Voordelen: "They even filled my water bottle a couple of times in addition to numerous glasses at my seat."

Nadelen: "We booked our plane reservations through Kayak . My sister booked my reservation along with hers at the same time. Kayak put us on different planes at different times on our return flight back to the USA. I had assumed we were flying together ( sisters with the same last names), so I showed up at the airport to find out that I had missed my first flight. I already had a boarding pass for the next flight, but Kayak had canceled me and booked someone else in my seat. No more seats in economy and I had to pay $1750. Euros for another ticket. Why would 2 passengers flying together and booking together be put on different planes and different times. We will NEVER use Kayak again!7"

Voordelen: "A male flight attendance made me feel uncomfortable. I sat in empty sit with number 3 instead of 4 and he asked me to check my number on my boarding pass. WIth an extremely directive and dictating tone in his voice he told me YOU SHOULD GO AND SIT to what your ticket says. It is VERY important to be sited, although the seats are available you should be sited where your boarding pass directs you to be."
Nadelen: "I realized that some people of their crew are extremely insane! I have never had an issue like this, with DELTA or AIR FRANCE, or KLM, or NORWEGIAN, or SAS If it was only one persona that I had to deal with, which it was on my flight from NY to Munich I would say , it was coincidence . One person is not a statistical point and accuse the whole Company. But this was repeated on my second flight from Munich to Athens. Then I said, this is not coincidence, it is a pattern that is repeated and not professional . NEVER AGAIN WITH LUFTHANSA is my decision and my recommendation."

Nadelen: "Standing outside of the plane in the freezing hail, when my clothing was completely unequipped for it"

Voordelen: "The premium economy clas was wonderful. All of the amenities, comfort, room made a long trip far more enjoyable. The crew was right there to help me get to the next gate."
Nadelen: "Frankfurt airport is dreadful. I'm elderly and being forced to climb up and down stairs to the Tarmac with luggage and then crammed into a bus to the terminal was terrible. I would avoid Frankfurt at all costs. Lufthansa needs to take some initiative with this."

Nadelen: "They don’t have order while boarding No space for the carry on- they didn’t ask to check them for free."

Voordelen: "Staff were amazingly helpful n friendly. Food was yummy."

Voordelen: "On all my flights everything was on time and ready to go. Crew was super helpful and friendly. Ready great service and constant visual of crew for us if we needed them. Was not expecting to be fed sooo much on my flights which was awesome! Seats were comfortable, pillow and blanket were a nice accommodation as well! The entertainment was awesome - made 8 hours quickly disappear! Will definitely fly with Lufthansa again when I go overseas!"

Nadelen: "Boarding was like a "free-for-all", the gate agents exerted NO control at all. The departure was delayed about 15 minutes (no big thing" but then we sat in our seats for an additional 45-50 minutes for a total of more than an hour!. This after an 11+ hour first leg."

Voordelen: "Smooth boarding and flight, fun snack (cakes on a plane!), relatively quick and easy."
Nadelen: "I can't think of anything to complain about for European commuter flights."

Voordelen: "That was the best airline meal I've ever eaten. It was a lightly curried chicken. Outstanding. Extremely fast boarding. Boarded entire airplane in less than 15 minutes. Nice selection of movies and audio. All of which you could stop, pause, fast forward, and rewind."
Nadelen: "No reading lights. No attendant call button I could find. Not much air volume. That pesky lack of leg room. Short seat belts."

Nadelen: "So Aegean Air, booked two separate tickets on my return flight without me knowing. There fore my luggage is in Athens and not in my final destination of Cairo. If they would have told me to pick up my luggage in Athens and recheck it, that would have been great. Furthermore, there was NO aegean air"

Voordelen: "I read about Rhodes island from the inflight magazine and it was interesting. The check in staff was friendly and gave me some tips on booking too."

Nadelen: "Take off was 30 min late waiting for 2 passengers"

Nadelen: "Gate agents were overwhelmed and incredibly rude. We of course didn't make connection. Lost our luggage. And now waitingbto board at 4:30 am. Just avoid. I fly a lot and they have topped my list of airlines to avoid."

Voordelen: "I will definitely do this trip again , I loved this trip so much unfortunately I didn’t have enough time to visit the islands but that’s a must . The people were very nice , the majority spoke english so you won’t have a problem going places and asking questions . Food was great and reasonable. I will definitely do this again !!!"

Nadelen: "Llamé pidiendo un sitio especial, porque viajado con muletas, a causa de una fractura al tobillo, neceditaba solevar mi pierna ,me aseguraron de brindarme un sitio especial en estos casos. Me asignaron el Seat 12 F...lejos de la entrada..sin poder alzar mi pierna ni de 20 cm..y me hicieron esperar que todos salieran del avión. . Llevé 3 horas sin alzar mi pierna, lo cual me daba mucho fastidio ....."

Voordelen: "The boarding experience at the horrible Santorini airport ruined it or us. I wish Aegean had provided us with more instructions about what to expect and when to arrive so that we didn't there so early and stand outside in the heat of so long."

Voordelen: "The food was good. The flight attendants weren't overly friendly but I didn't mind. No problem checking in or claiming my suitcase."
Nadelen: "The flight boarded about 45 minutes late, and none of the employees at the desk at the gate bothered to tell anyone why, or when an estimated real boarding time would be. Flight was pretty warm as well, and seats were tight even for the 120 pound person I am. No entertainment, but they did show a map of where we were which was nice."

Nadelen: "The fact the passenger behind me needed me to sit up straight so he could eat mad me feel bad. I suppose entertainment is not a big thing nowadays with all the choices we have with smart phone's and tablets, so not so much a big deal. But with space itn is a big deaI. I reclined my seat and Icould feel my seat on top of someone's knees. So i sat up and struggled to sleep. I suppose in a sleepy haste I reclined my seat. I was awaken to a gentleman asking me to sit my chair up so he could put his tray down to eat his dinner. I felt horrible."

Nadelen: "Chaotic loading typical of Greek airports."

Nadelen: "We were delayed almost 3 hours and we're not provided with the reason for the delay except for "technical difficulties" at airport"

Nadelen: "Some of the tiniest most uncomfortable seats I've been on. I did not realize that Aegean was a budget airline going to a third world country (Greece??!). Flight was late but they pretended that it wasn't (45 minutes)"

Nadelen: "I am very disappointed in the way my ticket was checked when I was heading to Bucharest from Athens. I had everything ready my boarding pass my passport and my visa. Then the woman who was checking the tickets before we entered looked 2 seconds on my passport and said we have a problem we need to call the immigration. She started calling people and called her coworker, she didn't tell me what was going on! She didn't explain what was the problem, I asked her a couple of times what is the problem she just said we need to call the immigration. I asked her one final time tell me the problem! Then she finally told me, but it turned out obviously she didnt read my visa correctly, there was nothing wrong with my visa or my ticket, the problem was she misread my visa! Then she said oh I didn't see that sorry. This took approximately 10 minutes. Ok she apologized but it didn't sound sensere or honest. I felt embarrassed and humiliated, specially when she kept saying we need to call the immigration like I am some kind of a criminal. I was NOt treated the way customers should be treated. She did not have to be rude in the first place, and she should have apologized in a decent manner wihout any attitude. It would be great if you tell your employees to treat everyone with the same respect, and that they shouldn't descrinate against any nationality. Just because I am from the middle east doesn't mean I should have a problem with my visa! And just because I am 22 doesn't mean I don't deserve a decent apology! Thank you for having the time to read my complaint."

Nadelen: "Lots of turbulence, 30 mins delayed, no drinks offered. Nobody came around to collect trash"

Voordelen: "The actual travel was very good."
Nadelen: "I had to pay 40 Euros for the luggage and it had to be paid in local currency. The process was frustrating- not knowing they would not take a credit card, getting the cash at the airport bank and then going to an office on the second floor to get the receipt for paying for the luggage. Then back to get our boarding passes. After that it went well."

Nadelen: "The staff at the check in counter really hassled us about our bags and made a big deal about the airport in Catania, Italy (we had just flown from there with Aegean) and the differences in what they had told us and what we were being told now."

Voordelen: "Quick, straightforward, only a little late."
Nadelen: "The hot shuttle bus. They really need to turn on the air conditioning!"

Nadelen: "Transfer to and from plane. No AC in the bus."

Voordelen: "Crew allowed me to change seats to get two empty seats by the window that were available."

Voordelen: "In flight crew worked hard"
Nadelen: "No lines for boarding - it was a mess And randomly we were asked to check in our bags though Austrian crew had earlier tagged them for carry on"

Nadelen: "Flight entertainment was not fully functional. Many films would not play. The meal was also particularly bad - all three options that were available (chicken, pasta and vegetarian curry). Flight attendants often seemed very rushed."

Nadelen: "Seating is extremely cramped"

Nadelen: "Flights were late for more than 20 min. in both directions. Almost missed connecting flights in both directions. Had to pay for the luggage at the airport (luggage was not included in my ticket). Flight to my final destination was cancelled (first it was delayed, but I did not know that untill I got to the gate) I was diverted to other country (by other company), had to pay for hotel and taxi, missed almost two days of my vacation. On my flight back home, they have lost my luggage... hope they will find it. Now I am trying to get refund for cancelled flight, hotel, taxi, food... I will never fly with this company by my own choice any more!!!"

Voordelen: "I do like the clean aircraft, and pretty precise service. Also it was on time , for comfort the pillow and the blanket was nice . Some airlines doesn’t give anything anymore! Which is awful."
Nadelen: "Just a small thing the lady who was serving and picking up the used cups said I have to finish the juice and after she can take it away. But I couldn’t finish because it was too sweet and I didn’t like the juice. So I had to get up and bring the cup to the back. That wasn’t nice. Also they at but flexible about giving choices. Only one kind of sandwich they had but I think there was one other kid also."

Nadelen: "more than one hour delay, crew didn't arrange anything for passengers who had to catch a connecting flight in a short time. And according to other passengers, Austrian's flights are always late for at least 30-45 minutes since recent years."

Voordelen: "Nice clean Airplane, good choice of entertainment. Food OK (except breakfast) but not great (coach class) Crew friendly, on time."
Nadelen: "The muffin for breakfast as the only choice at the end of the flight is a joke: superloaded with sugar, chewy, artificiall taste. Most of the passengers sent it back. This has not improved since my last flight with Austrian in March 2018. The one reponsible for ordering such junk should be punished by having to eat the muffin himself. Sorry!"

Nadelen: "THey denied me and I lost all tickets including back trips as well. Nobody helped me to change tickets, they just care about money and reselling my tickets to other passengers."

Nadelen: "We landed so close to our boarding time, by the time i got through everything, i was notified that i had to go to gate 11 for a special security check...it was stressful since my flight was boarding...i found it really frustrating . Ultimately the plane waited and it worked out, but the process was long and VERY stressful."

Voordelen: "I liked the crew on the flight."
Nadelen: "I was frustrated with the staff at the desk in the airport, as we boarded 20miutes late and they did not feel it necessary to give any comment on the situation. Everyone was puzzled as to why we were not boarding, or if there was a problem. Even the screens did not show any change."

Nadelen: "There was plenty of space, and so I rven had a chance to catch some sleep on the transatlantic flight. But Uktimately, unless you are travelling in luxury, transatlantic flights are awful."

Voordelen: "The seat spacing was fair -- I'm 185 cm (6' 1") and I could sit normally. The crew were friendly and rather competent. The food was adequate. We were given several rounds of drinks, which is beyond what usually comes with budget travel."
Nadelen: "There was no entertainment except for a magazine; the food was not very sophisticated. I'm OK with both."

Voordelen: "When you travel with an infant it's already a difficult trip but it's really fraustrating when you find out that they didn't assign you to the seats with the baby bassanet, and when I went to the counter to fix the problem instead they change our window seats to an isle seats without even asking or notifying us with the changes, and they when I asked how come you don't automatically assign infant reservations to infant seats their excuse was what if there were more infants than available infant seats and they already gave out those seats with extended leg space to others who already had paid for it, and surprisingly there were multiple of infants on board none of them in those seats but rather the other passengers who paid for it, so basically they got paid extra and you will only suffer for almost 10 hrs so they can make extra profit. NEVER AGAIN AUSTRIAN AIRLINES!!!"

No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Actually the Welcome on board announcement. The part where they special welcome loyalty program members. I do not get that... I am an explorer holder my self, but really?? so other paying customers are not as welcome. This is leftovers from the older days.."

Nadelen: "Airline is always late with no layover time making journeys stressful. The food and drink is only available for pay. There is no entertainment. There is a small snack which has been expired cookies on all flights I’ve experienced, and the staff seems reluctant to provide it. Boarding involved making everyone wait standing up for more than twenty five minutes corralled into as corner."

Nadelen: "They made me pay $70 for my carry on luggage - the very same one that I didn’t have to check in on my way to Zurich. The company has obscure luggage policies that could easily qualify as hidden charges. I will do everything I can to avoid flying with Air Serbia in the future."

Nadelen: "The fact that I had to check my guitar was odd. And online check In was difficult . I ended up paying more to check my guitar in at the airport"

Nadelen: "Check in was slow but not crowded and they lost my and other 20 passengers’ suitcases! No information was given about why and we still don’t have any information. AirSerbia does not respond do emails or calls."

Voordelen: "Ehhhhh I was cool with certain things but nothing to like . The people who work there were nice though."
Nadelen: "The selection of movies . Very poor . What entertainment?"

Nadelen: "My bag making it to my destination not broken."

Nadelen: "My booking reference code was delivered too late so I missed the check-in time and therefore missed the flight"

Nadelen: "The worst airline ever. CUSTOEMR SERVICE IS AN UNKNOWN WORD TO THEM. I WILL NEVER FLY WITH THIS AIRLINE AGAIN AND YOU SHOULD REMOVE THEM FROM YORU PROPOSALS."

Nadelen: "I have never been on a flight where there were so many screaming infants, and so loudly. Air Serbia, like the other airlines, apparently can find nobody smart and creative enough to solve that problem."

Nadelen: "Unable to check in online. Didn't accept credit cards forced to wait in serval lines to pay for luggage. Long waiting lines. Don't offer water on plane. No information given about luggage and being forced to pay for a seat fee. No information on connecting flights. Most uncomfortable plane and horrible experience."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "The check in process was a mess was forced to wait in multiple long lines with the worst, unprofessional, disregarding, condescending staff to check in and then another line to pay for luggage. They also force you to pay an additional "seat fee" even if you don't request a specific seat. Horrible customer service, zero regard for customers. Waited in shuttle for 45 minutes before being taken to plane. My air conditioner fan for my seat was completely broken but had to pay for that seat as well. Avoid at all costs. Worst airplane very old and run down. Also the staff for Vienna airport is who you have to go to to pay fees for luggage and THEY ARE THE WORST TO DEAL WITH. Would avoid this airline at all costs."

Nadelen: "Couldn't log in online because site wouldn't accept any of my credit cards. Got up early to check in at the airport, discovered I was logged in... After all that, the airline changed my seat without warning, moving me from the window seat I selected (and paid for) to a middle seat. Where did they get the idea I would think that was OK? Then the flight was delayed, almost missed my connection. Boarding and exiting the aircraft were zoos. Eminently unrepeatable."

Voordelen: "Seating was excellent good leg room for a tall person like myself. Service on flight wad great. Boarding and checkin were a bit of a mess but were quickly resolved"

Nadelen: "They were very unpolite. They completely ignored multiple requests. I was ignored and not even asked get a drink (I just needed some water). They said they offer the food and drinks to others because they paid. Money wasn’t an issues. Besides I wasn’t even offered a drink neither asked for money. I found it really rude."

Nadelen: "Too hot temperature inside te aircraft. Seats uncomfortable"

Nadelen: "The fact that, although the card said it was the same company for both flights (two-legged), I could not get a boarding pass at check/in for both flights, for both the outbound and return journey, and had to go through customs and border control twice just to get a new boarding pass each time. Leg room can be better, even with the extended legroom space."

Voordelen: "Nothing. Rude staff. Horrible food and service."

Voordelen: "I requested a special meal. It wasn't delivered. I had called Air Serbia days before my travel to confirm that, and the lady said it was. Unfortunatley, there is no way for me to lookbthat information online. Even the gate agent wasn't able to look that informationmout, and told me it will be there. I simply had to go with 'belief' that my special meal would be there. They did not have any other options . The food they served was so unpalatable that I threw up. I threw up in a plastic bag, as opposed to a barf bag. I didnt have time to get it out from the seat pocket. When I called the flight attendant for assistsnce, she was so rude in pointing that I should have used the barf bag and not a plastic bag. Very unempathetic. They did not check on me after that. The flight was so hot, and too crammed. Old plane. The entertainment was unentertaining. I would never fly this airline again."

Nadelen: "Not possible for online check-in"

Voordelen: "I got to board first because I am wearing a cast on my leg."
Nadelen: "The plane was extremely hot the entire 5 hour flight and even though many people asked to make the air cooler, the flight crew did nothing. It was a 5 hour flight and only 1 water was served. It was hot and only 1 water was served. When asked for two waters because I was extremely thirsty, the flight crew looked annoyed and brought only 1 to me. I hope to never fly Air Serbia again."

Voordelen: "You guys cancelled my trip 2 hrs before take off. I received an email at 12:20 saying that my card didn't go through after telling me earlier it was paid for very disappointed . I had to rush to the airport couldn't by my ticket because they don't sell at counter and then was on phone with air Serbia for 45 mins before I could buy my flight on a long distance call which will probably cost me $50."

Nadelen: "They saying it's internet connection during the flight,when you pay for the internet the only option what you can choose is to watch how's your MB goes away and you are not able to open anything.Very good job Air Serbia,never again with you!!!"

Nadelen: "My luggage was lost."

Nadelen: "Not a orginized airline at all!! I flew my whole trip with the same 50+ people. We had 2 connecting flights, all the stops that we did was always behind schdual, staff was nice but late! the worst part is, our final destination 20+ people lost there luggage including me! My dad and aunt flew with are serbia aswell and they also lost there luggage..! My dad and aunt got there luggage after 1-2days after ther flight but its a big inconvenience i have no update on my luggage yet hopeing it will be here tomorrow."

Voordelen: "Flight was on time, nice plane with lots of leg room, flight was nice apart from near landing. Food was good with a free drink too."
Nadelen: "We were told to go to a desk for boarding car which we walked for some time to get too and were then told to go to the gate and they would give us a boarding card then. Much walking for no reason. They need to communicate with each other and customers more."

Voordelen: "Easy check in, flight was on time, crew were nice and free meal and drink."
Nadelen: "Check in was much slower that all other check in desks and was only 2 girls then 3 girls on check in."

Nadelen: "We boarded our flight from gate C7, which as is common in Eastern Europe, a bus gate. To enter the gate, we were completely rescreened, although we had been screened to go from Bucharest to Belgrade. We waited on the bus for 15 minutes. Only a few seats on the bus so it is a standup experience. Finally the bus started driving to the parked planes, but turned away and drove to a where you would exit the bus after arriving. They told everyone to go upstairs where they explained that there was a "technical problem" on then plane and it would be delayed an hour. They sent everyone to gate A4a, where everyone was prescreened again. We waited in a hot gate for an hour, then boarded the bus and to make a long story short, we arrived in Zagreb 1 and a quarter hours late."

Voordelen: "I liked the price I paid for the flight and the legroom between the seats - as I'm fairly tall - 6'3"/over 190sm, that was a big concern for me and that's why I didn't go with other carriers. I ended up having an entire row of 4 seats to myself, so I was able to stretch out and get some sleep. Flight attendants were coming around very often with drinks."
Nadelen: "I expected to get an e-mail with an offer to upgrade to Business Class as I was flying a day before my birthday, so I was in a mood to treat myself - but unfortunately, that never came. Once on board, when the meal was served, the breakfast meal had the scrambled eggs soaked with water, so didn't get the amazing food that others have talked about., Before landing, we were served a long sandwich that was very amateurish. Boarding was chaotic - as typical in many places in Europe, there is no boarding order - just people forming a line and getting on the plane."

Voordelen: "Very friendly staff"
