You were late leaving from Venice to London Heathrow on August 1 which I barely made the flight to Glasgow and then coming back your flight is late leaving Edinburgh to Heathrow And my luggage doesn't make it again! You don't even serve water on the airplane which is ridiculous! Your flight crew were nice but you really need to be on time or not schedule flights with such short layover times!"

Nadelen: "Chicago O'Hare was a mess as far as making connections. There was no signage and the airport attendants did not offer any assistance."
Nadelen: "It was a two hour flight, we did not get the opportunity to buy a drink and food until an hour and forty minutes into the flight. This is not acceptable."

Nadelen: "No free water on the flight. I was not able to use my USA credit card. Water is essential during flights!!!! I got sick on the pain from headaches!!!!!! Water should be a basic, free thing to served on a plain."
Nadelen: "there's no screen. hence there's no chance of entertainment. a cup of water or just a juice box should be free/standard."
Nadelen: "On a flight to Budapest, budapest airport had issues that forced us to land in Austria. 5 hours later we’ve been completely abandoned in an empty airport while all the other planes that landed paid for their customers transport. It’s 4am, we have not been given food water or a plan as to how we will get to our destination. The plane crew basically told us we are on our own and left. This is straight up cruel, unjust and completely unacceptable considering we paid more than 2000 dollars for these flights"

Nadelen: "The screens on this plane are old and tired and the touchscreen is also dated and clumsy. The food was unappealingly average. I saw many of the cream cheese breakfast rolls discarded in the crew trash collection including my own."
Voordelen: "Since I'm in a wheelchair the folks were ready at the gate to assist me with the aisle chair. Once on board, the crew informed me of an aisle chair in the plane so during the flight I can use the bathroom. This was my first time using the plane washroom. Food was great."
Nadelen: "I can't get same helpful crew for Intl flights."
Voordelen: "Flew Sydney to Heathrow and was very comfortable in my seat. Seemed wider than most and at 6ft 3 I had plenty of room to move my legs. Pleasantly surprised and actually looking forward to going home next week - just hope its the same 777 plane ! :)"
Nadelen: "The food was excellent - just not enough of it in between meals. No snacks offered and none that I could find anywhere! Will be making sure to bring some back with me on my flight ! Minor complaint on an otherwise excellent trip."
Voordelen: "Crew was friendly."
Nadelen: "I understand that airlines want to cut back where ever they can, but I have a hard time believing that you cannot swing a bottle of water and a sandwich. Oh BTW beware of their new “security” regulations. So I had a bottle of perfume in my carry on, only about a quarter maybe a third left in a 100 ml bottle. Guess what, it is not the amount of liquid you have in it, it is the amount the bottle can hold that matters. Needless to say they confiscated it."
Voordelen: "Crew were fine, food okay, found a decent movie. All things considered it was all right."
Nadelen: "Boarding. Second time in a row flying out of Heathrow that I've had to queue up for a bus ride to get to the plane."
Voordelen: "The crew were the epitome of professionalism, deftly dealing with the the predictable problems that come with a fully-booked flight on an elderly aircraft. I almost never complete these customer surveys, but on this occasion I felt obliged to make a statement in support of the cabin crew, who were amongst the best I've encountered in nearly four decades of air travel."

Nadelen: "It was extremely warm throughout the flight and the seats weren’t too comfortable."

Nadelen: "The BA flights I flew on were not new. Lie flat seat is not Best in the class. The movie collection is not uptodate. British airways in flight service levels are relatively inferior quality. The cabin and toilets were not spick-and-span. Toilets were not kept clean from time to time. The toileterries provided are not high in desirability quotient and can be improved in at least one leg of the international flights."
Nadelen: "Even coffee was not complimentary"
Nadelen: "Corralling people into shopping area by not disclosing gate assignment. Then corralling people into a boarding area where there is no access to bathroom facilities. Then boarding without any order except for some privileged passengers (first class, club members). Finally,not serving any soft drink or little snacks unless you pay for some overpriced stuff. This is a sure way to drive passengers away from BA towards no-frills discount airlines."
Nadelen: "Asked for water when they were selling beverages, and was told sharply "not yet". Flight attendants did not make eye contact and never return for us or other passengers around us."
Voordelen: "Pilot was communicative about flight delay."
Nadelen: "The food service never made it to our row. Not even water was offered on a two hour flight."

Voordelen: "The welcome drinks and hot towels (premium economy) are good. As is the drinks trolley before meals. The seats are just OK"
Nadelen: "Major gripe is seat allocation we had several issues but the worst was being issued with a boarding pass and seats from London to Sydney only to have them changed to inferior seats at Singapore with the ultimatum "sit in the new seats or get off the plane". Excellent for customer relations, we won't be traveling BA again"
Nadelen: "for the price I paid the service did not offer complimentary food or even water or soda."
Voordelen: "Comfortable seats"
Nadelen: "Flight was unexpectedly delayed making us almost miss our connecting flight even though it was 1.5 hours after we were supposed to land."
Voordelen: "One of the flight Attendants was went out of her way to assist me with a different meal option that was non dairy."
Nadelen: "Older plane, terrible tv compared to other airlines. Food was mediocre"
Nadelen: "I can not comment yet, it will be unfortunately several hours before I take this leg of my trip"
Voordelen: "The seat I had was good"
Nadelen: "No food, no drinks. They asked me to pay even for water. After a very long trans Atlantic flight, this being a connecting flight after a long a tired 11 hours layover in London. It is an embarrassing how the airline cares (or doesn't care) who travels with them, where the people are coming from so they can understand their needs. I don't think it would had make a difference to the airline if they would acknowledge connecting passengers and eventually try to make their experience a little easier. But asking for a glass of water and not getting any is an embarrassing experience for this airline. I will never fly with British if I can."

Voordelen: "The plane is a newer one than what they are flying across the Atlantic and the seats were decent for the length of the flight. The crew were very nice and gave us tap water to drink for free."
Nadelen: "They don't offer any free food or drink, not even water. The boarding process was slow and laborious as they were making people check their carryon bags as they were checking the boarding passes."

Voordelen: "Clear boarding, polite crew and a terrific set of films and TV shows."
Nadelen: "6ft 2 frame in economy was very tight and aisle seats have little space next to entertainment base stations. Food was acceptable, no more."
Voordelen: "Especially a flight attendant...he was in the back of the plane, unfortunately I can't remember his name, he was so very nice , attentive to our needs and wants...what a difference it can make to have staff like him.And in general ell staff staff on board were very courteous and friendly...they were there not just to work, but to be kind and very pleasant."

Voordelen: "The flight from Istanbul to Prague was fairly basic but everything worked well and was comfortable. The flight was on time. The bags were delivered quickly. There were no problems on the flight as it was relatively quiet. Overall, no complaints."
Nadelen: "The boarding in Istanbul was via bus, which is not only uncomfortable but impossible to socially distance on. In Prague we deplaned via a jetway. In Istanbul the gate control person was overly vigilant in checking documents. It was very disturbing :("
Voordelen: "Flight was on time. Crew handled a dispute between two passengers effectivley and professionally."
Nadelen: "They wanted to charge me for water in Euros, though the flight left from Istanbul and I only had Turkish lira with me. So we tried credit card, but credit card machine didn't work on any of my three cards. So they kindly brought me a free cup of water after all."
Voordelen: "Good legroom"
Voordelen: "The on-board crew were friendly and professional. The in flight entertainment options were great. And the flight was mostly on time and easy."
Nadelen: "We had significant issues getting our one boarding pass from the computers and then the workers in the airport. We purchased both tickets together and the one had no issues. However, we got nonchalantly passed off from one employee to another without having anyone seem really concerned for us."
Voordelen: "The price was good"
Nadelen: "A lot of confusion at the airport when we wanted to check our bags. I felt they could have directed traffic (the people trying to check in) better."
Voordelen: "Was the Crew very rude"
Voordelen: "The meals we ordered were tasty and the leather seats and leg room are fair enough"
Nadelen: "Boarding is sooooo slow Entertainment facilities did not exist"

Nadelen: "As an international traveler, I'm not aware of international flight times and rules when traveling. Thus, before my flight on the day, I tried to check-in online which was not available. I then checked check in times cut offs and on the website it clearly says in black and white that check in closes 45mins prior to departure. I made it to the Pegasus check in desk 55mins prior to departure, but it was already closed. In a complete frenzy, I ran to the one and only Pegasus agent and she absolutely refused to help me, saying "everyone knows it's one hour before check in". Uhm, no, everyone doesn't;t know, which is why they go and check it out on the website. That caused me not only to miss a flight and lose €120, but I then had to buy another flight for €370!!!!!!!! I now have to fight my way to the top to dispute this case."

Nadelen: "However, for comparably-priced flights within the United States, we would have been given a snack and two beverage services on a four hour flight. This was international (turkey to spain) and we weren't given anything. We couldn't even get water without paying for it. Definitely one of the worst flights I've ever taken."

Nadelen: "The flight times and layovers, especially the 10 hours in Istanbul airport. Buying your food on the plane was way over priced for what you get, and the quality. There was not enough change in the variety posted currency of the menu."

Voordelen: "The staff was friendly, efficient and professional. The plane was clean, and the flight on time. Was my first time to fly Pegasus, but will definitely do so again."

Nadelen: "Almost on every other airline you can check using the self-check-in computers at the airport; on Pegasus you can't, which caused unnecessary queues at the check-in desks (both there and back)."
Voordelen: "Flight started late and even I was threatened not to be boarded and to be moved to a later flight (midnight) because "I had arrived late at the gate" which is twice absurd because: 1st I arrive slightly late - but still on time for the regular borading - only because the previous flight - operated by the same company was LATE 2nd the flight left 1h and 1/2 late, so my delay - if any - in coming at the gate was irrelevant"

Nadelen: "I've never seen so many young children on a plane. There must have been one child for every one adult. Worst of all, their parents didn't even attempt to make them behave themselves. And the crew just let the kids run up and down the aisles and climb on seats. What ever happened to "please remain seated with your seat belts fastened"? Additionally, when I checked in, I asked for a window seat, the agent nodded, and when I got on the plane I found I was stuck in a middle seat. It was the longest two hours of my life."
Nadelen: "No entertainment at all + My ticket was with the food meal and it was surprising that the meal was only sandwich without any drink or at least water ..."
Nadelen: "baggage allowance is 20kg and no free drinks and food and very expensive if you want to buy.. ie.. 35 euro for a sandwich and cola"

Nadelen: "We were delayed 7 hours without any explanation or compensation or apology."
Voordelen: "An early landing made my onward journey so much easier."

Voordelen: "Desk personnel who checked us in spoke Not One Single Word to us in any language. We were kept standing in line to board even though the plane was late."
Nadelen: "The plane wasn't cleaned and empty bottle, used tissues and remainders of the meal served on previous flight were on our seats. People were not helped to stow carry ons and many should have been requested to check large carryon bags. They were out of beer even though beverages had just been loaded. Attendants could not clearly communicate the price of a beverage."

Nadelen: "Problem communicating with counter crew who spoke none to little of English and probably because of me complainig about that they might have decided not to send one of my baggages. I finally retrieved it in different airport in three days."

Nadelen: "Transfer between flights was on a short timescale and I received several warnings from pegasus about delays at the airport, because of this I purchased a fast track via their site. This was a total waste of money as there was only one Peterson dealing with fast track and long queues, this meant that ordinary queue was dealt with faster."
Voordelen: "All was good but I thing thy need to give food with no pay 3.30 h fly thy need something free"
Nadelen: "Poor everything is poor, they are very bad specially the crew when u check in they will let u pay even for the hand baggage extras kg even if u did shopping from the duty free they will let you pay for the weight. The worst crew ever."
Voordelen: "It's not the first time I fly Pegasus the flight is good and I know low cost don't offer free meals but on my booking it was written meals on both flights. So I don't know who to blame the website or the airline but I was too tired to ask them."
Nadelen: "The way of talking to the passengers."
Voordelen: "Great team and great pilot everybody to the baggage people were excellent!"

Nadelen: "How could you ask about entertainment when there is nothing to intertain in these planes! No screens, expensive and bad food, even the menue and magazines were not available on half of the seats, not to mention the worst and smallest seat i have ever been in, although i travel on many other economic airlines! There is nothing but poor, bad and boring flights. The sad thing is that i payed too much for this flight. Oh i forgot, it's also delayed and we wait for half an hour and then, they came with only one bus to take all the people to plane whwn there are many people who can't hold themselves in that crowded bus!"
Nadelen: "The landing was so unstable I was scared to death. The flight was over 1 hour late. The staff's English was not understandable at all even for a native speaker."
Nadelen: "Crew lacks professionalism and courtesy. Distance, between rows, is small, a few cms (5-7) more, will bring great benefit. The transfer, at Instanbul, was crowded, inefficient and noisy; it took too long. The bathrooms were filthy and stinky."
Nadelen: "Delay. No apologies not even one."
Voordelen: "The crew rushed us to the next Pegasus flight (Istanbul to Beirut) so that we made it on time."
Nadelen: "The flight departed nearly an hour late after idling on the tarmac. All food is for purchase. There is no in-flight entertainment."
