Nadelen: Still don’t have my luggage yet

Voordelen: Everything perfect and arrive to destination on perfect time.

Nadelen: All positive.

Voordelen: Crew good and seat OK but not exceptional for business class

Nadelen: Food was average - main course could have been better. Range of movies ok but not great

Nadelen: Boarding was crazy. Could not everyone in the gate area.

Voordelen: Food is not really included and the seat DONT recline. But the crew were great and boarding was easy

Nadelen: More food , comfortable seats

Voordelen: TAP HAS THE MOST COMFORTABLE SEATS THAT RECINE VERY VERY FAR.

Nadelen: CREW NEVER CAME AROUND AND OFFERED WATER, LIKE OTHER AIRLINES DO. THIS IS ESSENTIAL FOR GOOD HEALTH DURING A LONG FLIGHT OF 7.5 HOURS, AND SITTING ON THE PLANE FOR A TOTAL OF 8.5 HOURS.....

Nadelen: It was delayed on our way to destination. Also wish it was a direct flight to ponta delgado instead of going through lisbon. It was too much back and forth.

Voordelen: Food

Nadelen: I didn’t have time to make my second flight. This ruined our first day of vacation, completely. Not happy!!

Voordelen: Nothing

Nadelen: First flight was delayed by just a half an hour and we arrived in Portugal. We had a connecting flight to AMS with also TAP and had a two hour window to make the next flight with the same company (TAP). We were in line for passport and then security and talked to several TAP employees and they said we would be have time and wouldn't have a problem catching the second flight. Well, we got through the lines with 30 min before our next flight and they wouldn't let us on. Customer service and organization of the airline is really poor. The aircraft had minimal room and no entertainment. We got on our next flight five hours later and all they gave us was a $10 food voucher. So poorly managed.

Nadelen: Food's portion

Voordelen: TAP always has great team members and crew. They are polite, professional and helpful. The flight itself is comfortable and relaxing; very enjoyable.

Nadelen: TAP does not check your bags all the way through if you are having a layover. This makes NO SENSE and requires that you retrieve your luggage from baggage claim, and then check in once more and then another trip through security once again! This never happens in the US - one of the few things we get right. Also, I have never had to board a plan from the tarmac since 1970 in the US - why do we have to always wait for and take buses from our check in gate out to the flight line? And how is this ever considered, "Premium Boarding?" It's like a cattle car. Fix these things and I will sing the praises of TAP forever.

Nadelen: Food was ok. Seat was crowded. Everything else was excellent.

Voordelen: Yes, it was comfortable and they r nice.

Nadelen: Ummmm delayed both flights were delayed, it was annoying

Nadelen: The Captain made loud announcements waking you up

Voordelen: The crew was outstanding!

Nadelen: Slightly more comfortable seats would have been helpful.

Voordelen: All services were very good.

Nadelen: Overnight sleeping in extended seats in Business Class were cramped.

Voordelen: Ok

Nadelen: Is ok

Voordelen: Nice crew, flight landed on time

Nadelen: Temperature was very hot and embarking procedure took a while to be completed

Nadelen: DELAY

Voordelen: The staff is always very polite and nice.

Nadelen: First flight of the day was majorly delayed. I understand these things happen. But all flights before 09:00 are the star flights where airlines get their on-time departure scores. They failed today.

Voordelen: Flight was on time. Seats were comfortable. Plenty of food was included in the flight. And service was good.

Nadelen: Greater weight allowance for carry-on luggage.

Voordelen: Missed the connection because TAP from Vienna arrrives late. The cre who received us at Lisbon airport was very helpful

Nadelen: TAP being on time and giving a reason why the flight was late
