Missed connection to Manchester. Paid for my own hotel room overnight in Paris CDG. Flight will arrive a day late in Manchester. That means I have missed my flights from Manchester to UK with Air Lingus (booked through Kayak website) It seems I must now purchase a new ticket to get home from Manchester to Nashville. All expenses I can ill afford. Lesson learned...cannot afford to use Kayak anymore...sorry."

For the leg from Istanbul to Los Angeles I confirmed a window seat when I checked-in online. However, when I arrived at the airport I has a middle seat and could not change it and the 15 hour flight was miserable. I also asked to be upgraded to business class and told it would be $3,500.00, which was ridiculous."

Nadelen: "New US regulations requiring tablets and laptops to be stored in checked baggage were not relayed to me. I booked the trip in February and the new regulations went into effect in March, but I was never notified. When we got to Istanbul from Brussels and made our way to the gate, we had to go through a security checkpoint where I was informed that my tablets would be confiscated and given back to me once we landed. They had a claim area set up next to our baggage claim turn-style to get tablets and laptops back, but it took us 30 mintues to get our tablets (only 5 mintues to get our baggage). Again, I realize they're only doing their jobs and this regulation is new, but the system they put in place for it and their total lack of communication for customers who had already booked trips was awful. Also, at the checkpoint I was told my tablets would be confiscated and my passport had a sticker put on it. I moved down the line where I was told they would take my tablets and the next guy told me I was clear to go. I asked for verification and he ushered me along, so along I went. Then, while sitting in the plane waiting to leave, a group of 5 or 6 people came on board and searched me out, saying they didn't have a record of my tablets being handed over. I told them I was told to move on at the second checkpoint and they gave me a look as though I was lying, but then said it wasn't my fault and made me retrieve them from my bag and hand them over. It wasn't a huge deal, but it sure did make me look like an idiot in front of everyone else on the flight who could see it happen. The whole reason we brought our tablets was to read books on the flight, and a 13 hour flight doesn't exactly go by quickly. I udnerstand they're just doing their job, but they should have sent an update to people on these flights."

On Schipol airport there is screens everywhere and they do not bother to update the status of boarding. Instead, they behave like everything is normal you are the person making the problem."

Nadelen: "1. The plane was hot. In the Middle East they don't turn on the AC whilst on the ground. They only turn it on when in the air?!?! 2. The food was basic! I ordered the Seafood and it had 3 overcooked shrimp and baked fish. Not tasty at all. The bread was hard as a rock! 3. Boarding was like a cattle call!! Kind of like Southwest Airlines! 4. The Takeoff, Cruise and Landing was NOT bad at all! 5. I guess being an American, it was FOOLISH of me to ask for Ginger Ale on this Egyptian Flight!! 6. When I landed in Cairo, it would have been helpful to know that while going through Customs, I would need to purchase a Egypt Entry Visa fee for $25.00, but since I didn't know that, I waited in line for 20 minutes ONLY to have the Customs agent tell me that I had to go purchase one, then get back I line for ANOTHER 20 minutes!!!!!!! UGGHHHHHH!! 7. I flew on an Airbus that didn't have plug in for your phones to charge (maybe that's just a Boeing thing)."

Nadelen: "Male flight attendant on Easyjet physically hurt me, invading my personal space multiple times and touching me while I slept. Under NO circumstances is it appropriate for flight attendants to physically jab at passengers, especially given the power imbalance in this case of a white male flight attendants being physically inappropriate with women of color passengers. I will not be flying with Easyjet again and will tell everyone I know of my experience with Easyjet's physically invasive, inappropriate staff."

Nadelen: "De automatische stoeltoewijzing is klantje pesten. Heb je samen geboekt wordt je uit elkaar gehaald. Niet omdat er geen plek is, maar gewoon omdat het kan. Pesterij. Boarden: je word zo snel mogelijk de gate in geveegd en dan mag je daar wachten tot het blijkbaar echt nodig was dat je er was."

Nadelen: "The queue to check in that was caused partly by weighing cases for the cargo hold and trying to charge extra at a higher 'desk rate' forcing people to either pay the desk rate or open their bags and transfer stuff to their carry on bag. The lack of room for carry on bags, requiring that some bags be transferred to the hold (caused by the above 'luggage transferring fiasco). The two people at the desk with a queue of hundreds waiting to check in. The one hour delay in the flight. The marathon walk to the other end of the airport to board the plane."

Nadelen: "The plane had a hole in the wing. we sat for an hour on our sits till we got an engineer to look at it and put sticky tape. It was very stressfull flight. we couldnt go to the toilets while we were sitting on the tarmac for 1 hr"

Nadelen: "Ik moest rennen naar de gate omdat de schermen te laat waren. Er waren meer reizigers die onvriendelijk gewezen werden op het feit dat ze “te laat” waren."

Nadelen: "Bus ticket sold on plane was quite restrictive and left every 50-60min not every hour as stated onboard."

Nadelen: "I received a flight delay notification saying that my flight is delayed by 37 minutes. But I still did arrive airport 2 hours before my flight, checked bag On time and went through security clearance 1.5 hrs before. The gate number was not assigned and later I found out that my flight took off on time. So I had to come out by front desk and rebook the flight to different airport which cost my extra taxi fare half day and too much Hassel. Never ever flying again in easy jet."

Nadelen: "No luggage room above our head, we had to leave our luggage somewhere else far from our seats and the crew should help us promptly to get those luggage back but no, we had to get it ourselves and had to wait till the very end after all the other passengers have already got off the plane. Not fair on us when we were sat next to exit but had to anxiously wait. Shame!"

Nadelen: "Easyjet behandeld je als vee. Je hebt als passagiers niets te vertellen en als je protesteert beroept het personeel zich op policy. Handbagage is zo'n policy. Elke keer moet je je handbagage achterlaten bij de trap en als je dan in het vliegtuig komt zie je overal lege vakken."

Nadelen: "Plane was full of young party goers on their way to some vacation spot in Croatia. They partied on the flight, drinking, listening to loud music, standing in the aisle the entire flight, being obnoxious, loud and disrespectful to other passengers. Crew did nothing to stop this behavior."

Nadelen: "My rolling suitcase had a wheel and the lower plastic housing ripped off of the framework. I can't imagine how rough this was handled to arrive this damaged. Never flying easyJet again"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "2 hours delayed"

Nadelen: "Even if the plane had plenty of overhead space available, the EasyJet crew refused to let us bring our carry ons on board and charged us 60 euros to check them. It was absolutely unreasonable and unfair as the passengers that boarded first were able to bring all their bags on board and we were penalized for being further down in line."

Voordelen: "The online booking & check in saved time. Process from baggage check in to boarding were smooth & hassle-free. That's what I need for a short flight. Will recommend to my brother when he & his wife travel to Europe end of this year"
Nadelen: "No time so approached the counter staff at the airport about baggage hold, info provided was not complete. Luckily found some time to double check online, saved €€€ on baggage hold. Also, pls ignore rating on the food & entertainment, there were none. Overall, experience good enough for my short flight."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Flight due at 1550. At 1500 boards said now boarding. The plane hadn't even landed! Kept waiting over an hour in airless crowded room with no seats. Silly notices about wonderful easyJet service on screen added to insult. Eventually took off 1625. Crew said sorry for 10 minute delay - actually 35 minutes."

Voordelen: "The crew in the aircraft were good but the ground services were poor"
Nadelen: "The ground staff should respect travelers. And they should look to customers satisfaction more"

Voordelen: "The crew was good and smart"
Nadelen: "Toilets are not good. Wash hand basin always blocked. I tried 2 different toilets and both are the same"

Nadelen: "Check IN desk, unprofessional and rude employees. Felt discriminated. Never again will travel with this company."

Nadelen: "My husband and son both ordered a wheel chair because I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia and when I arrived in turkey they said there was no order for one. I walked through the airport at a snails PA e and since I arrived I have been very sick."

Nadelen: "Very bad experience overall"

Nadelen: "Never in time and the POS machine on board never works with debit cards or cards without PIN code .... it didn’t work with more than half of the passengers on board!!! Oh they also charged me 47 euros for just 4 kgs of extra weight!!! Unacceptable !"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Typical Pegasus. One of the worst airlines of the world. I typicall try to avoid Pegasus, but sometimes I dont have other choice."

Voordelen: "Good"

Nadelen: "They stole my money"

Nadelen: "They lost several passengers’ luggage including mine."

Nadelen: "Discomfort, very small airplane for a 4 hours trip. Crew is angry and rude. Food is expensive and not tatsy."

Voordelen: "From clealininess of the planes to the professional and sincere approach of the cabin crew, Pegasus is by far the best budget airline I have ever flown in the world. Their in flight menu prices are much affordable compared to most European airports (water is cheaper on the flight, compared to Berlin airport for example) For these prices, and this quality, they are uncompeted. I really hope they can maintain these cheap prices all the time."

Nadelen: "Late Irritably staff No food"

Voordelen: "On schedule"
Nadelen: "No drinks offered"

Nadelen: "Almost one hour delay to board and take off!!!"

Voordelen: "You get what you pay for, nothing more and nothing less."
Nadelen: "Almost on every other airline you can check using the self-check-in computers at the airport; on Pegasus you can't, which caused unnecessary queues at the check-in desks (both there and back)."

Nadelen: "Checkin takes à long time"

Nadelen: "Late boarding for unknown reason."

Voordelen: "Easy check-in and boarding."
Nadelen: "I've never seen so many young children on a plane. There must have been one child for every one adult. Worst of all, their parents didn't even attempt to make them behave themselves. And the crew just let the kids run up and down the aisles and climb on seats. What ever happened to "please remain seated with your seat belts fastened"? Additionally, when I checked in, I asked for a window seat, the agent nodded, and when I got on the plane I found I was stuck in a middle seat. It was the longest two hours of my life."

Voordelen: "Everything was on time, crew was nice, a lot of empty seats"
Nadelen: "Noisy children..."

Voordelen: "Staff is excellent, they bumped me to an earlier flight when they saw that I was early. Second time flying with Pegasus. Keep up the good work."

Voordelen: "On time"
Nadelen: "Public address system loudspeaker on plane was quite loud"

Nadelen: "The seats were very tight. The crew at the airport was terrible. The security staff didnt know english. The bis to the plane was crammed which was quite dangerous"

Voordelen: "The crew at the airport was incompetant. The service was appalling. I had to wait for over 30 minutes for bag drop off . I was very dissapointed. Also boarding was quite late and pushy"

Nadelen: "Flights are overcrowded, chairs won't recline, even a glass of water will cost you, transit via buses"

Voordelen: "Reasonable for the price paid"
Nadelen: "It is impossible to get an invoice. I have sent emails to all available addresses but I've get nothing till today."

Voordelen: "Quick flights"
Nadelen: "Long layover in inexciting airport Long, congested lines to board planes"

Nadelen: "I want to make change flight but they where not helpful"

Voordelen: "The seats are not narrow."
Nadelen: "I am guessing this company does clean their aircraft only once in a while. In both of my flights between Istanbul and Amsterdam, the airplane was not cleaned off of the previous flight's trash. When I was seated in my first flight to Amsterdam, my tray had a lot of stains of food and drinks. Not a pleasant sight! In my flight back to Istanbul, I had to travel looking at a former passenger's waste, such as a used napkin tissue, stuck to the handle of the seat, and a chocolate package. I also have to say that the sinks of the bathrooms do not drain properly, so you, actually, cannot leave the place clean for the next person. All in all, this company definitely needs to work on the cleanliness of their aircraft. Thank you!"

Nadelen: "It's the worst airline ever, delays (NO EXCUSES), non-comfortable seats, very bad customer experience..."

Voordelen: "Great team and great pilot everybody to the baggage people were excellent!"

Nadelen: "the air conditioner didnt work in the plane and they took very high rate for extra bag of 180 Euro!"

Nadelen: "Check in took 1.5h, that is why me and my wife werent seating next to each other, and also we almost missed our flight."

Voordelen: "The crew from the Paris to Istanbul flight rushed us to the Beirut flight so that we made it on time."
Nadelen: "All food is for purchase. No in-flight entertainment."

Voordelen: "I was lucky enough to have the seat next to me free, so I was comfortable during the flight itself"
Nadelen: "The ground service was really bad and even insulting. I was a little overweight and the girl at the counter was very rude, and eventually made me through away snacks I was keeping for the flight. Also, the weight limit is ridiculous if you're travelling for more than a weekend (I went on a 3 weeks trip with camping). On the flight itself there's nothing provided, even when I asked for water they charged me for it (no option for just a glass of water)."

Nadelen: "Pegasus airline did not inform us any delay until we asked. They should make delay information to passengers. Other one is when taxi aircraft to runway, make some strange noise come from celing. Alike cable is rubbing something. Crew should report to mechanic."

Nadelen: "I was unable to take the flight due to the coup. But everytime I call it can never speak to a real person and the one time I did they said they would get back to me and it's been over a week. What can I do to get a reimbursement???"

Nadelen: "I booked my flight throw kayak.com. After that I got scam emails with my information, book number, direction, and my name asking for more money! Witch mean that our information is not secure ."

Voordelen: "The seats were comfortable, plane was clean and tidy."
Nadelen: "People were able to bring on oversized checkin luggage which reduced cabin space and forced people to gate check."

Voordelen: "Delay for almost 1 hour.."
Nadelen: "Nothing"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "After the experience with the Pegasus flight from Kuwait to Istanbul I didn't expect anything hence was not disappointed. Right before the boarding was finished the boarding lady came into the plane looking for me, checking my passport one again and even taking a photo of it (with my consent). She left with no single word of explanation. Once again: this is a joke but definitely it's not customer service."
