Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

I was even told my flight was changed to 8pm on departure date when it actually was leaving at 4:40 pm. I am glad I got to the airport early. I had to to deal with all my problems. In 30 years of travel I have never had an experience so frustration. I would love to speak to someone at Kayak."

That meant 7 hours waiting in the airport for the next flight. Extremely uncomfortable and borderline dangerous for my grandmother."

The plane was clean and bright. I did not notice if the seats recline. I will be using them for short flights throughout Europe when I return for visit."
Nadelen: "Flight was so short they rushed us eating the cookie and only water was served that I could tell. Also, TAP has their own boarding check-in wing of Lisbon airport. It was not clearly marked and Eropean arrows pointing up could mean to continue forward, as well as go to upper floors."

Nadelen: "I booked this flight months and months ago on Kayak, excited by what I thought was an excellent deal to go visit an old friend. When I got to the Boston airport, I was told there is a fee to check a bag with the ticket type I purchased- of 90 DOLLARS each way!!! This is absurdly expensive. I tried to pay with cash as I had very little on my card, and was told this isn't possible. So I had to pay the fee, and arrive at my 7 hour layover with next to no cash on my card- too little to buy a meal in the airport. So I had a miserable layover experience. I do not recall seeing this baggage fee listed anywhere on Kayak when I booked my flight- it looks like this policy took effect in September 2017, but I booked my flight in July. I am very upset about this additional charge- it is dishonest and I will not be flying with TAP again. I am also considering using alternatives to Kayak, as the TAP representative said that it's Kayak's fault the baggage fee wasn't listed."

Nadelen: "Agent at the gate wouldn't let me do a medical pre-board. When I checked it, the ticket agent said it wouldn't be a problem, I should just ask at the gate. The agent there said there would be no reason to board early even though I have a doctor's note. She said I could board with everyone else and was extremely rude and dismissive. Thank goodness the ticket agent helped me out (by putting me in a seat where I'd be first to board), but if he hadn't, it would have been a terrible experience."
Nadelen: "It did not included luggage cost which means i had to pay additional cost. You SHOULD state it in booking pages (NOT LINK). If i knew it i would never use TAP. I found direct flight, cheaper. I want you to pay back."

Nadelen: "First of all I fly all the time at least once a week. This is my first time experiencing roaches on an aircraft!. I tried calling someone but I was looked at and ignored because I wanted to ask top change seats. I didnt want to cause a scene and affect the airlines reputation with people freaking out or feeling uncomfortable so I just moved to another aisle. Service very mediocre and plane was old."
Nadelen: "To whom It May concern: My husband and I had a very very bad time trying fly from lisbon to Madrid through TAP. We booked together under same booking number. We don't know why my husband's ticket had been cancelled?? Thanks good! We have to spend five times more money to buy another ticket to fly together!! Now we try to find out what happened. I was informed at checkin that I wasn’t allowed a checked bag from Amsterdam via Madrid to Miami. It is the first time I have ever flown internationally where you don’t get 1 bag at least to check in. The. The fee was €150 one way to check a bag. I feel that the airport should have disclosed more clearly that the fair did not include luggage. I can understand for some short haul flights people can choose to take luggage but international long haul is just heap and dishonest"
Nadelen: "I missed my connection because of the insane delay on the first flight."

Nadelen: "My connection in Madrid was bad. I arrived at gate E82 and had to get to A8. Terminals are laid out sequentially and it was quite a walk, with a passport check before the B terminal. Even with an hour and a half layover I had no time to spare going straight there."
Nadelen: "I bought 2 tickets at the same time for me and my wife and the sat us separately 10 rows apart from each other. Its stupid they dont let you choose your own seats. Also paying for the bag was another long process and had to go to 3 sepparate counters because Air Europa required a different procedure. Pilots necer announced upcomig turbulence and the landing was horrible. Old and uncomfortable seatbelts. Ive been on 3 flights this week and this was by far the worst. Wont be flying Air Europa in the future."

He told me there were other seats available for me to be more comfortable. He didn't have to and that was really great. Thank you."
Nadelen: "I told the check in person that I wanted an emergency exit seat so I could have more leg room. She said it was 20€ More. I said I would pay it. She made a change and said it wasn't necessary to pay. I was very happy. When I got on the plane, I realized she never gave me an emergency exit seat."
Voordelen: "The flight was delayed because the plane arrived late, but we made it almost in time for the connection flights. Great flight, very good service. I'll totally travel again with Air Europa"
Nadelen: "The boarding was 2 hours delay due to plane being late , due to it was getting clean , then the said the delay was do to the crew three different stories . So it look like they were all lies Then you get on the plane some of the crew members has a bad attitude very unpleasant ,over heard one flight attendant say to a staff member what do the think ,we are tired too ! she forgot we are paying customers ,not employees ! Also there where a bunch of empty seat no one could sit in because they were for the crew .so they can sleep in during the flight ,felt that was very unprofessional . We arrive to Madrid and had to go through t s a again as if we just entered air lines major delays almost miss next flight ,so that was very stressful . My son got food poisoning ,as well ,later the night not a good experience . I feel I will not be flying air Europa again I was not pleased with all my flying experience I have had never had this experience so I rate air line poor"

Nadelen: "There is no online check in. So you need to get to airport early to get seats together. If you are traveling Witt kids, good luck. Only 5 movies for entertainment that is available 1 HR after boarding. The seats in economy are very close together. I am 5 6 and could hardly stretch my legs. never again."

Voordelen: "We boarded and sat at the gate for FOUR hours while the ground crew dithered with a tire. We were not told anything for an hour then not offered to dis board for another hour with the option to schlep all our carry on items. A little communications would have gone a long way. When one is facing an 8 hour flight sitting an extra 4 hours is unacceptable. If asked I will encourage others to seek alternative airlines."

Voordelen: "This flight offers no personal TV in the front seat or even common TV above. In addition, they don't allow you to watch a movie on your computer (one on one hand hold devices) and they charge you $10 to rent an iPad if you want to watch one of their movies. That's totally unacceptable for the price they charged me for my ticket!!! First and last time I use this airline."

Nadelen: "Our flight was delayed so during boarding they were updating us frequently on the status ...but only in Spanish :( I requested a vegan meal when I purchased my ticket one month before the fly date but only received a vegetarian meal :( Entertainment for such a long flight was not complimentary :( Thank you!"

Nadelen: "Before I was allowed to pass through security, the ticketing agents required a paper proof of an onward flight. I only had my onward flight on my phone. They made me go over to the airport printing service (a 10 minute walk with all my luggage) and pay for Internet access and printing. It was stressful and annoying, but I mostly blame the airline's inability to communicate this requirement to me in advance. Also, the border agent didn't even ask if I had an onward flight. He only asked where I lived, glanced at my US passport, and stamped me in. So all that stress I had experienced, plus the additional expense, was for absolutely nothing. Again, I don't blame the ticketing agents for trying to do their jobs. I blame the airline's lack of communication to me despite the abundant number of emails and reminders about my flight, not once were they about printing an onward ticket because apparently Madrid is "from the Ice Age and requires proof in paper." (A direct quote from the agent I spoke to.)"

Eenmaal id vlucht bleek 1/3e Vd vlucht leeg. Passagiers zijn dan zelf gewoon gaan schuiven met hun stoelen om toch per 2 te zitten"

Voordelen: "De prijs, maar zelfs die was nog hoog voor wat ik er voor terug kreeg."
Nadelen: "Chagerijnig personeel, heel kortaf en onduidelijk! In de vlucht had ik weinig ruimte en alles was helemaal volgepropt met tassen."
Voordelen: "Vond weinig echt leuk. Personeel was aardig."
Nadelen: "Kon niet betalen met ABN kaart"
Nadelen: "Heenvlucht zat er bagage bij terugvlucht niet...vast en zeker hele kleine lettertjes niet gelezen..Dus ergens mijn fout, maar wist niet dat je voor beide reizen moest boeken als je tegelijk een retour boekt. Dus misschien beter aangeven!!! Want 60 euro weer extra bijbetalen is geen fijne terugkomst!"
Nadelen: "Everything. AND missed flight to Athens!!"

Nadelen: "Die low cost is geen low cost meer als je een stoel moet betalen, priority moet betalen of je koffer vliegt in de ruimte onder vliegtuig en als je maar 10kg gratis mag meenemen voor 3 weken is dat pauver. Dus de volgende keer gewone lijn vlucht even duur meer confort."
Nadelen: "Door stakingen zaten we meer dan 5h vast aan de luchthaven. Niemand wist van iets, het was chaos. Een duidelijke communicatie had leuk geweest, niet alleen voor ons maar ook voor het personeel van Ryanair zelf"
Nadelen: "De bagage normen"
Voordelen: "Eigenlijk niets speciaals was leuk."
Nadelen: "Dat we een uur vertraging hadden voor we vertrokken, en er voor, tijdens en na de vlucht niets over gezegd is. Pas na landen bleek door op te zoeken op internet dat het aan de Franse Verkeersleiders lag. WAAROM VERTELLEN ZE DAT NIET!"
Nadelen: "Veel onduidelijk bij het afgeven van de bagage! Bleek dan dat ik maar alleen voor de heen vlucht de bagage betaald had en moest opnieuw naar de balie en nogmaals 50 euro betalen voor de koffer. Dus in totaal 100 euro voor het transport van 1 koffer van 17 kg en dat vind ik overdreven! Bovendien vond het personeel onvriendelijk hij de incheck!"
Nadelen: "iets meer dan een uur vertraging, waardoor ik meer eten en drinken moet kopen voor mn vrouw en ik. het verblijf op een luchthaven is erg duur zoals u wel weet. daarna was de snelweg naar Tilburg ook erg druk omdat we te laat waren zaten we in de avondspits!! tevens waren alle vloeistoffen ingenomen, omdat het niet duidelijk was aangegeven dat de kleine koffers als cabinebagage werd beschouwd en wel in het ruim gingen, ook deze kosten hebben we moeten maken. erg slecht"
Nadelen: "Een uur vertraging en tergend kang wachten in een rij"
Voordelen: "Het boarden verliep vlot en georganiseerd in Malpensa!! Hierin slagen velen helemaal niet. Vroegtijdig geland!"

Nadelen: "De vlucht was een uur te laat waardoor ik mijn aansluiting heb gemist en uiteindelijk 3 uur te laat op mijn bestemming aankom! Ik ga een klacht indienen bij Ryanair. Daarnaast was mijn koffer kleiner dan anderen in het vliegtuig en werd die van mij als enige in het ruim geplaatst. Je gaat mij niet wijs maken dat iedereen prioriteit tickets heeft gekocht."
Voordelen: "Prima vlucht. Geen extra’s maar dat kan ook niet voor doe prijs."
Nadelen: "Door omstandigheden zijn wij niet geweest"
Nadelen: "Wij zijn uren met Ryanair Bezig geweest om de tenaamstelling op de tickets te herstellen. Het tussenvoegsel in de naam is niet meegekomen in de boeking. Ik ben hier zeer ontevreden over en kon niemand van Kayak bellen. Wij kwamen er pas zaterdag na het inchecken achter! Lag niet aan Ryanair."
Nadelen: "Stoelen staan erg dicht op elkaar"
Voordelen: "Great connection. Efficient birding. Pleasant staff. Got the delux package which gives you extra leg room, extra baggage and priority boarding which came to about $125.00 for the entire ticket for a three hour non-stop flight from Barre in southern Italy to Madrid. Great value! Pleasant flight. Much better than I was expecting!"
Nadelen: "€21 to print out my boarding pass. They tell you that you have to print out your own boarding pass when you book on line but since I was traveling I didn’t have a printer."
Voordelen: "Ryan Air deed de complete Europese luchtvaart instorten met efficient vliegen maar van efficient boarden hebben ze geen benul. Ook hier is nog grote winst te behalen. Elk vliegtuig 15 minuten korten aan de grond, reken uit de winst voor Ryan en dan toegenomen vlieg plezier voor hun reizigers."
Voordelen: "Mooi helder weer, snelle afhandeling van de bagage."
Nadelen: "Boarden duurde lang. Onduidelijk waarom 30 minuten vertraging optrad. Veel mensen boeken priority, waardoor dit alleen kostenverhogend werkt en niets meer toevoegd als iedereen het heeft."

Nadelen: "they forced me to check in my small han luggage even though i would have put it under my seat which does not disturb anybody and wors with every other airline. + 1h delay without information. result: I was home at 1am in the morning instead of 11h30."

Nadelen: "Ik zat bij de nooduitgang. Normaal wordt je voor het vliegen geïnstrueerd voor wat je moet doen in een noodsituatie. Minimaal wordt je gevraagd om de instructies door te nemen. Zowel op de heen als de terugvlucht is dat door geen van het cabine personeel gedaan."
Voordelen: "erg vriendelijk personeel"

Nadelen: "Het feit dat ik handbagage heb en dat dat perse in het luchtruim moet omdat Ryanair structureel te weinig ruimte heeft in het vliegtuig. Maar als ik 1kilo teveel inpak moet ik extra betalen. Maar als ze zelf iets verkeerd doen geen vergoeding of wat dan ook. Zelfs geen excuus. Schandalige manier van zaken doen, niks klant is koning..Ryan air is koning van het uitknijpen van passagiers"
Nadelen: "Te weinig plaats voor handbagage in de cabine"
Voordelen: "Basic, beenruimte in orde."
Nadelen: "Onduidelijkheid vertraging heen en terugweg. Geen drinken en uitleg tijdens langdurige vertraging."
Voordelen: "The staff was super friendly, this includes the pilots. You could see that they worked as a team! The seats were crammed just like every other airline company so i can't complain about that.. the boarding was super efficient and we departed on time, (we had priority boarding)."
Nadelen: "There was no priority boarding for families with small kids. And the lines were long to board."
Voordelen: "I sat in the front row and had plenty of leg room. A crew member kindly switched my middle seat for his window seat for which I was very grateful."
Nadelen: "Ryanair did not offer any food or beverage for "free" (i.e., included in the price of our ticket). It was a huge hassle to get our boarding passes printed. We needed to do this in order to be spared a €50/person penalty which I think is outrageous. Boarding was a little intense."
Nadelen: "Last time we flew Ryanair, we did not check-in ahead of time, so we had to pay 53 Euros at the airport. We learned our lesson, so for this flight we checked in ahead of time and had our boarding passes ready on our mobile devices. When we arrived at the airport, we were told we needed a printed ticked so they could stamp it that they had checked our passport. It would be 53 Euros for them to print the ticket. The lady at the ticket counter directed us to the business center to print, but the Ryanair website wasn't working. I eventually printed a poor quality screenshot and hoped for the best. The lady stamped when she checked my passport. Nobody ever checked the stamped ticket beyond that point. What a waste. Ryanair is cheap, of course I'll fly with them again the next time I'm in Europe. My advice to travelers is to do your research and know all the loop holes they use to make money off of you."
Nadelen: "we didn't know we had to print our tickets and they charged us a big fee to print our own boarding passes at the airport"
Voordelen: "Easy check in, even with a checked bag. Use the app for boarding pass. Paid the extra for priority boarding and checked bag and got our own bus to the plane. Otherwise it's no frills. No food to give any stars to. Bring your own entertainment and it's your fault if you don't like it."
Nadelen: "It is tough if you bring carry ons. Most people do to avoid the extra charges. But priority boarding solves the problem."
Nadelen: "Everyone, EVERYTHING, horrible customer service!!!"

Nadelen: "on my trip from madrid to rome I was charged 30 Euros for a boarding pass although I had the ticket downloaded on my cell phone. I will dispute the charges through the bank . My return trip I had no problem with the downloaded tickets on my cell. Ryanair will be hearing from my bank in references to those charges"
Nadelen: "Charged 100Ł due to public transit errors, rebooked, moved from line to line to receive boarding pass , nobody has right answers. You get what you pay for I guess"
