Nadelen: Entertainment didn’t work, the crew did nothing to help. The plane was hot and stuffy. My luggage is lost.

Voordelen: Seems that the exit row seat was very narrow!

Nadelen: Be on time

Voordelen: The boarding process was easy

Nadelen: Some of the crew members were rude and inconsiderate - if you see that someone is sleeping, you don’t stand at their seat and lean on it and shake it while you’re waiting to give the security demo before take off.

Nadelen: We were packed like sardines! My flight made me want to retire from traveling!

Voordelen: Awful!!!

Voordelen: The crew was very professional and helpful. If you travel Business Class it is very pleasant. But if you are traveling Economy the boarding management and economy seats suck! Many people were complaining about how narrow the economy seats are on the A320/330 aircraft.

Nadelen: Swiss has finally done it! If you are a person who is large framed, around 225 lbs or higher you will not fit into their economy seats. I'm quite athletic and not obese but large framed (ex- football player), I could not sit squarely in the seat as my hips were severely pinched. Misery :(

Nadelen: 45 min delay , shame ..... always the same problem with Frankfurt airport...

Bring headphones

Nadelen: Rude ground staff at Athens airport, unable to check in online prior to flight, had to wait in line for over an hour for a connecting flight and run to the gate to then be told I was on standby for my next connecting flight. Poor customer service, no headphones given even though all seats have tv screens - such a small thing can make a difference to overall experience eg providing headphones. The check in and boarding forbthis flight was an absolute joke. Two men were about to have a fight due to how irritated everyone was for standing in line for so long. No need whatsoever. Meanwhile 3 staff sat at the ticketing desk and just watched the line grow! When I asked for assistance they brushed me off as if I were a flea! Athens Swiss airlines ground staff are up there with the worst customer service I’ve seen.

Voordelen: Food was ok

Nadelen: AC was not turned on until flight was up in air. That means for 30 minutes passengers were sweating sitting in a suffocating cabin. Crew refused to give Green Tea, saying only available in business class Inflight screen size was very small ...5-6 inches only

Voordelen: Movies

Nadelen: Crew was rude to passengers. One passenger asked for extra bread and crew arrogantly commented , we dont give but ok take one.

Voordelen: Food was good .

Nadelen: Didnt turn on the AC until were in air, implying that everybody was sweating for 30min from boarding to ip in air. Crew refused Green Tea, saying it is only offered in Business class

Nadelen: Flight delayed due to technical issues, boarding crew said there was a hole in the plane and that it might be canceled. After a long delay we finally tookoff. Plane was very cramped and very little room for the legs. Food and entertainment were average and fine.

Nadelen: Had to pay the $259.00 to get another flight because my name wasn’t on the flight had to be on the phone for a hour and 28 minutes just to get my name on a flight after I paid over $900.00 on my round trip flight this was an awful experience and did not and will not book any flight ever with these airlines or the company representing them as VAYAMA

Voordelen: I did not receive a single email from kayak letting me know I could check in or select seats. No updates on flight status! Poor service!

Nadelen: Email updates before flight! Not a single email sent!!
