Good array of entertainment on offer but our flight was a 'sleeper' so after a fumble with the controls and the limited new releases, I opted to read instead. Seats are comfy and spacious, much wider than Emirates in the same class (who offer only an extra 1/2 inch width over economy). Amenity kit a quality piece that is both practical and useful."
Nadelen: "Crew seemed to have stopped referring to the passengers by name and offer a less-personalised service in Business than we have become accustomed to. The food choices while good, have been paired back as have the selection of wines."

Voordelen: "I enjoyed my flight,it was a smooth trip from Doha to Manila, the Cabin Crew received adequate training on taking care of people, as a professional nurse who is use to taking care of others ,I see someone else looking after me and I really appreciate their efforts. Shortly before we landed at Manila, we were informed that in order to meet international flight rules and regulations that insecticide will be sprayed we were advised to cover our nose,as a medical personnel I see it not good cos it can trigger an Asthmatic attack in a known asthmatic patient ,it was a lovely journey"

Voordelen: "Check in at Perth Airport extremely helpful. Husband has health problems. They offered priority boarding and luggage. Priority was not a priority at all at Denpasar."

Voordelen: "We were the only flight at the airport and got to walk out to the plane and board directly. Ground crew lined up and waved good-bye as we pulled out to runway. Very friendly attendants. No wait, arrived 10 minutes early."

Nadelen: "i didnt like the fact that the flight was cancelled and i was not notified the staff there were no help at all , overall pathetic by then having to take a later flight i then missed my connecting flight to Melbourne which in turn caused me to delay my return by a day then causing me to miss my transport back to my home which is three hours from the airport , i was told in Jakarta that someone would meet me in Melbourne on my arrival to make arrangment for my travel home but no one was there so i had to make my own way home costing me extra money . Overall my exsperience with your airline was a disaster for a so called international airline and i would never recomend to my friends to fly with you ."

Nadelen: "I checked in 4 hours prior to departure. While in the international zone in Casablanca Airport my cellphone switched time-zone. As a result I arrived "punctual" at the gate exactly 1 h too late, the flight left without me. Neither Turkish Airlines nor Royal Air Maroc (operating this flight) attempted to contact me via my cell phone. Disappointing."

Nadelen: "There was no boarding announcement. I was given a boarding zone for no reason; boarding was a free for all. Our flight was delayed by almost an hour. We sat on the plane, by the gate, while the crew called the Istanbul Flight Control to figure out when our plane could arrive. This flight had been scheduled for weeks; I would think they could plan the arrival time to be the ACTUAL arrival time."
Voordelen: "Food was fine, and crew admirable. Good entertainment even without internet connection on flight."
Nadelen: "I’d change out the Mac and cheese at the prelanding meal. Service took awhile and I ended up in the zone in the back where choices were gone. Biggest factor was inability of phone center or inter et to check me in."
Voordelen: "Great service, incredible food. To give it a quick one: we ate the fish. ON AN AIRPLANE. I never eat the fish on a plane, but the chefs were great. Everything we ate was exceptional. Oh, beyond the food? The seats are great and the lie-flat worked perfectly. The entertainment system was great as well, and the live TV allowed me to catch the NBA playoffs while in the air. All-in-all, I couldn't recommend this flight more."

Nadelen: "They are not considerate at all . It was a pain till they find Me another flight. The flight won’t take off till the next day And the lay over in Los Angeles is 7hrs . It’s a 2 days flight. They didn’t even try to take the time to find me a sooner flight because there were other upset customers waiting. So disappointed on how poor the help desk at Turkish airline."

Nadelen: "Long boarding time from Amsterdam to Istanbul. No explanation of delay and THY wants you to wait miserably on gate. On Schipol airport there is screens everywhere and they do not bother to update the status of boarding. Instead, they behave like everything is normal you are the person making the problem."

Nadelen: "Tbilisi-Barcelona flight was okay but 5 days earlier I took the same flight from Barcelona to Tbilisi where they changed my flight time and nobody let me know!! I didn't receive any information about it and so I had to spend 6 hours at the Barcelona airport!"

Voordelen: "The service was excellent The Pullman Hotel was an excellent choice for dissatisfied customers. The staff was friendly and understanding."
Nadelen: "Only an hour between connection so the connection was missed.Also the airline only gave a food vouchers for one restaurant. That restaurant has poor choices of items to select from ,food quality was substandard ,the choices of the items was to limited, and the people in the restaurant was rude."
