Nadelen: When I booked my flight I was never asked if I wanted to include a piece of luggage so I assumed it was covered, and then I got charged $120 for it at the check-in desk. No apologies whatsoever from the lady, who was pretty rude. I will never fly with them again since the service is not great and this charge made the overall cost of the trip more expensive than traveling with a better airline.

Nadelen: Still haven't received over 2 days now

Voordelen: Crew were polite. The plane was clean and the seats were roomy and comfortable. Luggage cabins were. roomy. Price was great and no extra hidden charges.

Nadelen: Food was okay. Small portions

Voordelen: No incidents which is always a good thing. I would've liked that the seat had a USB charger though.

Nadelen: For some reason the airport scheduled 2 packed flights to board at gates right next to each other. These gates are right next to a main corridor. As you can imagine, it was chaos with lots of people standing around in both lines and then bunch of people trying to walk through.

Voordelen: Fast and esay

Voordelen: Nothing! This is the worst airline I have traveled with. Always late and usually by servers hours not just a few minutes late. I mean late when you have to wait for the announnouncement of your flight for hours

Nadelen: Personnel, seats (even in expensive preferential class which I used) boarding, they want to charge you even if you ask for a glass of water. Come on !

Voordelen: The inflight crew was very nice

Nadelen: The staff that works in the counter was very rude. My carry on bag which has fit in all the trains across Europe and other airlines did not meet the standards of Vueling so I was charged with 50 euros which is ok with me. What was upsetting was the attitude of one of the attendants of the counter. She was a spaniard lady lacking all customer service skills. I will never use this airline again

Voordelen: nothing - they misinformed me left and right so I couldnt make properly informed decisions and then denied me boarding and told me to pay for a new flight after having spent over 750 and 3 days 2 nights at the airport due to the mishaps.

Nadelen: staff that gives the correct information so u can properly plan for the check in and boarding procedures and compassion to advocate to let me onto the flight they made me jump thru hoops just to get onto.

Voordelen: Nothing, Air Portugal is the worst I have ever experienced. Never fly Air Portugal, you have been warned.

Nadelen: monitors for flightinformation was not present. the stewardess was acting here performance for incidents. not 2019 anymore !!!

Voordelen: Nothing...it was ridiculous

Nadelen: No kiosks? No online check in? Seats were vinyl and terrible, and the plane was hot. It took us over 2 hours to check in

Nadelen: They brought a drink cart around as if to offer free drinks but then charge you after they pour it

Nadelen: Nothing dissatisfying about the flight nor the airline staff . Very polite, very professional. It was a Great flight. For long trips this airline is one of the best.

Voordelen: They were very nice! Always a smile, even after 10 hours with us!

Nadelen: Final snack was a ricotta pepper sandwich - which was kind of a weird choice. Kitkat was of course delicious. Beef stew for lunch was fine. but my meal come out with frost on it, so the salad was freezer burned and my dressing was unable to pour being frozen! no veggies for me! :)

Voordelen: The audacity of your gross negligence in a time of global pandemic.

Nadelen: Any semblance of social responsibility or ethical behavior.

Nadelen: Internet speed is weak.

Voordelen: There was nothing really special or to write home about--flight got us there safely and ahead of schedule, albeit, uncomfortably (seats were extremely thin and uncomfortable) and the pitch/distance between seat rows was extremely short & cramped..

Nadelen: Seats could have been more comfortable; they were extremely thin and uncomfortable--and airline could give more legroom/pitch between seats.

Voordelen: The raw was empty and I could sleep whole 10 hours

Nadelen: We were delayed about 40 minutes due to air traffic. It appears they knew that, and we could have waited in the air conditioned terminal, rather than on the plane. And, I could have informed my Niece I would be arriving late, but I had no Wifi.

Nadelen: an excellent early Sunday morning flight to Frankfurt; overnight check-in convenience for large luggage pieces and easy security access to the boarding gates

Voordelen: Friendly and helpful crew, smooth transfer between flights, comfortable adjustable headrest, easy to request special meal online before flight.

Nadelen: Movies available weren't to my taste, which isn't of great importance anyway.

Nadelen: Took half hour extra to board an have us waiting for the bus from the terminal to the plane on the stairs

Nadelen: Boarding on every airplane company seems off. Sitting in seat 6D and I’m in the second to last boarding group. That cheese on the burger pricing for getting on before others is getting old. Be better.

Voordelen: The price was good. The staff really tried to help, but the restrictions from TAP headquarters made them effectively powerless

Nadelen: The flight was canceled last minute. TAPs phone support were not allowed to reschedule anyone on alternate carriers, but told me that the check in agents had that power. Meanwhile, the check in agents in Boston had been banned by TAP headquarters to rebook anyone on other carriers, and were unaware that the phone support were giving the passengers conflicting information. In the end I was automatically rebooked for a flight 72 hours later (not realistic for me...). I gave up and headed home from the airport after 2 hours. People who needed help with hotel bookings (not me luckily) most likely had to wait in line a lot longer than that

Voordelen: First flight on Air Europa biz class to AMS. Easy check in. Great lounge st Madrid with plenty of food/drinks. Leather seats with blocked middle seat. FAs were friendly and efficient. Landed ahead of time. Bags were first off. Great value with these services

Nadelen: Service training for the Crews for being more polite and for having smiling face..., please!!! Everyone was angry for hardworking????

Nadelen: Bathrooms not maintained, flight delayed after on plane, and only had water offered 1x on the flight even though we were on the plane for about 2 hours longer than planned.

Voordelen: More legroom than other airlines, timely and in flight entertainment.

Nadelen: We will never fly Air France, Transavia or Dutch airlines again. Terrible planes for Air France and terrible checking in and connecting flights for transavia and Dutch airlines

Nadelen: I arrived 45 minutes before boarding, they refused to let me on the plane because they had closed the registration process. I had to buy another ticket

Voordelen: Crew and pilots appeared competent. The plane was clean, the air conditioning worked well, even when we boarded in Crete.

Nadelen: The seats are insanely small, cramped, and narrow, but that's why they call it TranSAVIA. I can live with a small seat for a much cheaper flight. The horror was getting to the gate. This is Greece, so no quick checkin, long lines, not really sure which is the right line. Then they change the gate at the last minute. Really the worst terminal I have been in for a long time, and this includes those in China and India. Even worst than La Guardia at rock bottom. But then you are in Crete... But DO allow at LEAST two hours to check in.

Voordelen: Missed the connection because TAP from Vienna arrrives late. The cre who received us at Lisbon airport was very helpful

Voordelen: The aircraft felt clean and quite spacious (decent legroom). Cabin crew was friendly and everything went as expected. Bonus points for the Beemster cheese sandwich (I was totally disappointed when they served the food, but more than pleasantly surprised by the quality of the cheese - I even bought some afterwards, from the Albert Heijn just outside the security area).

Nadelen: Very odd queue separation at boarding. Passengers were divided in 5 lanes, depending on their seating area withing the plane (for a more efficient boarding, I presume) but, by the time we all got to the actual aircraft, we formed another queue in the boarding bridge so it didn't feel like any time was saved or anything.

Nadelen: Boarding was confusing and disorganized

Voordelen: Klm's consistantly high standards in everything they do.

Nadelen: Nothing

Nadelen: Klm is the best, even on a 40min they served small breakfast.

Voordelen: Nothing.

Nadelen: Space and environment.

Voordelen: There was a good amount of room on the plane with comfortable seating.

Nadelen: We sat on the plane an extra 15 minutes before the flight, but other than that everything went smoothly.

Voordelen: Food and entertainment were ok but crew was rude and lazy and we had multiple delays. I was told to get in line for boarding and then stood there another hour. It was very poorly disorganized and did not come into contact with one nice crew member

Voordelen: The crew with neither rude nor particularly welcoming.

Nadelen: When did vueling stop offering a free snack and drink. Not even a glass of water for your passengers is just plain inhospitable.

Nadelen: Seats were atrociously uncomfortable for a 6'1" man. Less than zero leg room due to ridiculously tight row spacing and non-reclining seatbacks. Had to attempt to cram in sideways - resulting in serious pain by the time the flight finally landed. Intercom system, especially from the captain, was painfully grating and loud. Boarding was extremely slow, in part because gate personnel made no effort whatsoever to police and enforce the four-group boarding process (premium - no carry-on - group A - group B). People boarded whenever they felt like it, many carrying on huge backpacks and multiple other pieces. Will definitely avoid TAP in future.
