Nadelen: "Call me .food was not good. Had to leave breakfast half eaten. Worried if not spoiled because tasted freezer old."

Voordelen: "Great aircraft! Clean, new, well maintained. No luggage problems. Cabin service was not very atttentive, which we attribute to almost full flight, with many young , noisy children."

Voordelen: "That was the best airline meal I've ever eaten. It was a lightly curried chicken. Outstanding. Extremely fast boarding. Boarded entire airplane in less than 15 minutes. Nice selection of movies and audio. All of which you could stop, pause, fast forward, and rewind."
Nadelen: "No reading lights. No attendant call button I could find. Not much air volume. That pesky lack of leg room. Short seat belts."

Voordelen: "Crew was beyond standard. Very nice and friendly and always accommodating."

Nadelen: "My ticket didn't specifically say I'm not allowed to have check-in luggage, so I needed to pay extra for that. I also got too little transfer time and barely made it because my flight arrived late. Then, my luggage got lost during the transfer, so I had to wait for 5 hours, which made my plans a mess. Overall not satisfied with my flight"

Voordelen: "Seats comfortable. Decent legroom. Crew pleasant. Food was very good especially for a very short flight."
Nadelen: "I did not know I had purchased economy light ticket. With this you can only carry on 18 pounds and must check and PAY to check any other bag. I looked at my reservation from Vaysms and did not see notice of this. Surprised that one hour trip at this price , well over $200, was in this category. Also trying to buy the option for the bag on phone was difficult. Whole page with options would not show and getting English version was difficult probably because page would not fit on screen."

Voordelen: "Our flight out of Amsterdam was roughly 30 minutes late. Since we were connecting to an International flight to return to the US there was no possibility we would be able to get to the International terminal through security and board our flight in the time available. So, Lufthansa staff met the connecting passengers as we disembarked, shuttled us via bus to the International terminal and ensured we made our connection. Finally, for airline food it was quite good (Vegan)."

Voordelen: "The price was good."
Nadelen: "This was NOT a Lufthansa flight. The plane was a United flight. One of the worst I have experienced in 40 years of flying to Europe and Hawaii."

Voordelen: "Upgrade to business class. Staff was accommodating"

Nadelen: "The entertainment system wasn't functioning so there weren't any viewing options presented. The crew failed to mention that the United app provides movies on your phone."

Voordelen: "This flight was the smoothest flight I've have ever taken from anywhere in Europe to Atlanta. It felt as though we were floating on the beautiful cumulus clouds outside our windows. The flight was not full, so I had space to "stretch out" a bit making the whole flight time very comfortable."
Nadelen: "I didn't care for the bar-be-qued chicken at lunch nor the ham pizza before our landing. But that's personal taste and I don't consider the food on a flight nearly as important as comfort, timeliness and the efficiency of the crew in all operations."

Voordelen: "Everything was great. The boarding process was fast and efficient. The plane was clean and apparently fairly new. The flight attendants were friendly and Lufthansa has more of them than many other airlines which really helps service. Lunch meal was very good."
Nadelen: "Light snack before landing in Atlanta was not bad, but wasn't great either."

Nadelen: "It was not a Lufthansa flight, as I had bought, but a United flight because of their partnership. The bathroom made me gag, the food and the entertainment left much to be desired but the service was good. Cannot complain about the flight attendants. Entertainment was also very 2008 with tine screens and not able to select what and when to watch. They only had movies and series on loop. Will avoid having to fly United in the future and will make sure I am indeed getting on a Lufthansa plane."

Nadelen: "The narrow seats: it is not fun to travel with four elbows in your ribs. Try it some time."

Voordelen: "The crew was great, very friendly and attentive. Sitting in Economy plus is acceptable comfort wise. Captain was very communicative when there was a mechanics issue and delay, much appreciated."
Nadelen: "United check in desk was unnecessarily long wait, other airports/airlines have a better flow. The screens on the seat backs on 767 are ridiculously small and stuttery. The main meal was not very good, pasta sauce was gross, could've done better with prego."

Voordelen: "We arrived 15 minutes early, which is always great!"
Nadelen: "They ran out of the chicken for dinner and only had manicotti left, which was horrible! No apologies for running out of 1 of the 2 options. The audio was horrible. In order to watch the movies, I had to hold the cord in 2 places in the exact right manner, or it would cut out and there would only be silence. Not fun trying to maintain that position for 9 hours."

Nadelen: "The entertainment system didn't work correctly, only offered James Bond movies, not all the other movies and TV shows that other passengers had available. The flight attendant tried to fix but couldn't. It made a 10 hour flight feel a lot longer because of not having the entertainment options available. For as much as the flight cost, it was very disappointing to not have a properly functioning entertainment system to help pass the time on such a long flight"

Voordelen: "Crew was nice"
Nadelen: "Wifi barely useable, and in fact not useable over North Atlantic; food was just eatable, didn't include salt or pepper, probably because it was already too salty, came is a soup of barbecue sauce. Entertainment choices were limitless and yet BORiNG! Live tv video quality was appalling, I would have said VHS quality, maybe not that good and only sporadically worked"

Nadelen: "an excellent early Sunday morning flight to Frankfurt; overnight check-in convenience for large luggage pieces and easy security access to the boarding gates"

Voordelen: "Crew allowed me to change seats to get two empty seats by the window that were available."

Nadelen: "Flight entertainment was not fully functional. Many films would not play. The meal was also particularly bad - all three options that were available (chicken, pasta and vegetarian curry). Flight attendants often seemed very rushed."

Nadelen: "Flights were late for more than 20 min. in both directions. Almost missed connecting flights in both directions. Had to pay for the luggage at the airport (luggage was not included in my ticket). Flight to my final destination was cancelled (first it was delayed, but I did not know that untill I got to the gate) I was diverted to other country (by other company), had to pay for hotel and taxi, missed almost two days of my vacation. On my flight back home, they have lost my luggage... hope they will find it. Now I am trying to get refund for cancelled flight, hotel, taxi, food... I will never fly with this company by my own choice any more!!!"

Nadelen: "Airport in Vienna was pretty disorganized. Several people from several flights had to be pulled out for additional screening that should have been done earlier. Passengers were confused and frustrated"

Voordelen: "Nothing. I will never put her tickets from From here again."

Nadelen: "Missed the flight from Houston to Fankfurt and the airline canceled the whole round trip. I did not know I had to call the airline to let them know not the cancel my trip. I would've appreciated a notice of that."

Voordelen: "Good experience, service was good, and attendants were courteous"

Voordelen: "Check in at gate easy and boarding on time. Equipment seemed modern and in good condition. No food or entertainment on short flight to rate."

Voordelen: "It was a high quality service hands down."

Voordelen: "They were really good with checking in my excess baggage and my two cats. Cats travelled well and arrived as expected. Check in at O'Hare was very friendly. In the air, flight attendants were very accommodating and friendly. All luggage and cats arrived! The plane from O'Hare to Austria was very nice!"
Nadelen: "I think I have gotten used to Asiana's and Korean Airlines'. It just didn't seem to measure up to their business class service. The food (which has been highly rated!) I found to be just mediocre. Maybe it's because I was living in Asia for eight years and had become more accustom to asian cuisine?? I didn't love the seat either. When you recline, your feet are cramped inside a small area under the seat in front of you. It was cramped. The ability to customize the seat recline was limited. I like being able to move the head and feet into my own customized position. The business class seats from Vienna to Amman felt like coach."

Nadelen: "the entertainment was broken, they didn't offer WIFI. the crew was very rude and crabby."

Voordelen: "Very friendly service efficient and helpful ready to satisfy unwarranted requests"
Nadelen: "The check in was very efficient and fast , access to the cabin is well managed Service attendants are smiling always and like to share a bit of fun with the travelers ."

Nadelen: "I was frustrated with the staff at the desk in the airport, as we boarded 20miutes late and they did not feel it necessary to give any comment on the situation. Everyone was puzzled as to why we were not boarding, or if there was a problem. Even the screens did not show any change."

Nadelen: "Changing planes on Vienna was not easy so 1-hour layover was barely enough (required running)"

Nadelen: "I sat in the last corner seat on the plane... very cramped as there’s no leg room, no window & was overbooked."

Voordelen: "The economy seats had as much leg room as the Premium Economy seats on Luthansa, so the comfort over a long flight was better than I expected."
Nadelen: "The charge for checking a 2nd bag was $100 which I thought was much too high. Food was average and not enough given that we were on the plane for over 10 hours."

Nadelen: "We had to stand around for a long time waiting for a bus to take us to the plane. The bus was horribly crowded. Then we arrived at the plane and had to walk up the stairs to get on. There was no food served---just a cracker and some juice or water. After we arrived in Paris we waited a long time for the baggage to arrive."

Nadelen: "Boarding personnel in Vienna was very unfriendly and didn't inform us of the need for a new boarding pass during transfer"

Voordelen: "I loved the boarding process. Everything was very organized! I was lucky to sit by myself next to the window, so i had plenty of space to stretch. The flight was right on schedule, so i didnt have to worry about making it to the next flight. Food was good. We were offered the water through the whole trip which is nice, because i always feel super dehydrated on the plane."
Nadelen: "I wasn't very satisfied with the flight attendants. I don't know if its just me getting used to american customer service, or me actually working at the customer service, but it's definetely not the greatest level of service. Girls were giving me an attitude and "smartie" ( in a rude way) responds which kinda made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected. I had the same experience with Lufthansa before. And once with russian airlines. Maybe its some kinda tendency to get erogant at this job, but please, don't get me wrong, its not that kinda job where you should look at people from above"

Nadelen: "Behavior of AA. We came with AA from Nica to Wien on time and AA did not allowed us to take plane to Zagreb. They changed to latter fly with CA. Shameful and inadmissible !"

Voordelen: "The seats were comfortable and the crew attentive. The movie selection was excellent and the entertainment system was excellent. The food was typical for what you get on transatlantic flights in economy."
Nadelen: "At the gate the boarding processes was very slow because there was only a single person checking the passports and the boarding passes of all passengers. Surprisingly, this airline also could not provide a plastic bag for our checked in child seat, which is standard on other airlines."

Nadelen: "They should update the planes with individual screens so you can watch whatever movie you want instead of the tiny screens many aisle in front. The flight also ran out of meat options and we had to have ravioli. Also not much leg room like other flights."

Everything was great, except for the seats and knee space, which was just ok - in line with every other company; that doesn't make it good. The entertainment unit was great, many options plus a charging USB port. Food was good; coffee was bad (instant) - is it that difficult to make good coffee on the plane? Crew was professional and efficient. Happy(ish) overall. Thanks."

Nadelen: "The flight was delayed (again!) for some 40 minutes and I was worried that I would miss my connection flight in Atlanata. Fortunately the pilot made up for the delay (probably costing the airline thousands in fuel). It seems these days that every KLM flight I take is delayed. This stretch goes back to 2015! Yet KLM prides itself as being punctual. Not the KLM that I have been flying!"

Voordelen: "Entertainment was amazing! They even have four Harry Potter movies! We were told in advance that the flight was going to be delayed, which is really positive. Very friendly personnel."

I'm his mother, I'm currently visiting family in Scotland, so couldn't help him much. I'm pretty disgusting and disappointed by the whole experience."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Actually the Welcome on board announcement. The part where they special welcome loyalty program members. I do not get that... I am an explorer holder my self, but really?? so other paying customers are not as welcome. This is leftovers from the older days.."

Voordelen: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."

Voordelen: "Upgrade was easy! Crew was beyond exceptionable! Can’t wait to fly again, guys!"

Nadelen: "This airline charges for everything, and after you pay once, they try to charge you again, and again, and again (four different people tried to charge me 4 different times for my two checked bags). And they lost the record of my payment, so I had to show 4 times the Amex receipt showing that I had paid before. It took 45 minutes and 4 non receptive agents for me to get my luggage checked. British Airways is significantly better."

I was in the middle seat next to an inattentive octanegarian who was nice but kept calling the flight crew to fix her mess up of the video system. No air controls on this plane - so it was overly warm. 10 hours of overly warm makes for a stinky passenger. Oof."

Voordelen: "Boarding staff helpful with Disabilities; food services quick and pleasant; interior cabin temps appropriate."
Nadelen: "Why is boarding so prolonged? 1-Small children and elders cannot stand for 20/30 minutes 2-Why are various sections (particularly Economy), no longer boarded by rows. and from rear first...so people don’t clog aisles, step over others, injure or be injured by heavy overhead moves?"

Voordelen: "Good size plane. It didn’t end up being full so there was plenty of room to move around. Quick flight and easy."

Nadelen: "I paid for a"premium" seat on one of the emergency exit rows for the extra legroom. This was next to a galley. The seat itself was no more than 18" wide (NO EXAGGERATION!!) if not less. I had to sit on an angle (one butt cheek at a time) for 9 yours. I do not have a big butt either. This seat should have been a discounted seat, not a premium seat. I am so angry about this, I will NEVER fly Air France again."

Nadelen: "Plane was canceled at the last minute with a transfer desk literally assaulted by 100s of people. Only 3 persons on the desk. No lane for sky priority. Queued for nearly two hours before some airport employee gave us instructions to travel by train without any other information or tickets etc. Had to buy my ticket. Couldn’t recuperate my suitcase. Had to wait for it the next day for three hours. Up to this hour I don’t know how I am going to be reimbursed (train and plane)."

Voordelen: "Very poor sound quality on the earphones. Made it very difficult to watch a movie and almost impossible to listen to music."

Nadelen: "Crew was not very responsive. It would take over 45 minutes for them to respond to a customer call. Plane landed and we were kept on runway for 1.15 hours and crew only checked in with us twice during that time. People were panicking regarding missing their connections"

Voordelen: "We were on a 9 hour flight which is pretty exhausting on its own. However, Air France provided you with a pillow and blanket, as well as headphones, so that you can make the best of the long trip."
Nadelen: "The chairs, for whatever reason, after just not that comfortable. Too squishy and they make noise when you adjust your position. I fidget a lot on flights so I felt like I was making a lot of noise. Also the plane didn't have cold air, do you get toasty pretty quick."

Voordelen: "All crew I interacted with was great, friendly, and helpful."
Nadelen: "Flight was late. Boarding very slow. Entertainment was ok by today's standards. Each seat had a display, but movie selection was not great. For a French airline I was looking forward to breakfast -- maybe some nice pastries or at least a decent croissant with jam. None such. It was disappointing. Meals were not impressive either, but the complimentary wine was good."

Nadelen: "2 crew members, one named Terri were quite rude and short with us. I even heard her say she was ready to get off the flight. She also asked everyone around me if they liked their flight but did not ask me. She basically threw my coffee condiments at me and dismissed my concerns about the food. I was unsure if the fruit was expired and she quickly dismissed my question without any real explanation."

Voordelen: "The captain made a very smooth landing in extremely poor conditions."
Nadelen: "Everything you don't get in business class. Since the flight was only 40 minutes, I put up with it."

Nadelen: "One world premium member, last seat next to the bathroom, rude check in staff who we’re highly unhelpful saying they had no authority to help and to use ba.com for customer service issues and outrageous checked bag fees €75. Never again BA."

Nadelen: "1 hour flight took 3 hours because they sat on the ground counting baggage...twice.nothing"

Nadelen: "After hours at the gate, the flight was finally deemed cancelled. I missed my layover and was forced to stay over night at a airport hotel. I had paid a change fee to come home specifically for that day which I lost, not to mention 9 hours in the airport... the flights for the following day were totally downgraded from my original booking. Was so upset I could have cried...."

Nadelen: "We where not able to take the fligth's due to a passport issue, according to Netherlands rules my passport should be valid 90 days before entering the country and my expired July 29, 2018, when i booked no one advised me of such rules. I'm trying to contact Brittish Airways to see if I can be refunded."

Voordelen: "Doordat wij op het bovendeks zaten konden we meteen boarden. Vriendelijke purser die overal de tijd voor nam."
Nadelen: "Doordat 3 mensen zich niet gemeld hadden, zaten er 4 koffers te veel aan boord. Ga maar met de hand zoeken met 15 Afrikaanse mensen in een A389."

Nadelen: "The tickets arrived at 9.50 am for 10.55 take off. I tried to cHe Kin in line but it didn’t let me. I went to the counter and they told me check in had closed and I would have to buy another ticket. It was my fault for buying a ticket. Goodbye £200. Thanks BA"

Nadelen: "Upon arriving at the check in desk we were told that a member of our party had been removed from the flight. While trying to work out a solution with the attendants they were incredibly unhelpful, knew very little about the situation, and at times mocked us. Lisa at the AMS location was particularly rude to the members of our party."

Nadelen: "The flight got delayed 1:30 hours, because they had to change planes in London and we were wating in Amsterdam. We didn't aboard fast since there was no space for the hand luggage so they had to send the luggage to the belly of the plane at tha last minute. Definetly the worst fligth ever!!!"

Voordelen: "I love it the most that they are so helpful with excess baggage Which is why I always book with BA I am an entertainer working for many different cruise lines BA does not rob you blind if you have extra baggage Or your bags are slightly heavier ! Delta recently charged me $ 285 per extra bag Coming back BA charged me $90 and allowed me two bags The new policy on many airlines to literally rob a customer Is disgusting and the govt authorities should put a stop To it BA is welcoming and always professional !"
Nadelen: "Airline food is often risky to eat and The variety is poor especially if you are vegan"

Nadelen: "The boarding process could be better"

Nadelen: "The ground crew at check-in was not friendly nor helpful."

Nadelen: "The male crew in the bag is not try to help people put on the carry on language to the top of cabin. He stood there and look at us. When I directed to him and asked for help, he just stood there for few sec. and decieded to help me but with an attitude. Same as the other lady need their help to put the backpack in, both male crests stood there and wasn't planning to help, and the passenger stood up and assisted her."

Voordelen: "The crew was very sweet. The flight was super short so it was comfortable enough for the short flight."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed by an hour and a half. I had a 40 min delay with Alaska airlines 2 weeks ago and the min I arrived at my destination I had a text apologising for the delay. Along with a link to $100 credit with the airline. This is what real customer service is about. Not just empty apologies."

Nadelen: "At airport had line for baggage drop if had boarding passes. But, then only had one station open out of four or five. One person had problem I guess. Line didn't move for 10-15 minutes. VERY BAD!!"

Voordelen: "Boarding smooth enough, seats comfy enough"
Nadelen: "Checked bags line insanely long, gate MILES away from security checkpoint, no food or entertainment (why low rating, n/a), could always use more legroom, paid more for bags than for flight and taking bags was a huge hassle and worry"

Voordelen: "Friendly experienced staff"
Nadelen: "Club Europe...business class? Seat pitch is a let down. Only benefit is an empty middle seat"

Voordelen: "It was a short trip and the crew was good about making it as quick as possible (for boarding, debriefing, etc)."
Nadelen: "It was a short trip but they didn't have any sort of drink service. No entertainment either but that's expected for an hour long flight."

Voordelen: "Even flight was delayed, all was well with excellent service."

Voordelen: "I didn't pay to reserve a seat ahead of time, and was a little apprehensive. I checked in about 23 hours before the flight and was assigned an aisle seat with no problems."
Nadelen: "Once we boarded the plane, we spent about a half hour on the ground before take off. This isn't reassuring when you have a connecting flight."

Nadelen: "Weinig te eten weinig te drinken voor zo'n lange vlucht. Geen geluid op entertainment"

Nadelen: "Flight was delayed 45 mins, but when I'm 2 mins late to check in the cancelled my boarding pass. Ridiculous customer service wanted to charge me $400 to change my flight!!! Never again"

Nadelen: "we're professional musicians who fly all the time with fragile equipment. the airline applied an overweight baggage fee (fair enough, normally) but their payment system was down. rather than waive the fee, we were made to wait an hour to pay 150 euros. after scrambling through security we narrowly missed our flight. rebooking took hours and involved going back through security all over again, having our equipment searched for the second time. when it came time to gate-check our guitars, the airline lost them. we wound up boarding our connection to JFK with no idea where they were. finally they turned up on the baggage belt. we would never and have never agreed to send these delicate items through general baggage. One guitar (50 year old gintage guitar) was broken in the process and another of our hard cases was damaged and needs to be replaced. Completely unacceptable from start to finish."

Voordelen: "Got me from Amsterdam to Gatwick."
Nadelen: "Passengers were allowed to bring too much luggage on board. Seriously hindered boarding process. Attendants had to do lots of reshuffling which, along with a mechanical malfunction, delayed the flight and caused a lot of on board disruption."

Voordelen: "Great overhead bin, good entertainment system, but I found that on both flights the screen touch screen is a bit off, I need to press on lower side of the button to get it work properly."
Nadelen: "Boarding was a bit chaotic from London. There was no call for regular passenger boarding."

Voordelen: "Crew was good food good."
Nadelen: "Flight was delayed by 2.5 hours as they were taking out luggage of passengers who did not make it. Yet my baggage from my connecting flight did not make it and suppose to come 1 day later."

Voordelen: "Was able to move a passenger so that we had an empty seat between us in a row of three."
Nadelen: "BA check-in system down and could not get a boarding pass. Could not proceed without one and could only get one via a long wait in the "assistance" line. Departed an hour late due to a passenger not getting clearance to leave the country and then for them to remove their luggage."

Voordelen: "amazing accommodations and comfort with everything accessible for technology great staff, kosher means as i requested were on point, arrived late totally my fault, to both departing and arriving flights and they really did an amazing job making sure i get on the flight, international"

Voordelen: "On time, Smooth ride, My fellow travelers were all good little cows and bulls.. Alright maybe 1 or 2 jack asses. but for the most part the herd pleasant."
Nadelen: "This was a AA Flight, Seat was broken. So I was told to put my seat back in the upright position times. Witch woke me up witch pissed me off! Or course the lady behind me was pissed also. Since my head was in her lap for 10 hours. Of course she did mind the first 10 minuets. :)"

Waarom zijn prijzen niet 100% van de tijd accuraat?
Prijzen voor zitplaatsen in het vliegtuig, hotelkamers en huurauto's kunnen frequent wijzigen. Meerdere personen kunnen ook op hetzelfde moment een zelfde reisoptie proberen aan te schaffen. Dit heeft als gevolg dat het soms voorkomt dat bepaalde prijzen niet langer meer beschikbaar zijn.
