Nadelen: Not much. This airline hit all points of the travel experience with consistently high quality execution.

Nadelen: We should have been notified the day Egypt announced the airport was closing on March 19th. Our flight was scheduled for March 23rd. If it wasn't for the US government STEP program we would not have known the airport was closing before our scheduled flight. Emails should have been sent the day it was announced.
Nadelen: 3 1/2 hours late!!!!!
Voordelen: The crew was amazing indeed. Very polite and attentive. Hot food items were good. I like the slippers and the cover for eyes (to allow you to sleep) that the company offers. Audiobook selection was reasonable too (classics in 3 languages).
Nadelen: It was a 10-hour flight, and by the end of it, the restrooms were not as clean (even though the crew tried to maintain them). This is typical for these long flights - no solution.
Nadelen: Over the past year the cabin crews are not quite up to Aeroflot customary standards. The young ones seem to have not been trained well enough and seem tentative and not so enthusiastic, especially when the whole crew is working meals. The rest, however, are very professional and exude confidence.

Nadelen: It would have been better if they had a plane that could land on ice. They said this plane couldn't. Was an hour late, so we missed all our connecting flights home to USA.

Voordelen: It’s 1 hour flight and you get a drink of your choice and a sandwich - which is very generous and cool compare to other airlines

Nadelen: The TV remote is getting old, it didn’t respond when I press any button, so it was impossible to watch anything or use it at all

Nadelen: The TV touchscreen was not working neither for me nor for my neighbor. The third one in a row was functional, though, but it was not ours. :) The food, snacks, drinks were very limited and on the low-budget.

very empty plane with not many passengers. Seats seem average

Nadelen: Virgin Atlantic is still much better. From offering pajamas to organizing boarding. SVO was disorganized, both international flights NYC and Düsseldorf were boarding from the same gate pocket (22 and 21) at the same time. Ski priority members had to fight the way to check in.
