We were late leaving London which isn’t an issue except the people at the BA desk were the least helpful. We found out more from the pilots than anyone in the airport."

Nadelen: "for the second time on this flight, the onboard devise for credit cards would not accept mine. this is the same card i used to book the flight. i complained to british air last time but they obviously haven't fixed the problem. there seems to be a problem using american credit cards these flights. is is a problem because nothing is free. luck;y a flight attendant did feel bad about it and gave me a glass of water"

Voordelen: "Irish people are super nice at the airport, anywhere, as at the boarding The captain has a good sense of humor. Air Lingus both flights has good looking staff and they are nice."
Nadelen: "The Airlines is Ari Lingus not British Airways Air Lingus has extremely tiny seats for a 11 hours flight. The technology on the plane was very slow and poor. The flight attendants hardly ever brings you water or juices and alcohol is not free of charge for an intercontinental flight. We got took off late cause of the weather but we were all safe."

Voordelen: "The crew was amazing and attentive"
Nadelen: "It’s an older plane. Video screens are pixelated. Seats are cramped and I’m only 5’3. Boarding process was a mess. They used 15-20 minutes calling the first class and premiere class passengers. Then announce everyone else can board in 20 minutes. I ordered a lactose free meal and got curry with caramel cream, butter, milk stick for coffee and bread. Snack was a snack sized kit kat bar."

Voordelen: "Always 5 stars to the crew and reliability."
Nadelen: "Seats are not so comfortable or that much leg room in economy. Asian airlines do much better n seat comfort. The entertainment system on this 777 is old and unreliable. Poor viewing aspect and screen resolution. On a 13 hour flight the passengers deserve more for their money."

Voordelen: "20 minutes late taking off and made up a few minutes. They had run out of sandwiches that we liked so we didn't bother with buying food all in all I'm so food so so trip"

Voordelen: "Simple no drama very professional, Good service, Food to suit almost every flavour and preference . Entertainiment is a 3 star cause There’s nothing there to be offered apart from newspaper and A magazine."
Nadelen: "Child sitting behind me kept dropping the table and pushing it back up"

Voordelen: "Ground staff in London was amazing! The flight from Barcelona to London was delayed because of weather condition. Once we arrived in London the ground staff made sure all of us (almost 20 people, lots of kids) could get the flight connection to JKF. The shuttle bus was already waiting for us, the ground staff indicated to us the faster way to get to our gate after passing through security checking. Everybody could get the JFK flight!"
Nadelen: "I'm gluten intolerant and there was no gluten free snack!!! Lunch was served as soon as the plane took off, but for the next 5h of flight nothing else was served. I asked if they had some gluten free snack, they told me there were going to check, but they never got back to me with an answer. I was starving arriving in NY. Aircraft was too old and it didn't have USB charger. And the individuals screens were also too old and had really bad quality for watching movies! It seemed that I was in a flight from 20 years ago!"

Voordelen: "Everything was absolutely spot on except for larger than average people not being catered for."
Nadelen: "Being a big lad (6'6") it was difficult to get comfortable even with the extra leg room."

Nadelen: "When I got to London British airways refused to board the plane that was originally scheduled to leave for Warsaw because there were not enough passengers. That happened twice. I was at the airport for over 12hrs and the airline didn't offer an explanation at all or even a food voucher. It was tortourous"

Nadelen: "I had to cancel my trip due to a family emergency. The only way I could get a “partial” refund was to pay another $700. Makes no sense. I already paid over $1000 for tickets and you want me to give you another $700 in order to give me a refund."

Voordelen: "Everything."
Nadelen: "Nothing."

Voordelen: "The crew was very friendly"

Nadelen: "I always expect water to be handed out, but I guess this flight was too short so I had to ask for a cup of water. That's all. Not a big deal. They brought me water."

Voordelen: "Crew was friendly and helpful."

Nadelen: "Flight was late. Poor support from ground personnel in LHR Poor service"

Nadelen: "I ordered a ginger ale onboard. When the stewardess took my order and went to swipe my card, he made a comment that sometimes they have difficulties with USA credit cards. He tried 3 different cards and then when nothing worded, he asked if I had pounds to pay with. I stated no, that I had Croatian crowns, Euros or US Dollars on me at that point in time. He then looked over at me and very rudely asked me why in the heck I ordered the drink to begin with. I was already embarrassed that he was having trouble with my cards so to yell at me in front of everyone so much to the point the lady in the next row heard hi and offered to buy my drink for me. I would like to point out that even he made the remark that the machine sometimes has difficulty taking US cards. How was I supposed to know that none of the three cards that I had on me wouldn't work. I never had any issues with either of those three cards after that incident. They worked just fine so it was clearly an issue with your machine not my cards. I feel it was very inappropriate for him to treat me that way (especially over a stupid soda). My luggage then didn't make it to Ibiza in time because it got stuck in London due to my short layover. If BA can't figure out how to get the luggage transferred within that short of a period, they should not offer flights that close to each other. Secondly, I left a really nice down pillow and bag on my flight from London to Ibiza and I checked the lost in found at the Ibiza airport and it was never turned in. I never recommend BA to anyone."

Voordelen: "Great crew, gently made sure we had our masks on."
Nadelen: "Boarded some passengers very early and had to wait on bus and plane for other passengers who boarded at normal time."

Voordelen: "The crew was great!"

Nadelen: "Nether the Dutch government or the Greek government is allowing Americans into their countries, yet Transavia refuses to refund my ticket money. That is the height of abysmal, disrespectful, if not criminal service. Effectively, they stole my money."

Nadelen: "The customer service. The flight attendants have no respect"

Voordelen: "Schiphol was as busy as I’ve ever seen it even at 5am in the morning, but the combination of efficient systems and good natured staff throughout made everything flow very well. This good nature and friendliness was extended into the flight crew who were great. Unfortunate that the flight was delayed by an hour, but I understand this was no fault of the airline or crew. I just made my connection in Lisbon, so all was well. I’d also like to mention the helpful lady at bag drop. A nice reception is always appreciated."
Nadelen: "More updates from the flight deck during the delay would have been nice, but overall I was impressed and would certainly fly with that airline again."

Voordelen: "Got from point A to point B alive and intact."
Nadelen: "I was not familiar with Transavia before this trip. It is a discount airline. ‘Nuff said. I guess I understand now why the ticket was so cheap..."

Nadelen: "I arrived 45 minutes before boarding, they refused to let me on the plane because they had closed the registration process. I had to buy another ticket"

Voordelen: "The flight was fast and boarding was easy. There was plenty of overhead room"
Nadelen: "The seats are super uncomfortable and the leg room is poor."

Voordelen: "Our flight had a medical emergency with a divert to Bourdeaux. I was quit impressed on how the crew managed the entire situation. Very impressive!"

Nadelen: "Weinig informatie. Veel eten en drank op tijdens de vlucht."

Nadelen: "De vlucht was een uur vertraagd maar de melding daarover kwam pas een uur voor vertrek. Check-in en boarding vond plaats op de eerst gecommuniceerde tijden en daarom kwam ik bijna te laat. Slecht geregeld. Had een sms verwacht."

Nadelen: "Timing Cz I was delay 1 hour and half ! And we already booked a taxi to pick us from the airport and he left n charge us! ! So we had to take another taxi . As for the website! I’m trying to book luggage online I can’t get through at all! I’ve been trying since yesterday ... thnx"

Voordelen: "Vlogen naar Lissabon samen met ons nichtje van 16. Was kennelijk aan de late kant met online inchecken want konden niet meer naast elkaar zitten. Toen we aan board stapten vroeg ik aan de steward of de kist vol was of dat er nog een mogelijkheid was om iets te veranderen waardoor we toch met z'n drieën naast elkaar konden zitten. We zitten helaas vol, antwoordde hij. Toch kwam hij een kwartiertje later met het bericht dat er voorin toch drie vrije plaatsen naast elkaar waren, top!"

Nadelen: "Niets"

Nadelen: "Easyjet seats are way better. Limiting the hand (cabin) luggage to 10kg and actually weighting it is ridiculous."

Voordelen: "Alles was prima in orde, behalve dat ik moest betalen voor overgewicht van mijn handbagage...Ik moest medcijnen en medische apparatuur terugnemen naar huis en kon niet anders...."
Nadelen: "De externe service provider van assistentie krijgt een dikke onvoldoende..3-4 hulpbehoevende passagiers, waaronder ik, hebben meer dan een half uur moeten wachten tot er iemand met een rolstoel kwam opdagen"

Voordelen: "I’m so thrilled at Transavia’s expansion to new routes like Beirut. This is the second time I traveled to Beirut since November and I noted a marked improvement in the quality of service on the ground."
Nadelen: "It’s still a discount airline trying to squeeze money anyway they can."

Voordelen: "Inexpensive fares are worth something. Where else can you fly half way across the EU for 150 euro? The crew was cheerful and helpful. Website, phone app and email reminders are great."
Nadelen: "You do pay alacarte for everything. And service suffers in the name of low price. Checked bags, drinks and food. Be prepared to walk or stand everywhere, baggage check-in at Orly is in the basement and the last areas 132. The gates are the last gates in the south terminal. And when you get to the gate boarding is done enmasss so you wait in line. But the fares are cheap."

Nadelen: "Vlucht Malaga-Amsterdam voor de zoveelste keer alweer met enorme vertraging vertrokken. Vanwege aankomst in Amsterdam na middernacht additionele dag parkeren moeten betalen. Door Transavia veroorzaakte kosten zijn helaas té laag en het kost teveel moeite om dit te declareren, maar toch: ONACCEPTABEL!"

Nadelen: "Vlucht Malaga-Amsterdam voor de zoveelste keer alweer met enorme vertraging vertrokken. Vanwege aankomst in Amsterdam na middernacht additionele dag parkeren moeten betalen. Door Transavia veroorzaakte kosten zijn helaas té laag en het kost teveel moeite om dit te declareren, maar toch: ONACCEPTABEL!"

Voordelen: "Snelle security en boarding"
Nadelen: "Bagagedrop-off duurde ruim 1 uur, ook al was reeds ingecheckt online. Consumpties in vliegtuig onder de maat voor gevraagde prijs"

Voordelen: "The fact that we arrived to Amsterdan"

Voordelen: "We fly all the time and this crew is the best ever. They made us feel comfortable and not like a burden...even when my daughter was sick. I want to choose my next destination based on where they are going."

Voordelen: "Friendly staff. Passanger leg room is ok. Very reasonably priced food and drinks. No serious delays."

Voordelen: "We had arrived to destination in somehow safe condition"
Nadelen: "- Will charge you for anything... extra kg (or less) - charge! Water for 5 hours flight? - Charge! - They ruined my suitcase and won't pay for it - Drunk people making mess on the plane and throw-up on your cloths? Your problem. To conclude, flight with many low cost, but never had that bad experience before."

Nadelen: "Late arrival, no leg room, high price for flight change - 30%"

Nadelen: "Pisa ariport was een ramp. Veel te druk. Urenlange wachtrij. Kan Transavia verder niet veel aan doen maar het gaf wel stress."

Nadelen: "1. Check-in Agent was rude. 2. Carry-on bag were taken at the Check-in Counter without my permission - and checked through to destination. The carry-on contained an iPad (still in the 'On' Mode) as well as diabetic medication and foods. 3. Flight left an hour late but passengers were not given updates until 15 minutes before we were able to leave. 4. Not much in-flight service and noone came by to collect garbage, empty water bottle, etc."
