Voordelen: There were major challenges on the day. 1. The French Air traffic officers were on strike. 2. A passenger became ill after boarding and had to be disembarked along with his luggage which had previously been loaded, 3. Another passenger became ill requiring paramedic attention while we waited for a lengthy period before getting permission to take off. All these contributed to delays for which the airline and crew had no responsibility. They did their best to keep us informed of progress but once we took off, much of the lost time was recovered in the air. The flight itself was fairly smooth and uneventful. Thank God.

Nadelen: Nothing.

Voordelen: On time, clean on the plane.

Nadelen: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Voordelen: Comfortable flight. Generally good service.

Nadelen: I was made to put my hand luggage in the hold and yet there was plenty of space overhead. While it didn't delay me much it was rather cumbersome.

Voordelen: Efficient and friendly approachable staff.comortable seats..nice selection of refreshments .

Nadelen: If you could keep your handbag with you as well as hand luggage .

Voordelen: The socks offered in business were comfortable and nice looking. The red wine was good.

Nadelen: The food was just average and the seat not too comfortable

Voordelen: Klm's consistantly high standards in everything they do.

Nadelen: Nothing

Voordelen: The crew tried to be helpful but were equally frustrated with the ground crew.

Nadelen: Follow your own policies. Allow people to board (economy plus) with their hand luggage who have followed all the rules and chosen a seat in the front of the plane. My daughter and my KLM approved baggage were taken by the boarding crew while allowing other passengers to go with more than allowed

Nadelen: A little bit chaotic when they loaded two planes at the same time in a very tight space in Amsterdsm but this was most likey an airport soecific design issue and not a KLM issue. The flight was as good as can be expected fir an international flight. The staff was great

Voordelen: Service was minimal but sufficient, Food was good

Nadelen: Seats 23A, 23B were extra cramped on the B777-300ER, even though they are sold as "extra comfort"! due to the video screen taking space between the seats. The seats were so cramped that the overhead light kept coming on, unknowingly, when people shifted in their seats.

Voordelen: The crew were friendly, helpful, and attentive. I'd love to fly with them all the time

Nadelen: The business class seat felt a bit claustrophobic when in lie flat mode

Nadelen: I requested a vegan vegetarian meal and did not get it. I had to do with the regular meal which had a lot of dairy products to which I am allergic to. The space between rows of seats. It was really crammed in Economy and we are a petite thin family!

Voordelen: Crew was very nice and the plane was comfortable

Nadelen: There were no outlets nor entertainment, and boarding was a little long

Nadelen: Security check protocols and stuff didn’t helped to process the access caused me my flight lose. I missed the flight and didn’t travel

Nadelen: The poor selection of foods and the seats. Anyone over 5 feet 10 will have a difficult time sitting.

Nadelen: an excellent early Sunday morning flight to Frankfurt; overnight check-in convenience for large luggage pieces and easy security access to the boarding gates

Voordelen: Amazing flight , crew excellent , good food. Definitely I will travel again with Austrian Airlines

Voordelen: One hour delay after boarding due to loosing our “slot”

Nadelen: Timing!!!

Nadelen: Nothing - the best part of this flight is that is so short :)

Nadelen: Don’t charge everyone on the flight €60 without warning.

Nadelen: Easyjet does not offer corona rebooking - bad!

Nadelen: Flight was delayed ridiculously and were not informed of what time it was delayed to until shortly before departure. Been told due to fog but other flights were leaving in the meantime!

Voordelen: A flight was delayed due to weather conditions and we had to sit in the plane for almost an hour, BUT information sharing from the Capitan was sufficient and on-time. Very good job from pilots. Leg room in economy - I was positively surprised, very decent leg room! Thank you for providing it.

Nadelen: I flew economy and all was good and appropriate to the level.

Nadelen: Boarding at Florence is always chaotic but this isn't within the control of KLM or their crew.

Voordelen: The staff handled everything really well. Continuously being updated to the delay reasons.

Nadelen: Being stuck on a plane on the tarmac for 2+ hours, before being moved to a corridor, and then a bus, and then boarding a new plane. No information about delay compensation or refunds being given. No provisions for providing food or drinks for the toddlers/babies/children that had been kept on the plane for a couple of hours.

Voordelen: Great crew and comfortable seat

Nadelen: It was 2 hours late which meant we missed our train and got home 4 hours late

Voordelen: Loved the smooth ride.

Nadelen: Bathroom was pretty nasty

Nadelen: I paid for the preferred seat .and i found that people beside me didnt pay anything when i asked them ,

Voordelen: Crew is excellent, polite and personal!

Nadelen: Plane is super old and outdated. Comfort seat is not, comfortable, very tight. TV screen is not good quality, with the old controls on a handset. No touch, no 1/8 inch audio jack (it has the old 3 holes one). Wifi for streaming freezes every other second. Just make a face lift to the plane, everything else is good.

Nadelen: Information on arrival time was not correct

Nadelen: From terminal to terminal... the worst airlines and experience. Flight delayed, crew unprofessional and boarding horrible.

Voordelen: The size of hand luggage

Nadelen: The only complaint I had was that it was very warm on the flight (and I usually get cold on flights), and in the seats we had there weren't fans above the seats. A few rows up they had fans, so apparently you have to pay extra for air... This wouldn't be a big deal on a short domestic flight, but for an international flight it was a long time to be uncomfortable!

Voordelen: Decent price for economy comfort seat, 4A.

Nadelen: The flight was delayed about 80 minutes and they did not informed until when I got to the Airport. I could have stayed more at home instead of the terminal. They have also changed the boarding gate..

Nadelen: Just to behave to people like human beings... I wont never choose this particular airline to travel..it was my last one..

Voordelen: Steal money!!!! You guys didn’t allow to bring our carryons in to airplane and was a little short, she forced us to pay for them and send to the big luggage. But when we was boarding there so many people with a bigger baggage!!! I can’t accept that !!!

Voordelen: I was sorted on Row 3 and the drapes kept hitting the back of my head.

Nadelen: Move the drapes a few more inches back.

Voordelen: Almost everything, especially the crew.

Nadelen: Don’t feel like anything should be better to be honest

Nadelen: Both bathroom were not working in business class area.

Nadelen: When a bought my ticket, I had asked in the office about WiFi. They told me that you have WiFi on the plane. I had checked this information on KLM.com and saw the same, that you have WiFi. This was the reason, why a chose KLM! Then I tried to connected on board but I couldn’t! WiFi was not available. Crew told me that they don’t know anything about it! I was disappointed and angry.

Voordelen: Crew was in a festive mood, the meal was unexpectedly delicious

Nadelen: Seats ok, but could be more comfy

Nadelen: There is no space for legs. The food quality is poor. No entertainment at all

Voordelen: Very friendly ground and flight crew that did an excellent job for the passengers of this Easyjet flight to Amsterdam

Voordelen: Overall, my trip to Cardiff via Amsterdam was smooth and delightful. I've flown a few short trips this summer and I was pleasantly surprised to find KLM still offered complimentary snacks. What a refreshing change!

Nadelen: There was no entertainment which is why I assigned that category only one star. The boarding process in Amsterdam could have been a bit smoother. Announcements were no clear.

Nadelen: Not sure how to make the seats more comfortable. I have some back issues though. However, some of my travel companions slept right through the flight.

Nadelen: Transavia does not serve anything complementary, not even water. A flight between two countries that is five hours long must be better than this. I was not aware of Transavia doing that before I booked. I will never fly with them again
