Good service and on time

The leg room is really small so it is a tight squeeze for tall people like us. Would only recommend for short flights.

Although we were traveling together, the airline seated us separately on both flights. Going from Chicago to Amman I was seated in seat 16A while my husband was placed on the other side of the airplane in seat 17K!! On the ride back, I was in seat 13A and my husband in 30C!!!!! Prior to check in and during check in, I was informed that I was not able to select our seats, and that we would just have to arrange seating ourselves once we were on the plane!! A week prior to leaving Amman my husband called rj and talked to a representative who changed our seats.

I actually didn't fly QR. My RJ light from TLV to AMM was delayed by approx 2 hours. I asked to be taken off the flight in order to fly the day after from TLV to LCA and take QR. However the RJ gate agents explained that there are over 40 people on the flight that need to take the QR from AMM and that the ties between RJ and QR are very strong and the QR flight will wait the necessary 15 minutes. However, as we landed in AMM we saw the QR aircraft push back 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled departure. We got stuck in AMM and the RJ people were nice but totally inefficient and claimed that they were limited by their corporate procedures. I asked to be put on an Etihad flight that was scheduled to leave 2 hours later and that would put me at the end of the day in MAA (my destination) around 2.5 hours later which was acceptable in my eyes. The transfer desk agent said he is going to arrange it, disappeared for 45 minutes and then came and told me this is already too late for Etihad (it was not) and anyway they cannot let me take Etihad since they are not a part of "One World". I argued a bit and he said ok went to teh back office and disappeared for another 20 minutes. at that point he came and told me that all is taken care of and here is my new flight and proceeded to show me an itinerary which took me through BKK to MAA but the AMM-BKK flight will leave only at 0130 at night (this was around 1430) and get to BKK in the afternoon tomorrow. Then I will have to wait in the airport another 8-9 hours to fly to MAA. hence 2 nights without sleep staying at airports. BTW, I was the only Business/first passenger but this did not confer on me any special treatment. I refused to take this route and at the end asked them only to get me back to TLV and there I will change the whole route and go tomorrow on QR from LCA. I had to wait at AMM airport until 2100 and only now - 2300 - reached home which I left at 0600 this morning. BTW, i don't think that they restored my ticket to its original form (which was a full QR ticket covering also the RJ and Pegasus flights. but I was too tired to argue. I will postpone my trip by one more day and change the route to avoid another debacle like this one. Also, I chatted with the QR people in Amman, and ithey claim that they were not told that the RJ from TLV had 40 passengers connecting through them. This is the absolute opposite of what the RJ people claimed. Last, all his is without even mentioning the issues this delay caused since I have people who came specifically for this, waiting for me in MAA and God only knows when I will manage to get there and whether or not they will wait for me. Guys, you have to do something about this. I am quite a regular flyer and this is the worst experience I had.

I was quite happy with the space the seats offered in coach! I stand 6'2" and I was quite comfortable. Even when the person confront of me tilted there seat back I still had room to stretch my legs for our 10h journey home. I was also very happy the ticket I had purchased came with a complimentary stay at the airports hotel and a free meal. This was fantastic considering my layover in Amman was 11hs. It was very clean & the staff were very helpful and polite.

Not having the option of which meal I would like. They just popped down infront of you what ever they grabbed .

Extra leg room in emergency exit row They actually played a movie that was in English. Not the first time I have flown China Southern, but the first time I had air control above. This is something I feel makes flight a bit more comfortable.

Food is terrible. They ran out of wine during first beverage service. Exit row passengers are not permitted to keep items under seat. Flight was delayed at take off and perhaps in route because we were over an hour off of schedule. Aircraft always had a line for the bathroom, two is not enough for amount of people and duration of flight. I do not know if there was bathroom in front, it was sectioned off.

Ground staff did not want to help me and refused to put me on this flight because they reffered to no transit visa, although I was legally allowed to get on the flight as I have just found out, but it is gone already. As a result all my consecutive flight were cancelled as no show. I tried to reach the airline help line, however due to Chinese New Year they don't work, so there was no way to solve this problem I am VERY dissapointed. Will take this case to the court if my money not refunded

The seat wasn't the most comfortable and my seat was hurting half way through.

The staff were kind, professional, attentive, and each person brought a warm elegance to their interactions with patrons. My seat ate who was a stranger to me got messily sick and the attendant was gracious and helpful to her. Also the meal from Abu Dhabi to Bengaluru was the most delicious I've ever had on any flight, which includes some international first class travel.

I have long thighs so my knees butted against the seat in front of me.

I travelled from KUL to JFK with transit at Abu Dhsbi. Nightmarish transit in Abu Dhabi. Three intrusive security screenings (why three?). At some point they take away your boarding pass and make you sit in a hall for about half an hour (with similar 'criminals') with no access to bathrooms without telling you why. Then they call your name to return the boarding pass ( which was a problem for me because I am hearing challenged). Not sure this special treatment is reserved for just brown skinned travellers

Garuda have one of the best service and the crew always smiling and helpful. The new seating is very nice and conformable. The food is very nice.

The one thing I don't like about Garuda is so many announcements. They want to announce every things that happens. There is a reason why the seatbelt signs are there. You don't have to say what we will have in the menu as we have it. The entertainment system is has average collection and they are not organized. That includes the movies. The music section is terrible, I was not able to recognize any of the artist. It is sad that they don't take their entertainment system seriously. With their service and new fleet, you will expect to have a great entertainment system but sadly it is not.

Overall great service and good experience. Very attentive crew and goid food.

Although the business class cabin has been quite new, the seats are made for very short people and my headrest sat at my shoulders (I am 5’4”). This made the 5 hour flight very uncomfortable.

Hard to fault Emirates business class flights, flight was comfortable and smooth and crew attentive

Would love Emirates to fly the A380 from Glasgow but know its not possible with our small runway, maybe worth investing in though as always a busy flight both segments

Better food than out of Newark. Crew helpful as always.

Legroom is poor but unlike the Newark-Athens leg, I was able to get an aisle seat that allowed me to stretch a bit. Choice of English language movies is poor. Depending on the price I would still prefer the Delta non stop flight from US to Greece because of the movie choices and ease of use of remote control.

Despite me telling the crew a number of times that he temperature was FAR too low, no change was made. Now I am not a first time flyer and I know flights can get cold. I had a sweatshirt, socks, shoes, two blankets wrapped and it was still cold to the point that I put the blanket over my head. When I looked around the flight almost every single person was completely wrapped in blankets and had hoods, sarees, and scarves wrapped around their heads. I had my 1 year old infant who already had a head cold that I feel was worsened by the cold dry air. I spent my first few days in Kolkata pretty sick. I know the cold air doesn’t cause the illness but it certainly worsened any stuffy nose I had into a full blown cold and chest congestion. I was VERY upset by the discomfort on this flight especially after having a wonderful flight with Emirates from New York to Dubai. I really felt like the crew did not care despite clear discomfort the passengers were feeling. It was incredible how visible the discomfort was yet nothing was done to fix the temperature. The freezing cold air kept blowing right on everyone theoughout the flight.

Absolutely nothing

That they continuously made mistakes and wasted my time and money. Let alone no sleep and carrying everything to 3 different terminals not completing my trip on any of them. Now I’m spending Valentine’s Day alone in a hotel in Hong Kong instead of meeting my gfs family and sleeping with her the first time in Manila.

I’m still not there. They had me go to the airport 5 hours early to get a different flight cuz theirs was delayed then after not being able to make those flights carrying my 5 bags to 3 different terminals they said just go on their delayed flight and cuz they had over 80 people going on to Manila that they would hold the last flight there but when we landed we were informed going to a hotel and no compensation for it. I am extremely pissed off

Garuda have one of the best service and the crew always smiling and helpful. The new seating is very nice and conformable. The food is very nice.

The one thing I don't like about Garuda is so many announcements. They want to announce every things that happens. There is a reason why the seatbelt signs are there. You don't have to say what we will have in the menu as we have it. The entertainment system is has average collection and they are not organized. That includes the movies. The music section is terrible, I was not able to recognize any of the artist. It is sad that they don't take their entertainment system seriously. With their service and new fleet, you will expect to have a great entertainment system but sadly it is not.

Although the business class cabin has been quite new, the seats are made for very short people and my headrest sat at my shoulders (I am 5’4”). This made the 5 hour flight very uncomfortable.

The airplane was nice and new, the crew was nice and diligent, and the food was better than last time.

The seat wasn't the most comfortable and my seat was hurting half way through.

Everything was perfect

I ordered regular vegetarian meal and they served me Vegan meal! Also my flight from Chicago to Dubai on January 30 they didn’t offer me vegetarian meal coz they said I Didn’t select meal and they said they didn’t have extra Vegetarian meal!

The ground crew at the Bombay airport was excellent. Specifically, Saurabh, Sharmilee etc. WE really appreciate their wholehearted support for an issue that came up at the airport. Keep up the good work of ground /check in group at Emirates in Bombay.

Extra leg room in emergency exit row They actually played a movie that was in English. Not the first time I have flown China Southern, but the first time I had air control above. This is something I feel makes flight a bit more comfortable.

Food is terrible. They ran out of wine during first beverage service. Exit row passengers are not permitted to keep items under seat. Flight was delayed at take off and perhaps in route because we were over an hour off of schedule. Aircraft always had a line for the bathroom, two is not enough for amount of people and duration of flight. I do not know if there was bathroom in front, it was sectioned off.

I travelled from KUL to JFK with transit at Abu Dhsbi. Nightmarish transit in Abu Dhabi. Three intrusive security screenings (why three?). At some point they take away your boarding pass and make you sit in a hall for about half an hour (with similar 'criminals') with no access to bathrooms without telling you why. Then they call your name to return the boarding pass ( which was a problem for me because I am hearing challenged). Not sure this special treatment is reserved for just brown skinned travellers

Flight was smooth and quite roomy with seats; good and constant maintenance of toilets. Excellent and thoughtful e-entertainment
