The check in at the air port was appalling - disorganised - unhelpful and extremely slow - unfriendly supervisor and it caused stress for many travellers who were not sure if they would make the flight - no customer care displayed - it was a shambles
I liked that we could pre order and pay for meals. Crew was super efficient and got everything exactly right and of course we didn’t even have to ask it was all super seamless I wish other airlines would do this.
Nadelen: "Just perfect and on time"
Voordelen: "The on-board crew were friendly and professional. The in flight entertainment options were great. And the flight was mostly on time and easy."
Nadelen: "We had significant issues getting our one boarding pass from the computers and then the workers in the airport. We purchased both tickets together and the one had no issues. However, we got nonchalantly passed off from one employee to another without having anyone seem really concerned for us."
Nadelen: "the chairs are very uncomfortable for a early morning flight.. do not recline. i am not big at all.. im 154cm and 60 kg.. the chairs killled my back and next... i just wanted to sleep."

Nadelen: "Pegasus Airlines service is so poor. We've waited for hours to check in. Your website did not clearly declare that the ticket did not have a luggage allowance. I have paid in total 70 Euros to check in my luggage. Innaddition to that Pegasus Airlines lost my luggage. Overall a terrible journey"

Nadelen: "This is an international flight and the airline didn't even provide complimentary water or soft drinks"
Nadelen: "Never in time and the POS machine on board never works with debit cards or cards without PIN code .... it didn’t work with more than half of the passengers on board!!! Oh they also charged me 47 euros for just 4 kgs of extra weight!!! Unacceptable !"
Voordelen: "The plan arrived on time and landed on schedule. It was clean and there were no issues on this very short flight."

Nadelen: "I took 4 flights with this airline. Each was at least an hour late in take offs and landings. Very unfriendly staff whether at the check-in or flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

Voordelen: "Firstly, Overbuggage limits were put into practice with a mindset of just to f* the customers and consequently almost every single passenger has to end up paying at such overated fees that were equal to a level of a business ticket of any well known first class airline company.I , myself, had to pay 450£ in total for the ticket , just because of 34 kg of a luggage weight though 20 kg of this amount was included in the ticket. Sirs, if you really will only take this complaint as just to watch and say that this was a company policy then i will definetly never choose your services either again.Also, from the bottom of my heart, i will never feel tired to share and spead around this nasty experience of mine on each and every social media occasion , when i will have a word to say. Within only one flight on that day ,the total buggage revenue of the company was equal to a sum of 23,000 £ in total, despite the plane was ridiculously abit bigger than a small box. Sirs, Pls rethink over what i said. This is far beyond to accept and fit into any int'l trade rules.17£ fee for 1 kg !?? Best Regards"
Voordelen: "Desk personnel who checked us in spoke Not One Single Word to us in any language. We were kept standing in line to board even though the plane was late."
Nadelen: "The plane wasn't cleaned and empty bottle, used tissues and remainders of the meal served on previous flight were on our seats. People were not helped to stow carry ons and many should have been requested to check large carryon bags. They were out of beer even though beverages had just been loaded. Attendants could not clearly communicate the price of a beverage."
Voordelen: "The seats were not too tight and the food is not extensively expensive"
Nadelen: "No Internet access at Istanbul airport which isahugh issue nowadays!"
Nadelen: "The seats were very tight. The crew at the airport was terrible. The security staff didnt know english. The bis to the plane was crammed which was quite dangerous"

Voordelen: "I couldn't register in advance my second suitcase as their online system was not working. 10kg became 110.-CHF. All infos are in Turkish, it should be easier to change language from the main page. Water on board 2 and Coffee 3 euros. At the end, the price ended as expensive as a direct flight and good service from any airline."

Nadelen: "Crew lacks professionalism and courtesy. Distance, between rows, is small, a few cms (5-7) more, will bring great benefit. The transfer, at Instanbul, was crowded, inefficient and noisy; it took too long. The bathrooms were filthy and stinky."
Voordelen: "It didn't crash."
Nadelen: "Oh, boy. First, this flight was super late and they wouldn't admit it. I went to the gate at boarding time, and the staff rudely pushed me away, saying I misunderstood the gate number. I double checked, and no, that was indeed the right gate. This lasted until the airport announced the final boarding call for my flight, and people started lining up.Then the staff had to admit that this was the right gate and the plane was just late. We didn't start boarding until way after the announced time (which they didn't bother to update on the screen until it passed. Extraordinarily disorganized. Second, the flight crew was loud and kept the lights turned way up on an overnight flight. Everyone around me was trying to sleep, and they were woken up by the crew yelling "DO YOU WANT COFFEE?" 5 rows away. Even when they finally dimmed the lights 3 hours into the flight, they kept the Tv's on, so the flashing advertisements prevented me from sleeping restfully. Third, you have to pay for coffee and tea. Who does this? They also begin their flight with loud, obnoxious music that jolts everyone awake (see above for this being an overnight flight). Overall, only choose this airline if you're okay with being kept forcibly awake and you don't mind the flight being late. Oh, and you have 2 euros to pay for simple tea."

Nadelen: "The flight got delayed. One of my loggage didnt got to bucharest only at the evening of my second day."
