Nadelen: "Doordat 3 mensen zich niet gemeld hadden, zaten er 4 koffers te veel aan boord. Ga maar met de hand zoeken met 15 Afrikaanse mensen in een A389."
Voordelen: "Crew were lovely, although they never came back to do a second drink service and didn’t answer call button, so anyone in PE had to walk back through Coach to get a drink. Not great. Food was tasty."
Nadelen: "Premium Economy barely worth it and not as advertised - no amenity kit, in flight service identical to Coach (except for upgraded meal), seat super uncomfortable with an awkward footrest and a non working headrest."
Voordelen: "all of the same reasons as noted above"
Voordelen: "Heathrow terminal 5 is modern, clean and efficient. The BA 787 Dreamliner is the best and the crew were professional all throughout the journey."
Nadelen: "I would avoid flying into Newark internationally if I have the option next time. Besides from the obvious that the airport is outdated, it is totally understaffed. There were about a staff of four directing international travelers at Passport Control and they were impolite which created a stressful and unwelcoming experience. The second issue I experienced was at baggage claim. Due to some issue I didn’t personally experienced, non-US passport holders experienced major delays entering the country. This resulted in hundreds of luggage that were left unclaimed from a previous flight still on the carousel. There was only two airport staff at this area so people from the BA flight had to take these the bags off the carousel inorder to make space for our flights bags to fit. It’s was totally chaotic and easily avoidable if there were more airport staff managing this area. This international airport is a national embarrassment, and if you’re a foreign traveler, I would highly discourage you from flying into Newark."
Voordelen: "Most things"
Nadelen: "Luggage took forever to be delivered in Newark--one of the longest waits I've ever experienced."
Voordelen: "I liked the plane layout, 2/3/2 across. The stewards were fine given what they have to deal with. I made it back without incident."
Nadelen: "Seating and service on planes has become so awful that I worry about my safety as an older person. If something happens on a flight like this, where there is no room, stressed stewards and disgruntled passengers, what would happen? If you are tall, there is no room for your legs. Seat my not go back."
Voordelen: "The seats in "business class" are adequate but other airlines are nicer and newer. The food was good though."
Nadelen: "The way the seats were set up was really weird. I actually was flying backwards."
Voordelen: "Food and entertainment selections were very nice"
Nadelen: "The passenger behind me constantly moving and pushing against my seat"
Nadelen: "Not the best airplane food I had, luckily I packed some snacks before leaving Düsseldorf"
Voordelen: "The flight itself was good and the crew was friendly and attentive"
Nadelen: "We won't go through Dublin again. The walk from the arrival gate to the maze of bureaucracy ahead was way too long. The airline should have not have that tight a connection knowing all the screening that must be done to board the next flight. We were held up at every entry point, not told what to expect and thus had to prepare for screening on the fly, while hoping our plane would wait for us, which it did and the many people who boarded after us. Entertainment system was slow and non-responsive and my husband's had to be reset to even start to work. One bag left behind, but delivered promptly within days of arrival"
Voordelen: "Cordial and helpful crew members. Food was excellent."
Nadelen: "entertainment was not functioning through out the flight."
Voordelen: "Nice staff who are doing their best with the little they have."
Nadelen: "The planes are dated. No Wifi. Bad food. Limited entertainment. I was kind of shocked at how lame it was. I will never fly them again, if I can help it."
Nadelen: "Food was not so Good. Poor quality. Very Little Space for economic flights. Blankets and pillows very poor quality better have your own."
Voordelen: "The food was tasty."
Nadelen: "flight was 1 hour and 40 minutes late. We sat on a hot plane waiting for take off and the temperature remained too high during the flight. Very little water was offered. Seating in coach was very tight."
Voordelen: "787 is a great plane and was very comfortable. Even my 6'6" husband praised it. Cabin crew went above and beyond in all respects."
Voordelen: "Staff, service, punctual everything superb!!!!"

Nadelen: "if flight is packed, they need extra staff? were impatient on services,may not their fault? airline may figure out?"
Voordelen: "Crew was nice"
Nadelen: "Too cramped and the food was mediocre."
Nadelen: "Customer service was terrible. The flight was overbooked and everyone was treating me as if it were MY fault the plane was oversold and I didn't have a seat. No apologies, no sympathy. It was as if they were doing me a favor by trying to get me on the flight. I had to wait it 4 long lines to get it taken care of and the people working the floor of the check-in area kept directing me to the wrong places. Purchasing a plane ticket on your airline for a specific should be enough to guarantee a seat on a plane. It's absurd that I spent 900 for a ticket and that doesn't guarantee me that I'll be on the flight."
Voordelen: "The crew was fantastic and professional, accommodating and very attentive. The seats were comfortable and the flight itself was smooth."
Nadelen: "The food was not particularly good, I imagine a better class of ticket would improve the food experience. Then again, one does not fly for the food!"

Nadelen: "Again because I was not allow to choose a better sit or buy an upgrade it was so fustrated!!"
Voordelen: "I worked for BA for 20 years. I was glad to book them. Ba Turned out to be AA Sat scrunched up between to big people. while in the back there were. 2 people sleeping across 4 seats. outrageous"
Nadelen: "No seats were allocated when i checked in for return flight. Flight overbooked. No time to change currency or stop for a tea as I had to wait and see if i was going to get a seat I was 3 and 1/2 hours before the flight."
Nadelen: "upon existing the airline, we were instructed to go to a certain gate, which ended up being the wrong gate and by the time we discovered that we were at the wrong place, we missed the flight! British Airways was unhelpful, not compassionate and completely oblivious to their own mistake! I had to purchase a new flight home and was stuck in the airport for over 6 hours! not to mention that they told us the air craft was smaller than the originally scheduled craft so they made us check everything including our carry ons. Thankfully I didn't need any of my medication. This was absolutely the WORST flight home!"

Nadelen: "Lost my bags. Incompetent in nice airport. Crew was rude"
Nadelen: "The metal boxes below the seats mean that the little space allowed to a person is now all the more clipped. My backpack wouldn't even fit under the seat. My knees are already pressed up against the chair in front of me, now there's nowhere for me to stuff my feet even."
Voordelen: "The variety of in-flight entertainment options. The headrests. The staff was particularly helpful and courteous."
Voordelen: "Food) wine, entertainment, spacious, comfy seats (coach). Despite being in tbe middle seat I slept well."
Nadelen: "Flight attendants are obsessive about rules- they will wake you to put on your seatbelt or bring up your seat 40+ minutes before landing. But very polite."
Voordelen: "There was nothing to like except for the customer service skills of the cabin supervisor who profusely apologised for BA."
Nadelen: "At the airport, we were told that we did not have seats together as te flight was oversold. Strange as we had a six year old traveling with us. After much discussion, they gave two seats in the economy plus for me and the child but down graded child's mom to economy. We were told that someone from BA will contact us but it has been 10 days and no call or email. BA doesn't care and is just like all other airlines."
Nadelen: "Weinig te eten weinig te drinken voor zo'n lange vlucht. Geen geluid op entertainment"
Voordelen: "Entertainment on iPad."
Nadelen: "Crew was curt and rude."
Voordelen: "Loved the new BA airplanes. Great staff and customer service"
Nadelen: "I would not use Kayak again. Went though some noname ticketed named webjets. Called multiple times and could not get anyone who spoke proper english. Due to the fact that you did not buy the ticket direct BA customer service could not assist us"
Voordelen: "Nothing stood out good or bad. Average plane. Average service."
Voordelen: "Not much"
Nadelen: "1. BA said I couldn't get a seat before 24 hrs before. Then when I tried to get a seat assignment I was told (by email) to contact Aer Lingus. Aer Lingus said that I should have called before 24 hrs before, and that seats were now in control of the gate (this still 22 hrs before flight time). Total lack of coordination. 2. At check-in I was first told that my bag was too big for carry-on, although BA had accepted it. I shrunk it down. Then I was told it weighed too much at 15 kg. When I asked why BA accepted the weight I was told BA's weight limit was different. 3. Net net, if BA is "arranging" the flight through a code-share it should have responsibility for insuring I am treated like a BA customer. Aer Lingus' customer treatment leads much to be desired."
Voordelen: "Arrived ahead of time."
Nadelen: "No free alcoholic drinks. Seats are barely up to international standard - narrow, as is the aisle. Very poor quality food."
Voordelen: "Very incredible from check in, flight and service! Well done"

Nadelen: "Website didn't work for online checkin. Flight only half full but somehow I was assigned to the coldest seat on the plane with an exit door obstructing legroom. Toilets were out of order and only one was available for most of an eight-hour flight. Airline charged for drinks. Food (chicken stew in a brown gravy?) was repellant. Entertainment choices dated and uninteresting. Luggage lost, with one agent available to slowly help more than 30 people. Luggage missing for over 24 hours. No response from airline. Enough."
Nadelen: "Lost luggage for 25% of the flight. They say this happens often. spent 3 hours at the airport filing a claim. I hope I see my suit case again"
Nadelen: "My flight was changed from Newark to JFK Which cost me more. I called AA to credit me and they Did not"
