Voordelen: Decent entertainment system and choices.
Nadelen: Poor quality headphones - jacks are often messed up make sure you have your own. Got food poisoning on Muscat to Paris flight - other than that the food tended to be quite bland. Need to give out more water on flight to combat dehydration as well. Stopping in Muscat's terminal was like a time warp back to a 1970s mall. Also no direct connection to terminal, planes park out on tarmac and take people on 1 km bus ride to connect to terminal. Legroom was pretty tight but not horrid Crew making announcements on landing were unprofessional, heard co-pilot or steward laughing in the background - while captain droned on in Arabic - this does not engender confidence in their ability to fly the plane!
Nadelen: First time in my life that the airplane food was cold. There also was no in flight entertainment.

Nadelen: Not only the first flight got delayed for over 2 hours. I had to re-book the second - connecting - flight because of that. Now it made my layover instead of 1 h 45 m - 5 hours! Then the second flight got delayed!! So instead of 5 hours layover it was over 7 hours!!! Very inconvenient and upsetting experience. The only reason I booked these particular flights is because they were advertized as "the shortest trip" time on your website...
Voordelen: This was the most fabulous crew I have ever flown with on ANY flight in so many years of my travels! It was un-imaginable as to what they did, they left no stone unturned to make sure we were comfortable, fed us with awesome food every now and then. Were looked after like babies! Thank you SQ!
Nadelen: The A380 was probably SQ's oldest one, which that was a newer plane.
Voordelen: This was the most comfortable business class mid haul flight I've ever taken.

Nadelen: Food extreamly salty and makes you gassy. Bathrooms were always dirty and out of items. Economy cabin was freezing cold and the blankets provided are paper thin.

Nadelen: WC size (too small) and location. Other airlines such as Lufthansa (NYC - Munich) do way better job in this category ( I believe Lufthansa aircraft was either A330 or 340)

Nadelen: Worst ground staff in Abu Dhabi and in LA. Will never fly them again. Were very unhelpful when boarding the flight in Abu Dhabi. In fact they encouraged us to not board and take another flight the next day!!! Worst flying experience ever. Will never fly them again!!!

Nadelen: You cannot book seats in advance which is fine but one would expect that if you have 3 seats on one reservation, you would at least be seated together - nope 3 window seats all over the plane. Boarding was delayed for no reason. Bags took (no exaggeration) about 1.5 hours to come. And it is a hot mess with no carts

Voordelen: Emirates itself was great but using fly Dubai from Dubai to Kabul was awful.
Nadelen: No flights to Kabul using Fly Dubai when someone books tickets actually for Emirates.

Nadelen: Everything was good, one little thing, just had to wait for crew member to respond to the bell.
Voordelen: As usual Emirates deliver a very good prduct to be relied upon where ever and whenever you travel.

Nadelen: Everything was great It’ was a long flight and the seats are not comfortable I wish the first class tickets were more reasonably priced for a normal person that wants to be more comfortable in a long flight. But everything else was perfect!! Thank you.

The biggest complain is both duiring the CGK T3 international outbound and inbound flight makes you walk the whole length of t3 from the departure gate as the plane for this international flight was parked at the most corner part of domestic terminal. No travellator, no buggy. Terrible for the elders.and bi assistance can be seen

Voordelen: We were the only flight at the airport and got to walk out to the plane and board directly. Ground crew lined up and waved good-bye as we pulled out to runway. Very friendly attendants. No wait, arrived 10 minutes early.
Nadelen: Small seats and minimal food and drink options but the flight was only 90 min so not important.
Nadelen: Cancel last minute and no compensation given, how rude it is.
Voordelen: Check in was super easy, flight left on time , arrived early baggage was delivered in 10 minutes.
Nadelen: No seat back entertainment. Very old plane.

Nadelen: Something did not go right with our booking so it took some work for the airline to get it figured out for us. Thankfully we had left plenty of time. But that was an unexpected stress.

Voordelen: New 787 seats were extremely comfortable for short-haul, regional. 2-2-2 may not suit some people for long haul. Good selection of in-flight entertainment. Nice sincere service.
Nadelen: Boarding was unpleasant. Buses to aircraft: had to wait approx 10 mins in the bus on the tarmac whilst the previous two buses unloaded. Then the actual staircase / boarding process took nearly 10 minutes... queueing in 41 degree heat. Muscat is a very new airport and many gates with airbridges were not being used. As the home airport of the national carrier I wouldn't expect tarmac boarding.

Nadelen: Terrible customer service. This is not a good airline.
Nadelen: Kayak did not act or inform me of the need for a visa following a change in flights that occurred 12 days before flight. For this reason, my trip was canceled.
Nadelen: They did not let me on the plane due to my middle name not being on my passport. This have never happened to me before in all my years of travel. Worse yet, Kayak (JustFly) did not give me any refund or change my flight. It was "their policy." I will never use JustFly or China Eastern again.
Nadelen: More entertainment choices in music. Easy access to wifi
Voordelen: The food was delicious and of high quality. I enjoyed the entertainment selection. I flew business class. The flight attendants were excellent and gracious. I would fly China Eastern Airlines again.
Nadelen: Passengers making a connecting flight to Bangkok (BKK) at Nanjing (NKG) were gathered together, escorted through customs, to baggage claim, to the ticketing counter, and back through customs. One of the passenger had to call out each person from their passport. The process took 2 1/2 hours.
Voordelen: Everything! I never knew that Finnair was such a great airline.
Nadelen: Honestly, nothing could have been better.

Nadelen: The transfer was a disaster. We had to go through the security check (even though the transfer was in the Schengen area) and almost missed our connecting flight.

Nadelen: no choice of food, little space between the seats, touchscreen and headphones didn't work, for over 8 hours flight this was significant set back
