Nadelen: "The only thing I was a bit disappointed was with the meal. I don’t eat red meat and requested it theough the website, but nithing special was arranged and I ended up eating pasta. Pasta is fine and I love it, but people that don’t eat meat need to have vegetables added to their meals, or at least an egg. And for breakfast the only option was a ham and cheese sandwich, so I didn’t eat."

Nadelen: "Absurd weinig beenruimte. Alleen geschikt voor mensen kleiner dan 1.50m. Je kunt het best de hele vlucht op het toilet gaan zitten. Dit was één keer, maar nooooit weer!!! Sterk af te raden!!"

Nadelen: "Changing terminals in New Yory was challenging because the route was not clearly marked. They did not honor the on-line boarding passes, so I had to go to the counter to reprint the boarding passes and then go through security again. I also would have preferred a clean blanket once I got on board. The flight attendants seemed hesitant to speak to me in Spanish, which I speak pretty well and they also seemd uncomfortable talking to me in English, which is my native tongue. This made it hard to interact with them in my normal good natured way."

Nadelen: "My flight was delayed for 2 hours they changed the gate # My notifications in my phone were wrong overall poor management My seat was behind a couple with two children that cried and cried and screamed during the flight, couldnt sleep not even with the headphones helped listening to those children crying. Iberia offered to check in my luggage so i can pick it up at my final destination, but my bag never made it. Had to wait two days woth no clothes or work items i needed in my luggage. Overall a very bad experience with iberia"

Not sure if this was because we booked thru kayak or if it was the airline but this was a long flight and I would have paid(although not happily) to get to sit next to my husband. As it was, we both got center seats separated on the plane. Very inconvenient and very uncomfortable."

Nadelen: "Not only was the audio broken so we couldn't hear the movie, but our overhead light was broken (all around) so we couldn't read. Service was terrible; attendants seemed irritated at small requests. We'll never fly Iberia again"

Voordelen: "There was a major problem with my booking and I went through almost 2 hours or stress thinking I would not be let on the flight. This has never happened with Kayak. But it was really bad. TAP insisted they could not book me on as Azores Airlines from Pinta Delgado to Toronto was not booked for me. I had to call bothe airlines. With no help from the desk. I finally got both to confirm and at the last minute was allowed on the flight. I chose this route to have a nice couple of days in Portugal and I will have. But the flight start was really upsetting."
Nadelen: "I like Kayak. But am very concerned about booking through in the future with this treatment."

Nadelen: "Passenger was refused at check in because, according to the counter clerk, the ticket was not purchased in the country of residency but online in US. As a result, I lost the money, the passenger did not fly, and no refund was issued. This is the first time I ever heard of such BS. Not happy, very disappointed"

Nadelen: "I didnt like the fact that the chairs are so close together. When passenger wanted to incline their chairs it would be too far back to be comfortable for the person behind. And to sit on the plane for a long fight in this uncomfortable position is not good. They need to make sure all chairs a fixed and now obstructing passengers comfortable manner"

Nadelen: "Wouldn't let people approach the desk to ask questions before boarding. Crew very un pleasant and forceful throughout the trip. Would not look forward to flying with TAP again."

Nadelen: "1. Food. I think that sandwich and juice are not enough for 3 hours flight that costs 130 euros. 2. Departure time. The flight was delayed for more than 1 hours. When we arrived at Schiphol it was night already and trains to towns around were super rare. So we came in home at 3 a.m. instead of the planned 1 a.m."

Voordelen: "Everyone was friendly , there were sandwiches passed out and drinks which was great!"
Nadelen: "The chairs were small and we didn't have very much legroom"

Nadelen: "The delay which caused us to miss our connecting flight and as a result being stranded at the Lisbon airport for 6+ hrs. This would have been avoided if there was proper communication within the airline-- an absolutely irresponsible way to handle our plight. The ground personnel themselves admitted that no one informed them of our arrival time. True or false? go figure.This all occured while they refused to allow us on board our plane that was still at the gate and nowhere near taking off. This also resulted in rescheduling our ground transfer, which resulted in additional expense. Overall, a nightmare of an airline. Avoid."

Nadelen: "The sizing device is much smaller than it needs to be for carry on roller bags. My bag was forced to be checked by the ground crew on this Tap flight. My bag is a normal sized carry on bag that has always fit on all flights. There was plenty of space on the aircraft for it. The ground crew also let others on with larger bags so they dont even apply their policy in a consistent manner. I will do my best to avoid TAP from now on."

Nadelen: "The lady changed my 11H seat for another seat (29B) when I claim that this is not fear , a man said to me that if I insist in this matter he will not let me in Or flight , for me this was an abuse"

Nadelen: "They kept us all day in the airport t to then tell us at 7pm that the flight wouldnt actually leave that day."

Voordelen: "They fed us and provided good entertainment. Seats have plenty of room and are comfortable."

Nadelen: "I got food poisoning from the dinner that was served. The crew was very helpful though"

Voordelen: "The seats were pretty comfortable and the crew was excellent."

Nadelen: "It wasn't at all the airline's fault, but this flight saw random searches at the gate of carry-on luggage + patdowns of selected passengers. I understand fully the imperatives for security, However it would be nice if there were some way to signal passengers that they might want to get to the gate early...... Fortunately I'd experienced it before (same flight out of Lisbon) and knew there was a good chance of a repeat...."

Voordelen: "All included extra inches of leg room and personal entertainment system at no additional cost. Food was excellent on our way to Europe, not so good on the way back but still decent. The crew was professional and courteous and the boarding process (two kids included) was very smooth. This has been our BEST experience with an airline in 15 years of traveling annually to Europe. I will book with TAP for now on."

Nadelen: "Nether the Dutch government or the Greek government is allowing Americans into their countries, yet Transavia refuses to refund my ticket money. That is the height of abysmal, disrespectful, if not criminal service. Effectively, they stole my money."

Nadelen: "I was not familiar with Transavia before this trip. It is a discount airline. ‘Nuff said. I guess I understand now why the ticket was so cheap..."

Voordelen: "Our flight had a medical emergency with a divert to Bourdeaux. I was quit impressed on how the crew managed the entire situation. Very impressive!"

Nadelen: "The flight was perfect the only thing that concerned me was that two female passengers were allowed into the cockpit about thirty minutes prior to landing and stayed in their for the duration including landing. Did not know that that was allowed. Other than that it was perfect."

Nadelen: "Weinig informatie. Veel eten en drank op tijdens de vlucht."

Nadelen: "De vlucht was een uur vertraagd maar de melding daarover kwam pas een uur voor vertrek. Check-in en boarding vond plaats op de eerst gecommuniceerde tijden en daarom kwam ik bijna te laat. Slecht geregeld. Had een sms verwacht."

Nadelen: "Timing Cz I was delay 1 hour and half ! And we already booked a taxi to pick us from the airport and he left n charge us! ! So we had to take another taxi . As for the website! I’m trying to book luggage online I can’t get through at all! I’ve been trying since yesterday ... thnx"

Voordelen: "Vlogen naar Lissabon samen met ons nichtje van 16. Was kennelijk aan de late kant met online inchecken want konden niet meer naast elkaar zitten. Toen we aan board stapten vroeg ik aan de steward of de kist vol was of dat er nog een mogelijkheid was om iets te veranderen waardoor we toch met z'n drieën naast elkaar konden zitten. We zitten helaas vol, antwoordde hij. Toch kwam hij een kwartiertje later met het bericht dat er voorin toch drie vrije plaatsen naast elkaar waren, top!"

Nadelen: "De externe service provider van assistentie krijgt een dikke onvoldoende..3-4 hulpbehoevende passagiers, waaronder ik, hebben meer dan een half uur moeten wachten tot er iemand met een rolstoel kwam opdagen"

Nadelen: "The flight departed about 45 minutes late. Despite it being a late evening flight, they NEVER turned out the lights, which would have made people a bit more quiet and sleep. Instead it was a wild party with adults shouting all over the place. A girl sitting next to me was cutting her finger nails. Couldn't get any rest whatsoever. Also my seat did not recline."

Nadelen: "There is so little legroom, that I my legs had to be in the isle all the time and I had to get up every time the cart needed to pass."

Nadelen: "The planes are older and lack the amenities of the larger airlines. You have to purchase food and drinks. No USB ports or inflight entertainment. Seats where old shows wear and there was still trash from previous passengers in the seat pocket and a empty soda can rolling around under our seat."

Nadelen: "We stayed a bit long in the plane before takeoff, very long walk after check out the plane toward the imagination, too long time for the baggage to come out, my bag was broken. Over all bad experience"

Voordelen: "Clean plane with reasonable knee room. Crew was polite and friendly. Bag drop was fast and friendly.. Flight left a little last due to ATC issues but landed at the scheduled time."
Nadelen: "The departure gate was horrible. Very crowded with NO seats. We had to stand around for half an hour."

Nadelen: "Male flight attendant on Easyjet physically hurt me, invading my personal space multiple times and touching me while I slept. Under NO circumstances is it appropriate for flight attendants to physically jab at passengers, especially given the power imbalance in this case of a white male flight attendants being physically inappropriate with women of color passengers. I will not be flying with Easyjet again and will tell everyone I know of my experience with Easyjet's physically invasive, inappropriate staff."

Voordelen: "Aardige man die hielp bij aanschaffen van een horloge. Top dat jullie dit zo doen, zo snel en makkelijk feedback vragen. Heeft indruk gemaakt."

Nadelen: "An hour late without excuses and a 50 min wait for the luggage. Ridiculous!"

Voordelen: "Niks. Kost weinig, je krijgt nog veel minder. Toch?"
Nadelen: "De automatische stoeltoewijzing is klantje pesten. Heb je samen geboekt wordt je uit elkaar gehaald. Niet omdat er geen plek is, maar gewoon omdat het kan. Pesterij. Boarden: je word zo snel mogelijk de gate in geveegd en dan mag je daar wachten tot het blijkbaar echt nodig was dat je er was."

Voordelen: "Flight crew was nice"
Nadelen: "Paid 47 each to check a carry on bag that we thought we could take on the plane. Almost missed the plane because security line took over an hour to get through. The man at the counter that checked our bag was rude and talking to someone else that he worked with almost the entire time he was waiting on us. Won’t be flying with this airline again."

Voordelen: "Once we were able to board, things went smoothly. The crew did well and were polite and friendly."
Nadelen: "The fact that the flight was delayed more than one hour was quite annoying."

Nadelen: "To start we were told by the check in agent that our carry on luggage would be fine, but then at the gate we were told that our luggage was to big for the overhead bins. We were charged an extra 94 euros so like $120 USD. We get on the plane and people were putting away carry on luggage that were a lot bigger than what we had. I am sure it was because we were Americans.. This was the first and last time I fly with this airline..."

Voordelen: "Easy boarding. I like having to wait in lounge and they tell you which gate to go to board."
Nadelen: "Nothing just know 1 bag only carry on. Pay for anything more. 1 bag means purse daypack etc."

Nadelen: "I missed the flight,because not enough time"

Voordelen: "Boarding was quick and efficient. Flight left on time. Arrived early. What's not to like?"

Voordelen: "I thought the food was good."
Nadelen: "Our flight was delayed for an hour and a half and we had to sit on the plane for the entire time. The staff was rude and short. I don’t think Americans are very populated. Food selection was very limited, but at least we got a KitKat bar. They were out of all the sandwich food/main dishes."

Voordelen: "Fought was in time and the boarding process occurred quickly."
Nadelen: "I'm not a fan of queuing for the plane after the entry gate. But at least no additional bus was needed to get to the plane on the tarmack"

Nadelen: "We were delayed 5 hours, we arrived at 2pm and left Milan at 10.30pm! In total we waited 8 hours."

Voordelen: "Everything waa straightforward. No major issues."
Nadelen: "Our seats did not recline. In addition, the gate to board at the Amsterdam airport would benefit from more chairs as everyone was waiting in a line for some time while waiting to board."

Nadelen: "Ik moest rennen naar de gate omdat de schermen te laat waren. Er waren meer reizigers die onvriendelijk gewezen werden op het feit dat ze “te laat” waren."

Nadelen: "Schiphol is eigenlijk te groot. Alles kost veel tijd. Vlucht was half uur te laat"

Voordelen: "Easy to book flights and know in advance what to expect. Was able to check in immediately after I purchased the ticket. I rated food and entertainment as a 1 as there was no food unless you bought it and there was no in-seat entertainment. These was expected as easyJet is a lower cost airline so just want people to be aware."
Nadelen: "Didn’t like being told just 30 minutes before flight which gate the plane would be boarding from. Seat was very uncomfortable (cushion needed to be re-stuffed)."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by more than 3 hours. They made me checkin my bag based on the pre tense that the flight was completely booked whereas it was no where close to full. After arriving in London there was no information which belt my luggage will arrive and I had to search for close to an hour to find my bag"

Voordelen: "Plane was OK for a low cost"
Nadelen: "I was extremely annoyed that despite carrrying a luggage that fit the specs I was forced to check it because the overhead space was full. When I boarded I realized that there was plenty of space. In fact on the space over our heads (row14) there was space throughout the flight"

Voordelen: "Good staff on board, with lots of smiles. Damn good price to fly for just EUR 20 from Amsterdam to Marseille. Speedy Boarding is a big plus and totally worth it. Emergency row seats were comfortable."
Nadelen: "why do we have to pay so much extra to book with a credit card / debit card! :("

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "I received a flight delay notification saying that my flight is delayed by 37 minutes. But I still did arrive airport 2 hours before my flight, checked bag On time and went through security clearance 1.5 hrs before. The gate number was not assigned and later I found out that my flight took off on time. So I had to come out by front desk and rebook the flight to different airport which cost my extra taxi fare half day and too much Hassel. Never ever flying again in easy jet."

Voordelen: "There was not one thing I liked from the flight, everything was poor"
Nadelen: "From the flight attendance to the plane everything was terrible"

Nadelen: "Easyjet behandeld je als vee. Je hebt als passagiers niets te vertellen en als je protesteert beroept het personeel zich op policy. Handbagage is zo'n policy. Elke keer moet je je handbagage achterlaten bij de trap en als je dan in het vliegtuig komt zie je overal lege vakken."

Voordelen: "Fares were very low, boarding was smooth, several seats were empty."
Nadelen: "We were told that we could only carry on one item, unless we upgraded to Easyjet plus, but we were not able to upgrade because no seats were available, even though the plane was only ~2/3 full. Our 'extra' items were a knitting bag and a laptop bag, but the checkin agents persuaded us that we would need to check the carry ons anyway, which slowed our departure enough that we missed our bus and had to get a taxi (for 200 pounds). Our flight had plenty of empty seats, and there was more than enough room for us to have had our carryons and personal items (which I would have been willing to pay the upgrade fee for, as the total price would still have been competitive."

Nadelen: "Luggage was damaged hard. Can't reach support online or offline (Tel). I tried to reach today via Facebook page message"

Nadelen: "Delayed"

Voordelen: "The prompt staff"
Nadelen: "It was SO hot and when you're cramped like that, the temperature can make you panic a little bit. Did not get cooler in the air, and they made you pay for drinks!!! Even water! Nothing "easy" about this jet."

Nadelen: "After the landing we had to wait a long time in the plain. the announcement was that due to how the suitcases where loaded into the plain if all people will get off the plain might tip."

Voordelen: "Did not try food or entertainment, but it's a great value flight. Professional staff and flight times were spot on."

Nadelen: "Plane was full of young party goers on their way to some vacation spot in Croatia. They partied on the flight, drinking, listening to loud music, standing in the aisle the entire flight, being obnoxious, loud and disrespectful to other passengers. Crew did nothing to stop this behavior."

Voordelen: "The crew was extremely nice and accommodating."
Nadelen: "The menu is very limited and it contains mostly junk food. No options for specific needs."

Voordelen: "Efficient. On time."
Nadelen: "Water, courtesy of the airline. More space, of course."

Voordelen: "Helpful crew. Quick flight."
Nadelen: "No gate assignment until right before boarding. Chaotic,especially when you don’t know the airport or airline."

Voordelen: "Poor service, staring from punctuality. 3 and a half delay without any explanation until all passengers pressured the staff and we were told that it was due to aircraft malfunction. The staff were very unfriendly when asked about information regarding the cause of the delay."
Nadelen: "Change management and train staff. The Barcelona airport was in very poor state, without air conditioning and restrooms in very poor state."

Nadelen: "There was a long delay, longer than the flight itself. In a rush to catch up (or go home) they did not clean the plane before boarding, not even superficially."

Nadelen: "This is a budget airline. It was a decent plane, the crew was very friendly. Being a budget airline, food on board has to be purchased separately. There is no entertainment on board. The seats didn’t recline. Overall it was good value for your money."

Voordelen: "Almost nothing."
Nadelen: "Not overbooking the flight and wasting 9 peoples entire day."

Nadelen: "I was unable to check in online (and I tried multiple times with multiple devices). I got the unhelpful message that I simply couldn’t “check-in at this time.” This left me thinking that I should keep trying. A more specific error message would be more helpful."

Nadelen: "They charged for coffee. My legs are too long to fit without my knees going into the isle. They didn't have room for my bag."

Nadelen: "I missed it because of shitty transportation in Paris"

Voordelen: "It’s a quite flight and good space"
Nadelen: "No billows at the chairs"

Nadelen: "Late. Long wait for baggage. Not very friendly crew."

Voordelen: "Getting off the plane."
Nadelen: "Everything else. This was the worst plane experience ever. The flight was super super delayed (as were several other Vueling flights) and we stood in the bag drop line for over 2 hours because there was no system and everyone was confused. Then when we finally got through they updated the flight status every 10 min confusing everyone cause the time kept changing and no one knew what was going on. Then they finally posted the gate and we had to run to the other side of the airport and then they delayed the flight again so it was over 3 1/2 hours delayed In the end. Then boarding was a mess and the plane itself was pitiful for how expensive that flight was. This is never going to be a company of choice for me. Definitely a last resort."

Nadelen: "Was late, without any notification"

Nadelen: "Check-in process was a nightmare not well coordinated and took forever"

Nadelen: "We arrived more than 2 hours too late - this on a 2 hour flight. This can happen - but flight history shows that this flight is too late every day. The seat pitch is the worst of all low-cost airlines in Europe. Also the plane needs a renovation. We are flying regularly low-cost airlines. But non of the competitors is so expensive. Vueling can’t be recommended."

Voordelen: "Delay... I did not like anything aBout this experience!!!?"
Nadelen: "Why would you close boarding with paying customers trying to board when you emailed us with a 53 minutes delay!! What a rip off!! NEVER FLY VUELING!!!"

Nadelen: "Very expensive but felt like budget airline. No space at all, legs were in pain bumped up to back of the front chair the whole time. Crew members very inattentive. No room for small carryon items. Would be more okay with this if tickets were cheaper, but for what I paid I expect better"

Nadelen: "Delayed over two hours both ways. Crew didn't make it down the aisle with the trolley for refreshments. Didn't have food vouchers and would not give me more than a a small glass of water even though we were stuck on a plane for over 5 hours."

Nadelen: "Het is heel krap om te zitten. Maar de prijs was goed. I guess you get for what you paid. Het was niet slecht."

Nadelen: "The airline staff from check-in to dismissal were a big mess. No info, no help upon cancellation....Nothing."

Nadelen: "The most horrible experience Iv'e ever had with flights and airline! The staff lied to us and wanted to keep us in Granada - they lied and said that our flight to Tel-Aviv from Barcelona was cancelled and that we need to stay another night in Granada and fly the next day. After we insisted on flying to Barcelone anyway (although they said they would not take care of us and all hotels in the city are full because of the weather conditions [which was a lie - it's summer and the weather was fine]). When we got to Barcelone we saw that our flight to Tel-Aviv was not cancelled! We only had 30 min because the previous flight was delayed in 2 hours so we ran and went on the plane. Of course our luggage did not arrive...."

Voordelen: "Somewhat friendly crew."
Nadelen: "We had to pay extra to check-In our luggage only for Vueling airlines to lose my friends luggage. They did not even make us feel like they would do everything possible to find it and it ruined the rest of our trip. My friend ended having to buy everything from underwear to shoes to clothes. Not only did it take time and energy to find clothes for her but it was very costly. I've flown MANY airlines and have never had deal with lost luggage so I was expecting more from the airline to do everything possible to located it or compensate us for their mistake, especially when we had to pay an additional $50 USD to check-in our luggage (that ultimately ended up lost). I would not recommend this airline."

Nadelen: "I was forced to check in my carryon bag because it was over 3 kg. So I checked in my baggage two full hours before departure and the layover was three and half hours. There should be no reason why my bag didn't make it on the plane and yet it did not make it on."

Voordelen: "Itching"
Nadelen: "Delays. Poor boarding lost luggage"
