Voordelen: The crew on the airport in London were nice by helping me with extra luggage.
Nadelen: There could be some more seats in your terminal London Gatwick. Where I was sitting while waiting it was not very pleasant and it was cold.
Nadelen: They overbooked our flight, sold our tickets and we didn’t get on standby. We had to wait in the airport for 8 hours for another flight because of this.
Nadelen: Check-in was the worst experience I have had in 45 years of air travel. The desk attendant was rude and confrontational. He checked my bag, sent it down the jetway and THEN told me that it was overweight and want to charge me 15€ per kilo for the overweight. He was beyond rude!
Voordelen: Flight crew was very friendly
Nadelen: Ground crew did not do a good job with the boarding process and even with speedy boarding it did not work well.

Nadelen: the queuing to have your bags scanned as you board your flight was confusing as there were 3 queues in the same space for flights leaving within 10 minutes of each other. Not a big deal, but someone explaining which queue to those at the back would have been helpful

Voordelen: Because of the fire to the Notre Dame Cathedral, trains were not stopping on the route we needed to get to to the airport. We left with plenty of time to spare, and because no one at the airline mentioned that delays could be a possibility due to this, we ended up missing our flight.
Nadelen: I'm not usually one to complain, but this situation was very difficult and even dangerous. There was zero communication from the airline about this, and we'd appreciate if the airline could pay for our new airfare and our Uber ride from the train station to the airport.
Voordelen: The crew was extremely nice and accommodating.
Nadelen: The menu is very limited and it contains mostly junk food. No options for specific needs.
Voordelen: Absolutely nothing.
Nadelen: Our flight was 3 hours delayed, we had to throw away our backpacks because the the crew said we could not bring them on. They said throw them away or you have to stay in Portugal and can’t go to Madrid. We missed our connecting flight. Worst flying experience I’ve ever had! No one was apologetic.

Nadelen: I could not purchase transport for an extra bag on the website. I did purchase it at Larnaca Airport. There, I checked in, dropped off the bag, had to go to another counter to pay (long delay in them being able to generate a receipt). Then I had to run the receipt back to the ticket counter.
Voordelen: Super professional, comfortable and on-time service with both Swiss and Lufthansa.
Nadelen: Clear up-front notification about extra charge for first checked bag on both ways of the trip ($60 each). I couldn't find that information at the time of the booking.
Voordelen: Great amount of legroom, snack given even though < 1hr flight
Voordelen: Very friendly ground and flight crew that did an excellent job for the passengers of this Easyjet flight to Amsterdam

Nadelen: This flight was poorly advertised as Economy Light. I had to pay $500 in baggage fees to being one checked ski bag round trip - more than the cost of my entire fare!

Nadelen: This return flight was much better than the flight going to Amsterdam. I believe the biggest factor was the type of aircraft. The old 747 just didn't meet expectations. The newer 777 on the way back was much more comfortable, with better amenities.
Nadelen: We were allowed to choose our seats from SFO to Amsterdam but not for the return flight. I like to be able to choise my seats when I book the flight. Choosing seats 24 hours before is not convenient when traveling for the return trip.
Nadelen: They left my bag off the plane. Ridiculous.

Nadelen: Even if the plane had plenty of overhead space available, the EasyJet crew refused to let us bring our carry ons on board and charged us 60 euros to check them. It was absolutely unreasonable and unfair as the passengers that boarded first were able to bring all their bags on board and we were penalized for being further down in line.

Voordelen: The wheel chair service at Munich airport was excellent. She received us at the door, helped us find a connection after we lost our flight and communicating every step and giving us First Class service on coach. Thank you!

Voordelen: The earphones for out two seats only worked intermittently, but the Purser, Lee-Ann handled it professionally and pleasantly. That was the only disappointment in an otherwise pleasant flight

Voordelen: Comfortable seat, friendly crew. Crew were conscious of recycling which I like a lot as there is so much waste on flight. Anything we can do to reduce waste is very welcome.
Nadelen: Food wasn't very appetizing, pasta didn't have much flavor and I don't eat red meat so the other choice wasn't an option for me.
Voordelen: AMAZING CREW! Excellent food, clean bathroom, comfortable, good movie selection. Fantastic experience!

Nadelen: Security at Heathrow -slow!!!
Voordelen: Crew were excellent, seats were relatively comfortable and in flight entertainment was great.
Nadelen: The plane was old and dirty. It really needed a good clean as there was food debris on my seat belt buckle and sticky finger prints all over my screen. Additionally, the connection time at LHR was too short. While we made the flight (having to run) but our bags did not, which was an annoyance.
Voordelen: Quick boarding as we arrived towards the end and off quickly because we were seated at the back of pane. Crew were very friendly and flight was very swift.
