Nadelen: "The cabin was extremely hot for almost the entire flight. I had my pants rolled up to try to stop sweating. I asked for some ice water to help cool down and although promised, it never arrived. I was not able to sleep as a result."
Voordelen: "Doordat wij op het bovendeks zaten konden we meteen boarden. Vriendelijke purser die overal de tijd voor nam."
Nadelen: "Doordat 3 mensen zich niet gemeld hadden, zaten er 4 koffers te veel aan boord. Ga maar met de hand zoeken met 15 Afrikaanse mensen in een A389."
Nadelen: "FLIGHT WAS CANCELLED IN THE LAST MINUTE, I WAS STRANDED IN LONDON AND HAD NO COMPENSATION"
Voordelen: "All of the flight attendants were extremely sweet!"
Nadelen: "It is difficult to get in and out of chair. I wish the chair handle would be moved up . Every time I needed to go to bathroom , I hurt myself."

Voordelen: "The crew and entertainment was great on this flight! Other than that, it is kind of hard to find positives."
Nadelen: "We were delayed by 30 minutes for whatever reason and then we were trapped in the air for 11 hours in tiny seats. The seat wasn't very comfortable and I didn't have much room to sit and for my legs. I had a stupid box under the seat in front of me with airplane stuff in it I guess, so that took up some room under the seat in front of me. I had my legs stretched in the aisle most of the flight. The food wasn't great, but what airline food is good? I was really expecting this aircraft to be like the Dream Liner, but overall it was just a big tin can in the sky."
Voordelen: "The plane was new and everything was up to par."
Nadelen: "There wasn't anything I didn't like other than flying in coach!"
Voordelen: "Regardless of many flights, this was my first experience with BA on transatlantic flights. And I was pleasantly surprised. Very well mannered crew, politeness, help, all... Food was great as well. Overall great first impression and definitely will fly again with BA."
Nadelen: "In general, it was ok, can't complain."
Voordelen: "Across to entertainment helped pass the time"
Nadelen: "On an 11 + hour flight it's extremely difficult if not impossible to get any sleep when you can barely move your seat back. Try removing some seats ...yes, I know impossible"
Nadelen: "Weinig te eten weinig te drinken voor zo'n lange vlucht. Geen geluid op entertainment"
Voordelen: "The food and the boarding crw comfortable"
Voordelen: "Boarding went smoothly."
Nadelen: "the seats are horrible! I expected more comfort on an airbus. there was less room on the international flight than on domestic flights on other carriers!"
Nadelen: "The seats and the conglomeration at boarding time."
Voordelen: "The food was actually quite good, free beverages (including alcoholic) was great addition. Compared to Amercan airlines, I was very impressed with the number of meals and snacks we were served. Some meals better than others, but you can't beat the value."
Nadelen: "LIke most planes, the seats aren't roomy in coach class, but the seats were comfortable with nice headrests. Leg room, especially in window seats, what almost non-existent."
Voordelen: "The crew was great. All of my flights the crew from boarding to flight crew were wonderful. On time, and and safe. Got around the world as scheduled in one piece and with all of my luggage."
Nadelen: "Better entertainment selection would be nice."
Voordelen: "Mostly everything except for the entertainment, which on my previous travels with you entertainment was good. Crew and ground staff have so far always been nice."
Nadelen: "Selection of movies weren't so good. Been having trouble with the online checking when coming from England to LA"
Voordelen: "I liked the extra compartment and arm rest by the window seat."
Nadelen: "The crew wasn't too observant. I had my blinker button on for 40 minutes because I realized I was never given a headphone to watch tv. As I patiently waited, I saw the flight attendants in the back doing nothing but chatting. So I tried clicking again in hopes they would head and come to assist me. But nothing. So I had to hail one over for headphones. They also kept the curtains open the entire flight even though people were trying to sleep. I had to put a jacket over my face to block the light and so did the person sitting next to me."
Voordelen: "Good Service and acceptable food quality."
Nadelen: "Cramped economy seats w/AV box crowded foot space!"
Nadelen: "Would have liked the option of internet - even for fee on the 12 HR flight from London to La. otherwise great"
Voordelen: "We enjoyed the entertainment on the flight. The crew was great too!"
Nadelen: "We were right in front of the restroom, closest to the back wall. We kept hearing the toilets flush and had to deal with all the people in line for the restrooms. It just felt a little crowded back there. Boarding wasn't ideal either. We were delayed 3 hours and couldn't get a confident update until we actually boarded. The only thing near the gate was a Starbucks that took cash only. That's more of a problem with the airport though. Overall, for an 11 hour flight, it was quite enjoyable."
Nadelen: "Aside from not being able to leave for almost a whole day, they lost our luggage upon arriving to Los Angeles."
Voordelen: "The food was good and the leg room was very good. The flight was on time."
Nadelen: "On both flight s going to LAX to London and London to LAX we were sitting in the back of the plan with all the families with noisy kids. on the flight to London I had two twins in one seat it was difficult for the mother and the children were all over the place. with a tantrum at the end of the flight because of having to have the seat belt on. On the flight home we were in the last row and all kinds of crying kids. If I ever fly again on British Air I want a seat further forward but if is hard to pre book your seat. We are in our 70's and would like a quieter area."
Voordelen: "Not a darn thing."
Nadelen: "The flights at Heathrow had been delayed all day, according to the pilot from Paris to London. Well all except the connection that I missed due to a lot of slow moving people and delayed take off. So I was directed to stand in the rebooking line to get on another flight. I stood in that line for over 6 hours! Once i finally reached the counter, I was told the next available flight wasnt until the next day, and that I would be put up in a hotel for the night. The hotel was an hour bus ride away (which I had to pay for), and my arrival at the Hotel was too late for me to use my meal voucher for dinner. There were many other issues as well regarding misplaced baggage, trying to charge me twice for my extra bag, along with several efficiency muckups causing insufferable delays. What a disaster"
Nadelen: "Worst flight ever! Crew very unprofessional. The plane was filthy and most seats did not recline. It was a night flight but they were unable to turn the lights off. We took off almost an hour later because they did not have ice nor snacks."
Voordelen: "On time and nice."
Voordelen: "Excellent entertainment system! Food was good too!"
Nadelen: "Flight crew was snotty and condescending - put off by doing their job. We didn't ask for anything - they are just rude. Lost bag - 8 days later - still missing!!"
Voordelen: "Entertainment, food, drinks, service."
Voordelen: "Good service. Very gracious that the plane waited for us arriving late from Rome."
Nadelen: "Lost all our luggage"
Nadelen: "Departure time was 4:10 pm, and they finished boarding at 4:45 pm. Then we had to sit in the plane on the tarmac for another 2 hours, while the captain kept coming up with the weirdest excuses about why we are delayed. First they had to do a manual passenger head count, because the numbers didn't add. After an hour, he says they are finally done counting and are waiting for the truck to push the plane on to the runway. He says that since this is a A380, it needs a bigger truck that is in short supply at Heathrow!! He came on the intercom few more times in the next hour with more excuses about why we are delayed, but by then I was too mad to remember what the hell he was saying."
Voordelen: "I booked a window seat and the booking was dropped, but there was a special to upgrade to economy plus and things worked out just fine. Food was good, and seat comfortable in economy plus"
Nadelen: "they messed up the booking The added compartment next to the window did not open and was a waste of space."
Voordelen: "Heathrow Terminal; Check in easy. Staff knowledgable Security smooth until you reach carry on check. Disorganized area very cramped, 3-4 individuals at a time to place items in trays."
Nadelen: "Gate not assigned until 1 hour before boarding but this issue would be workable if the assigned gate is A. I am 68 years old the trek to gate C was ludicrous."
Nadelen: "Having to collect my luggage in philidelphia then check my bag again for the transfer to lax."
Voordelen: "The actual aircraft was well maintained and inviting. The crew and the food, as always, was outstanding."
Nadelen: "Two things: 1) My screen wasn't functioning properly. I did tell a crew member and she re-started it for me; but, it continued to glitch and was, for the most part, unusable. (The touch screen was unresponsive and kept getting stuck). 2) When the person in front of me reclined, her seat was very close to my face, giving me very little room. I didn't want to do the same thing to the person behind me, so I kept my seat upright, which didn't help. I only got up once during the whole flight and I know it was uncomfortable for the reclining person because there was no way to exit without jostling her."
Voordelen: "Good selection of movies. Flight attendant super nice. Provided plenty of drinks with meals and brought around water and juice in between."
Nadelen: "Too many sweet things in meals."
Nadelen: "Unfriendly flight attendants (with exceptions), mostly older women with seniority and nothing to spare in terms of customer care. Food service was very very basic for a flight of this duration (>10 hours)."
Voordelen: "Cabin Crew were great"
Nadelen: "Food was OK but the chicken wrap was awful."
Voordelen: "Service was very good. Attendants made sure you were comfortable and made hourly rounds throughout the flight. Brought water, juice and snacks."
Nadelen: "My seating stunk. Made the mistake of not checking in when I should have and was in the second to the last row of the plane in middle section. Needed an aisle seat to get up and walk more. Make sure to check in when you can!"
Voordelen: "Was on time"
Voordelen: "We've met one nice and polite employee from British Airways."
Nadelen: "The plane was delayed and no reason was given. My boyfriend got selected for a 'random' security check and because he helped carry my bag for two seconds they had to check that one as well. As a result we were the last people to board and delayed the plane even more and then announced to everyone as we were boarding that we're now ready to leave so we got dirty looks from everyone. They straight up didn't even take our luggage on the plane and got an email while landing that we won't be getting it until the next day. The cabin was very, very warm, they barely turned on the AC after asking them, awful food and no option to buy another. And worst of it all all everyone was so rude, no one apologized for the luggage or for anything really. This was the return home from our holiday trip, where British also lost our luggage (more than half of the trip we had no clothes and had to buy new ones), we were delayed by almost a day and had to add an extra stop to our anyway very long trip. And had an 'amazing' British Airways employee ask us why would she apologize for us being delayed for so long, it's not her personal fault. We still don't know the reason for the delay, btw. That was at no times communicated."
Voordelen: "The crew were ALL super friendly. My first time on a flight were ALL the stewards were polite, kind and helpful. Usually there's just one, if any. However they were all so friendly and accommodating."
Nadelen: "Although I was in business class the service seemed unattentive and sparse. The crew did not check for passengers needing additional drinks and did not clear the empty glasses until almost the end of the flight. Overall, the crew seemed more suited to economy class than business class."
Nadelen: "We had a 4 hour delay . At the boarding the crew was not given accurate information. I even had to go to customer service and than tto a station manager to make sure that I would get the correct information. Once handled the crew and also the station manager was good."
