When I told them about the price of the tickets online, the response of the customer service agent was "yeah, sometimes the penalties are high". He didn't do anything to try to help. The entire Turkish airlines team at IST is the biggest joke for a customer service team I have ever encountered in any line of business. I have never met a group of "professionals" that are so unprofessional, rude, void of empathy, and overall customer service knowledge than the turkish airlines team at IST. I will never conduct business with Turkish Airlines again and will ensure all my friends, family, and colleagues try their best to avoid them too."

Customer service is terrible. The most unprofessional, rude, ignorant, and disrespectful staff represent Turkish Airlines at IST. Furthermore, an email complaint has been ignored."

Nadelen: "We requested for a chicken meal at dinner time but instead my husband and I was served the beef meal. I was very disappointed as firstly the way the beef was cooked tasted horrid. Secondly a mix up at the catering dept like labelling beef meal as chicken should never happen!"

Nadelen: "On this trip back to Dublin, our flight from Munich to Dublin was delayed for over two hours. It would be nice for Lufthansa to at least offer the passengers something to eat or drink while on board waiting for such a long time."

Nadelen: "Muslim meal does not mean all Muslims eat curry. It’s rediculous that we cant have a decent English breakfast instead you get curry or some form of curry for breakfast, lunch and supper. Your so called Muslim meals are not suitable for kids!! There is no such thing as a Muslim meal either. It’s simply called Halal otherwise then everyone else’s meals should be called Christian or Jewish meals etc. Also I requested help with transfer to my last flight which was horrendous because I’m one adult with 4 kids ages 1 to 11 and my eldest has sever learning disability. I nearly missed my flight because our flight landed late and I was struggling to keep my kids safe and together while running for the next flight. Somone should have been there to help with transfer."

Nadelen: "The seats are uncomfortable, particularly for business class. And there is no in flight entertainment. The journey can drag if you’re not prepared with your own. Boarding was slightly chaotic but expected in Istanbul airport."

Voordelen: "All good - Lufthansa even handled an unexpected air traffic delay well, meaning my connection still worked. Great price too - booked at short notice and Lufthansa business was half the price of BA. Far better device too."

Voordelen: "All the full service airlines are pretty good in the air. But what sets apart Lufthansa is it's ground staff. On the previous occasion I had left behind my waist bag on the seat containing passports, cash and cards. Their lost and found desk retrieved it quickly, absolutely intact. On the last occasion, my mother in law, who is over 85 was taken care of very well at not only Delhi but especially at the Frankfurt airport. I must truly acknowledge young lady Jessica's efforts, in ensuring that everything was handled very caringly by her personally, for an old lady at the Frankfurt airport."

Nadelen: "Manchester Airport couldn’t organise a bus to take us off the plane. Stuck on a landed plane for ever."

Voordelen: "We were warmly welcomed on board by the flight captain. I had not expected this. My wife has some physical challenges and received special treatment, in fact we were accorded priority in boarding as she had to temporarily use a wheel chair. Me and my daughter all enjoyed the privilege by association."
Nadelen: "My wife is diebetes, we had requested for a special diet but although this was documented on the air ticket, there was oversight and she had to make do with normal menu. Fortunately there was no adverse consequences."

Nadelen: "To whom it may concern I had booked flight from Casablanca to Chicago via Frankfurt , on May 6th , by Lufthansa, two hours before the flight , at the counter in CMN , they notified me , that the flight , is over booked , and I can’t catch this flight , and they offered me different difficult options, , till the flight boarded , they offered me one of the most inconvenient flights , and reward me some amount , in this case : I missed my flight which accordingly , lose my appointment , and lose my business. I frustrated with this decision at late hours . I asked full consideration of all the difficulty situation and the turbles they put me ."

Voordelen: "From downloading the KLM app to the final touchdown of my final flight, everything was an ease, checking in, the option to change my seat, the service received was great."

Voordelen: "The very dirty plane was cleaned at Dar-es-salaam and became less dirty. The pilot kept us updated periodically through the flight. The flight attendants were very pleasant."
Nadelen: "The plane was very dirty when we landed in Dar-es-salaam. The plane did get cleaned a little bit in Dar-es-salaam however I was still missing a pillow and blanket which I had to actively seek out. Seating was not very comfortable as there was a box attached to the leg of the seat in front of me, making it necessary to keep my feet at an uncomfortable angle through the long flight. I did not enjoy the food."

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Late Cabin extremely warm Full flight and centre seat means no room to relax or carry out work"

Nadelen: "Long stop over at Schiphol. Too Long!!!!"

Nadelen: "magazines very dog eared and some badly torn"

Nadelen: "Our flight was canceled from Amsterdam to Bordeaux and did not receive any direction and had to find alternate flights for ourselves with the personal expense of using our own cell phones. Then our luggage lost for 3 days. Not happy!"

Voordelen: "Nothing"
Nadelen: "Flight from Amsterdam was 2 hours late. Caused me to miss connection on train from London to Leeds which then cost me 124 pounds to rebook. No information was forthcoming at all at the airport and there were 3 different departure times given. Absolute chaos. The airline is a joke"

Voordelen: "The crew were just amazing, such lovely male stewards! They were helpful and friendly and generally wonderful."
Nadelen: "The entertainment was quite dated and didn't have new movies etc"

Voordelen: "Jet airways flight till mumbai"
Nadelen: "Poor legspace in Klm flight till Amsterdam"

Nadelen: "The bags where damaged from the staff"

Nadelen: "Departure 40 mins late. I took this flight 2 weeks ago and it was also delayed."

Voordelen: "The cabin crew, the flight and communication and the cleanliness of the plane."
Nadelen: "It was really unclear which desk to use at Birmingham airport to check in. It was extremely stressful for a first time flier as I had no idea what to do - the desk location wasn't marked clearly and when no staff were there it wasn't clear that the desk was open."

Voordelen: "The crew were really helpful since I am a short person in putting my luggage away in the overhead compartment and attentive to everyone's needs. I am a fussy eater and don't really like airplane food but the food was actually really nice. We was given plenty of snacks and drinks in between meals as well. There was plenty of programmes to choose from to keep me entertained."
Nadelen: "The seats in economy were a little too small for a 12 hour flight"

Nadelen: "Flight delayed."

Voordelen: "The staff were friendly and all smiles. Seats were comfortable and we had a quick, smooth flight from Edinburgh to Amsterdam. The breakfast supplied was an egg and mayonnaise sandwich plus a drink, which seemed about right and very Dutch in character."
Nadelen: "It was rainy and necessary to walk outside to access the plane; the staff should give their customers a heads-up so that jackets can be donned. Additionally, the check-in queue seemed rather sluggish."

Voordelen: "Price"
Nadelen: "Klm flight has very congested seating Getting information about eticket was pain"

Voordelen: "Free wee cake."
Nadelen: "Nothing in particular."

Voordelen: "Everytime she passed she was hitting me or I had to hold my drink so that she wouldn't knock it off"

Nadelen: "Helpful flight attendant, kind check in attendant"

Nadelen: "Terrible airline, they charge for everything, but don’t give the client good service. I was yelled by a worker because I was having difficulties scanning my bag at the self-scanning-and-uploading-your-luggage that you pay $100 dollars extra Per bag. I don’t like this airline."

Nadelen: "connection information very poor"

Voordelen: "Check in was so easy."

Voordelen: "The was knowledgeable, but customer acumen sucks."
Nadelen: "The crew does not acknowledge the passengers. Even when one the crew member was pushing a shopping cart down the aile with the Merchandise for people to purchase, she was just in such a hurry to avoid passengers."

Voordelen: "Heel vriendelijk personeel."
Nadelen: "Twee uren vertraging voor een heel korte vlucht naar Brussel door technisch deffect."

Voordelen: "The attendants were constantly providing services to the passengers."

Voordelen: "Easy, efficient"
Nadelen: "Entertainment, food, comfort"

Voordelen: "Efficient friendly service."
Nadelen: "We were economy so no food was provided, as expected so cannot rate. No entertainment was offered either."

Voordelen: "The airplane was modern and well kept. The crew were attentive and kind."
Nadelen: "Nothing - our flight out was great!"

Voordelen: "Good selection of movies and music. Food was mediocre."
Nadelen: "Our seat location was near the toilets in the middle of the plane. Seemed like an unusual high number of passengers constantly using the toilets throughout the flight which created long ques in the isle and very unpleasant smells. Would never select these seats again."

Nadelen: "Flight delayed and we sat on tarmac for 2 hours"

Voordelen: "Flight attendants"
Nadelen: "Hottest I have ever been in a plane (we were in 40G and H) and I “run cold”. We were sweating and drinking water like crazy (they gave us one bottle and did not routinely walk the aisles handing out more). Luckily we brought our own water. Early June and headed to Scandinavia, not someplace hot. Seats were hard and I put my unused blankets under me."

Voordelen: "- Seats are fairly comfy (as much as one can hope for an economy seat) - Excellent meals. I'm impressed that I'm getting things like ganache and cold-pressed juice in airline snacks!"
Nadelen: "- Wish the entertainment/movie selection was better, or that the foreign films had subtitles,"

Voordelen: "Door sneeuwval vertraging bij de start waardoor vervolgvlucht niet gehaald. Bij landing bleek omvorming al geregeld te zijn"

Voordelen: "Boarding was smooth, luggage came out quickly."
Nadelen: "No entertainment, only coffee and tea served."

Nadelen: "Check-in was a disaster. Took almost one hour for a trainee to check us in. Printed 8 bag tickets (for 2 bags) and after we complained was told there was no line at immigration, so should be okay. Guess having a 3 year old wasn’t enough for us to get any compassion or expedited service. At gate. No early boarding for children."

Voordelen: "Quick flight and pleasant service. Seats were also comfortable"
Nadelen: "Walking out to the plane the markings weren’t great."

Voordelen: "i ended up missing the flight, due to car accident which involved injuries."

Nadelen: "flight was canceled and I have not heard back from SAS"

Voordelen: "I liked that boarding and take off went smoothly. The cabin crew was extremely nice and always was there when you need something!"
Nadelen: "There was no snack served."

Voordelen: "No entertainment. Food not part of basic deal. But was both no problem for me because it was a short flight. On both points I rather would say: N/A"
Nadelen: "Chairs were narrow and not so comfy."

Nadelen: "ended up having to put both of our large carry-on items under the seat in front of us while the flight attendants stuffed people's coats and jackets into the overhead"

Voordelen: "The gate agent at check-in was very helpful and knowledgeable. The entire ground crew did a good job. The crew was friendly and attentive. The plane was clean. The entertainment options were more than adequate. Bathrooms were well kept."
Nadelen: "I know you can't expect coach to be luxurious. But the space between seats in the airline industry in general have gotten ridiculously small. Words were exchanged between my wife and the lady (nothing extreme, but still) in the seat in front of her. When the lady leaned her seat back, my wife could barely watch her movie. All in all, I would definitely fly SAS again."

Nadelen: "gate change at the last minute across whole airport, and I am in a wheelchair so it was very challenging. people at airport not accommodating, kind or friendly"

Voordelen: "I liked that we landed."
Nadelen: "Why can't SAS ever be on time? The last 4-5 flights I've been on have connected me either too late or just barely in time for connecting flights. Please be more like Swiss."

Voordelen: "The seat are different from any other airplane I've traveled with the way the recline make a tremendous difference in the comfort."

Nadelen: "flight was delay for 30 mins. then another 30 mins because there are 15 passenger that miss their flight due to delay or there is not enough flight to transport them to Longyearbyen the next day. We are force to wait a total of more then a hour to board them and stuck on plane. And ofcuase when we landed. My SAS go luggage is last to come out because the late arrival passengers luggage all come out ahead. It is a most terrible experience I ever had with a SAS flight. Might as well consider flying norwegian airline!"

Nadelen: "The agent at the gate misled me into thinking there would be no fee associated with a checked bag. When it turned out there was, I was told it was too late."

Voordelen: "Just everything. On time, good service, relaxing flight. What else...?"

Voordelen: "Crew was fine"
Nadelen: "Never been on an international flight where I had to pay for my own wine. Plus the entertainment was broken and the food was terrible."

Voordelen: "Ok friendly"

Voordelen: "I liked the flight staff were friendly and helpful."
Nadelen: "The flight was delayed an hour and I almost missed my flight to Lubbock from Chicago. I'm also waiting on my luggage that got left behind due to the time of me catching my next flight. My connection flight was with United Airlines."

Nadelen: "Water and beer paying"

Voordelen: "Everything was on time!"

Nadelen: "This is our third delay with this airline on this trip and all they will do is send you to their service center which in Copenhagen is located so far from the gates it's a joke. Once again they are doing their best to discourage any interaction with their customers."

Nadelen: "Food"

Nadelen: "I understood I could check one bag. Nope. Checking one bag cost me $67. So much for saving money."

Nadelen: "Discovered that I would have to pay 70 euro for my bag check-in. Not fun at all."

Voordelen: "Flights ran on time."
Nadelen: "Suitcase arrived badly damaged. Crew was rude and inattentive. It was hard to get water during the flight."

Voordelen: "The extra leg room I paid for."
Nadelen: "The cost to change my flight"

Voordelen: "short - efficient"
Nadelen: "no problems"

Voordelen: "Shorter than usual flight, captain made the flight in 1 hour 15 minutes!"
Nadelen: "Flight delay of over two hours No snacks and drinks limited because of limited supply on board replacement plane"

Voordelen: "The crew was very professional, upbeat, and helpful. The newer seats allow for more legroom, and the selection of a wide variety of on-demand movies."
Nadelen: "The inability to easily view and choose a special meal is a recurrent issue with SAS - even when contacting the airline directly to rectify this issue, the ball was dropped on the return flight, and the crew scrambled to find a replacement meal. On-line boarding continues to be an issue for Green Card holders returning to the US - why not explain that one cannot pre-print boarding passes and instead must go to boarding pass issues-line as soon as one enters the airport."

Nadelen: "Seats are bit dence. It would have been nice to get a complimentary soft drink, even it's a short flight"

Voordelen: "New and nice plane. Good amenities for coach. Good service for the most part. Food was tasty."
Nadelen: "Breakfast was kind of rushed. Would have liked to have been offered water, tea, and coffee more."

Voordelen: "The Boarding was fast and the Entertainment ok"
Nadelen: "Minimal Service Southwest style. Not the best international trip."

Voordelen: "The flight was on time; boarding was straightforward."

Nadelen: "I thought we had paid for two checked bags in advance but was told we did not and so had to pay for them at the airport. I was very focused on making sure I had two checked bags paid for online when purchasing the tickets. I don't know if it's some glitch in your website or that it was just confusingly worded/phrased, but I did think I had bought the higher level package that allowed for two checked bags."

Nadelen: "That it was cancelled"
