Nadelen: TSA was sketchy and gave a FULL search, part down, etc. I kept asking and the excuse kept changing. Final excuse ridiculous! Flight attendant could have not treated my son as he way he did. I was unaware that the usb cord being inputted during taxiing As was my son. He was horrible to him!!

Nadelen: One crew member in particular looked very frazzled and was rushing to do everything. They also took away my suitcase which would have very easily fit in the overhead.

The warm meal and snack were better than your average over-sweet snack you get sometimes coming from Europe... We had a delay that may have impacted the food (if you keep warm food too long...)

Nadelen: The airlines charged me twice 320 for my 2 surfboards for total of 640.00 which is wrong the crew rude they broke my suitcase handles tore apart my surfboard bag over charged my sports bag will never fly this airline Shanghai should b called shanghell the Chinese people in airport r rude and mean
Voordelen: Flew business class. Cabin crew was some of the most attentive I have experienced. Food was very good and nicely presented. Pillows could be better, but had two. Same with blankets. One thick and puffy, the other lighter. Nice for temperature regulation.
Nadelen: First leg lax - Tao delayed almost 3 hours. Fortunately the 2nd leg was delayed 1.5 hours. 3rd leg on this itinerary was also delayed, I could have made the flight, but they gave my seat away. It was a bit of a Charlie Foxtrot rearranging flights and overnighting Hotel. 2.5 hours. A supervisor was needed to sort it all out. We will see if the above was bad circumstances or not. I run the same itinerary in reverse on the way home in a week.
Nadelen: Had to process in and out of immigration then back into airport No transit area
Nadelen: The seats don't even recline, so I could not lie back to rest. The entertainment system was very bad, didn't provide earphones and could barely see the screen. I would not choose to fly this airline again.
Nadelen: Flight got delayed in Xiamen, miss the connecting flight to chongqing.
Nadelen: They left my luggages at SeaTac. I am at China right now, and I don’t know when they are going send them to me. All my stuff in the luggage now I have buy everything again.

Nadelen: They keep the air temp. somewhat warmer than we are used to in the US in the cabin but we just kept our vents above our head open with a breeze on us so it was ok.

Voordelen: Seat was uncomfortable. There was nothing to like. In past I have traveled by KLM but this time it was worst.
Nadelen: No proper food service. Even to the passenger of Amsterdam no dinner was served. No inflight service. It looks like domestic flight. I will think twice to travel by KLM. The check-in staff at counter was absolutely arrogant. Staff ar boarding gate was nice.

Voordelen: I have flown to hk with Cathay and American exclusively. I wanted to try Finnair because the price was very good for business. I now know why. The food is mediocre. The staff aren’t friendly or attentive. At $2700 it’s cheap compared to CX and AA but I know why now.

Nadelen: Crew forced me to change my upgraded comfort seat to accommodate a 12 year old who they knew was going to be airsick. So I spent the first half of the flight next to a vomiting girl. Only after I asked to file a complaint, they allowed me one of two empty seats in premium. Terrible customer service.

Voordelen: Booked a flight to Italy in economy section and was worried that it would be a difficult and uncomfortable flight. However it exceeded my expectations and never felt that I was in the economy section. They provided excellent service and made sure you were comfortable and attended to. Would recommend
