Nadelen: check in was a nightmare it took over an hour of being pushed without anyone controlling the queue

Voordelen: Left on time, landed early. Quick boarding, quick disembarking.

Nadelen: Most passengers had carry on put in the hold but there ended up being lots of room in the overhead lockers.

Voordelen: Everything went smoothly.

Nadelen: Did not allow us on the flight one hour before scheduled time due to inability to check in.

Voordelen: The crew was very friendly and the captain did his best to make up for a delay

Nadelen: There was a bit of stress during boarding with people unable to find luggage space - and at least one verbal argument between passengers

Voordelen: Everything was on time.

Nadelen: It is a very good flight i seen. The flight was timely. Landing was very good.

Voordelen: Very professional

Nadelen: From terminal to terminal... the worst airlines and experience. Flight delayed, crew unprofessional and boarding horrible.

Nadelen: 3 hour delay

Nadelen: Flight was delayed ridiculously and were not informed of what time it was delayed to until shortly before departure. Been told due to fog but other flights were leaving in the meantime!

Voordelen: On time, clean on the plane.

Nadelen: Air line was fine but there was a big queue for security for everyone at the airport, was slow going through there, probably took at least half an hour. Only got to gate just before closing as did other passengers on the flight. A member of staff near the gate was impatiently telling people to hurry up but we could n't help being delayed at the security check.

Nadelen: Too many passengers taking oversized cases on flight. As a result delays whilst luggage was removed into the hold

Voordelen: Quite frankly, I did not like nor was I amazed by the flight overall. The flight was 80 minutes late w/o any giudense by any easyjet airport staff. Passengers were left on their own to figure out things. Gate change w/o enough notice. Easyjet rented another company's airplane. Landing was horrible.

Nadelen: Everything should've been planned better.

Nadelen: Delayed flight, once on board the aircraft, further delays on the ground (at Glasgow) made up time in the air landed (not too far from our original landing time) only to be told we’re now being held on the ground (at Gatwick for at least another 20 minutes!) I flew with BA this morning and rated them excellent for everything! EJ you need to up your game!

Nadelen: Being stuck on a plane on the tarmac for 2+ hours, before being moved to a corridor, and then a bus, and then boarding a new plane. No information about delay compensation or refunds being given. No provisions for providing food or drinks for the toddlers/babies/children that had been kept on the plane for a couple of hours.

Voordelen: Efficient and friendly approachable staff.comortable seats..nice selection of refreshments .

Nadelen: If you could keep your handbag with you as well as hand luggage .

Voordelen: Crew amazing yes. Seat comfortable.

Nadelen: Seat spaces are so small for long flights. London Helsinki on the back seat was a torture.

Voordelen: Crew excellent, really looked after a single mum who's very young son kicked off on take off. Very helpful, always friendly. Pilots kept us updated at regular intervals.

Nadelen: Disembarkation at Bristol Airport could have been a lot better. Had to wait on board for ground crew to arrive.

Nadelen: If they could be on-time. This one was half hour late

Nadelen: Plane had no entertainment

Nadelen: It took ages to get everyone to board. Arrived in Amsterdam almost an hour later. BA need to either speed up the boarding process or allow earlier boarding time.

Voordelen: We got nothing:-(!

Nadelen: Wow! BA has managed to finally match Ryan Air and Easy Jet for tight seat pitch and charging for soft drinks but at thrice the price!!!

Nadelen: I was made to put my hand luggage in the hold and yet there was plenty of space overhead. While it didn't delay me much it was rather cumbersome.

Voordelen: There were major challenges on the day. 1. The French Air traffic officers were on strike. 2. A passenger became ill after boarding and had to be disembarked along with his luggage which had previously been loaded, 3. Another passenger became ill requiring paramedic attention while we waited for a lengthy period before getting permission to take off. All these contributed to delays for which the airline and crew had no responsibility. They did their best to keep us informed of progress but once we took off, much of the lost time was recovered in the air. The flight itself was fairly smooth and uneventful. Thank God.

Nadelen: Very crowded in.club class. Way lower standard for business class as compared to the other airlines.

Voordelen: I was expecting EasyJet to run late and the crew to be overworked and rude, but they were like Southwest Airlines in the USA, very nice and on-time.

Nadelen: This applies to all airlines: crack down on travelers trying to bring to much cabin luggage! Also, travelers should have to first use the bin space above their seat before using some other bin space. Many people in the back of plane cram their cabin luggage into the first bins they see so they don't have to carry it from the back.

Voordelen: Being able to check in quickly and weigh and tag my own luggage.

Nadelen: Took too long to board the plane. Didn’t like that the only persons picked on for hand luggage was a husband and wife in there mid 70’s. But eventually they were allowed to bring on their hand luggage.

Nadelen: Left too late!!

Voordelen: There is nothing to like. I paid for three return tickets from Amsterdam to London. My family and I were at airport and couldn't get on the flight. Even return trip wasn't honored. I made a mistake by choosing this carrier and would never do this or even recommend British Airline to anyone. . What disaster.

Voordelen: The crews are so friendly, especially the leg from Heathrow to Los Angeles. Smiling and don't making faces.
