Refund: full refund until like 6 hours before the flight, other companies don’t give anything back when you buy a ticket Food: only on a small trip you get free snacks which are good, lunch is delicious, dessert was delicious, long flight: breakfast, lunch, after lunch snack, dinner Staff: really friendly I just loved it, I highly-highly recommend it to everybody! I will definitely choose them whenever I can!

Could have paid online prior to boarding for 30 pounds, but because we did not know, had to pay 65 pounds in order to check a bag at the airport. I am extremely dissatisfied with this flight and with British airways in general. I wish I would have known about the baggage and I could have saved myself a LOT of money. British airway crew were rude and unhelpful. I will not be flying with them again."

Voordelen: "The 747 is spacious. Seats are comfortable and recline. Restrooms are comfortable. The flight crew was wonderful. Food was better than average. Wine was included. Enjoyed the ice cream."
Nadelen: "On a flight to Budapest, budapest airport had issues that forced us to land in Austria. 5 hours later we’ve been completely abandoned in an empty airport while all the other planes that landed paid for their customers transport. It’s 4am, we have not been given food water or a plan as to how we will get to our destination. The plane crew basically told us we are on our own and left. This is straight up cruel, unjust and completely unacceptable considering we paid more than 2000 dollars for these flights"

Nadelen: "20 minutes "to reposition the gate to make it safer for exitong the airplane" - sounds like nonsense to me. No meal - and that really is nonsense."
Voordelen: "Waitied.. in the okanevdir 40 minutes! Because couldn’t get the jolly to work for the steps Had to walk steps with my elderly mother with our carry on in the pouring rain.. then miss our flight to Milan had to wait 3 hours for the next flight ... which was also delayed."
Voordelen: "The food was decent for coach, and wine is still included at no charge on trans-Atlantic flights. There were multiple recent movies available on the entertainment system, although the picture and sound quality was lacking."
Nadelen: "Since it was a wide body, there were no overhead vents. And for some reason they chose to heat the cabin to what felt like at least 78 Fahrenheit, in March. Also, the headphone jack was simply missing in one of our seats (rendering the entertainment system useless) and one of the seats in front of us was in permanent recline, cutting in to the already scant leg room."
Voordelen: "Everything was dealt-with efficiently. Very friendly staff. I didn’t want to have to make that journey but it was as comfortable as it could be."
Nadelen: "Nothing could have been better."
Nadelen: "Transfer at the Heathrow airport was such a hustle. Even though we had about hour and a half for transfer, take getting off board into consideration, we were on the run to our next gate for about 50 minutes without stopping, barely had a chance to use a restroom. Longer transfer period is needed most definitely. Also at least complimentary glass of water would be nice on the board."

Nadelen: "I understand that airlines want to cut back where ever they can, but I have a hard time believing that you cannot swing a bottle of water and a sandwich. Oh BTW beware of their new “security” regulations. So I had a bottle of perfume in my carry on, only about a quarter maybe a third left in a 100 ml bottle. Guess what, it is not the amount of liquid you have in it, it is the amount the bottle can hold that matters. Needless to say they confiscated it."

Nadelen: "The boarding started late (30 min before supposed departure), took much longer than expected because we needed to use the bus. Then we waited another hour on the tarmac. We were told it would be only a few minutes. Then we were told we would make up for the lost time, but that wasn't true and an additional half hour was lost on a holding pattern at LHR. We missed our connection. The instructions were unclear on what to do (contradiction between flight attendants and ground crew). By the time we picked up new boarding passes, we had already missed that flight as well and had to go to the customer service, which took another 45 min. Flight entertainment didn't work the first hour. There was a high pitched beeping sound during the whole flight (not the regular airplane noise)."
Nadelen: "Only card why?? No free food??"
Nadelen: "Went through vayama, for this booking. Arrived for a 1:45 pm flight, which I had paperwork for. Jay Informed me, that a flight change to an am flight was emailed to me in December! No follow up email....say a week before?! Like all the other booking sites I use. Spent another night, in Ediinburgh, plus much money for new tickets. Two airport layovers. Will never go through this site again, rate it poorly and not recommend. Thanks, Vickie Varney"
Nadelen: "We learned the connecting flight from BWI TO PHL was canceled when we tried to pull boarding passes.This started a five hour panic for our party of four which was a leisure travel nail biter. We lost a day, flew into JFK and had to make other arrangements to avoid canceling our trip."

Nadelen: "Even coffee was not complimentary"

Nadelen: "My luggage arrived 3 days after I did. Communication between baggage delivery service and BA baggage reps terrible. BA baggage reps never told delivery service the hotel room I was at was registered under another name. BA baggage reps gave me miss information each time I spoke with them."
Nadelen: "Corralling people into shopping area by not disclosing gate assignment. Then corralling people into a boarding area where there is no access to bathroom facilities. Then boarding without any order except for some privileged passengers (first class, club members). Finally,not serving any soft drink or little snacks unless you pay for some overpriced stuff. This is a sure way to drive passengers away from BA towards no-frills discount airlines."
Nadelen: "Asked for water when they were selling beverages, and was told sharply "not yet". Flight attendants did not make eye contact and never return for us or other passengers around us."
Nadelen: "The crew was rude and almost didn't seem like they wanted to be there especially this one person called Byron."
Voordelen: "Dealt nicely"

Nadelen: "The food service never made it to our row. Not even water was offered on a two hour flight."
Nadelen: "for the price I paid the service did not offer complimentary food or even water or soda."

Nadelen: "It has been a week and British airways still hasn't delivered my suitcase."
Voordelen: "The entertainment was good with variety. Overall, it's hard to appreciate a 10 hour flight."
Nadelen: "Seats in coach did not have much width or leg room. I don't like the policy of buying a flight and having to pay for a selected seat - that smacks of bait and switch. I know everybody is doing it, but it's tacking on extras once the committment has been made and that is low. The boarding process in London was horrible. queuing up everybody then telling them the general boarding is "over there". The lines should be more well-defined and single file to avoid bunching up. There was plenty of room to form lines, but the stanchions were not in place. Poorly executed. Also, there are FAR too many priorty boarding classes. People had to jump lines and go around barrier tapes to get to their positions in line when their priority class was called. Once on board, the crew did a fine job, but the boarding area is completely screwed up."

Nadelen: "It’s stupid Airlines. He give me brooding pass and make security check everything at final he didn’t make me fly to London because they sey u need transit visa. Why not they inform early so I can get online visa. And airlines don’t help anything finally i buy new tkt by myself ....."
Voordelen: "The on-board crew were friendly and professional. The in flight entertainment options were great. And the flight was mostly on time and easy."
Nadelen: "We had significant issues getting our one boarding pass from the computers and then the workers in the airport. We purchased both tickets together and the one had no issues. However, we got nonchalantly passed off from one employee to another without having anyone seem really concerned for us."

Nadelen: "I paid £275 for my TICKET ,after 2 min I rang them for cancel my ticket they said refund only £177 Then I said ok change the ticket they said still need to pay penalty charge as well, i wasnt happy then they call me back he said we cancel your ticket and refunds £240 , I lost £35 in 10 min ."

Nadelen: "I took 4 flights with this airline. Each was at least an hour late in take offs and landings. Very unfriendly staff whether at the check-in or flight attendants. Incredibly uncomfortable seats (compared with same level seats with other airlines). They reminded me with outdoor vegetable and fruit markets where farmers and gypsies yell to sell their products; they charge for everything, offering nothing on a 4 hrs flight, not even water. Not sure if it is a language barrier, but they are very rude and impolite in English. I really wish there was a single good thing to say. Even the pilots are the worst i've seen. Very rough landing every single time"

Voordelen: "Firstly, Overbuggage limits were put into practice with a mindset of just to f* the customers and consequently almost every single passenger has to end up paying at such overated fees that were equal to a level of a business ticket of any well known first class airline company.I , myself, had to pay 450£ in total for the ticket , just because of 34 kg of a luggage weight though 20 kg of this amount was included in the ticket. Sirs, if you really will only take this complaint as just to watch and say that this was a company policy then i will definetly never choose your services either again.Also, from the bottom of my heart, i will never feel tired to share and spead around this nasty experience of mine on each and every social media occasion , when i will have a word to say. Within only one flight on that day ,the total buggage revenue of the company was equal to a sum of 23,000 £ in total, despite the plane was ridiculously abit bigger than a small box. Sirs, Pls rethink over what i said. This is far beyond to accept and fit into any int'l trade rules.17£ fee for 1 kg !?? Best Regards"

All infos are in Turkish, it should be easier to change language from the main page. Water on board 2 and Coffee 3 euros. At the end, the price ended as expensive as a direct flight and good service from any airline."

They tried my credit cards and when that didn't work, they asked for cash. I never carry more than $5. There was no order in the airport and it was absolute mayhem. I went from line to line. I will never use this airline aha in! TWO hours to get my boarding pass? Anthony Gallo"
Nadelen: "the air conditioner didnt work in the plane and they took very high rate for extra bag of 180 Euro!"
Nadelen: "Crew lacks professionalism and courtesy. Distance, between rows, is small, a few cms (5-7) more, will bring great benefit. The transfer, at Instanbul, was crowded, inefficient and noisy; it took too long. The bathrooms were filthy and stinky."

Nadelen: "Oh, boy. First, this flight was super late and they wouldn't admit it. I went to the gate at boarding time, and the staff rudely pushed me away, saying I misunderstood the gate number. I double checked, and no, that was indeed the right gate. This lasted until the airport announced the final boarding call for my flight, and people started lining up.Then the staff had to admit that this was the right gate and the plane was just late. We didn't start boarding until way after the announced time (which they didn't bother to update on the screen until it passed. Extraordinarily disorganized. Second, the flight crew was loud and kept the lights turned way up on an overnight flight. Everyone around me was trying to sleep, and they were woken up by the crew yelling "DO YOU WANT COFFEE?" 5 rows away. Even when they finally dimmed the lights 3 hours into the flight, they kept the Tv's on, so the flashing advertisements prevented me from sleeping restfully. Third, you have to pay for coffee and tea. Who does this? They also begin their flight with loud, obnoxious music that jolts everyone awake (see above for this being an overnight flight). Overall, only choose this airline if you're okay with being kept forcibly awake and you don't mind the flight being late. Oh, and you have 2 euros to pay for simple tea."
