Voordelen: The safety rating and the price.
Nadelen: Overall, not impressed. The price pasó seemed cheap, but baggage fees aren’t included and are ridiculous. Delayed over 7 hours flight out. Flight back was more or less timely. The movies are old, and the newer ones are B level, at best. The food, is cheap. The price seemed right, safety ratings were good too; but won’t fly with them anymore.

Nadelen: The seats are quite worn, with crumbs and drips here and there from previous flyers, and the magazines very dog-eared - makes you feel a bit like you don't want to touch anything.

Voordelen: Flight wa smooth, little to no turbulence.
Nadelen: No notice of the delay. There were several adecúate attendants and one needs to be taken out of her misery. What an awful negative and rude person, I feel sad for her. The others were ok.

Nadelen: Boarding was down a jetway, down a light of stairs, stand around in the heat while they get the busses to the bottom of the stairs, and then cattle call onto the jet. Other than checking IDs and boarding passes, there was no organization to the process at all.

Nadelen: Entertainment system on my transatlantic flight was outdated and functioned poorly. Also, the promised WiFi connection wasn’t working, and the flight attendant I spoke to basically said, “yeah, I think it’s broken.”

Nadelen: Tv screen didn't work, stuck on an airplane for 8h without any entertainement. Had to pay an extra €120 to check in my bag, because it wasn't mentioned in the confirmation that my ticket didn't come with checked-in luggage. Moreover, the food on the plane was terrible ... Thank god it was a relatively cheap ticket, but would never take this airline again though.

Nadelen: They charged us extra for set 3 and it is on the back side of a bothersome curtain separating us from 1st class. As the plane took off it flew in our face. Flight attendants took great care of the 8 people up front and offered the rest of the plane the opportunity to buy stuff and drinks.
