Bordering not helpfully, Airplane like a Bus. 5 hours flight, not free services.

Too many bad experiences. First, I couldn't get seating 24h prior to flight because they wouldn't reviewed Covid documents I sent 24h prior. An hour layover in Seattle was inadequate to get from my previous flight to the next. Getting last minute tickets and seats, almost missed the flight from Seattle to London. Once in the plane, the crew had no information about us and other people were also given the same seats. Service was poor. Lastly, our luggages did not arrive, I hope they could be delivered to our address tonight. Very stressful experience!

Probably not the airlines fault but covid regulations for boarding and deboarding the plane were completely different. Not sure if covid boarded the plane mid-flight.

Delayed flight, no information as to why, more standing on the runway with no information and after landing, more delays with security gates not working. Just a shambles, lack of communication and lack of customer care.

Nadelen: "the Gateway was broken, so we waited and waited to deplane. Then it worked, and we still waited. We were miles from the main terminals—and about the only plane in the back and beyond. So we had to board a bus. All in it took us an hour to get off the plane and to the terminal."

Nadelen: "I am sorry to say but everything on the flight tonight was poor - from the bad food to warm drink and no entertainment and also the personnel. They looked liked working for cheap hotel. Very poorly managed."

Nadelen: "I had a flight from Atlanta to London with a connection flight to fly to Istanbul. The first flight was fine and smooth but the second was just terrible. Upon buying and resorting to British Airwaya, it wasn't mentioned anywhere that the second flight plans do not offer complimentary soft drinks or snacks for the three hour flight after a 6 hour layover. Assuming my flight was going to feed, I didn't eat a whole lot at the airport so I didn't have to spend too much money. I declined the cart the first go around and didn't seem any too interested or sure what some of the options were. I lasted as long as I could and gave in and pulled out my credit card (not accepting cash is another disappointment because my Turkish bank account was charged by pounds) but there was nothing but one choice left and it didn't sit well in my stomach."
Voordelen: "The crew are always the bright spot on any BA flight."
Nadelen: "Entertainment system needs upgrading. Food just average. Seat comfort is better than before but still less comfortable than Asian carriers. Two drunken idiots spoiled a fair portion of the flight."
Voordelen: "I loved the friendly crew who seem to work tirelessly to take care of everyone's needs and have the role of flight attendant, server, and bartender. I personally loved the meals, drinks, and snacks on the flight from London to Las Vegas. It's nice to break up the long hours. Lots of great movies and shows to choose from especially "classics" like Friends and The Truman Show."
Nadelen: "If there is any way you could please consider taking out a row or two of seats to give everyone just a little more room to breathe and stretch our legs, it would be so appreciated! This makes such a huge difference on our overall mood and feelings of health and well being. We were all so crammed in our seats I could barely move to even reach a book from my bag let alone stretch my legs. Luckily I was sitting next to a very friendly passenger, so it was bareable. But it was a 10 hour flight; that's a long time to sit with moving. There are also tiny corners to stand and stretch our legs but we seemed to be in the airline attendants' way- although they never said anything."
Nadelen: "I didn't get to go. The Turks said I couldn't even change planes in Istanbul without a visa -- and they weren't issuing any."
Voordelen: "The flight was a bit too short to really judge, But the crew was pleasant and the flight was fine."

Nadelen: "They had a smaller crew and took a long time to serve food. People were getting food in different rows and in random order. Our luggage also took a long time to get off the plane."
Voordelen: "meal was excellent, blankets were appreciated"
Nadelen: "Seats were way to cramped in economy. Center seating armrests did not elevate -- even tho there were no other passengers in my row, I could not spread out. I ended up with difficulty walking for 2 days afterwards due to T-band cramps. Please advise your passengers that they need to get up and walk every couple of hours. Common sense, but none that I apparently had."
Voordelen: "The crew was fantastic and professional, accommodating and very attentive. The seats were comfortable and the flight itself was smooth."
Nadelen: "The food was not particularly good, I imagine a better class of ticket would improve the food experience. Then again, one does not fly for the food!"

Nadelen: "This was a four hour international flight from London to Istanbul. There was no in-flight entertainment system of any kind, not even audio, and there was no free food or drinks. Not even a bag of peanuts or a soda. Everything had to be paid for. And if you did wanted to purchase something, it took forever since passengers had to whip out a credit card. Cash not allowed. I have never been on an international flight that made you pay for food and drinks. When I inquired why, the reason given was that this was a "short-haul international flight". Oh, I see. British Airways is now a discount airline."

Not Transavia item, but baggie claim took more than 30 min

I asked for a refund because I was covid positive and nobody responded yet.

The luggage handling at arrival was extremely slow. The indication "first luggage on belt" was not correct at all. This is the second time it arrives to me and I will choose other carriers as a consequence.

Nadelen: "Nether the Dutch government or the Greek government is allowing Americans into their countries, yet Transavia refuses to refund my ticket money. That is the height of abysmal, disrespectful, if not criminal service. Effectively, they stole my money."

Voordelen: "Vlogen naar Lissabon samen met ons nichtje van 16. Was kennelijk aan de late kant met online inchecken want konden niet meer naast elkaar zitten. Toen we aan board stapten vroeg ik aan de steward of de kist vol was of dat er nog een mogelijkheid was om iets te veranderen waardoor we toch met z'n drieën naast elkaar konden zitten. We zitten helaas vol, antwoordde hij. Toch kwam hij een kwartiertje later met het bericht dat er voorin toch drie vrije plaatsen naast elkaar waren, top!"

Nadelen: "Easyjet seats are way better. Limiting the hand (cabin) luggage to 10kg and actually weighting it is ridiculous."
Voordelen: "Alles was prima in orde, behalve dat ik moest betalen voor overgewicht van mijn handbagage...Ik moest medcijnen en medische apparatuur terugnemen naar huis en kon niet anders...."
Nadelen: "De externe service provider van assistentie krijgt een dikke onvoldoende..3-4 hulpbehoevende passagiers, waaronder ik, hebben meer dan een half uur moeten wachten tot er iemand met een rolstoel kwam opdagen"

Nadelen: "It was impossible for me to reserve seats in advance. I tried online and via text messaging with the airline directly. I was finally told, after multiple attempts and many texts messages back and forth with a representative, that I could only reserve my seats during check-in at the airport because my ticket had been purchased via another airline/ service (I had connecting flights). This was very frustrating. Also, the seats on the plane were very uncomfortable, there's no room, and I'm not a large person. When they offered something to drink, I asked for water and had to pay 2.80 for it, there were no snacks. I would not fly this airline again."

I then checked check in times cut offs and on the website it clearly says in black and white that check in closes 45mins prior to departure. I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."

Nadelen: "Transfer between flights was on a short timescale and I received several warnings from pegasus about delays at the airport, because of this I purchased a fast track via their site. This was a total waste of money as there was only one Peterson dealing with fast track and long queues, this meant that ordinary queue was dealt with faster."
Voordelen: "They canceled the flight 1 earlier than its time, and refused to refund. Instead asked the passengers to come tomorrow next time. What about the connections? All lost, or canceled other flights."
Voordelen: "It's not the first time I fly Pegasus the flight is good and I know low cost don't offer free meals but on my booking it was written meals on both flights. So I don't know who to blame the website or the airline but I was too tired to ask them."

It seemed modern and almost like they hired an interior design person for style not function."

Nadelen: "Not even refreshments or a glass of water, almost all flights were delayed, no entertainment, lousy experience..."

Nadelen: "Pegasus airline did not inform us any delay until we asked. They should make delay information to passengers. Other one is when taxi aircraft to runway, make some strange noise come from celing. Alike cable is rubbing something. Crew should report to mechanic."
Nadelen: "I was unable to take the flight due to the coup. But everytime I call it can never speak to a real person and the one time I did they said they would get back to me and it's been over a week. What can I do to get a reimbursement???"
Nadelen: "The problems began around 2 am on 12-July at the Dubai airport. Our flight, originally scheduled for 4:20 am, was delayed until 6am. I attempted to inquire with the Pegasus staff about the flight delay, and what this would mean for my connection, but no staff were even available at the airport (all check-in activities etc were handled by airport staff). Even after the flight got delayed again until 7am, there were no Pegasus staff available to speak with. The Dubai airport staff assured me that someone was on their way to speak with the passengers, and that since our connecting flights were also on Pegasus, they would be sure to hold the flights for us. We were told that we would definitely make our connections. When we asked about the reason for the delay and to speak with a Pegasus staff member, we were told by airport staff that the Pegasus team had been called repeatedly and nobody was picking up the phone. There was a supervisor that was somewhere in the airport, and they had been told that she would be coming to the information desk to speak with passengers, but I waited for 2 hours for her and she never showed up. We were given no information on why the flight was delayed and what the plan was for our connections. Even at the gate there was not a single Pegasus staff member to assist us. We finally arrived in Istanbul and were directed to the transfer desk, where the Pegasus staff were rude, physically forceful (pushing and shoving), and could not communicate in English. The entire situation was extremely upsetting. Nobody was apologizing for the misinformation or lack of accountability. Nobody simply said, "I'm sorry." I was continuously shouted at in Turkish, I was pushed by Pegasus staff. I was simply trying to find out if my flight had left and if I could be rebooked on another flight. They were insistent that there was one flight a day and they could not book me on an alternative airline. For me, this meant that I missed an important meeting in Germany that afternoon, and that I had to forfeit money that I had put down for a hotel in Hamburg (Euros 124). They told everyone that the flights had left and that we should go upstairs to the hotel desk. However, even to do this, I was forced to purchase a visa (USD 30) to go through passport control. Pegagus has not reimbursed me for these expenses, despite emails, speaking to a supervisor at the Istanbul airport, and filing a complaint in the portal online. Again, at the hotel transfer desk, the staff was rude and unhelpful. We were treated like animals to be herded, and not like humans. Needless to say, I will never be flying with Pegasus again, and I will not be recommending it to anyone. The treatment of paying customers was horrible, and the service was terrible."
