Nadelen: "While its 4-seat layout was better than some anes' 5 seats in the middle column, the seating was, of course, cramped, and I did not have enough space under the seat in front of me to stow my backpack. I also wish Kayak had included easy means to select seats and special meal options. Apparently to do so requires visiting the airline's own webpage."
Voordelen: "I am a vegetarian and they didnt have any options. Whatever options the crew could find, they said it was vegetarian but i dont think it was. The crew didnt understand english and couldnt speak english at all. Come-on you are operating an international airlines. The check in took good TWO hours- never have seen this delay in check in."
Voordelen: "My flight to Taipei was a positive experience. Premium economy was quite an act of kindness to oneself. The seats were roomy and comfortable. Noise canceling headphones are worth the weight in gold. I would recommend the seat as worth the extra money."
Nadelen: "The food actually was surprisingly poor. The congee simply didn't deserve the title. Sludge perhaps would better suit it. The next meal was much better with the shrimp salad."

Nadelen: "If the crew needs more rest please give them enough turnaround and breaks. They all look tired and unhappy. That's something the company has to fix, not the consumer to bear. The guy next to me didn't put his bag in the overhead cabinet, so it kept poking me or lie on my feet the entire flight. I'm sure this is something the airline would be able to enforce for security reasons."

Voordelen: "The food was pretty good , I sat in premium economy, a far better enjoyable ride to regular economy so paying the a few extra hundred bucks help make a long flight tolerable. Oh yea the plane was nice it was the Airbus 300-777 I believe, also this was my first time flying with China Airline and overall it was a good experience ."
Nadelen: "The stewardess' could of been a bit nicer and a little more attentive . They were just a few screws shy of being robots not the whole crew but most of them from what I've seen. If you didn't speak chinese it was hard to understand the announcements over the intercom from most of the crew in english, but hey what do you expect it's a chinese airliner. Other than that it was a decent ride."

Unless it was 10 Chicken Entrees ..To 200+ fish entrees The WORST OF IT WAS.. The sauce on the fish... Ruined A perfectly fine Cut.. I do not Consume Seafood ON AIRLINES.. For ALL of the Proper Health Concerns and Reasons.. China Airlines.. Really needs to Step Up Regarding Their Entrée.. Chinese food is delicious food.. Generally But the majority of meals for the flights I have flown are painfully lacking.. So I pack Apple's and fruit.."

Voordelen: "The late departure time is nice. You can sleep on the flight an be right at work upon your arrival. Several easy connections to be in mainland china the same morning. Power outlet, USB charger and large screen are great in a 13 hours flight. The seat are comfortable although a little to close as in any economy class."
Voordelen: "China Airlines was notorious for the poor safety standard couple decades ago, and I stayed away from this airline for a while. I went traveling with China Airlines this time, which included long haul flights this time, and I found the experience very pleasant. Food was good, flight crews were helpful and friendly, and the ride was smooth. The flight was not expensive, perhaps because their poor safety record in the past, so the cost performance is definitely better than most of the other airlines. I will definitely keep the option of flying with China Airlines in the future."
Voordelen: "The plane was newer with individual entertainment units with large selection of movies and music. The seats in economy much more comfortable than American airlines as more leg room and reclines relatively far back."

Voordelen: "Very well groomed, professional, and polite staff. Aircraft was clean and well maintained. Lots of movies and games to choose from which helped for the 18.5 hours of flight (LAX to BKK)."
Nadelen: "Chairs are narrow with little leg room. I'm a petite 5'0" woman so if I'm uncomfortable, I can't imagine how a taller/larger person feels. But this is no different than any other airline."

We sat on the plane, by the gate, while the crew called the Istanbul Flight Control to figure out when our plane could arrive. This flight had been scheduled for weeks; I would think they could plan the arrival time to be the ACTUAL arrival time."

On Schipol airport there is screens everywhere and they do not bother to update the status of boarding. Instead, they behave like everything is normal you are the person making the problem."

That restaurant has poor choices of items to select from ,food quality was substandard ,the choices of the items was to limited, and the people in the restaurant was rude."
Voordelen: "For a long flight, most were able to sleep. The crew was very busy during the first couple hours and also very present. Movie choices were wonderful. I was lucky enough to have an empty seat next to me although when the man in front of me reclined, his head was practically in my lap."
Nadelen: "After first service, the crew disappeared. I get very thirsty and was in need of water more often than they were willing to pass it out. I did not go to galley to request additional water, which likely would have been provided! Passengers made a MESS in aisles & lavs, which was not picked up thru the flight."

Nadelen: "The boarding area was total chaos. In order to get to the gate I had to literally fight with the 100s of people who were waiting in the same area. No priority was given to family with children or elite members. Even when we complaint at the personnel we were told that “it was busy”. Usually KLM flight from Venice depart from the first floor where gates are bigger and you get straight with the finger to the airplane. Today it hasn’t been the case .... too poor service for a KLM fight"

Nadelen: "Actually the Welcome on board announcement. The part where they special welcome loyalty program members. I do not get that... I am an explorer holder my self, but really?? so other paying customers are not as welcome. This is leftovers from the older days.."
Voordelen: "On both of my flights to New York City, I was amazed at how friendly and helpful the flight attendants were to the passengers. On my short flight from Basel to Amsterdam, a young French speaking girl was concerned about how to manage getting to her next gate. The flight attendants talked to her and arranged for someone to take her there. On my longer flight from Amsterdam to New York City, there was a customer who was in distress about missing a previous flight and not making it to her connecting flight in New York. One of the flight attendants reassured her until she stopped crying and calmed down. That same flight attendant was always so positive and cheerful in all she did. The rest of the crew was top notch. This was my best experience flying in such a long time. Well done, KLM crews of flights 1984 and 0645 on July 10!"

Uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame dame. Tijdens de vlucht was er zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam cabinepersoneel beschikbaar."

Waarom zijn prijzen niet 100% van de tijd accuraat?
Prijzen voor zitplaatsen in het vliegtuig, hotelkamers en huurauto's kunnen frequent wijzigen. Meerdere personen kunnen ook op hetzelfde moment een zelfde reisoptie proberen aan te schaffen. Dit heeft als gevolg dat het soms voorkomt dat bepaalde prijzen niet langer meer beschikbaar zijn.
