Nadelen: "Was told at gate ALL bags had to go in hold. Once bags labeled and on bus NO ONE else was labeled. Took labels off boarded; plenty of overhead room. Why lie to us? Also asked insurance pay out limit of lost hold bag just in case. They refused to answer telling me I should buy a lock to lock bag in case it gets lost.What is that going to solve. Don’t go flying with BA if you have anything of any value or fragile."

Nadelen: "Flight was 45 minutes late. Crew was standoffish, bordering on unpleasant. They want you to pay for a glass of plain water! Definitely not the British Arways I remembered."

Nadelen: "Delayed departure missed connecting flight. Had to rebook and travel via Munich to make meeting."

Voordelen: "Everything was efficient and on time. The crew was pleasant."
Nadelen: "The extra baggage charges made this not economical."

Nadelen: "The online check in didn't work. At the airport at check-in I had to wait 15 min to get a boarding pass and a seat allocated as there weren't any available as the company oversells tickets.. that's what they said to me at check in.. When boarding I was told that I needed to check-in my cabinet bag because of the crowded flight, the lady just put a label on the handle of my trolley and said to leave the bag down on my way to the plane.. Thing which of course didn't do... very bad service.. I'll keep traveling with easyJet and reconsider British airways only for a super cheap flight."

Nadelen: "no entertainment at all more significantly, no beverages at all? Flight attendants came through once with the beverage cart, but only asked the person at the end of our row if he wanted anything. He asked for juice assumed it would be complimentary but it wasn't. They offered to get him a water. The flight attendants did not offer me or the man next to me anything at all. Everyone knows that air travel is dehydrating - I can't believe BA doesn't give provide complimentary water and juice."

Nadelen: "Please include a complimentary tea and/or snack."

Nadelen: "You had to pay for everything and I do mean everything. Even a glass of water. There were no glasses unless you paid for a bottle. If I have a choice I won’t be flying British Airways again."

Nadelen: "We paid an extra $60 to select seats up front and they moved our seats to the back of the plane without notifying us."

Voordelen: "No lines."
Nadelen: "Impossibly poor online servicing, most unsympathetic, unhelpful and ignorant check-in, sales personnel w manager to match. If you take a hard-line to sympathetic, injured, elite member that s my 91-years-old father. And fail to provide most basic information of local scheduled flights you might just leave oneworld and let up-to-task risen stars add to the alliance (instead of abusing her standing as BA does. Shame on you."

Voordelen: "seat was comfort, the flight was on time."
Nadelen: "no free water? it is really a big surprise, how could be, it is not cheap airline."

Nadelen: "Had to pay for a cup of coffee - this is a free service in the US so was surprised when asked for a cc."

Nadelen: "The aircraft (flight operated by American Airlines) was so old that in Economy class there weren't individual screens on the back of the front seat. I haven't seen anything like that since the 1990s! There was no USP or outlet to charge phones or ipads so i couldn't even use my entertainment. Passengers should be informed in advance or given a significant discount. Very disappointed."

Nadelen: "We have to pay for even water or tea or coffee. So we stay thirsty."

Nadelen: "it was delayed 2+ hours. They should have at least offered free drinks for the trouble."

Voordelen: "I didn't partake of food or entertainment on the two hour flight. All was great."

My group tour customers were thirsty and they had to take some pills. so they asked just cup of water, but the crews did not provide even a cup of water . That time was dinner time so every people was so hungry too. And also yesterday my another tour customer was so hungry. I understand you not served food at time. but just serve them a snack or juice . Because time jet lag make them more tired and hungry. I was worked at the Korean air line before, so I understand the stewardess should do only follow the regulations. But just serve some water to hungry and tired passengers."

Nadelen: "We were never offfered a snack! The people in the rows ahead of us got a snack and the people behind us did as well. Last leg of a 3 flight series of about 13 hours (and overnight), so some coffee and a small snack would have been enjoyed."

Nadelen: "Always timely and flight crew is personable and helpful."

Voordelen: "the seats on this plane were more comfortable and the crew was friendly, even though there were some irate customers."
Nadelen: "We boarded late, sat on the plane for more than 2 hours (it was uncomfortably warm) and were told we then had to switch planes due to a mechanical problem. I understand this happens, but for the inconvenience BA should give some sort of compensation. After the long wait we were starving, but they ran out of all of the food choices. We were scheduled to arrive at 16:30 but ended up arriving after 22:00. this wasted our first night of our vacation in Rome. There was one passenger in particular who was yelling, swearing and causing a scene because of the flight delay. His rude behavior was rewarded with an upgrade to first class. The message this sends to your passsengers is that we should all be loud and obnoxious when problems arise. I was not impressed with my first experience with BA."

Nadelen: "Checked 3 bags. 65 euros each. I think you own this one."

Nadelen: "Asked to check baggage in right before boarding. Cabin pressure was terrible. Seats were not comfortable No food was offered for free. No entertainment was offered. Disappointed in flying Airbus 321"

Nadelen: "De vlucht was een uur vertraagd maar de melding daarover kwam pas een uur voor vertrek. Check-in en boarding vond plaats op de eerst gecommuniceerde tijden en daarom kwam ik bijna te laat. Slecht geregeld. Had een sms verwacht."

Nadelen: "Timing Cz I was delay 1 hour and half ! And we already booked a taxi to pick us from the airport and he left n charge us! ! So we had to take another taxi . As for the website! I’m trying to book luggage online I can’t get through at all! I’ve been trying since yesterday ... thnx"

Voordelen: "Vlogen naar Lissabon samen met ons nichtje van 16. Was kennelijk aan de late kant met online inchecken want konden niet meer naast elkaar zitten. Toen we aan board stapten vroeg ik aan de steward of de kist vol was of dat er nog een mogelijkheid was om iets te veranderen waardoor we toch met z'n drieën naast elkaar konden zitten. We zitten helaas vol, antwoordde hij. Toch kwam hij een kwartiertje later met het bericht dat er voorin toch drie vrije plaatsen naast elkaar waren, top!"

Nadelen: "De externe service provider van assistentie krijgt een dikke onvoldoende..3-4 hulpbehoevende passagiers, waaronder ik, hebben meer dan een half uur moeten wachten tot er iemand met een rolstoel kwam opdagen"

Nadelen: "Physically stood in the sun on the tarmac for half an hour in Marrakech waiting to board the plane. Seating is so compact it’s physically impossible for me to fit, I’m 6’3” then it took an hour forty five minutes to get our checked luggage in Lisbon. Everyone was furious. No explanation from the airport or airline. We missed our hotel shuttle, missed our hotel checkin. Just terrible."

Nadelen: "Vlucht Malaga-Amsterdam voor de zoveelste keer alweer met enorme vertraging vertrokken. Vanwege aankomst in Amsterdam na middernacht additionele dag parkeren moeten betalen. Door Transavia veroorzaakte kosten zijn helaas té laag en het kost teveel moeite om dit te declareren, maar toch: ONACCEPTABEL!"

Nadelen: "Bagagedrop-off duurde ruim 1 uur, ook al was reeds ingecheckt online. Consumpties in vliegtuig onder de maat voor gevraagde prijs"

Nadelen: "The flight departed about 45 minutes late. Despite it being a late evening flight, they NEVER turned out the lights, which would have made people a bit more quiet and sleep. Instead it was a wild party with adults shouting all over the place. A girl sitting next to me was cutting her finger nails. Couldn't get any rest whatsoever. Also my seat did not recline."

Nadelen: "Pisa ariport was een ramp. Veel te druk. Urenlange wachtrij. Kan Transavia verder niet veel aan doen maar het gaf wel stress."

Voordelen: "What did you like? Price"
Nadelen: "1. Check-in Agent was rude. 2. Carry-on bag were taken at the Check-in Counter without my permission - and checked through to destination. The carry-on contained an iPad (still in the 'On' Mode) as well as diabetic medication and foods. 3. Flight left an hour late but passengers were not given updates until 15 minutes before we were able to leave. 4. Not much in-flight service and noone came by to collect garbage, empty water bottle, etc."

Nadelen: "Het eten op de heenreis en op beide reizen vond iktoch wel dat ik wat krapjes zat.. Ik ben 1.82"

Voordelen: "This is the second time in a short period of time I flew Transavia from MUC to DUB and the plane had 1 hour 45 minutes delay due to "technical problems". Moreover I wasn't informed at check- in although the fact was known by then as mentioned on the departure board!!! I prob won't book anymore Transavia flights"

Nadelen: "When we booked there was no information about fees for checked bags. I tried to Ck in online and pay for our bags then but the payment didn't go through. At the airport they charged me even more than it would have been online. The bags cost more than our seats. We should have been told!!"

Nadelen: "There is so little legroom, that I my legs had to be in the isle all the time and I had to get up every time the cart needed to pass."

Voordelen: "The crew were friendly and helpful."
Nadelen: "The planes are older and lack the amenities of the larger airlines. You have to purchase food and drinks. No USB ports or inflight entertainment. Seats where old shows wear and there was still trash from previous passengers in the seat pocket and a empty soda can rolling around under our seat."
