leaves late. Arabs have so sense of punctuality."

Nadelen: "The remote control for the in-flight entertainment system did not work."

Nadelen: "Some of the crew members are very rude and that really disappointed me."
