Nadelen: "Food was awful. It was so hot I was fanning myself. I had a 11 hour flight and than a 10 hour flight after both British airways, and the same exact food. So I just went hungry. I smelled something amazing so thought I would get a good hot meal as my last meal since I had not had anything in 9hours, but nope, just got a measly cold sandwich. I won’t book British airlines again for international travel, I’ll stick to emirates."

Voordelen: "The curry was good."
Nadelen: "LHR-JFK was on an older, more claustrophobic plane. Flight crew had a hard time keeping passengers in check, and there was a lot of yelling. The cabin got quite hot, so we were relieved to get off the plane. Older screens made it difficult to enjoy media."

Voordelen: "Boarding, crew and meals were good. Bedding was very nice."
Nadelen: "Cabin was a tad warm and biz seat was broken. Flight crew was sympathetic."

Nadelen: "Ridiculous last-minute gate change with no notice in Frankfurt forced us to go through security twice and throw away our refreshment purchases. US Customs and Passport Control at Seatac was disorganized and downright surly. My spouse and I were separated on the flight and there is no room for adult bodies to sit with so many seats across without being pressed uncomfortably into strangers for nine hours. It is nearly impossible to sleep under such inhuman conditions. Shame on British Airways for putting profit over service and comfort."

Voordelen: "Doordat wij op het bovendeks zaten konden we meteen boarden. Vriendelijke purser die overal de tijd voor nam."
Nadelen: "Doordat 3 mensen zich niet gemeld hadden, zaten er 4 koffers te veel aan boord. Ga maar met de hand zoeken met 15 Afrikaanse mensen in een A389."

Voordelen: "Respectful and kind crew. Dressed well Love that they are still wearing a hat!"

Nadelen: "Did not get seat assignments until 24 hrs before"

Voordelen: "The chicken and cheese risotto meal was excellent. One of our flight attendants, Sharon, stood out from the others with her service and friendliness, however all crew was good. Airbus A380 was the smoothest flight I've ever been on."
Nadelen: "The pepperoni pizza wrap snack was not good."

Voordelen: "The crew was amazing!!!!"
Nadelen: "No leg room!"

Nadelen: "Not even a cup of coffee! WOW. they charge and nickle and dime you to death. I had to buy a seat to be guaranteed to sit next to my wife. the base price for the flight was reasonable but then they added extra charges that were almost 1/2 more. the baggage charge was high. If I have my choice would not fly BA again."

Nadelen: "There was an agent at the gate in London who went around asking to see everyone's boarding passes. She should have explained the reason for this rather than just walking up to people and asking to see their boarding passes since this doesn't usually happen. She didn't explain why she was doing it until AFTER some of us refused. She explained it was for added security requirements (random checks) because we were travelling to the US."

Nadelen: "NO beverages, not even water, except for purchase"

Voordelen: "Nothing."
Nadelen: "A two hour flight and they ran out of time to serve drinks. Maybe if BA reversed their ridiculous decision to charge for drinks, it wouldn't take them so long."

Voordelen: "Loved how easy it was to board the plane."
Nadelen: "That there was a child who would not stop yelling but that is not your fault."

Voordelen: "The crew was nice"
Nadelen: "There was absolutely no room for me in the seat. It was very cramped. The planes from Dublin to Munich and Munich to London looked dated and shabby. There was no entertainment available. The food was mediocre to bad."

Nadelen: "Legroom could be better"

Nadelen: "My luggage then didn't make it to Ibiza in time because it got stuck in London due to my short layover. If BA can't figure out how to get the luggage transferred within that short of a period, they should not offer flights that close to each other. Secondly, I left a really nice down pillow and bag on my flight from London to Ibiza and I checked the lost in found at the Ibiza airport"

Voordelen: "Crew was very good and very attentive. Dinner was of good quality for airline food. Both options sounded good and the chicken curry was excelent. Flight took off late beacuse the luggage of passengers who did not make the flight had to be removed, but managed to arrive only a few minutes late."
Nadelen: "It was just too cramped. It didn't help the the gentleman sitting next to me was large enough to be spilling over into my seat. The seats were not very comfortable either. The movie selection was a bit disappointing compared to Iberia Airways, and the screen quality was not so great. I also didn't see usb ports to charge portable elctronics, which was disapointing."

Voordelen: "The folks at British Airways somehow got us on a flight to London."
Nadelen: "You booked us on a flight THAT DIDN'T EXIST. Thankfully, BA had another flight leaving almost a half hour earlier to London."

Voordelen: "I had left my walking stick somewhere at the airport, couldn't find it and had given it up for lost. What a surprise, once I was seated on plane, to hear an announcement for the traveler who had left a 'walking stick'; I told the nearest steward, and he got it for me - BA rocks! Overall, the air crew were so professional, (unlike certain things happening on other airlines at the moment), and I was very happy, even with my ovo lacto veg meal, (it really was tasty)."

Voordelen: "The staff is friendly and were genuinely doing their best withwhat they had"
Nadelen: "The check in / baggage drop off took too long. There were only two workers in that section and for maybe arpund 10-20 mins there was only 1 person helping everyone. It was very frustrating, esp when there were 3 people working in the world club section when that line has fewer people in the first place. I suggest having the world club staff taking some of the regular customers and alternating with the world club members"

Voordelen: "Nothing really. Except the general BA at T5 which is fine"
Nadelen: "Everything about the flight. From low quality, poor breakfast on Club cabin to poor service and no entertainment on the flight. It is not certainly value for money for traveling Club."

Voordelen: "Check in, flight was on time"
Nadelen: "The time it takes for getting from 5 to 3. Almost missed my plane on the trip in."

Voordelen: "Great crew, gently made sure we had our masks on."
Nadelen: "Boarded some passengers very early and had to wait on bus and plane for other passengers who boarded at normal time."

Nadelen: "Nether the Dutch government or the Greek government is allowing Americans into their countries, yet Transavia refuses to refund my ticket money. That is the height of abysmal, disrespectful, if not criminal service. Effectively, they stole my money."

Voordelen: "Nothing Horrible service"
Nadelen: "The customer service. The flight attendants have no respect"

Voordelen: "Schiphol was as busy as I’ve ever seen it even at 5am in the morning, but the combination of efficient systems and good natured staff throughout made everything flow very well. This good nature and friendliness was extended into the flight crew who were great. Unfortunate that the flight was delayed by an hour, but I understand this was no fault of the airline or crew. I just made my connection in Lisbon, so all was well. I’d also like to mention the helpful lady at bag drop. A nice reception is always appreciated."
Nadelen: "More updates from the flight deck during the delay would have been nice, but overall I was impressed and would certainly fly with that airline again."

Voordelen: "Nothing I like!"
Nadelen: "No free food or at least water. You need to pay for everything. High air fare, No seat LCD TV, No wifi. Worst airline ever"

Nadelen: "I arrived 45 minutes before boarding, they refused to let me on the plane because they had closed the registration process. I had to buy another ticket"

Voordelen: "The flight was fast and boarding was easy. There was plenty of overhead room"
Nadelen: "The seats are super uncomfortable and the leg room is poor."

Nadelen: "zoals altijd de prijs, maar was ok"

Voordelen: "Our flight had a medical emergency with a divert to Bourdeaux. I was quit impressed on how the crew managed the entire situation. Very impressive!"

Voordelen: "Helpful crew. Clean modern plane"
Nadelen: "Charging $ for everything, wouldn't fill a water bottle for me. Strict carry on policy was too restrictive"

Voordelen: "Friendly check in!"
Nadelen: "Extremely hot boarding and no air conditioning while waitin to taxi to runway."

Nadelen: "The flight was perfect the only thing that concerned me was that two female passengers were allowed into the cockpit about thirty minutes prior to landing and stayed in their for the duration including landing. Did not know that that was allowed. Other than that it was perfect."

Nadelen: "Weinig informatie. Veel eten en drank op tijdens de vlucht."

Nadelen: "De vlucht was een uur vertraagd maar de melding daarover kwam pas een uur voor vertrek. Check-in en boarding vond plaats op de eerst gecommuniceerde tijden en daarom kwam ik bijna te laat. Slecht geregeld. Had een sms verwacht."

Nadelen: "No delay"

Nadelen: "We will never fly Air France, Transavia or Dutch airlines again. Terrible planes for Air France and terrible checking in and connecting flights for transavia and Dutch airlines"

Voordelen: "Vlogen naar Lissabon samen met ons nichtje van 16. Was kennelijk aan de late kant met online inchecken want konden niet meer naast elkaar zitten. Toen we aan board stapten vroeg ik aan de steward of de kist vol was of dat er nog een mogelijkheid was om iets te veranderen waardoor we toch met z'n drieën naast elkaar konden zitten. We zitten helaas vol, antwoordde hij. Toch kwam hij een kwartiertje later met het bericht dat er voorin toch drie vrije plaatsen naast elkaar waren, top!"

Nadelen: "Niets"

Voordelen: "Alles was prima in orde, behalve dat ik moest betalen voor overgewicht van mijn handbagage...Ik moest medcijnen en medische apparatuur terugnemen naar huis en kon niet anders...."
Nadelen: "De externe service provider van assistentie krijgt een dikke onvoldoende..3-4 hulpbehoevende passagiers, waaronder ik, hebben meer dan een half uur moeten wachten tot er iemand met een rolstoel kwam opdagen"

Voordelen: "I’m so thrilled at Transavia’s expansion to new routes like Beirut. This is the second time I traveled to Beirut since November and I noted a marked improvement in the quality of service on the ground."
Nadelen: "It’s still a discount airline trying to squeeze money anyway they can."

Voordelen: "Both of our experience to an from Alicante via Amsterdam has been an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, the transfers went without a hitch. I would recommend KLM to anyone to fly with."

Nadelen: "High school kids ran wild talking screaming standing in aisles and flight crew did nothing to stop all of the noise and nuisance. More like a flying bus than airplane"

Voordelen: "New plane, comfortable and the staff is nice"
Nadelen: "Even a small plastic bag with McDonald's in it is considered a hand luggage! The staff need to be in more control of the travelers - we had one & a half hours delay because a traveller wanted to change seats and didn't sit down."

Nadelen: "Our plane was delayed an hour and then when we landed well after midnight our bag came off the plane with a broken shoulder strap. Will not fly again."

Nadelen: "Niet het meets gezond teen op het menu: te Brel suiker, TW veer zoutige happen."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Physically stood in the sun on the tarmac for half an hour in Marrakech waiting to board the plane. Seating is so compact it’s physically impossible for me to fit, I’m 6’3” then it took an hour forty five minutes to get our checked luggage in Lisbon. Everyone was furious. No explanation from the airport or airline. We missed our hotel shuttle, missed our hotel checkin. Just terrible."

Nadelen: "Vlucht Malaga-Amsterdam voor de zoveelste keer alweer met enorme vertraging vertrokken. Vanwege aankomst in Amsterdam na middernacht additionele dag parkeren moeten betalen. Door Transavia veroorzaakte kosten zijn helaas té laag en het kost teveel moeite om dit te declareren, maar toch: ONACCEPTABEL!"

Nadelen: "It was impossible for me to reserve seats in advance. I tried online and via text messaging with the airline directly. I was finally told, after multiple attempts and many texts messages back and forth with a representative, that I could only reserve my seats during check-in at the airport because my ticket had been purchased via another airline/ service (I had connecting flights). This was very frustrating. Also, the seats on the plane were very uncomfortable, there's no room, and I'm not a large person. When they offered something to drink, I asked for water and had to pay 2.80 for it, there were no snacks. I would not fly this airline again."
